DICTATION TRANSCRIPT:
Hail, my beloved. I come to seal you in the Mother light and to commune with you ere the Messenger takes flight to receive the other, the other sheepfold and to go to the other pasture of my Son to draw many souls into the light of the I AM Presence and to deliver the message of the Great White Brotherhood to that company of children of God who have received the prophet in this age.
I come to seal you in my Immaculate Heart. I come to impart to you the overshadowing mantle of my presence, for it is my desire that you should be, each one, a little bit of the Mother incarnate. I expand the chalice of your being and I admonish you to seal yourselves above all, as disciples of the Lord Christ, as chelas of the gurus East and West, as humble servants of the flame with Guru Ma who does indeed wear the mantle of our presence.
Believing on him whom God has sent establishes the tie through the blessed Witness to our own Immaculate Heart. Blessed ones, whenever Jesus took leave of us or the disciples went to other nations and peoples to deliver the message, the parting was always marked by a sweet sorrow and a sweet longing, for all of us desire to be together and our longing and our love was so great that for any member of our mystical body to depart from us was like the parting that we experienced when leaving the octaves of light to descend into the planes of earth.
And so, beloved ones, the parting to deliver the Word unto the gentiles and to the lost tribes of the house of Israel is always because of the greater love for God incarnate in the ones who know not that he is incarnate within them. It is the greater love of the shepherd for the one lost sheep. And therefore we bless the ninety and nine who are found this day in the house of the Lord and we extend to you an extraordinary blessing for the holding of the balance of the earth of this hemisphere.
I come also for the sealing of all students who have assembled or who have made themselves a part of this twelve-week cycle dedicated to Archangel Raphael and my own presence for the precipitation of the city foursquare in the Matter plane. The blessed Trinity of archangels have come forth and Gabriel has preceded us so that the and Trinity and the white‑fire core as the matrix of Father, Son, Holy Spirit and Mother is set.
Now, therefore, the acceleration by the geometry of God comes with the emerald ray and the ray of healing. And therefore we send forth the command to atoms, molecules and cells of light, Be thou made whole!
In the absence of the Messenger let our services continue at the Ashram of the World Mother and let all realize that the giving of invocations for our intercession for the corruption of the cities, for crime, and for the reversing of the tide of the conspirators within the ranks of capitalism and communism must be carried forward.
Consider, then, that your Watch With Me One Hour and your devotion to the virgin consciousness within yourself and within my humble self is a calling from God and a gift that you may place upon his altar. Consider also, blessed ones, that the keeping of the rosary, the consecration of Russia and the wearing of the mantle of our light enables us to pass through you tremendous light rays from the God Star Sirius, from the very heart chakras of the Four and Twenty Elders for the holding of the balance of the earth.
You are most beloved and cherished of our hearts and although you see through a glass darkly, it is we who behold face to face the great miracle of light descending from the ascended hosts as you gather for your decrees, for your invocations and for your service.
Let no one be put upon by the lie of the fallen ones that this devotion, that this chelaship, that this discipleship is not the ultimate and the consummation of the love of your life. Some members of this body have been sorely tempted with diversions involving the social, economic and political temptations given to Eve by the Serpent.
Beloved ones, no activity is considered by the Great White Brotherhood as being on a par with or greater than the supreme life lived as the disciple of Almighty God. We have many disciples throughout the world who are carrying on their sacred labor in the community while yet maintaining their discipleship, and yet if all were to do this then we would lose the nucleus, the white‑fire core of our movement. If the movement is to expand, then the nucleus must first expand and must by above all and by all means have a great concentration of light and not be diminished by those souls who leave in the night because they have not the courage to stand, face, and conquer and to submit their will to the will of God and to surrender the demons upon that altar that the sacred fire might descend and consume them.
I admonish each and every one of you, then, to keep steadfast in the calling of the flame and to put on the whole armour of God and to realize that the Lord God has provided for your safety and your security and that of every Lightbearer on earth in the time of trouble, in time of cataclysm, in time of social upheaval. And that safety, beloved ones, is not the guarantee of life in the physical temple, for after all, this is not the temple that is the abiding place of your soul unto the life everlasting, but that safety and security is the guarantee of your soul’s tie immortally to the I AM Presence through the Great White Brotherhood.
I would remind you that in the order of Hierarchy as it has ever been and as it ever will be, our embodied representative is the heart, the presence, the soul that we use to extend the great cord of light, the blessed tie that binds the chelas unto the Ascended Masters. And thus it is the descent of the Hierarchy of the Ascended Masters and their chelas, the succession of Lightbearers who are a part of the unbroken chain of cosmic consciousness in heaven and on earth, that is your safety and your security in time of distress, in time of transition.
Always, then, when there was the parting of one or more parts of the whole of our nucleus, we always gathered together in a circle of light. We broke bread, we shared the communion and we vowed our vows to Jesus Christ, our blessed mediator, our Saviour, our Guru, and to the Mother flame within the center of the church as the then representative in my lifestream of the inner church, even as Peter was the outer representative appointed by the Lord.
And thus we reconfirmed, we reaffirmed our oneness by the confession of sin, by the calling upon the law of forgiveness and by the realignment of our souls with the will of God.
Beloved ones, the reason that souls are not recommended to part this world without the last rites is for the opportunity for that soul to confess all sins, to be forgiven, and therefore to be found one in that cosmic chain of God consciousness. The soul that sins and remains outside of this hallowed circle of the Ascended Masters and their disciples, does not therefore have the continuing tie to the cosmic chain of cosmic consciousness. And so if there then be a sudden rupture of life in the physical form and that soul is thrust into the astral plane, the soul will then not have the tie to the Lord Christ or to the ascended hosts, for by the failure to confess the sin, to call upon the law of forgiveness and to reenter the state of grace, he has lost the tie and lost the contact.
Hence, beloved ones, it is our ritual and our practice which I now invoke that you also might have the blessed experience of comnunying in your own heart flame in this moment for the confession of all sin against the Father, all sin against the Son, all sin against the Holy Ghost, and all sin against the Mother. You may confess these sins as you now enter the secret chamber of your heart before your own Christ Self. And therefore as you commune with your Christ Self I go before Almighty God as I am received before the throne of the Almighty. So in this hour I, Mary, intercede for mercy on behalf of all Lightbearers and chelas who this day confess their sin, forsake their sin, and have the desire to reenter into the state of grace that is the blessed tie to the Great White Brotherhood.
I call, then, for this dispensation to be upon every soul whether a part of this movement or of any other who sincerely would enter into the communion of Hierarchy through our beloved Messenger, through his own beloved I AM Presence and Christ Self. For the Messenger is one, beloved hearts, with your Christ Self and with your I AM Presence. And therefore whether we say Messenger or whether we say Christ Self we are simply speaking of the successive step down of that life until it is the Word made flesh.
As the Messenger is the repository of the Christ Self of all and the I AM Presence, the Messenger, then, holds the flame for you until you have cleared the temple of all debris and discord and misqualified energy and rendered that temple fit to be the abiding place of your own Christ Self. This process, beloved ones, does not occur over night simply because you know the ritual of invoking the violet flame. You have spent many tens of thousands of years accumulating the debris, and were this debris to be removed instantaneously it would cause a rupture of your consciousness, your entire psyche, your mental, emotional, etheric and physical bodies because these bodies have become accustomed to the toxins at these levels.
And thus, you see, the preparation of the temple is the work of a lifetime and sometimes many lifetimes. In the meantime you must have the blessed tie that binds you to the hosts of light and this is why within the holy church there have always been present those souls who had an extraordinary communion and commitment to the Lord’s hosts and whose temples had been prepared in previous incarnations that they might hold the jewel balance, the sacred fire balance of the light for all.
And therefore do I submit my plea before Alpha and Omega.
O Alpha and Omega, I come as the Mediatrix of the evolutions of light upon earth.
I come to invoke the law of forgiveness for those who know not how to invoke it, on behalf of those who have made an inner resolution this day to forsake their karma‑making ways and their sinful consciousness and their failure to accept the Lord Christ as their Saviour.
I invoke mercy as an intense light from my own causal body which I lay upon the altar of humanity, but above all upon the altar of the Lightbearers, the children of God who are the willing servants although not always the knowledgeable servants of the Most High.
Alpha, Omega, most beloved Father-Mother God, I implore you, then, to forgive this sin by the setting aside of karma as I wrap each Lightbearer in the swaddling garment of my causal body, as I seal them in light as they are to hold the balance and to be the electrodes in the absence of our Messenger.
I call for the reinforcement of the tie to every Lightbearer on earth to the heart of the Messenger so that wherever she may be in whatever plane of consciousness, these souls may evermore be tied to her, to beloved Lanello, so long as they shall keep the covenants of thy people Israel and the commandments of the Lord Jesus christ.
And therefore let all servants of the Most High know that it is necessary to daily invoke the law of forgiveness to maintain the state of grace, and only through grace thereby to be realigned with the inner lodestone, the mighty electrode of the fire infolding itself which is a living presence within the heart, within the temple.
My beloved, whatever has gone before, you must realize that his mercy endureth forever and that that foreverness is the endurance of Almighty God of the unwinding of the coils of the electronic belt until the very last coil is unwound and put into the flame. Beloved ones, the forever is not eternity but it is until the last hour when the last trump shall sound of your own human consciousness. And this forever appears to be eternity unto those who would accelerate in light and yet seem to be constantly called back or limited or hindered in their service by past karma.
Beloved Lightbearers, beloved Keepers of the Flame, let me enlighten you concerning this matter. As I draw back the curtain on your own life I must reveal to you that by your invocations to the violet flame you are transmuting the sins of hundreds of thousands of years. Blessed hearts, because we have chosen the disciples of the Ascended Masters as the remnant in this age, beloved ones, it is necessary that you be perfected and tried in the sacred fire.
Beloved hearts, it is necessary, then, that there be some who are willing to enter the fiery furnace and to subject all of their human consciousness unto the flame. This requires going over and over again, in some cases, previous incarnations and their momentums, until finally by the acceleration of the violet flame and the glory of the circle and sword of Astrea and the descent of Purity into yu, your midst, you find yourself free on the Lord’s day to proclaim him the everlasting God who lives to reign within your temple.
My beloved hearts, then, do you not understand that this which we place before you is given to those who are determined to be the initiates of the sacred fire, who are determined to take the most severe disciplines on behalf of the children of God who are not equipped to understand the severity of the Law and its demands upon each soul? And thus, this is the meaning of the remnant, the remnant of Lightbearers who are willing to go all the way and to balance one hundred percent of their karma here and now as beloved Lanello has told you.
Let us, then, not weary in well‑doing, but remember that in my heart and in my immaculate vision of your life I daily behold as increment by increment you submit to the flame the cycles of your energy and as day by day you increase your capacity to hold light. Why, beloved ones, this is withheld even from our own Messenger as she is not always aware of the immensity of the Spirit of God who uses her to convey light to the earth. This is because of the perspective of living within a limited frame, a limited set of vehicles. It happens to all who walk the earth no matter what their attainment.
You, blessed hearts, within your given vehicle do not have a correct assessment of the quantity of light that flows through your temple daily. But you may consider that if all of the hordes of darkness are pitted against your light, and they are, and you still remain in our service and joyous, then we must be releasing through you enough quantity of light daily and hourly to turn back all of the hatred, all of the saber‑rattling, all of the darkness put upon you by these fallen ones.
Now perhaps you can begin to gauge within your own being how much light it would take to hold back the entire astral hordes and the entire momentum of the astral plane each day. And as you contemplate this concept enter into the blessed science of the Cosmic Virgin and realize that this is the miracle of Almighty God, that through you and all souls who are tethered in an extraordinary way through the science of the Word to the Spirit of God have that similar action else they could not survive upon the Path. This is the great intercession of the angelic hosts. This is the in, intercession of the seraphim and the cherubim and the Cosmic Beings who have looked upon your innocent prayers and your volunteering to act as the go‑between between mankind and their karma.
And indeed, blessed hearts, you have known not what you have asked for when you have asked to bear the burden of world karma. And therefore, because in your innocence you have volunteered for those positions that are far beyond your attainment, great Cosmic Beings have volunteered to come forth and to place their Electronic Presence upon you, each one individually. And these Cosmic Beings, therefore, have acted as the electrode of light to enable the dispensation which you have invoked to be accomplished where you stand. Blessed hearts, is this not magnificent? [Yes!]
Beloved ones won’t you rise in honor of these great beings, [audience rises] for indeed heaven has come down to earth in this hour and heaven has not disregarded one simple prayer of a child for the intercession of the Almighty. Beloved ones, God is very very near. And it is this message that we desire you to convey, not so much by word but by the love of your heart, by your devotion, by your example, by your caring, by your light.
And thus, beloved ones, I give to you the image in this hour once again of our Lord Jesus Christ upon the cross. I take you to Calvary in the hour of the lightning, the thunder and the rain as beloved Jesus is entering into communion with his own I AM Presence, with the Cosmic Christ and with the All‑Father as he is saying the last words and other prayers which are not included in scriptures. Blessed hearts, this is the vision‑‑whether it is Jesus Christ upon the cross, whether it is our Messenger in this age, whether it is yourself or the blessed souls of Light who are being tortured in this moment in communist concentration camps, whether it is the child that is being aborted in the womb, God Almighty himself is upon that cross.
And you share, my blessed hearts, in the glorious privilege of being counted among the disciples and the holy women who are gathered at the foot of the cross waiting for the blessed Son of God to pass through the hour and the conclusion of his communion when he will say, “Father into thy hands I commend my Spirit.” In that hour, beloved ones, you will be ready to take the temple, to take the body of Christ gently from the cross and to lay it in the tomb of Joseph of Arimathea. Now Saint Germain has provided you with that tomb in the coming again of Camelot. It is the womb for the aborning of souls of Light, and it is the tomb for the proving of mature sons and daughters of God of the initiations of the fourteen stations unto the hour of the victory.
Blessed hearts, as you stand beneath the cross there is sorrow in your heart for the passing and the suffering of the Son of God in order to bear the sins of the world, and yet, by the response of elemental life, by the lightning and by the thunder there is a glimmer of hope, there is a joy as the first strains of the music of celestial choirs and orchestras are sounding the notes of the resurrection even before the passing of that soul from the temple. And thus, you stand with joy, you stand with reverence, you stand with the sense of the sacredness of life. This, beloved hearts, ought to be the mode of your consciousness until you enter in to the permanent oneness with Almighty God through your own ascension in the light. For hourly and momentarily Lightbearers on earth, men, women and children, are being nailed to the cross by the crucifixion of the Word incarnate of the fallen ones.
The crucifixion, beloved hearts, is the means whereby the fallen ones are brought to the last judgment. Therefore Jesus said, “For judgment I am come into the world.” In order for the judgment to take place the Lightbearer must be willing to walk all the way on the road of initiation.
If you are not willing to approach, then, the nexus of the cross where Alpha and Omega meet, where the full effulgence of the light comes forth and because it comes forth it is crucified, then, beloved ones, understand that the judgment cannot come. And if the judgment come not, then there is the perpetuation of the seed of the wicked, for it requires this intense light incarnate to balance the intense darkness of the seed of the wicked and their intense misuse of the light of the Eternal God. And unless some among the embodied souls of God will be willing to anchor that much light with its attendant persecution, there will not be anchored in the Matter plane the sufficient quantity of light for the judgment. And if the judgment come not, as it has not yet come to the fallen ones who are using the modes of capitalism and communism to advance their conspiracy, then you will see the proliferation of evil not only throughout the earth but throughout the solar system.
If you have wondered how galaxies have been contaminated by the archdeceivers and the fallen ones it is this, blessed hearts, it is because the sons and daughters of God have come to that station on the cross which is known as the fourth station wherein Jesus meets his afflicted Mother and coming to that station they have turned back. They have not been willing to surrender the self or any other self as a focal point of human love in order to go on for the victory. And since the one who reaches the attainment of the crucifixion may choose the hour and the day of his crucifixion, may choose to surrender to the will of God or not, the judgment can be postponed by the free will of embodied men and women.
My beloved hearts, it has been my intense desire to communicate to you these teachings on the law and to give to you the understanding of the intensification of the sacred heart and its action on earth in this hour. Truly were the light of the sun, the moon, and the stars to be obscured, truly if a night of chaos were to reign for months at a time, the light of the I AM Presence and of the sacred heart would illumine the temple, the being and the consciousness of the devotees of God.
I counsel you, then, to heed all of the word which the Messenger has given to you this day concerning my prophesy at Fátima. For indeed it is true and it is I who asked her to deliver you this message. Realize, then, that we are moving for the consummation of the great conversion of the people. And some of you have read the prophesy that this gospel should be preached to all nations and that then the end should come.
The gospel of the New Age, the Everlasting Gospel, is the teaching of the Ascended Masters. It is the teaching of the Seventh Angel, Saint Germain, who has delivered the gift of the violet flame to this age. Therefore with the delivery of the teaching to every nation and every continent, there shall come the end of human consciousness and the day of the beginning of the reign of the Christ consciousness. This, then, is the end to which you ought to look forward, not the end of a way of life, not the end of civilization, but its translation, its transmutation. And therefore in the conversion we look to the conversion of light, the translation of light, the acceleration of light whereby all problems of a personal and planetary nature will be transmuted by that process of transcendence.
All mankind must rise to a higher plane of consciousness and in that higher plane of consciousness the Universal Mind will be the universal solvent for every problem and every condition of karma.
Pray steadfastly, then, for the transmutation of ignorance, of malice toward this teaching. Pray earnestly for the transmutation of the attachment of the people to their bodies, to their sensuality, to their pleasure and to their selfishness. And therefore as the violet flame goes forth to clear the way, so let the coming of the Mother be for the delivery of the Word that comes directly from our heart.
From our heart to your heart, then, let the message go forth. Let the Maha chohan and all of his legions of light be invoked. Let the Holy Spirit descend and let it be for the binding of the demons and the fallen ones who would interfere with the delivery of this Word.
I have come to be with you very personally and very physically and tangibly through the body of our Messenger. And therefore this day in the celebration of the victory and in the parting that is one of many partings which must come ere the earth enters into salvation, I desire to personally extend to you the blessing of Holy Communion as we consecrate the bread and the wine to the Body and Blood of Christ. As I give to you this communion through our Messenger, I desire that you shall realize that I also transfer to you the essence of my own momentum of the light of Alpha and Omega and of the jewel of my heart of the sacred fire.
The jewel of my heart, then, comes to you to reestablish, to reinforce your ancient vow and your tie to the Great White Brotherhood so that all who receive this communion and this blessing might be sealed by that blessed tie of the chain of cosmic consciousness to the Messenger, to the ascended host, to the angels of light, to their own God Flame. This is the oneness of the saints in heaven and on earth. This is the teaching of the Mystical Body of God.
I summon staff members in service from every area of this campus to receive my blessing. And I ask that when those of you have received it at the conclusion of my message that you will go and take up whatever post they are occupying until they return. And let all those who are a part of the Circle of Light and yet not present in Pasadena today also receive this blessing as we extend light rays of the Central Sun to each and every heart that is pure in God.
My children, God is with us in this hour and millions of saints ascended are determined to have the victory. We are working with many other millions in embodiment who have the light and know the key, and therefore let us proclaim the victory of the Lord’s day. Let us proclaim the victory of the Lord’s day! Let us proclaim the victory of the Lord’s day! Let us proclaim the victory of the Lord’s day. And let God be magnified within you.
I call to the flaming cherubim who keep the way of the way of the Tree of Life and who guard the Flame of the ark of the covenant. As you hold the light‑fire of Alpha and Omega, so let that energy be transferred to the bread and the wine this day from the Sacred Heart of Jesus, from my own Sacred Heart, and from the purple fiery heart of Saint Germain. Let it be imbued also with the light of Lanello, El Morya, the Great Divine Director, and the Cosmic Christ Lord Maitreya, who extends the consciousness of the Buddha, Gautama, and of the other Buddhas who figure among the configuration of the secret rays. I have extended now the light rays into this substance and I will continue to accelerate that action until all have received.
I send to you my eternal blessing of light. I send to you my Eternal Presence. Let that presence be anchored in you by your devotion to the rosary, to the Sacred Heart, and to all of the teachings that have been transferred to you by the Great White Brotherhood.
I seal you forevermore. And I hold you in the immaculate embrace of the Cosmic Virgin until the hour of your ascension.

Mary, the Mother of Jesus
Although an archangel, Mary has also taken physical embodiment. Mary dwelt on Venus prior to taking embodiment on earth, to which planet she was assigned by the Lords of Karma to show forth the raising of the feminine ray subsequent to the fall of Eve. There she served among the evolutions whose energies focalize on the etheric plane and who for thousands of years have sustained, through the laws of harmony and love, the culture of the Divine Mother.
Through a long period of sojourn on Venus, Mary was prepared to come to earth and to challenge mankind’s perversion of the cosmic honor flame—of the fiery crystal spirals of obedience to God’s laws that sustain the very movements of the atoms and the rhythm of heavenly bodies. She came bearing a generous portion of the fires of Lady Venus, charged with her love, and carrying the responsibility to redeem the feminine nature in all mankind.
Embodiments on Earth
Atlantis
In the early days of Atlantis, she served in the Healing Temple, tended the flame and studied the healing arts and the disciplines necessary for precipitation. At that time, she developed great concentration and consecration to the immaculate concept. It was her consciousness and momentum more than any others that sustained the flame in the temple and expanded its influence throughout Atlantis. The purity of her heart flame and her devotion shone upon her face and was evident to all who frequented that Temple. She remained a temple virgin during that entire embodiment.
Mother of King David
In the days of the prophet Samuel, Mary was called to be the wife of Jesse and the mother of his eight sons. Ever fulfilling her role as the Mother ray, Mary, in this incarnation of her soul on earth, magnified the light of the seven rays of the Christ in the first seven sons of Jesse. But in the youngest, David, she glorified not only the full complement of virtues from the prism of the Lord, but also the majesty and mastery of the eighth ray, which David exemplified in his reign and extolled in his psalms.
Archangel Raphael
Archangel Raphael is the archangel of the fifth ray of truth, wholeness, healing, science, precipitation, the abundant life, music and mathematics. His divine complement is the Archeia Mary, who was embodied as Mary, the Mother of Jesus. Their ray corresponds to the third-eye chakra, and they can also assist us with spiritual vision and the gift of the discernment of spirits.
Jewish tradition
The name “Raphael” means “God has healed,” or “the Medicine of God.” One Jewish text says he revealed to Noah the curative power of plants; another tells how he healed a blind man and bound a demon. Catholics revere him as the angel who healed the sick at the pool of Bethesda. The Book of Enoch tells us that his responsibilities include healing the diseases and wounds of men.
A Jewish tradition names him as one of the three archangels who appeared to Abraham on the plains of Mamre. In fact, it is believed that it was Raphael who endowed Sarah, Abraham’s wife, with the strength to conceive when she was past childbearing age.
Spiritual Retreat of Archangel Raphael and Mother Mary
The retreat of Raphael and Mother Mary is located in the etheric realm over Fátima, Portugal. The healing flame that blazes on the altar of his retreat was anchored in the physical octave when Mother Mary appeared to the three shepherd children at Fátima in 1917. There is a stream of light that flows like a mighty waterfall from the etheric temple to the physical focus, and to the present hour pilgrims are healed by the “waters” of the healing flame.
Raphael describes one of the halls in his retreat:
I would take you now to what we call the Great Hall of Images. I would permit those of you who are able to see in this mighty hall the mirrors of divine perfection. Have you seen the beauty of Leonardo da Vinci’s work? Have you seen the beauty of the mighty sculptors of the Renaissance? Have you seen upon this planet the beautiful radiance of an angel in sculptured marble?
Let me now ask that you come with me to a place where God is, where, in the magnificent Hall of Images, there are statues, so to speak, made of living spirit fire, beings so majestic as to set your hearts on fire, beings from whose images your soul was framed, beings of such images as by God were named cherubim celestial, seraphim and of the holy order of angels, beings of light and celestial radiance, beings who are unaffrighted by the ideas of mortals but are completely at home with God and with the powers of the great creative essences.[1]
