Blessings to thee, gracious Godfre
Gentle Obedience, so dear
Showing us Freedom’s great vict’ry
Helping us make our way clear.
Golden-robed brother of heaven
Through us let all thy light shine
Help us, each one, to fulfill his God plan
Wonderful heart-friend divine.
Godfre Ray King, Freedom called thee
“God-free” by pure I AM pow’r
Every lifestream is a “ray,” too
Beamed from the Father each hour.
Light is the king of creation
Raying its beams from God’s heart
Healing, illumining, prospering all
Proving the mast’ry thou art.
By thy great service to mankind
Saint Germain’s wide open door
There has been drawn to this planet
Love from those gone on before.
Those now ascended in glory
Flood forth their light to all men
Now may the fullness of all in God’s heart
Bless thee again and again.

Vesta and masters above

Godfre Ray King
Messenger of Saint Germain
Godfre (Godfré) Ray King, the pen name of Guy W. Ballard, was the messenger of Saint Germain and founder of the I AM Movement. Guy Ballard’s birthday was July 28, 1878.
He is now the ascended master Godfre, God Obedience, but is still affectionately remembered by his students as “Daddy.” The ascended master Godfre is a staunch defender of Freedom, Liberty and God-Government.
Guy Ballard brought forth the teachings of the Great White Brotherhood, the Law of the I AM Presence and held the focus of the Christ consciousness for the planet until his ascension on December 31, 1939.
His wife and twin flame was Edna Ballard, now the ascended lady master Lotus (who ascended February 12, 1971).
Although the requirements for his ascension had been completed several years before he actually ascended, he volunteered to continue in the service of the Brotherhood as their point of contact in the world of form.
Through the assistance given him by the Great Divine Director in the Cave of Light, his four lower bodies were aligned and his threefold flame balanced, enabling him to be the channel for many miracles and healings before his ascension.
As part of his final service while in embodiment, Godfre took on world karma and expiated it through his physical form, thus sparing humanity great suffering that he himself chose to bear, even as Jesus bore the crucifixion for the sins of mankind.
The turning point in his mission and the key to his victory in that embodiment occurred as he was walking on Broadway in Los Angeles.
At that time, when all seemed to be against him, he suddenly stopped and made a fiat to the dweller-on-the-threshold, the remnant of his own untransmuted human creation: “You have scared me for the last time. You have no power.”
Godfre Meets the Master Saint Germain
Soon thereafter on Mount Shasta he met the master Saint Germain, who took him into the retreats of the Brotherhood and gave him the training for his world mission.
These experiences are recorded in the three books that he subsequently brought forth as an expression of the threefold flame of the master’s consciousness, Unveiled Mysteries (yellow), The Magic Presence (pink) and the The “I AM” Discourses (blue).
From Godfre, we learn that unfailing obedience to one’s ascended guru and to the Great Law of Life is essential to individual victory and to the completion of the cosmic timetable for the golden age. Each act of disobedience sets back the plans of the Brotherhood for the victory of the planet, a victory for which each person is individually and collectively responsible.
The second great lesson we learn from Godfre is that it is not until we cast down the idol of the human consciousness that we begin the trek up the mountain of our initiations. The rejection of the human ego and consciousness should be made each time it attempts to assert itself.
One need only say, “In the name of my mighty I AM Presence, I refuse to accept the tyranny of my human consciousness!”
Of other individuals one may say, “In the name of my mighty I AM Presence, I refuse to accept (his or her) human consciousness. Beloved Holy Christ Self, you step forth in your blazing Reality and be the only Presence acting here!”
Godfre won his freedom through obedience to the law of Being. He teaches us to ascend moment by moment by raising our thoughts and feelings, our energies and actions. The ascension is the goal of life not only for the few, but for the many.
Godfre was embodied as a son of the great king (Saint Germain) who ruled the civilization that flourished in what is now the Sahara Desert over 70,000 years ago. Guy, his wife, Edna Ballard, and their son, Donald, were embodied as Saint Germain’s children there. Among his other embodiments were Richard the Lionhearted (1157-1199) and George Washington (1732-1799).
Through Guy and Edna Ballard, the ascended master Saint Germain first released the knowledge of the violet flame to the world. Their most important works are Unveiled Mysteries, The Magic Presence, and The “I AM” Discourses.
