I would read to you the prophecy of the LORD delivered through the prophet Joel:

Joel 2
28 And it shall come to pass af¬terward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:
29 And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit.
30 And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.
[“And” said before “The sun”]
31 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the LORD come.
32 And it shall come to pass, that [“upon” said instead of “on”] whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call.

The Mount Zion is the z-ion, or the point of the Mighty I AM Presence.  And the Place Prepared that holy mountain of God, as the spiritual presence, is established by Saint Germain and the hosts of the LORD in this Place Prepared of America.

Rev. 21:10       New Jerusalem that comes down out of heaven represents the etheric city of Light.  It is the sign of the golden city and the golden age come again.  And those who are the called and the remnant are the seed of the Universal Christ who have come to this planet in all ages and in all nations.  And they have assembled in a great gathering for the fulfillment of the promises of God.

And this is a land which is a base to be used by them for the healing of nations, for the bringing of freedom to the earth, for the conquest of self and the demonstration of the law of Christ right here in the heart where I AM THAT I AM.  This is the land of opportunity to return to the golden age.  We the people who gather here from all nations or those who are here by birth have an inner calling of Light to see to it that our labor is a sacred labor and that we recognize that our calling is to show forth the realization of God.

This, then, is the point of the Coming Revolution in Higher Consciousness.  This revolution has been brought by the power of the Lord Jesus Christ, by the power of his sending messengers and angels to us, such as the beloved Saint Germain and the archangels, to return to us the lost Word and the lost Teaching that he gave in the beginning, as well as the new dispensations that are at hand in this hour of Aquarius.

The new dispensation that is key to your life and mind is the awareness of  the coming of The LORD Our Righteousness prophesied by Jeremiah, who declares, Jer.23:1,6   “Woe to the pastors who scatter and destroy the sheep of my pasture.”

Instead of the false pastors and the false priests and the false rabbis, there shall come the great minister, the great high priest of all‑-the Holy Christ Self, the individualized presence of the Universal Christ for each and every one and the individualized presence of the I AM THAT I AM.

The magnificence of this presence is that the Tree of Life is with the sons and daughters of God and that the fruits of our causal body are intended Rev. 22:2    to be for the healing of all nations.  This people is a servant-people.  Those Matt.23:11 who would be greatest must become the servant of all.  This nation must be a collective unity of hearts who recognize their mission is to serve to unfold the light of Christ in everyone upon this planet.

Thus, we come, pursuing as disciples of that living Word the desire to take unto ourselves, by the grace of God, the mantle of shepherd.  And the cry of the LORD is for leadership today‑-leadership that is centered in the rock of Isa. 9:6 Christ.  Isaiah says, “The government shall be upon his shoulders.”  Upon the shoulders of your Christ Self is the government of your household, your temple, your spirit, and your being.  Begin at home.  Charity begins at home.  You must learn to govern yourself and to be that Christ in action before you can raise a hand and challenge the adversaries of the poor and the meek and the homeless and the widowed.

Understand the meaning of claiming the light of God-Mastery.  It is not to appear or to be great among men, but that you might become the servant of that light that is like the imprisoned lightning in the hearts of our people.  It has not been unleashed to turn back the tide of darkness.  This tide of darkness is oncoming at an accelerated rate.  And therefore, in the midst of so great a Light and a deliverance of Light, we see that the Darkness is moving swiftly.  Therefore, I would bring to you today an understanding of this prophecy to the nations that has been coming for many centuries, even from the time of the prophets of Israel and the Lord Christ down to the present.

Prophecy as  We must understand what is the meaning of prophecy.  It is the handwriting the Hand-writing on   on the wall of mankind’s karma, of the causes they have set in motion.  It is the Wall the prediction of the sower of the field as to what the harvest will be, given the type of seed, the soil, and the weather conditions.  It is an accurate prophecy.  The moving finger writes, and having writ, it is said, cannot cancel out a line of it.

But, beloved, the canceling out of the lines of karma is our calling.  Few understand it.  And of those who understand it, fewer still, beloved, have the determination and the dedication to hold the flame and to keep the vision day after day after day, that those who call upon the name of the LORD I AM THAT I AM will be saved.  And those who do not exercise the power of the spoken Word and recall the memory of the name of God I AM THAT I AM, where will they appear?  Where will they appear in the time of the descent of world karma?

The handwriting on the wall decrees tremendous darkness in the earth at this time.  There is no question about it.  Every prophet that has ever given forth prophecy has said this is the time of the harvest, this is the time of the vengeance of our God when mankind who have not accepted the grace of the forgiveness of the Almighty and mended their ways but continue to squander the light and make mockery of the very laws of God, they, then, must receive in the Gal. 6:7    only way they will understand the teaching that as a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

I Cor. 6:20    Thus, America and every nation today is about to reap this judgment of their own words and their own works.  They have taken the period of grace that was bought for us by Jesus Christ these two thousand years‑-grace for the   setting aside of our ancient karma for one purpose‑-that we might use these two thousand years to internalize the Word and the Christ of Jesus.  Two thousand years of embodiments on this path should have afforded us immediacy this day of our own personal Christhood.

But what has happened?  The false priests, the false gurus, have stripped from the teachings of Christianity in the very earliest centuries the knowledge of the path of the internalization of the Word and the becoming of that Light.  They have Romanized Christianity and made of Jesus a flesh-and-blood god to be worshiped.  And they have never directed the attention of the people to the worship of the inner Light of God where I AM THAT I AM.  And therefore, what has happened is a two-thousand-year gap in what should have been a mighty spiritual progress on this planet throughout the nations.

A false doctrine of Christ labeled “Christianity” has been carried throughout the world.  Think if the true message had been proclaimed from the beginning what might have been averted in this day.

Now we are as sheep, shorn lambs, not having the full fire of our divinity to meet the oncoming darkness.  Will God be mocked?  Nay, he will not be mocked.  The Lord God Almighty comes to us this day.  And in the twinkling of the eye of God, you are summoned by the baptism of the sacred fire to release, then, that karma into the flame, to accept the divinity of God where you are, to enter into your Real Self, to be who you are, and to march with the forces of Light for the holding of the balance against planetary cataclysm.

Matt.24:6,7  Indeed, there are rumblings in the earth‑-and earthquakes in diverse places are a mighty indication‑-and wars and rumors of wars and terrorism and the building up of a massive force of hatred against America that comes out of the blasphemous mouth of the Ayatollah Khomeini who is training his Moslems throughout the Middle East so as even the Arab states fear the uprising of this fanaticism.

Decree Work of the Lightbearers         The handwriting is on the wall.  And I will bring you the notes of this prophecy.  I say to you, the handwriting can be erased by a tremendous outpouring of the violet flame and of decrees to Archangel Michael and his legions.  A year ago at Easter, Archangel Michael called me to deliver to you his rosary.  It takes less than an hour to give.  It contains powerful invocations and blanks where you put the inserts of the problems in society that are happening daily.

This call has been given by us day after day after day with tremendous results of victories.  We are so ardent in our dedication to Archangel Michael and his deliverance, to Almighty God through the hosts of heaven, that we have placed upon our altar of the Holy Grail at Camelot a giant globe that is lit so that we may stand and raise our hands and direct the light rays into any area of the world where there is a crisis or a serious condition.

And then we put up our screen and we freeze-frame situations in the news so that we can direct our presence, our light, our entire consciousness to the very streets of Seoul, Korea, or South Africa or Ethiopia or Nicaragua or anywhere on earth where there is darkness.  And we give the violet flame, and we give it by the hour, beloved.  We give the calls to Archangel Michael by the hour.  And we weary not in this service because we know it is the service of the remnant of the Lightbearers who are ascending to the sun.  It is our calling.  It is our dedication.

And we have seen ourselves make the call to place our bodies, our etheric bodies of Light, en masse on the borders of Poland for the protection of the Polish people during the Solidarity crisis.  We have visualized ourselves and established our presence in the very square in Poland where all of this darkness took place.  And, beloved ones, the results have been far greater than they might have been had the Soviet Union come down upon Poland in that crisis.

Dalliance in Human Momentums      You must realize that it takes many, many more hearts than have responded to this call to prevent cataclysm as world change as predicted.  I travel all over the world to deliver this message and I find many hearts of Light who do respond and instantly come into that light and walk away from their old psychology of self-condemnation, worthlessness, sin, all kinds of indulgences, poor diets.  Matt.4: 18-20   Immediately they are summoned as Jesus calls them from their nets‑-their nets of karmic entanglement.  And they accept the dispensation to come into alignment and to make up for lost time.

And then I see others who have the Teaching and who have had it for years and dally in these old pettiness of arguments or of “I am no good.  I can’t do anything.  I can’t get anything done.”  And they keep repeating that old cycle of failure.  And they don’t come into the fiery coil and let the fire burn through them and really enter the sacred heart of Christ.

You have to understand you do not have time to fool around with these old momentums.  All of us have limiting, human momentums.  All of us have some psychology of limitation left over from our childhood, for our past lives.

I say, so what?  Does the violet flame work or doesn’t it work?  Does Archangel Michael work or doesn’t he work?  Does God work through you or doesn’t he?  You Col. 3:9; Ezra 10:11   have to put off the old man today and come apart and be a separate people, called unto the Lord’s calling in this hour, which is a desperate calling.  Please realize this.

In all past ages, which I remember vividly‑-Lemuria, Atlantis, Pompeii, ancient civilizations‑-the destruction that came came in one night.  And those who were not prepared had no time to escape.  Preparation for Noah’s ark took one hundred years.  One hundred years Noah was warning the people of the coming deluge.  And they played and they dallied.  And finally the hour came.  And in the meantime, they mocked and ridiculed Noah.  They jeered at him and said, “Where is this cataclysm you are predicting?”  And meanwhile he went on abuilding his ark.

So, you see, if a mighty people are to be stay, saved by the Light, they must be warned in advance of the sudden cataclysm that descends upon the body temple as a cancer, as a plague, as age.  Suddenly in the night one who was well is no longer well.  And the shock factor of being told you have so many months to live is grave indeed.

Alternative Healing I would like you to know that my heart goes out to you.  Last evening a very high percentage of those who came before me spoke of cancer in the body, some of AIDS, some of other dire condicsh, conditions.  And I want to tell you that apart from this seminar, we have explored all of the best resources for alternative healing.  Most importantly in the cure of any disease and the maintenance of good health is a raw food diet‑-a very careful diet of green drink, carrot juice, apple juice, fasting, prayer, salads, everything that is vital‑-and the flushing out of toxins so that there cannot be the lodging of toxins in you that becomes a place for the harboring of disease.

Therefore, I would say to you that I do not claim that these systems heal or that I heal.  But I would say to you that you can give your body the maximum opportunity to heal itself when you remove the debris.  And if you would like to pursue the knowledge of the sacred science of health and correct eating, you may contact our Teaching Center and the staff here in San Francisco or our staff at Camelot in Los Angeles.  There is a library of tapes and services held and a place for you to continue your study of the Ascended Masters’ Teachings here in San Francisco.  And I hope you will come to our July 2nd to 6th conference in Malibu for the Fourth of July when you can again inform yourself.

There are also all kinds of doctors in and out of the country who will deal directly with alternative cures for cancer.  They make no claims for healing.  I make no claims for them.  But they pursue systems of health that give the body the greatest advantage to overcome the condition.  And many of them advocate working right along with the medical doctor and their advances in modern science.

When you are in the body and the body is not well, you must heed the call of Serapis Bey.  You must fight death as the last enemy.  You must never concede and give in to the death of the body as the will of God.  It is not the will of God.  It is the will of man, your free will, ignorantly misused in the incorrect care of that body and in society’s overlay of terrible food such as the vast majority of Americans have today in the richest and most abundant economy of Deut.30:19    the world.  And yet people are not taught to choose life and not death in the foods that they eat.

I wanted to say that to you because, aside from your coming to this altar, I receive calls from around the world every day.  And many times it is when it is too late, when the advance of death and virus in the body has taken over.  We must reverse the tide of this plague.  It is one of those things that is the handwriting upon the wall that can be consumed by the violet flame.

Do not give up the fight in your body.  Do not concede one organ, one cell, one part of yourself to anything less than radiant health.  And therefore, get off the excess weight because radioactive fallout and toxins lodge in the fat of your system.  Marijuana lodges in the fat of the system.  You have to get rid of it by a good diet, by cleansing and rebuilding.  And you have to come into alignment so that your pores and cells are a grid of light through which the angels may pass through and the beings of God may deliver to the planet the light you invoke.

Please do this.  You are precious to God.  You are worth something.  When you overeat and you’re in bad health and you ache all over, it’s a sign you don’t like yourself.  You are punishing yourself for grievous things or sins imagined.

This is the body of the Divine Mother that you wear.  Do you love the Divine Mother?  If you love her, tend her body that she has given to you.  You are the manifestation of God and your temples must be glistening and radiant.  And the radiance should flow from your very body cells and your skin.  This is how life was intended to be.  And I tell you, that is one of the major reasons Saint Germain has consecrated the Royal Teton Ranch‑-so that in our bodies and in our spirits we could hold the flame of purity for the age.

Accountability of the Lightbearers   Now I want to tell you that I am going to read you a prophecy with the under­standing that this prophecy can be turned back if we band together and do not fail to give our decrees to the violet flame and our rosary to Archangel Michael and Mother Mary.  I will tell you that the prophecy will not be turned back unless embodied individuals decide to be the mediator, to intercede, to be the point of Christ in embodiment that says, “I will expand the sacred heart of my Lord where I AM THAT I AM.  And I will defy the forces of this ancient karma.  And I will say to them, ‘Thus far and no farther.  They shall not pass.  I command you, go into the flame of the LORD’s all-consuming fire this day.'”

This is in your hand and authority to do, beloved.  You are not helpless.  In the day of your individual judgment before the throne of Almighty God, you will report to beloved Alpha what did you do to stop world cataclysm in this age, especially when you knew the truth.  Did you know the truth and did you obey the call?  You will give accounting.  I tell you this by the spirit of prophecy and not in any way as a threat or a condemnation.  I give you the information because when it does come to pass, you will say to me, “Mother, why didn’t you tell us?”

It is so.  When there is darkness in a land, when leaders make wrong decisions as our representatives, if we do not challenge them by the Holy Spirit and by direct communication with them, we, then, are held accountable for their deeds because they are legally, constitutionally our representatives.  You have to challenge the wrong decisions.  If you believe a decision is wrong, let that representative in the state legislature or in Washington know your position.  Challenge Ronald Reagan when you don’t like what he does, when he doesn’t fulfill his promises.  And then go to the altar and invoke the power of God to dis, to restore right action and raise up the Christ, either in the present leaders or in other leaders who must come to take their place because they refuse utterly to be the embodiment of that Christ.

Your vote and voice is counted.  Your names are written in the Book of Life.  And everyone’s record is there and you review that record at the end of each embodiment on earth.  Nothing happens by happenstance or accident.  And your presence in the United States of America, in this city today means that your cosmic accountability is here and now.

Let us see, then, what these prophecies portend.

Would you like to put the lectern in the center or do you want to leave it where it is?‑-because I am going to stay at the lectern for the whole lecture.

Fátima Prophecies      I would like to begin with the Fátima prophecies.  The retreat of Archangel

Raphael, whose likeness is before you, is in the etheric octave over Fátima, Portugal.  Therefore, at that place of the retreat of the Archangel Raphael, Mother Mary descended in 1917 with her message for this century.

I am very fond of this image of the Blessed Mother because it reminds us that when we expand the sacred fire in the heart and the heart becomes a blazing sun, the heart is pierced by world pain and the sorrow of people’s falling away from their God Source.  Those who know and feel the planet as a whole have that pain and that piercing of the heart, even as the sacred fire flows through them.

Between May 13th and October 13th, 1917, during World War I and the fomenting of the Bolshevik Revolution, Mother Mary made six appearances to three shepherd children‑-Lucia, Francisco and Jacinto.  In her messages she urged the daily recitation of the rosary, devotion to her Immaculate Heart, and penance.

Teaching on the Hail Mary As we have received many dictations from beloved Mother Mary since the founding of this activity in 1958, let me tell you that our understanding of this call is to give Mother Mary’s new age rosary which she dictated to me in 1972, which is an affirmation of the Mother flame‑-“Hail, Mary.”  This Hail Mary corresponds to the devotions to the Divine Mother out of the Far East and is the means that the Blessed Mother has given to us to also raise the Mother flame from the base chakra to the crown.  When you salute Mary, you salute the Ma-ray of the Universal Mother in cosmos, in your heart, and in the heart of Mother Mary whose represe­ntative she is.  This is a wonderful call and it does softly raise the Kundalini fire.

Many Protestants have objected to the rosary.  This understanding breaks down the barriers of division and clearly shows to us that the path of the Divine Mother has been taught since the most ancient days of Lemuria.  She gave me the rosary which says, “Hail, Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.”  That means I acknowledge the LORD, the Mighty I AM Presence, is where thou art.

“Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.”

The womb of the Divine Mother is the matrix.  Each one of you, both male and female, has a matrix, an ovoid of light in which you give birth to your alchemical creations by the union of Alpha and Omega.  That ovoid of light is the place where the Manchild is born in you by the meeting of the fires of Alpha and Omega.  When we acknowledge the birth of Christ through Mary, we are always acknowledging the present potential of our own giving birth to that same Christ.  If you cannot confess the Christ in Jesus, that he is Lord, you can never confess the Christ in yourself or myself.  Thus, the acknowledgment of the great Lights who have gone before us opens the door to our own coming into that union.

“Blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God”‑-this is a sore spot for Protestants also, and let me explain it as she told it to me.  “Holy Mary, Mother of God” means the one who nourishes the incarnation of God here below.  Nourishing the expansion of the God flame within yourself, you are mothering God.  “Holy Mary, holy Mother ray within me, holy Mother ray within the blessed Mother Mary, come with me now.  Be around me.  Place your Electronic Presence upon me, and therefore raise up the sacred fire of the seed of Christ in me.”

“Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us, sons and daughters of God, now and at the hour of our victory over sin, disease, and death.”

Mother Mary told me to remove the word sinners from that rosary.  You are not sinners.  You have only sinned and soiled your garments, but you are sons and daughters of God at heart.  And you may put off these garments.

The condemnation of all people as sinners is a diabolical plot of the fallen angels to limit your understanding of yourself as the issue of the Almighty One.  Therefore, we say, “Pray for us, sons and daughters of God.”

The old rosary said, “Now and at the hour of our death.”  There is no death.  We do not believe in death.  We say we must get the victory over Death and Hell and we need the intercession of the Divine Mother “now and at the hour of our victory.”  There is a moment when cosmos decrees that you have your victory.  And in that moment you need her reinforcement.  “Pray for us now and at the hour of our victory over sin, disease, and death.”  This is a marvelous call.

Devotion to the immaculate heart of Mary is the devotion to that heart who holds the immaculate concept of ourselves and the destiny of the world.  It is holding the divine blueprint, as Saint Germain has taught us in his alchemy course this weekend‑-holding the divine blueprint.  Mother Mary’s heart holds the divine blueprint of the golden age for the entire planet and every individual.  When we meditate upon the threefold flame of her heart, we receive arcing back to us the momentum of her‑-excuse me‑-the momentum of her devotion to that heart, to that grand design.

And so, as it arcs back to us, we begin to develop the immaculate heart of Mary, the sacred heart of Jesus, because we understand the meaning of the threefold flame.  So the threefold flame is the central sun of our being and the divine spark by which we can manifest the light.

The third is penance.  Penance is the giving of the violet flame.  It is not only the forgiveness of sin, it is the transmutation of the cause, effect, record, and memory of the karma‑-the cause behind it.

Now these words came in Catholic terms to Catholic children.  But we understand the message and we are keeping her command.

Fátima Prophecies      On her third visit, on July 13, she warned:  “If people do as I shall ask, many souls will be converted and there will be peace….If people do not cease offending God…another and more terrible war will begin.”  Unfortunately, the offenses unto God have not ceased in this century but they have accelerated and increased in our own United States, let alone the other nations.

She said, “When you shall see a night illumined by an unknown light, know that this is the great sign from God that the chastisement of the world for its many transgressions is at hand….To prevent this, I shall come to ask for the consecration of Russia to my Immaculate Heart and the communion of reparation on the First Saturdays.  If my requests are heard, Russia will be converted and there will be peace.”

On the evening of January 25, 1938, the night was illumined by an ominous red glow that lit the entire sky.  It lasted for 5 hours and was seen throughout Europe, America, Asia, and Africa, explained by scientists as an extraordinary manifestation of the aurora borealis.  However, it came on the eve of World War II and World War II did descend.

What has happened concerning the consecration of Russia is that the conse­cration of Russia exactly according to her direction never took place.  Various popes made various blessings, but as it was told to be done, it has never been done to this hour.

A secret part of the message given to the children at Fátima in July 1917 was written down by Lucia some time prior to 1950.  And Pope John XXIII read it in 1960 and decided not to reveal it at that time.

A German newspaper printed an extract of this message‑-Neues Europa.  And so it printed the following, purported to be the content of that message.

“A great chastisement will come over all mankind; not today or tomorrow but in the second half of the twentieth century.”  Scientists under Satan’s influence “will design weapons that can destroy great portions of mankind in short periods.  Satan will gain hold of the heads of nations and will cause these destructive weapons to be mass produced.  If mankind will not oppose these evils, I will be obliged to let the Arm of my Son drop in vengeance.”

The descent of the arm of the Lord Christ signifies the descent of the judgment or the return of karma.

If the leaders of Church and State do not actively oppose these evils, “I will ask God my Father to bring His Justice to bear on mankind.  Then will God punish mankind even more severely and heavily than He did at the time of the great deluge”‑-which was the time of the sinking of Atlantis.

She said that a time of great trial was coming for the Church when “cardinals will oppose cardinals and bishops will oppose bishops.”  Satan will infiltrate the ranks and great changes will occur in Rome.

“The great, great war will come in the second half of the twentieth century.  Death will reign everywhere, raised to triumph by erring men, the helpers of Satan who will be the masters of the earth.  These evils will come at a time when no one expects it…The age of ages is coming, the end of all ends if mankind will not repent and be converted and if this conversion does not come from rulers of the world and of the Church.  Woe and greater woe to mankind if conversion does not occur.”

The conversion we speak of is your soul’s conversion back to the way of your I AM Presence and Holy Christ Self‑-the inner walk with God and the association with the heavenly hierarchies of the saints, the angels, and elemental life.  I pray you experience this.

Now various prophecies have been given through the Ascended Masters’ dictations through us concerning Fátima.

Ascended Masters’ Prophecies    On November 22, 1984, Jesus told us:  “I come to change the prophecy of Fatima. 

I come to undo the dire predictions.  I come to work through you for the saving on Fátima of every soul that is gone astray.  This is a dispensation of the moment, the hour, and the decade.  Work in this wise while ye have the Light.  For should the Dark Night come to the planet, and we pray God it shall not, but should it come, in that hour my own must be safe in the arms of the Universal Mother, that they be not torn from eternal Life by any condition whatsoever.”

Saint Germain has told us that if there were no threatenings of world change, he still would have had us set aside the Inner Retreat as the Place Prepared for our walk with God, our demonstration of his mighty laws, and as a springboard to the going forth to all nations with this message.  Nevertheless, the Royal Teton Ranch happens to have been established in a time of these warnings.  And we understand that it is a far better place to be than in the cities of the nations that are threatened.

On October 11, 1985, Surya announced that the Electronic Presence of Mother Mary would stand for 24 hours at the place of her statue in the Chapel of the Holy Grail.  He asked all to come and “recite the rosary and sing praises” to “the Divine Mother” so that “she might send the momentum of her causal body of devotion to the will of God and the Cosmic Christ into the nations for the averting of the dire predictions of the Fátima prophecy.”

The Electronic Presence of Mother Mary can be invoked by you where you are in your own home.  You may have a picture of Mother Mary or a statue.  But most of all, you have yourself‑-the temple of God.  And you ask her to place her Electronic Presence over you as you pray for the LORD’s intercession and give the angels the energy that they need.

Now since the papal consecration of Russia never occurred, Mother Mary, on March 22nd, 1978, delivered a dictation through me in which she formally consecrated Russia to her immaculate heart.  Since she had called for the pope and the bishops to make this consecration, she placed the mantle of shepherd and bishop on all present.

This is a fulfillment of the prophecy of Jesus who said to, who was spoken to by those who complained of the adulation given to him on Palm Sunday by the Luke 19:40    people as he came into Jerusalem.  And he said, “If these” (meaning the multitudes) “if these should hold their peace, the very stones should cry out.”  There comes a moment when nothing in the universe can hold back the praise of the Almighty, even if elemental life itself must offer that praise for a dumb humanity.

And so, Mother Mary used those who were gathered in that service in Pasadena, used their body temples, placed over them the mantle of bishop, gave the conse­cration of Russia to the immaculate heart.  That took place as her determination that her prophecy and her words would not be turned back and would not be denied.  However, she had prophesied that the consecration would come but it would come too late, after Russia had already spread her evils around the world.

In an earlier dictation of July 3rd, 1973, through Mark L. Prophet, Mother Mary reminded us of the Fátima prophecy and warned

“that upon all mankind will destruc­tion come.”  “The land is plagued with darkness upon the screens of the invention of the motion picture…over the churches devoted to honor my Son’s name…as the political candidates struggle among themselves seeking a temporal crown.”

“The elementals have communicated recently with one another and they are preparing to execute cata­clysmic strands of destruction that have only begun in the world order.”

    “This shall come to pass unless the Teachings of God shall be fulfilled in the hearts of many men and women presently totally dedicated to their own selves without understanding of the great needs of human­ity.”

In 1977, she said, “Oncoming cataclysm of descending karma…will surely come to every doorstep ere the age shall pass unless there is a swift return by redemption to the flaming heart of the Immaculate One….

“Until a correct understanding of the I AM THAT I AM be made known across the land, govern­ments will fall, economies will crumble,­ churches will come to ruin, darkness will cover the land, famine will be present, and souls will be lost….”

On January 28, 1979, 4 months after the murder of Pope John Paul I by powers that be within the Vatican, Mother Mary came with a judgment and a warning to those who

“have persistently denied the miracles of the Virgin Mary” and “the judgment of the false teachers who have stolen into the churches with their false theol­ogy.”

“My coming is….for the coming of that light of the Great Central Sun that is for the realignment of the earth, that earth and her evolutions we, will be able to stand in the coming of the hour of those astrolog­ical con­figurations­ prophesied for the 1980s when Light will again intensify, when Darkness will intensify, and when those who hold the Light must hold the Light for the victory of the perpetuation of the seed of Christ, of Abraham within the earth.”

How many of you knew that Pope John Paul I was murdered in the Vatican?  I wish to give you a brief outline of this.

I think the most important recent dictation of Mother Mary was August 26, 1984.  “The Power of God in My Right Hand” was the name of her address.  She said, “I come on a singular mission from our Father, once again as the handmaid of Helios and Vesta.  And the Father has said to me:  ‘Go, beloved.  Go, beloved Mary.'”

She announced that the Father had placed in her hand “the rod of authority for the utter annihilation of world atheism known as World Communism and solidified in a political and economic conspiracy.”  In her hand he placed the power to overturn World Communism.

She said, “I raise my Right Hand, therefore, in the release of the Judgment of the Cosmic Virgin, the cosmic force of Omega passed through your hearts, delivered by angels…

“By the Mother Flame does the Judgment go forth!  Take heed, then, ye fallen ones!  For the Judgment has descended in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, but the era of the implementation of the Judgment of the Woman and her legions of Light is come.  And this is the sign and the trembling in the cup of the Judgment in the physical octave such as not been seen before….”

Murder of  Pope John Paul I       I suggest you read the book In God’s Name by David Yallop who presents the case that John Paul I, who reigned for thirty-three days, was murdered on September 28 or 29 in the Vatican by forces of conspiracy.  The book exposes the web of corruption.  He says that they conspired to eliminate the new pope because he threatened their financial and political operations with his dream of a poor church for the poor.  Six individuals were involved in this conspiracy, which also involved the banking scandals surrounding the Catholic Church.

And so it came to pass that the day he died, Pope John Paul I‑-who was one of the greatest modern saints living as far as my estimation is concerned‑-had advised the Cardinal ve, Villot that Bishop Marcinkus was to be removed the next day from his position as president of the Vatican Bank.  The Vatican ties with Calvi’s Banco Ambrosiano were to be cut.  Cardinal Codni and Villot himself were to be replaced as were several other clerics.  The next morning, the pope, who was in perfect health, was found sitting up but dead in his bed by a sister.

His medicine was confiscated, removed by Villot.  There was never an autopsy done and no official death certificate has been issued.  The body was immediately embalmed to destroy all evidence of the poisoning of the pope by his cardinals.

Now if you can imagine the judgment that this brings upon Rome for the murder of the one anointed‑-if you cannot imagine it, I can tell you that an institution that is composed of such criminals acting in such manner can only be subject to the full karma and judgment of the Almighty.

It is such a shocking matter that this should occur in our day and age.  We imagine that the days of the conspiracies of the Vatican were long over after the hour of the Borgias and so forth.  And here it is today.  It can happen.

Where is the true shepherd and the true church of Christ?

Today the pope has launched an attack against fundamentalist Christians and new-age movements.  He is concerned not so much about what they teach but that they are drawing Catholics from his church.  He wants to know why they are drawing Catholics away.  The pope has declared war on these religions and the so-called cults‑-he who should be the champion of the inner walk with God and our freedom to pursue it in the universal church.

Prophecies       Now Nostradamus’ prophecy is very vital to our time.  The theme of his of Nostradamus    prophecies are majal, major global warfare.  As you know, he lived in France.  He was an astrologer and a doctor between 1503 and 1566.

This is Fátima‑-before we leave the subject of Mother Mary, the power of Jesus predicted by Mother Mary in the descent of the right hand of the Son.  We invoke the Electronic Presence in the very heart of the Vatican for the admission and the exposé of the banking and murder scandals that have surrounded it.  We also call to Archangel Michael for the cutting free of the Lightbearers.

Now I believe that the spirit of prophecy that was upon Nostradamus did come through the heart of Saint Germain.  There are many accuracies that have been seen in the outplaying of history that have already come to pass.

So he says that “in the last period all the Christian kingdoms, and those of the infidils will be shaken, those of the infidels, will be shaken for 25 years.  The wars and battles will be more injurious.  Towns, cities, castles, and other buildings will be burned, laid waste, and destroyed, with great bloodshed of vestals, violation of wives and widows” and so forth.

There’s a prophecy‑-“Then shall begin the great empire of Antichrist…who will come with a countless throng, so that the advent of the Holy Spirit, from the 48th parallel, will make a great change and chase away the abomination of Antichrist that made war on the sovereign Vicar of Christ and against his Church for a time…to the end of time.”

This passage has been interpretated variously, but I would simply like to make note of the fact that the 48th parallel runs through northern Montana and that the advent of the Holy Spirit in our day is the advent of the descent of the Spirit of your I AM Presence upon you.

So the interpretation is that this war will start in the Middle East, be followed by the appearance of the third Antichrist; that the Soviet Union will form an alliance with the West; that the Far and Middle East will retaliate, supported by nuclear, bacterio­logical, chemical arsenals from China; that major conventional battles of World War III will likely take place in Europe.

Some say that all of these events will be realized by the year 2023, that Europe will be attacked and laid waste, sinking in wreckage and blood.

Another theme repeated in the prophecies of Nostradamus is that of the disaster in the time of the comet‑-perhaps Halley’s Comet, raining blood, milk, famine, war and disease….sky will be seen fire, dragging a great tail of sparks.”

Some consider that the sign of the coming of Halley’s comet is the outbreak of the Third World War, the inevitable advent of the third Antichrist, and the era marked by earthquakes, plagues, blood, famine, and disease.

One interpreter of Nostradamus says that these disturbances are likely to be caused by the arrival in our solar system of a new celestial body which would be discovered by astronomers around 1980 to 1983.

Author Zecharia Sitchin concludes from his study of ancient Mesopotamian texts that there is a Twelfth Planet in our solar system.  He believes it has already been discovered and is moving toward earth.  He believes that its last coming toward the earth is what caused the sinking of Atlantis and that its gravitational pull created the Antarctic ice cap to slide into the ocean.

Scientists have talked for decades about the possible existence in our solar system of another planet.  It’s referred to as the “mystery planet” or Planet X–the tenth planet.  Sitchin equates the Twelfth Planet with Planet X.

But the astronomers at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory and Griffith, Griffith Observatory say that Planet X has not yet been detected.

However, in 1983 and ’84 astronomers did announce the discovery of a new celestial body.  Some speculated that it was a planet–the first to be discovered beyond our known planets.

Sitchin believes that it is the Twelfth Planet and that its 3,600-year orbit will bring it close to the earth.  Scientists say that it revolves around a star other than our sun and is therefore outside of our solar system.

There are two very interesting predictions that do apply to us.  First of all, one quatrain reads

The divine word will be struck from the sky,
Which cannot proceed any further:
The secret closed up with its revealer
So that they will march over and ahead.

The penultimate of the surname of the Prophet
Will take Diana for his day and rest:
He will wander far because of a frantic head,
And delivering a great people from subjection.

Now we know that Saint Germain, in his various roles as the Knight Commander and the Wonderman of Europe and the Ascended Master today, has come with the new religion‑-the light descending from the sky.  We also know that beloved El Morya, the Master who sponsored the founding of this organization, has come with a great prophecy and message of our return to the I AM Presence.  He was embodied as Abraham.

Now this, these thr, these two quatrains have been interpreted as a period of the persecution of religion, which we are seeing in America today; the foretelling of the discovery of ancient Christian writings or gospels, such as the Nag Hammadi texts, the Dead Sea Scrolls, such as the bringing back through the Holy Spirit of those teachings through our dictations; the revival of primitive Christianity, which may or may not be Christian fundamentalism since fundamentalism today really does not go back to the fundamentals as they were taught but to a doctrine of orthodoxy that was carefully contrived and edited over the centuries; and finally that the heavens will reveal a secret which had been closed up.  The secret, I believe to be, is of your I AM Presence, your Holy Christ Self, and the Great White Brotherhood.  I believe the revival of primitive Christianity is the revival of this inner walk with God and the knowledge of the path of personal Christhood such as Jesus is giving to us.  This is the only true form of Christianity.

The second quatrain has proven ambiguous to scholars.  Penultimate is defined as the “next to the last.”  It has also been translated as “the last but one.”  Some interpreters see this leader as Mohammed.

Diana is interpreted as “the Moon,” the “day of the Moon” or Monday.

The frantic head of the prophet is like the ancient prophets of Israel were depic, depicted foaming at the mouth with their prophecies and the zeal and the fire of the LORD through them‑-a frenziedness or a madness.

And so this prophet, whoever he is, comes to save a great nation from subjection.  From my personal, subjective viewpoint, I can see my deliverance and the deliverance of this nation through the teachings that were brought by Mark Prophet, my late husband, who is ascended.  He took his ascension in 1973.

The interesting puzzle about the penultimate dif, being defined as “next to the last” is that there are a number of Prophets in this family.  I myself bear the name.  The son of Mark and myself, Sean Prophet, bears the name.  Sean Prophet’s son, Christopher Lyle Prophet, who is now a month old, also bears the name.  So it remains to be seen who will be the next to the last prophet.  So I think this is a very curious prediction.  And I hope you will indulge me a bit as I think of it in these terms.  I have no objection to the fact of your disagreeing with me or having your own interpretations of Nostradamus.  [laughter]

With that I will wet my throat here.  [laughter]

Now in the light of these scandals of the Vatican and the betrayal of the sh, the shepherd’s crook of the Vicar of Christ in the Vatican, I think you would be interested in hearing Nostradamus’ prophecy on the Vatican.

They indicate there is a strong possibility that either the Vatican or the papacy itself will cease to exist within the next two decades.  Nostradamus envisions the actual death of the pope or his spiritual death and departure from Rome:

When the tomb of the great Roman is found,
A new Pope will be elected the following day:
He will not be approved of by the Senate,
His blood poisoned in the sacred chalice. 

He who shall have the government of the great cloak
Will be led [toward] execution in several cases.
The twelve red ones will come in to spoil the cover:
Beneath murder, murder will be done.

Elected as Pope he will be mocked by the chosen [Curia]
Suddenly and unexpectedly removed, prompt and timid.
Caused to die, through too much goodness and kindness,
He will fear for the guard killed on the night of his death.

So why are these things foreknown and predestined?  It is because of the same handwriting on the wall and the calculations and foreknowledge that in these various cases, it is also seen that mankind do not rise up and challenge this conspiracy.

I have no doubt that these circumstances could have been averted, each and every one.  But the people were stripped of the knowledge of the rod of power of their I AM Presence and the spoken Word.  They did not have the courage to challenge the cardinals of Rome.  And today’s pope does not have the courage, as far as I know, to expose and challenge and put down the entire web of treachery and intrigue.  Some of those who plotted the death of Pope John Paul I are still in the Vatican.  I cannot believe that the present pope is uninformed or illiterate and that does not know of this conspiracy.  And therefore, he does not take a stand for the people, though he represents the people.  This causes my heart great, great sorrow.

I would like to tell you that there are many prophecies I could bring to your attention this morning.  I will go over them briefly.  For instance, Djwal Kul made a prophecy of the Inner Retreat.  He talked of the location being in the high, mountainous area.  He gave consideral, considerable words on this in his last dispensation, not through this activity.  He to, talked of a preparatory school by the sea, which is Camelot, and then the Inner Retreat in the high mountains for initiates.  We believe that the Inner Retreat is the fulfillment of Djwal Kul’s prophecy.

We see the coming of Halley’s comet as the pronouncement of judgment upon tyrants.  We have seen tyrants fall, such as the Marcoses, such as the heads of Haiti.  We have seen other things come to pass that have to do with a comet.  The theory has been put forth that comets bring disease.  There have been earlier comets, such as Kohoutek and IRAS-Araki-Alcock.  And it is theorized that with these comets come microorganisms, viruses, and certain debris whereby the plagues are seeded in the earth.  It’s one explanation of how the plagues descend upon mankind in the last days.

I think that Halley’s comet is definitely a sign of the fall of tyrants who abuse the power and the money and the will of the people.  I think we have to reinforce God’s judgment of the wolves in sheep’s clothing who would turn the nations to the side of death and war and destruction.

Jan Sejna        There is a prophet, if you would call him, who came out of the Soviet Union, a Czechoslovakian Major General by the name of Jan Sejna.  He came out in February 1968, and the highest ranking Communist ever to defect.  He says, and says to the present time, as we have spoken to him repeatedly, that since 1965, a nuclear first-strike surprise attack on the United States has been the keystone in the Soviet military master plan.  This plan includes the crippling of the United States with 120 nuclear warheads, and accepting the total surrender of Western Europe.

People do not want to believe this today.  This man affirms that it is true.  He says the plan is and it’s in writing and he has seen the plans, that if Europe doesn’t surrender, with the United States’ defeat, the Soviet troops will mop up Western Europe after the initial advance assault by East German, Czech, and Polish troops.

I might as well show you the Star of the Hero by Nicholas Roerich so you can see these prophecies that come under the comet‑-the Star of the Hero.  Comets are seen as bearers of the Christ consciousness, but then the Christ consciousness descending and incarnating in Lightbearers also means the judgments and the plagues that come.  With Christ always comes the judgment, which is the separation of the Real from the unreal.

So the prophet out of the Soviet Union tells us that they would take technology from Western Europe and grain from Brazil and Argentina.  He says as long as the United States can retaliate with long-range nuclear weapons, the Soviet Union will not consider a first strike‑-which is why Star Wars is so frightening to them.

He has recently said that he firmly believes that the interference with Challenger and other attempts to put our rockets in, back into orbit‑-the four failures we’ve experienced in the past year‑-are by the Soviet, the Soviet sabotage.  He is convinced that their prime motive is to stop the United States in space.  In all of the reporting that I have seen throughout the media, I have never seen one comment as to the possibility of sabotage being the cause of these disasters.  You would think it would be at least something that would pass through people’s minds, even though it might not be true at all.  But no one wants to even raise the issue of why suddenly these disasters are happening.

He said it is their prime concern to stop Star wr, Star Wars and that “they are actively building their own Star Wars technology” and that “they are very afraid that they can’t keep up with us even if they steal technology.”

Détente with the West is their key weapon for world domination.  He says that the Soviets would never intervene if the United States were to invade Nicaragua, kick out the Sandinistas, support the freedom fighters.  He says “they would never go to…war” over “Cuba or Nicaragua.”

Now his position, his political position is that the United States should not allow the continual mounting of bape, bases and the capacity to deliver nuclear warheads upon our soil, allowing ourselves to be ringed in in the Caribbean, Central America, and then the already-in-position submarines who are right in position off the East and West Coast of our country, readr, ready to deliver nuclear warheads at any time they should decide.  He believes this should be challenged and it should be driven back and that we should preserve our freedom by protecting our borders.

Now that is his opinion.  You may have your own and I may have mine.  I simply think it’s very interesting to see what a top-ranking military man who has been on the inside of the Soviet Union for years and years has to say about the way they look at the configuration of the world today.

Dark Cycle       Now I would like to tell you about the Dark Cycle of mankind’s karma, the of Mankind’s

Karma    descent of karma on the planet.  And I would like to have the blackboard brought in and this lectern moved to the side.  This particular prophecy concerns the pouring out of the vials of the seven last plagues.  This painting was drawn by an artist according to Archangel Michael’s direction.

[inaudible]  No.  [“At all?”]  Well, after you take this away.

The Dark Cycle of mankind’s karma I wish to explain to you.  And I wish to show you how it appears on the charting of the Cosmic Clock which we reviewed yesterday afternoon.

The Ascended Masters, together with their unascended chelas or disciples, have been working for centuries to stand between mankind and their returning karma and these days that are prophesied.  In the 1960s the tremendous aggravation of hostilities in the Middle East between the Arabs and the Jews brought great portend for the coming of World War III if these should escalate and involve the superpowers.

The purpose of descending karma is to limit the capacity of people to do greater evil than they are already doing bescause karma embroils people in their own personal affairs and burdens.  So the pouring out of these vials by Rev.15,16  the seven archangels that is prophesied in Revelation is actually a time when there is a limitation and a curb put upon the free and unrestrained misuse of the light of God.

Great deliberation went on between the hierarchies, the Cosmic Council, a body known as the Lords of Karma and the Ascended Masters as to what might be done to postpone this day of the Dark Cycle, which once unleashed could not be stopped until it was fully spent.

Gautama Buddha, the Lord Jesus Christ, other great cosmic beings came forward to intercede.  And finally the word was given that unless these hostilities should stop in the Middle East, the Dark Cycle would begin January 18, 1969.  Gautama Buddha gave his life for the setting aside of that date and pleading again for mercy to the evolutions of earth.  The hostilities continued with neither side relenting or showing any determination to be fair about the Palestinian question or about the resolving of these mounting issues that have erupted today in world terrorism through a body of people who have no other voice through which to reach the world than through acts of terrorism.

It is a terrible thing that a group of people who have been dispossessed of their land should have no means to communicate to the world body as to their cause and now must be in a period of extreme fanaticism to murder and kill in order to make their point.

What happened, then, is that concerning other areas of the world also where people were misusing the light of the economies of nations, crimes on a large scale, it was decreed, then, by the Logos, by the Universal Christ, that the Dark Cycle would begin on April 23rd, 1969.  At that moment the return of mankind’s karma on a planetary and personal scale descended with a vengeance, which means with God’s justice, with intensity.  And since that hour we have seen the mounting of disease, plague, famine, war, problems in the economy, and the four horsemen, whose footbeats I can hear as I stand at the altar in prayer.

The knowledge of charting the Dark Cycle is very important to us because we then understand where we stand.  So I want you to see it on the Cosmic Clock and, therefore, know what is happening.

Now this is 4-23-69.  The inception of the Dark Cycle, then, is on the twelve o’clock line.  What we are showing is that the sar, the Dark Cycle goes in progressions.  And if you can calculate where that Dark Cycle is, you can understand what kind of planetary karma and personal karma we are handling.  The first year of the Dark Cycle was under Capricorn.  There descended upon the planet the karma for people’s misuse of the power of God and of the crown chakra.  Now if you could trace all the events in that year, you would see how they would correlate to that kind of returning karma.

Now the teaching I am giving you is related to the chart I gave you yesterday afternoon.  Following this information, you can refer once again to the decree on the Cosmic Clock which is in the mantra booklet, if you have the page for that.

Now on April, April 23rd, 1969‑-the one o’clock line occurs on that same date in 1970.  Here, then, mankind have the return of their misuses of the sacred fire under the hierarchy of Aquarius on the one o’clock line of God-Love, affecting the soul chakra.  These lists of qualities and their hierarchs and perversions are found on page 19 of that booklet you’re holding.  So you can remember 1970, what may have come into your life, and realize that this was a part of the returning of the last plagues.

So you go to ’71 on the two o’clock, ’73 on the three, ’74.  Excuse me.  This is hard to do when I am standing up here.  ’73, ’74, ’75, ’76, ’77, ’78.  You see the decade of the 1980s came in on the eleven o’clock line‑-a very difficult line.  It’s a line of victory or of tremendous revenge.  The eighties have brought in the, the intensification of Light and Darkness.

On April 23rd, 1986, the Dark Cycle entered the line of Gemini, the five o’clock line, which is corresponding on a pole with Sagittarius.  Now whatever is one side, the other side happens, like a major and a minor influence.

Since April 23rd, 1986, we have seen one after another almost daily disasters and burdens upon us‑-Chernobyl being one of the most serious that I believe occurred about April 26th, just a couple of days after the Dark Cycle came in.  The Dark Cycle, then, is returning to mankind their misuse of the throat chakra.  God-Wisdom under Gemini, God-Victory under Sagittarius.  That karma is called the karma of ignorance, of envy and jealousy, and of resentment, revenge, and retaliation.

For about the first month of this particular descent, I would awaken early every day to find out what else had happened on the planet.  And every single day, some new crisis was oncoming.  We’ve had storms and tornadoes in the mi, Midwest, sudden destruction has come, earthquake in Alaska, and on and on.  So we can see that in 1986 we are facing very severe situations.  And in the prophecies of the planets, in one of the prophecies of Nostradamus, there is a configuration of Saturn and Mars that is very unusual that is said to be, going to be happening in December of 1986.  It’s a difficult year.  But more difficult yet will be 1987, which falls under the line of the Divine Mother and the hierarchy of Cancer, which is a water sign.

At that point the Dark Cycle will enter the emotional quadrant.  I showed you that this is the etheric body, mental body, emotional, and physical.  Any period of karma that has to do with the emotional body or the desire body and the holding of the balance of water is very severe because mankind have the least control of themselves emotionally.  So these next years‑-’87, ’88, ’89, ’90‑-are going to be very telling as to the future of civilization on this planet.  The emotionalism that is already coming out of the, out of the Middle East, the fierce hatred of America that I mentioned that, whose vortex is in the Khomeini and others, is certainly that threat of the hordes of the Middle East coming across Europe as Nostradamus saw.

Now what I am teaching you here is that this is a means of clocking cycles of any kind.  When something begins, you put it on the twelve o’clock line.  You can mark it by days‑-day one, day two, day three.  You can mark it by months.  As I explained to you, within the year of the Gemini cycle, there are only, also twelve lines of the clock.  So the first month of the Dark Cycle is always Capricorn.  So that would be April 23rd to May 23rd.  Between May 23rd and June 23rd, which is where we are right now, we are handling the planetary return of karma under the sign of Aquarius.  That means all forces of anti-love.

So now you will understand where your personal and planetary karma is coming in under the Dark Cycle in this year and month.  Thank you.  We can res, remove the board now.  And return the lectern.  Yes.

Many dictations and warnings have been given regarding this cycle.  Once again, we have to realize the message is we have to play our part.

Abortion     There have been many individual prophecies that have been fulfilled that have been delivered through us, such as of coming earthquake, potential presidential assassinations, definitely the judgment upon the nations who legalize and support abortion.  Nineteen million abortions have been performed in the United States since vo, Roe vs. Wade came down in ’73.  What we have to understand is that this is legalized murder and that the unborn temple is a temple of God, designed for a very specific soul with a very specific mission.

Abortion has become a means of birth control.  There are many, many good means of birth control.  We do not have to resort to the murder of our offspring to exercise that right and that privilege to decide when we are going to bring forth children.

The Brotherhood has said through Jesus, through Archangel Uriel, through Mother Mary, that the nations who continue the practice of abortion will reap an enormous karma.  And that karma has already begun upon our own nation.  We are very vulnerable to outside attack against our nation because of the sin within our nation.

This has nothing to do with the freedom of woman or man to exercise their free will.  It has to do the, with the responsibility that we are co-creators with God, that that body is more than a body, it is the house of God, it is being prepared.

I have heard even new-age leaders and metaphysical leaders say it doesn’t matter if you abort the body because it’s no problem to the soul.  The spirit can just fly away and come again another day.

Well, how would you like it if somebody said that about your body today?  How about euthanasia?  How about the right of the state to determine at any time that your relatives may decide that you no longer have a real reason for living?  The destruction of your body is the effective removal of your spirit from the scene of world karma, from the place where you must fulfill your destiny and serve in this age.

Nineteen million souls have had to either try over again and over again.  Many of them have been bor, aborted four and five times.  Some of them have come into embodiment.  Many of them have never come into embodiment.  And so we have aborted our national purpose and our destiny by failing to receive these little ones who have knocked at the door of birth and been no, been denied entrance, not to mention s, the enormous suffering experienced by that child when it is aborted.  In some states it can be aborted right through the ninth month of pregnancy.

Now this has become a great, great burden, has divided many of us along political lines pro and con.  I say that the Lightbearers of the world should not be divided.

If you are convinced that abortion should be legalized for all the reasons that people say it should, I am not going to make you my enemy and say we, therefore, cannot work together for world freedom.  You have a right to your views.

I give you the teaching on the subject.  May you deliberate it in your hearts.  We will fall to the right and the left of many issues.  We should not allow the plot of divide and conquer to splinter us and fragment us so that we are in little separatist groups because one believes in this way and one believes in another way; one eats this, one eats that, one doesn’t eat it, and so forth.  These things must be set aside as we center ourselves in God and hopefully when we awaken one day in his likeness, we will agree on most things.

I personally cannot fail to make my plea for the unborn fiery spirits and souls, because in this age God has assigned many Lightbearers to embody for our own deliverance and assistance.  This is one of the major reasons the Royal Teton Ranch has been set aside‑-so that families dedicated to bringing forth souls of Light could have a place to educate them in our Montessori school, educate them toward the unfolding of their inner potential and the light they bring from past lives.

Change Is the Order of the Day
“It Is Your Hour and the Power of Light”

 

How oft in the night I have come to your bedside and stood as I did when Joseph of old at the bed of the sleeping Jesus— there to pray fervently to God that you, beloved, might realize the perfecting of the heart in the paths of righteousness, that the pure Christ might appear in this life in you.

O beloved, I am ever the watchful presence of Father among you. For I do raise up the figure of the Father as I raise up the Light of those who must play their role on the stage of life in the person of the masculine incarnation.

Beloved, the loss of the Father flame within family and society is a contrived desecration of the heart of the Divine Mother within you also. Therefore, I say, men and women, understand the nobility, the sacredness of the holy calling to be co-creators with God.

I speak, then, of the mysteries of the Seventh Ray and the Seventh-Ray Masters. All saints robed in white who comprise the hosts of the Lord hovering over the evolutions of earth in these final hours of the century have pursued accelerated courses in the Seventh Ray. For all understand the great need of the hour for per­sonal transmutation to exceed that transformation that is on­coming in the earth, whether by Light or by Darkness.

Change is indeed the order of the day, beloved, and the winds of Aquarius do bring profound change, stripping from souls and body temples excess trappings and adornments until the individual is forced to look at himself in the cosmic mirror and say, “Is this what I am or is there something more of me which I have not discovered?”

Beloved hearts, change, then, has been decreed from the beginning by the spirals of the Great Central Sun. That wave of Light has descended. It is an offense to all Darkness and dark ones who have become darkened by the freewill choice to incarnate the night side of Life in the place of the Daystar from on High—the Mighty I AM Presence.

Therefore, beloved, Seventh-Ray Masters and angels would intensify the potential for freedom, for right change, accelerating back to the fiery core of being amongst those Lightbearers in the earth who have proven lifetime after lifetime in various civilizations which have reached this hour of crisis that they would stand and still stand for the defense of the principles of Almighty God.

Change that is decreed, then, may be accepted in one of two ways by the evolutions of the planetary systems: whether to ride the wave of Light and to find oneself in a new age at a new level beyond the densities of the physical plane, truly in a higher octave of God-awareness, or to choose to deny it, to be inundated, to watch it as though watching the coming of a tsunami—not quite expecting that it will really come—and therefore to go down in the vortex of their own returning karma.

Beloved ones, there is one prophecy that is guaranteed for this planet. Heed it well: Change must come, for the Law will not hold mankind guiltless who commit the crimes upon the holy innocents and the newborn with the cultural contaminations of Western civilization.

Blessed hearts, the day will come when the Great Law, which none of us in the ascended state will be able to turn back, will say by the right hand of God to all those forces in the earth who have perpetrated and perpetuated the Lie: “Thus far and no farther! The full accountability of your destroying of the souls of these little ones must be upon you.”

Beloved, you know that this destructivity comes through all of the vehicles of mass communication, through drugs and the purveying of wickedness in the prostitution of children, their abuse, in the programming of their minds away from God, and the tolerance of violence—even the violence of the rock music that does tear their chakras from earliest days in the womb. These assaults upon that Life who is God in this new generation must come to the end! And this end, beloved, must be decreed by you.

Now, then, that I have received my deliverance and the Messenger has received her deliverance by the God affirmation and vote of confidence and violet flame decrees of Keepers of the Flame worldwide, it is time to turn our attention to the challenge of Absolute Evil in society and to hold those promised prayer vigils for the overturning of that which does truly invade and assault the souls of the people of earth.

Then, beloved, having so opened the channels to heaven that the angels of God may descend and ascend as in Jacob’s dream—that they might enter the fray and rescue the Lightbearers and bring to judgment those who in their wickedness are truly accelerating oncoming earth cataclysm—we shall see just how great the dispensation of Light can be for the earnest, committed intercession of the Keepers of the Flame in their dedicated prayer vigils.

Beloved ones, let this July conference at Camelot be a prayer vigil unto the nations for the binding of forces that would catapult this earth into war and nuclear disaster, and for the chal­lenging of the last plagues and all who stand as the dweller on the threshold preventing the people from those cures of Light and the natural cures that are owing to them. I speak of the pollution that is dire in the medical profession—the backwardness, the in­trigue and the treachery that does put upon the bodies of this people drugs that actually interfere with the genetic strain of the race.

Beloved ones, do not be guinea pigs in your mind, your body, your soul, your spirit for anyone or anything. Be your own man and your own woman of the new age, and you will find me and my beloved Portia espousing your cause and teaching you because you have chosen to think independently and not to believe everything you are told or everything that you read as the programming of this North American society.

Beloved hearts, I take you now apart from the grid of mass mechanization that has befallen this beloved country. Come with me as I accelerate your consciousness into the etheric octave. We shall rest above North America and we shall understand the meaning of the Mighty Blue Eagle that is in fact a configur­ation of blue-lightning angels who are in the charge of that God Surya, that ancient one of India who does sit in the seat of the Central Sun of Sirius.

Beloved ones, there are cosmic legions of Light. And your own Christ Jesus told you, “Think you not that I cannot in this hour summon twelve legions of angels from my Father to deliver me from this fate?” But the Lord Christ did not. He chose the hour of the crucifixion to show you that the powers that be in this world will always see to it that the emergent Christed One is persecuted to the level of the crucifixion. It is a false-hierarchy imitation of the true initiation of the cosmic cross of white fire whereby you are fastened [to] in the heart of the Cosmic Christ and the lines of force, as Above so below, are one [won].

He said, and I say to you: As they have done it to me, so they will do it to you. The servant is not greater than his Lord.

Understand that anyone who declares himself a disciple on the path of personal Christhood and dares to affirm, “Every day I AM becoming more of my Christ in every way,” anyone who dares say “Yes” when confronted by the challenge “Art thou the Christ?”: “Yea, the I AM THAT I AM in me is the Christ and the I AM THAT I AM of you is also the Christ”—anyone who shall so be free to speak in joy as well as into the teeth of the very challenge of Antichrist must know that those forces of Absolute Evil entrenched upon this planetary body in the person of em­bod­ied fallen angels are those who have the most to lose and nothing to gain by your Christhood.

Do not expect them to line the streets with hosannas on the day of your coming forth. Beloved ones, they only wait when the tumult dies to find some manner to trap and conspire as to the death of the one who dares to be the incarnation of the Word and that one in this hour of Aquarius.

And this is indeed the mystery of Aquarius that I proclaim to you and that my Messenger has proclaimed to you—that in that hour, not the one but the many shall become the one incarnate Word. And the Mystical Body of God upon earth composed of numberless numbers of saints shall be the force and the presence in the heart of the earth to overturn the entire world capitalist/communist conspiracy against the Lightbearers of every­ nation!

This is my prediction this day, beloved—that it shall come to pass! But I tell you, this prediction can only be fulfilled by God in you, by your free will and determination.

There is a handwriting on the wall. There is a pattern in the heavens that waits to be filled in. Beloved ones, it is a giant mural. And by taking your place in this mural in this hour at the etheric level in a giant panorama of history that is coming [being fulfilled] in America, you make your vow and decree to fulfill a prophecy that is based solely and entirely upon the free will of the Lightbearers in embodiment.

And against this hour of your decision and the decision of the Lightbearers to unite from around the whole world have come the forces of abortion in this age and the murder of the mind and the soul through drugs and the carrying away of the youth following the pied pipers of that music of the fallen Atlanteans revisited.

Therefore, beloved, they have contrived many, many ways to take away the Lightbearers who now come to fill in, in the color of their causal bodies and their garments, those roles that must be played. They can be defeated, one and all. Holy families understanding the reality of the Father/Mother God embodying in them may go to the mountains, may bring forth children, and may raise them to bring forth the inner Light.

I am Joseph and I do sponsor again the opportunity for you to recognize the calling to open the gates. Open the gates of your temple to these souls of Light who truly come to love you, to help you, to stand by you where you stand and still stand and toil and become weary; they come to take up your plow, to take up your implements of service and to work side by side with you in the maintaining of a community of Light that will one day be seen as the example of a pre-golden-age community and souls who are marching to the Sun.

Thus, beloved, the decree has gone forth. Change is upon you. Look now upon North America from these heights of the etheric plane. See those who are burdened in their bodies, who suffer. And the very burdening of the bodies has made them almost lifeless, complacent, spineless. They do not have the physical strength or the physical fire to rise up and challenge the oppressors that come at every hand to take their farms, take their land, take their money, and manipulate every area of their lives.

Beloved ones, Christed ones are called for in every area where people are suffering abuse at the hand of federal and state governments, at the hand of those bureaucrats who have gone mad and have lost completely, if they ever had it, the vision of the founding of this nation under God.

Blessed hearts, do not lose the independence of the American spirit by failing to see that bureaucracies of appointed officials who have never been elected of the people, by the people, and for the people do control your destinies in many areas of your life. Do not fail to see that if you do not challenge the abuse of power in this nation in the moneyed, governmental, and secret-society interests, the day will come when the beast they have created is so great that it will indeed take cataclysm or war to break the stranglehold upon the people.

Blessed ones, this nation I have dedicated for you personally. I have sponsored your birth or immigration here. Understand this. We do not see people in terms of masses. We see people in terms of the individual and his supreme worth. Think you not that we do not have the capacity to know you and to befriend you one by one—that we do not recognize you on the instant and remember every lifetime where we have served together and forged and won some link in the universal chain of Hierarchy for freedom and not bondage?

Beloved ones, I do know you and I know you well. I have sponsored your birth with the Goddess of Liberty, and I come in this hour to remind you that had it not been for the sponsorship of my life and other Ascended Masters, you might have been born far away in another land or have never arrived at these shores in this life and therefore not have had the opportunity to make good your promise at inner levels at the conclusion of a previous life that was not fruitful to the holy cause: your promise to be the Spirit of Liberty on behalf of those who have not reached the maturity of the initiate, for they must still eke out their daily bread and a few coins they can beg—those who are deprived of education and the real heart of religion.

These beggars, spiritual beggars in the streets of the nations of the earth, beloved, cannot suddenly rise to defend the ultimate integrity and spiritual reality of a nation. It takes generations and centuries of evolution in consciousness and education to come to that place where you have the full capability to lay upon the altar of this nation your life that this freedom might be retained for those blessed souls who arrive here from Vietnam, from Cambodia, from South America, from every nation where their land has been taken from them, where their families have been killed mercilessly, as in Afghanistan.

Beloved, America is truly the haven of my heart and yours. Won’t you open your hearts to these huddled masses and recognize that by the time they reach the maturity of individual Christhood there must be a platform left for them to play their part on the stage of life? And if it is to be there, beloved, it must be because you have preserved its point of origin and its cosmic purpose today, here and now.

Therefore, beloved, remember—once you were the waif, home­less without a champion. And once long ago El Morya Khan, riding his white horse, fierce warrior in the midst of battle, did ride through and lean down and pick you up and take you to his heart and rescue you from another battle and a moment of utter helplessness.

I say to you, chelas of the will of God: It is your hour and the power of Light. Now be the Master. Now be the rescuer of my little ones.

America, my beloved land, hear my call and recognize that souls are being lost on this soil as the beloved Mary predicted at Fatima. Souls are being destroyed by the mechanism of hell, raised up to sophistication and respectability in all areas of life. And the shock factors of these conditions become so great that the people are neutralized to the point that they cannot even react.

May the beloved Keepers of the Flame who show such devotion and love and sacrifice also return to the path of mastery to get their houses and their lives in order and to now go to the fiery core to develop a decree momentum such as you have not yet developed.

Let those who have been acquainted with the Ascended Masters recognize that you are the examples for those newly come to this Teaching. If you do not show forth the fruits of our presence, who will convince them, and by what means, that the Ascended Masters are real and that their presence is the power to change life into the God-estate?

You have an accountability when you call yourself a Keeper of the Flame of Life, a champion of the Goddess of Liberty. And your accountability is to spread the joy of this communion and the great cooperative venture of the Ascended Masters of the Great White Brotherhood and their unascended chelas.

Thus, get thee up to the mountain! I speak of the mountain of God and your Mighty I AM Presence. What use is the saving of the flesh-and-blood temple? We seek the saving of the immortal spirit. And when you have ascended to the plane of your Mighty I AM Presence because you have determined to leave the morass of this lower astral consciousness, you will find yourself desiring also the physical mountain of God—not to run and hide for safety but to go and be the arms of Christ outstretched, welcoming my own who need understanding and soul nourishment and a place prepared in these hours of turning darkness.

Beloved ones, many have been reached by the knowledge of my name and my presence and this call. I am gratified by many who have initiated spirals of light, who have increased the violet flame and therefore alleviated the load of planetary suffering.

But, beloved hearts, I am also disappointed. And in the zeal of the Lord, I point to those who have known the Word and my presence and my power and have forsaken it for their own spiritual pride, their intellectual arguments and connivances—all a ruse, for they would dodge the necessary step of the surrender of that carnal mind.

Thus, I rebuke those who know better and who have not done better, those who have already made the choice not only to forsake their calling, beloved ones, but to take this very Teaching spoken from the altars of heaven and to elect to enter the left-handed path with it, glorifying their egos and their psychic thralldom and their consorting with spirits of a lower order.

All of this they do yet in my name, beloved!—and in the name of the new dispensation of the new age.

Many have wandered far from the center of the I AM Presence. And when they do so, beloved, it is always the sign that the soul seeks self-gain and will not bend the knee before her own Christ and her own Lord.

Those who desire to be entertained and flattered by supposed messages concerning past lives or wondrous accomplishments may sit in their circles and fiddle with these psychic entities while the nation burns, while it is covered with warfare; and they proclaim “Peace!” and “Peace!” while the radioactive fallout falls upon their head as a cloud of unknowingness and base ignorance.

O beloved, how can any true Lightbearer neglect so great a salvation? I tell you, beloved, that those who behave in this manner also have a long history of consorting with the magic of fallen angels. They have been entertained by their baubles and trinkets and promises and offers of an easy way out of the karmic burden for centuries.

Their course was also predictable, yet God has seen fit to give all, both the tares and the wheat, the opportunity to come into the Light. And even the tare may receive the engrafted Word and a threefold flame and begin anew the odyssey of the path of ini­tia­tion where every weakness will be tested and every strength will be tested. And the more furious* the tenacity, in the sense of accelerated sacred fire, with which the initiate approaches this course of testings, the greater the progress, the more accelerated will be the victory.

There is no time preordained for your path. The cycles are shortened for the elect who do the will of God. The only condition is the spacing of the absorption of light that is wise and for your good health spiritually and physically, for the body’s atoms cannot adjust too quickly to the greater and greater light. Therefore, in the meantime, you can yet serve and give the Teaching while your bodies are being adjusted and stepped up for a larger calling and service.

Remember, beloved, when you make the decision to step into the political arena, into the public eye to represent the people, you must have passed certain initiations whereby there is removed from you the propensity of ambition, pride, competition, and anger. When these have been thoroughly excised from you, you will find yourselves able to stand against those powers of Antichrist who desire to see no Lightbearer hold any office in any way representative of the people, whether in education or in a representative government.

Precious, precious are the feet of those who have made their way to my heart this day. I pray for you fervently, especially in the hour of subtle temptation which you may not recognize be­cause you slip into it so easily as an old pattern of the procras­tina­tion of the day of your God-Mastery. I pray that you lose not the time or the hour, for the clock is ticking away the sands of opportunity.

Blessed ones, may you step into the great panorama of destiny. May you recognize that this opportunity occurs at great intervals of cycles—sometimes ten thousand, fifty, seventy, or a hundred thousand years before the evolution of a planetary system may reach that apex once again where the individual who has karma at that level can now expiate it, for he did not make the right choice in the last round.

Beloved ones, those who do not elect to become God in this age, if the worst scenario would happen, would find themselves embodying upon a very sick and dying planetary body, waiting perhaps millions of years to the time when it would become habitable again and civilization could be begun and reach again this moment for the choice—the right choice to be made.

If, then, the worst of scenarios does come to pass, those who have chosen the Light and to champion freedom will find themselves in etheric octaves of the planetary sphere that is already in the golden age—the place of the inner blueprint, the inner design that has never been compromised, the place of the golden etheric cities of Light.

Thus, beloved, there is a compartment of consciousness and a plane of evolution suitable to every lifestream. Some such lifestreams occupy a civilization in the center of the earth. They are also physical. Thus, there are layered spheres ranging from the physical to the astral to the mental to the etheric.

And in these many levels of earth and heavenly worlds abide millions of evolving souls, all of whom understand that the greatest challenge of all faced by any of these evolutions today is that being faced by you who are in physical embodiment in this wave­length. For you will determine whether the Light will descend­ from etheric octaves to make the golden age physical or whether the Darkness shall come up from beneath and inundate it, pushing the Light back to higher octaves.

The winning of the physical planet will, then, create a chain reaction for Light throughout the systems of worlds, and the contrary would be the case if this physical level were lost. For earth is a crossroads of many lifewaves, of many systems and other galaxies; all come due in this hour for the confrontation in the final karma of Light and Darkness.

I have spoken to you out of the heart of Liberty. I have shared with you my great desire to work with you. I invite you to become a part of the Keepers of the Flame Fraternity that I might truly be welcomed with others of the Darjeeling Council of Ascended Masters to stand at your side and sponsor your life, even as now you choose to sponsor the Ascended Masters, their Teachings and activity on earth.

To all I say, then, I commend you to your highest purpose and destiny. I commend you to deliberate right choice and the right cause of action for the right reason and motive. I commend you to call upon the All-Seeing Eye of God that the vision of the future coming out of the past might be seen and known, that the present might be for you a calculated platform of forward movement into the Light.

When all points of the grid of personal and planetary karma are known and the graph may be seen, it will become clear to you at inner levels and through that All-Seeing Eye of God that there are few choices left to any upon earth that can bring about the deliverance of souls necessary. We are grateful that a company such as you of serious students does gather in this day when so many voices call you elsewhere.

Portia and I express our gratitude that you have received us and our Messenger. We remain, then, for the sponsoring of Light in your chakras this afternoon and commend you to the call of Cyclopea.

I am, in the light of freedom, your eternal champion of right action. May you always choose right and therefore be in the center of the Cosmic Christ.

Who is Saint Germain?

The ascended master Saint Germain is the chohan of the seventh ray and sponsor of the United States of America. He is a master alchemist of the sacred fire who comes bearing the gift of the violet flame of freedom for world transmutation.

Saint Germain’s Spiritual Retreat,
The Cave of Symbols in the Rocky Mountains

Saint Germain’s Cave of Symbols retreat is in Table Mountain near North America’s Rocky Mountains.

This is an important focus, and many inventions are to be released from this retreat. Saint Germain uses this retreat along with the Rakoczy Mansion in Transylvania, the Cave of Light in the Himalayas and the nearby Royal Teton Retreat in the Grand Teton range.

One enters through a cavern in the mountain lined with pink and white crystal and then moves on into a vaulted chamber two hundred feet wide covered with stalactites of rainbow hue in the formation of occult symbols. As focuses of the rainbow rays of God and geometric keys to the release of fohat, the energy that blazes through these symbols extends throughout the United States. This energy has a most significant influence upon her people, keying into their consciousness the matrix of the golden age and the remembrance of their lost inheritance. The cave derives its name from these symbols.

On the opposite wall, at the far side of the chamber, there are three arches, spaced twenty feet apart: the first a deep rose, the second a penetrating white and the third a cobalt blue. These are the focuses of great cosmic beings for the victory of the Christ consciousness in America.
