DICTATION TRANSCRIPT
I AM Surya of the Great Central Sun. I descend in the shaft of light that is the eternal Logos sent from God. It is God. For by his ineffable light, the relentless light of the Almighty, I come into the octaves of Mater and I present the body of God from on high within the body of the messenger and within all devotees of light as extensions of that Logos.
So then, hear ye the Word of the Lord this day. For I, Surya, come from the Court of the Sacred Fire, from the very midst of the Four and Twenty Elders, from the very throne of the Almighty One and the Lamb and the ten thousand times ten thousand–saints robed in white, angelic hosts, and beings of God who cry out with a loud voice: “Lo, I AM THAT I AM, THAT I AM, THAT I AM.” And their perpetual manifestation of the law of the Logos by the power, the wisdom, and the love of the Word is the sustainment of cycles.
Beloved ones, I am charged by God this day to proclaim to you that the sustainment of the Word, the Logos, by which all things were made upon this planetary body is insufficient for the sustainment of the life that is God upon earth. And therefore the light does descend, and the light that descends comes as the warning that registers upon the souls of all people. And that warning is the perpetual Word of the Lamb “Repent, be saved, and come unto the witness of the Lord God.” For by the fearlessness flame of the Faithful and True are those who are found one in the Word made acceptable as the Bride of the Lamb. Let the souls of the lightbearers then come forth veiled in light as the bridal veil of their native purity. So let them come forth to receive the sealing light of the Lamb of God.
Beloved ones, because that which has manifest on earth is not sufficient for the sustainment of the perpetual Christ consciousness, there must needs be those necessary adjustments in the four lower bodies of the Earth by those who serve as the manifestation of the light. Therefore I say, Fear not ye who have come unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And all those who have placed themselves outside of the circle of oneness, outside of the light of the Lamb where there is weeping and gnashing of teeth –so let them fear, for without the sustaining light of the Word they have no continuing habitation.
Beloved ones, unless there be an acceleration of the Word going forth out of the mouth of the witnesses of God upon earth there will be considerable alteration of the present way of life and present civilization upon this continent and every continent. And therefore I speak to you not out of the urgency of the threatening of fear or damnation or hellfire, for that soul which is sealed in God has no fear but only perfect love. And therefore I speak to you as the opening of the eye, the all-seeing eye of God, so that in the equanimity and the poise of the Holy Spirit you may hear the Word and understand the balance of the law of cycles within this Dark Cycle and keep the balance and understand your necessary acceleration of the publishing of the Word.
Beloved ones, as the Word is spoken in the full power, wisdom, and love of the Holy Spirit through our messengers and as this spoken Word does go forth on the taped recordings wherever these are played and perpetually played, there is the sustainment of the light of the Word within this frequency and band of consciousness. And by this electronic means, therefore, the Lord God has used his very own science as well as his very own religion to amplify and to multiply the energy of the light even when the very people themselves have withheld their voices, their throat centers, and their hearts as the temple of the living God.
And so you see, wherever there are those who are playing those manifest and recorded dictations and decrees and songs of the Spirit, there is the extension of the Word; there is also, then, the extension and the setting back of the closing in of darkness.
So it is also through the power of the written Word and the power of the visualization of the Word. All that is the light emanation of being that you, then, expand through yourselves provides the necessary staying action of the Lord whereby the energies of these cycles may be held back even as the great prophets of old raised their hands for the holding back of that darkness and that plague against the people of God.
Where you have not manifest then in your physical, outer attainment that full mastery of bilocation or the multiplication of the God Self, you can see by employing the cosmic computer of the mind of God, by transferring the light heart to heart within your meditations and arcing unto God’s people everywhere, you then have that extension which is as the shadow of the Lord casting then upon the ground of those events which are to come when thousands upon thousands will seize the torch of the flame of the Holy Spirit and be truly the counterweight of light against the darkness upon earth.
We come, then, with the message of acceleration that the victory in the physical octave by the hosts of light on this property of Camelot may not be misinterpreted as a time, then, to rest upon the laurel of that victory. For unless that laurel wreath be multiplied many times again and unless many sons and daughters of God are brought into the captivity of that crown of life, you will see that the alterations upon earth will create conditions of great darkness and famine–disturbance of the way of life, beloved ones. And I dare not enumerate that which would come to pass, for I desire not to impress the very decibels of consciousness, the very energies of this forcefield with that vision but only the vision of the immaculate City Foursquare. Therefore let the dictations go forth, let the Word go forth, let there be the multiplication of the books and the teachings, and let these children of the light now forge cords of universal love around the earth and around again, and let the perpetual prayer and meditation of Jesus and Kuthumi be that which is the sustaining grace.
I call to those then who are the shepherds of this flock to consider, then, my alert this day and the very careful instruction which I shall bring to you concerning this alert and this first stage of alert for lightbearers to beware of that which the fallen ones have plotted as they have sought to usurp the light in every nation. As you have been apprised of these conditions and you are aware of that which is manifesting, it requires only that we serve notice and give you the awareness of the alchemy of darkness as opposed to the alchemy of light and how these forces are moving.
Beloved ones, it must be noted that there are very few of those sons and daughters of light who are representing the people today who have truly the momentum of light that is manifest from our octave, that is the full incarnation of the Word. And therefore there are those who are well meaning, there are those who are of higher understanding than others, there are those who are truly motivated in the service of the Christ. But I say to you, unless the saving grace of the entire hierarchy of the hosts of the Lord be understood and integrated with this generation, those who seek to save the earth without that grace will find–as when the dike breaks, as when cataclysm comes, as when the tidal wave is oncoming–that there is nothing that can humanly be done to turn back that which is descending as the result of mankind’s karma.
Therefore that which is done must be done by the Spirit, that which is done must be the perpetual flow of the Word and you as electrodes. Study, therefore, the message that I have given unto the messenger this day as our sermon on the word of John and you will understand the true meaning of aligning yourself with that which is real and leaning not upon the arm of flesh; for, beloved ones, you know not neither do you understand the weight of the amalgamation of the power of misqualified energy that is set against the light. Only, therefore, by the very heart of the Lord Christ multiplied again and again in the ascended masters and their unascended chelas is there sufficient arcing unto the earth of a light that will deter that which has been declared the release of the Dark Cycle by the Lords of Karma as they have reflected the will of the Cosmic Council of the Four and Twenty Elders.
Open up your eyes then and see that the salvation of our God is truly a salvation to the uttermost and that all you do in the service of that light is indeed for a victory of a glory that you have not known before. Pray without ceasing and see, then, that that which has become the reality within you is multiplied again and again through hearts who are truly earnest and have the sincerity of pure love tied to the desire to work a work in his name.
I draw a ring of fire round about you. I take you now into an exalted plane. I accelerate by the power of the Lord’s Spirit your own translation into your own Christ Self that you might be in that citadel, in that very tower consciousness, and behold yourself not as an effect but as the primary mover sealed within the First Cause of a cosmos and descended. Lo, I AM come into this world to be that Son of God incarnate! See, then, the Real Self as yourself and let there not be this separation by the burden of world karma which you have volunteered to bear.
Beloved ones, I take you into that light and that Eternal Presence so that you may transcend the days and the hours by a work of such victory as to be found, then, victors of the age, proponents of the banner of righteousness, overcomers of the lie and of the fallen ones. I send forth my arrow. I send forth my best servants. I send forth that manifestation of myself. And I, Surya, standing upon the shore of time and space, send my Electronic Presence out into the earth–multiplied many millions of times over–for the sustainment of the light.
Thus by my own sacrifice I gain a staying action of the hand of God, for I have chosen to be on earth and to concentrate the momentum of my cosmic consciousness in the Matter sphere so that those who will hear my word and receive this dictation may have, then, that interval of the space of the silence in heaven for the regrouping, for the reconsecration, for the redemption, and for the preparation of that mobility of the Spirit and the body and the sealing of the doors of light within the temple.
I AM Surya. In order that I might come unto the earth, many cosmic beings stand now in the God Star Sirius to manifest the full momentum of that causal body and that being that I AM in God, to hold the weight and the light of planetary evolutions in this vast galaxy of whom you know not–brothers and sisters of light and teeming millions. And so my office in the outpost of the Great Central Sun is kept by the sacrifice of other cosmic beings that I might be on earth that which I AM in heaven, thus fulfilling the prayers of many saints who tarry at the etheric plane–the saints robed in white and the ascended masters whose deep, deep desire is to be in embodiment in this hour to hold the balance on behalf of humanity. And therefore that desiring has become the desiring of the Godhead himself who has sent me, then, to be that body of light, to fortify your blessed souls until your very alignment with the living God will provide an opening for vast quantities of light to descend for the judgment of love, for the leavening of the consciousness, for the awakening of the people.
Beloved ones, I send forth the light of awakening, and with that awakening unto the people of America there comes a literal quaking as they have used the very natural quality of that adaptability that is found in man and nature to protect themselves against truth. Do you understand that the free will of individuals has employed the energy of God to seal them from the very awareness of the reality of God? Yes, beloved ones, mankind have taken this faculty of adaptability and they have allowed their bodies, their temples, to be sealed in fear and anxiety against the truth we bring.
And so this particular problem of humanity’s psychology demands the most expert treatment by the legions of our bands; for when we enter into the auras of the majority of the people and we begin to press down with light and they begin to feel that which is the trembling of the darkness upon earth, their fear becomes so intense that the walls and the ceilings begin to crack. And, beloved ones, if we are not careful there will be a cracking of their very identity so that the very matrix of their ability to rise and to overcome is destroyed before they can exercise the free will to enter into the God flame without fear.
Thus you must understand why the Lord God does not suddenly come into the temple of the people who have employed their free will to keep him out. It is because, beloved ones, there is that very delicate balance whereby if the people knew all that is transpiring, even as much as you know today, they would not be able to sustain their own life because their own life has become an expression of the very unreality of the sealing out of the Lord God himself. And therefore, beloved ones, salvation is unto the Holy Ghost. It is unto the flame of transmutation.
Therefore, understand when you give your calls to the violet flame and you experience the action of the multiplication of those calls, many people upon earth are feeling that delicate energy of baptism, and that which would be broken by our power and our momentum is gently transmuted until little by little they may accept precept upon precept of the law until they are no longer frightened because they have gently come unto the tender presence of the angelic hosts of the Maha Chohan.
The violet-flame action of the students of the light is the leavening action, is the alchemy for the preservation of the matrix of the individual and his free will that he might have another round even in this very lifetime to pursue the Path. Therefore do not consider that because you yourself have a buoyant joy or an abundance of energy that it is not needful that you invoke the violet flame so very often, for if we are to press in and down upon the consciousness of mankind we must have this softening that is invoked from your octave to go before us in the way. Otherwise, beloved ones, if the descent of the Lord God Almighty must come for the judgment of the wicked before these little children, these precious souls, these precious Christians and Buddhists and Hindus and Moslems do come into the full apprehension of the Lord God and of the Lord God’s opponents in this age–then, then you will see that that is the cause of cataclysm itself because the light is too great for the very reinforcement of the rejection of the light by a people who have taken on the ways of the fallen ones.
Let us see, then, how the thrust of the light of the Lords of Karma in this day of the hierarchy of Leo and the initiations of Leo will expand God-gratitude within our lightbearers, will multiply by the action of the sacred fire and the movement of the water as Father-Mother–Aquarius and Leo, light of Saint Germain and the Goddess of Liberty–will move forward. Let us see, then, what dispensations can be had as I AM present with you in the Spirit of the Lord upon earth in these weeks and months ahead. Let us see what can be gained by righteousness, by right action, and by the precious Mother and her chelas casting the bread of life upon the waters that the waters of the Eternal God might return unto them that which is perfected in love.
I seal you and I AM in you the flame of the God Star. Behold, it flickers now upon the altar of your heart! Behold that bursting of a blue-white light! Behold as the angels of the God Star will not leave you comfortless but will erect their shrine of faith in the everlasting will of God right within your very temple. Now be mindful to visualize that flame of the God Star, to give it honor and glory and dominion and praise, to be mindful that it is a useful light that will indeed multiply the action of your own threefold flame and be a witness in the lighthouse of your temple and a beacon to the wayfarers that would come out of the astral sea and stand upon the rock of witness.
I stand upon the rock. I AM your witness today and today and today.

Who is God Surya?
Surya is a cosmic being from Sirius. He wields the tremendous power of the God Star on behalf of the evolutions of earth. His flame is an intense blue tinged with white.
Surya appears in the mythology and religion of India as both the Sun and the Sun God. The Sanskrit word surya comes from the root sur or svar, meaning “to shine.”
Traditional Indian beliefs
During the medieval period in India, worshipers of Surya formed one of the five principal sects. Worship of Surya ranked with the worship of Shiva, Shakti, Vishnu and Ganesha. The importance of the Sun God Surya is evident in Vedic hymns and Hindu mythology. The Gayatri hymn from the Rig-Veda identifies Surya with the Hindu Trinity. The hymn is addressed to the sun and associates Brahma with the sun in the morning, Shiva with the sun at midday, and Vishnu with the sun in the evening. The worship of Surya is mentioned repeatedly in the Ramayana, the oldest epic in Sanskrit literature. After offering a prayer to Surya, Rama overcomes his enemy with ease.
Surya is traditionally depicted seated on a lotus in a chariot of gold drawn by seven horses or by a single horse with seven heads. He crosses the sky observing the good and bad deeds of both mortals and immortals. Surya’s chariot is usually depicted with only one wheel. The one wheel is seen as symbolic of the straight path of justice he maintains. The charioteer is the deity of the dawn, who rides in front of Surya, using his body to shelter the world from Surya’s brilliant rays.
One Hindu myth relates that the sun-god Surya married the daughter of the celestial architect of the gods. She found Surya’s radiance too strong to bear and ran away. Surya pursued his wife and after a long search found her. Once they were reunited, the architect of the gods refashioned Surya so that his wife would be able to remain with him. While singing praises to the sun god, the architect cut away his excessive radiance, keeping intact just a fraction of his original glory in spherical shape. Out of the excess radiance, he created weapons for various gods, including Shiva’s trident. Surya remained resplendent in spite of his alteration. He and his wife had many sons. The eldest was Vaivasvata Manu, who in Hindu tradition is the progenitor of the human race. We know Vaivasvata Manu as the manu of the fifth root race.
One of the most famous temples dedicated to Surya is the colossal thirteenth-century Surya Deula (Sun Temple) at Konark in the state of Orissa, India. This one-hundred-foot-high temple and its hall are designed in the shape of a giant chariot borne on twelve carved stone wheels and drawn by seven stone horses. Today the worship of Surya as the supreme deity is limited to one small sect, but an image of Surya is in every Hindu temple.
