Fair Use

What is Fair Use?

“In its most general sense, a fair use is any copying of copyrighted material done for a limited and “transformative” purpose, such as to comment upon, criticize, or parody a copyrighted work. Such uses can be done without permission from the copyright owner. In other words, fair use is a defense against a claim of copyright infringement. If your use qualifies as a fair use, then it would not be considered an illegal infringement.”

What We Do Here

We take the Teachings of the Ascended Masters, as delivered through Mark and Elizabeth Clare Prophet and we help them reach the world.  Because of the employment of over-zealous young lawyers and malignant policies towards what can be posted, we will attempt to make our publishing of a “transformative” nature — to add value to the original Teachings by relating them to current events, helping connect them to world history and in general show our own personal spiritual path supplemented and guided by the Teachings of the Ascended Masters.
