In the name of the beloved mighty victorious Presence of God, I AM in me, and my very own beloved Holy Christ Self, I call to beloved Alpha and Omega in the heart of God in our Great Central Sun, beloved Saint Germain, beloved Portia, beloved Archangel Zadkiel, beloved Holy Amethyst, beloved Mighty Arcturus and Victoria, beloved Kuan Yin, Goddess of Mercy, beloved Oromasis and Diana, beloved Mother Mary, beloved Jesus, beloved Omri-Tas, ruler of the violet planet, beloved great Karmic Board, beloved Guru Ma and Lanello, the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood and the World Mother, elemental life—fire, air, water, and earth! To expand the Violet Flame within my heart, purify my four lower bodies, transmute all misqualified energy I have ever imposed upon life, and blaze mercy’s healing ray throughout the earth, the elementals, and all mankind and answer this my call infinitely, presently, and forever.
Beloved mighty victorious Presence of God, I AM in me, thou immortal unfed flame of Christ-love burning within my heart, Holy Christ Selves of all mankind, beloved mighty Elohim Arcturus and Victoria, all great beings, powers, and activities of Light serving the Violet Flame, beloved Guru Ma and Lanello, the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood and the World Mother, elemental life—fire, air, water, and earth!
In the name and by the magnetic power of the Presence of God which I AM and by the magnetic power of the sacred fire vested in me, I invoke the mighty presence and power of your full-gathered momentum of service to the Light of God that never fails, and I command that it be directed throughout all mankind, elemental life, and the angelic hosts serving earth’s evolutions.
Blaze thy dazzling light of a thousand suns throughout the earth and transmute all that is not of the Light into the God- victorious, light all-glorious, flaming Jesus Christ perfection.
In thy name, O God, I decree:
1. O Arcturus, blessed being bright,
Flood, flood, flood our world with Light;
Bring forth Perfection everywhere,
Hear, O hear our earnest prayer.
Refrain: Charge us with thy Violet Flame,
Charge, O charge us in God’s name;
Anchor in us all secure,
Cosmic radiance, make us Pure.
2. O Arcturus, blessed Elohim,
Let thy Light all through us stream;
Complement our souls with Love
From thy stronghold up above.
3. O Arcturus, Violet Flame’s great Master,
Keep us safe from all disaster;
Secure us in the cosmic stream,
Help expand God’s loving dream.
4. O Arcturus, dearest LORD of might,
By thy star radiance beaming bright,
Fill us with thy cosmic Light,
Raise, O raise us to thy height.
And in full Faith I consciously accept this manifest, manifest, manifest! (3x) right here and now with full Power, eternally sustained, all-powerfully active, ever expanding and world enfolding until all are wholly ascended in the light and free! Beloved I AM! Beloved I AM! Beloved I AM!

Who Are Arcturus and Victoria?
Arcturus and Victoria, the Elohim of the seventh ray, focus the energies of the seat-of-the-soul chakra of the planet from their retreat in the etheric realm near Luanda in Angola, Africa. This retreat is dedicated to the freedom and victory of the planet. They also focus the flame of mercy, forgiveness and alchemy. The pulsations of the violet flame from the hearts of Arcturus and Victoria produce the rhythm and the ritual of application through service and reverence for life.
Arcturus uses the purple flame to focus the scientific action and transmutative essence of freedom, while Victoria radiates the violet (orchid-colored) flame, representing the mercy and love of freedom.
Arcturus’ service today
The service of the Elohim of the seventh ray to this planet has been intensified beginning in the twentieth century as the result of the dispensation given to Saint Germain in the 1930s to release to the outer world the teachings of the I AM. Formerly this instruction had been given only in retreats of the Brotherhood.
Therefore, at the opening of the Century of Progress Exposition in Chicago in 1933, Arcturus began the specific action of the freedom flame for the assistance of the Americas. During that decade, other cosmic beings came out of the Great Silence (Nirvana) to assist Saint Germain in his tremendous undertaking on behalf of the evolutions of the planet. This assistance has been augmented and intensified in recent years, and the continuing sponsorship of the Great White Brotherhood, ascended hosts and cosmic beings is evident in the dispensations that have come forth.
The miracle of the violet flame
Arcturus and Victoria have spoken frequently about the benefits of the violet flame:
The problems of the world are bigger than both of us and all of us. They are not bigger than the Elohim of God, but they are bigger than us when we have no one to contact in the earth who will make the call to the violet flame whereby we can intercede.
The violet flame, then, is the very solution of the hour to get things moving … in all of these places you see as you sit before your TV sets and stare in wonder at the atrocities being committed. Yet have you saturated the area with the violet flame?… Whatever problems you see when you look at your home life, your family and your children, know that the violet flame can and will make the difference!…
Many of you have seen the film Aladdin, and you have said to yourselves, “Now, that is just what I need—I need a genie!”… Well, Saint Germain is a genie also. So you have your genies. In fact, you have ten thousand–times–ten thousand genies! For look at all the ascended masters and hosts of the LORD who, when they hear just one command from you, when that command is qualified by the will of God, will answer your call and perform for you so long as what you are asking for is the will of God and is in keeping with the cosmic timetable for that event…. We are in joy, Arcturus and Victoria, ever ready to save planet Earth in answer to yourcommand!

So you will decide what the violet flame will be as the x factor in the turning around of your life, your economy, your outlook!
Everything that happens to you in this world can be altered by the violet flame! Only you can decide….
Somehow this human mind that carries the cast of the dweller-on-the-threshold and the not-self does not quite believe, even in the minds and hearts of chelas, that the violet flame can do everything—everything that you need to have done…. Yes, beloved hearts, seeing is going to be believing. And we are going to see to it that at some level of your being, both conscious and unconscious, you shall acknowledge the miracles of the very violet flame that you invoke.
When an alchemist goes to his laboratory, if he does not perform the experiment, if he does not engage in alchemy, nothing happens. Well, if you do nothing, you will see nothing! And so the experiment must include your invoking the violet flame for a certain amount of time each day until you have a momentum building in your aura….
The violet flame is the wonder drug of the century. It is the wonder flame! And it can make the difference as to which way planet Earth goes. I don’t mind if you whistle the violet flame, sing the violet flame, jump and dance to the violet flame, do circle dances to all of your music to the violet flame, create new music to the violet-flame decrees.
I don’t mind whatever you do. Make games out of it! Do marathons with it! But whatever you do, beloved ones, you have to get busy with exciting and innovative methods to bring that violet flame into every area of your life and to bring it there at the point where it counts, with the science of the spoken Word—your word, your tongue, your vocal cords and your chakras.
