This Service to Saint Germain was led by the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood Elizabeth Clare Prophet on October 11, 1993, during the seven-day conference Prayer Vigil to Restore the T’ai Chi of Elemental Life, held October 6 through 11, 1993, at the Royal Teton Ranch, Park County, Montana.

Let us sing our bhajan to Lord Shiva, number 656, “Manasa Bhajore.” You’re welcome to stand and give your fiats to Lord Shiva and to the Divine Mother who occupies the Matter universe, occupies all time and space. INVOCATION:
O freedom flame from the heart of God in the Great Central Sun, descend into our hearts from Brahma, from Vishnu, from Shiva. O Divine Mother, Sarasvati, Lakshmi, Durga, Parvati, Maha Kali, come forth. Let the flame of freedom descend into our hearts. Let the power of a cosmos, the power of the Great Causal Body of Omri-Tas and all who chalice the violet flame in their hearts now take that violet flame for the multiplication of freedom upon this planetary home.
From the center of the earth and the violet flame sea, across the Matter cosmos, let the violet flame of Saint Germain stream forth. Let it be shielded by mighty light rays, never to be misqualified by the abuses of freedom upon earth again.
Lord God Almighty, come unto the nations in this hour. Come unto the nations, O God. Purify them. Chastise them. Reduce all that is unreal to ashes and raise up the true Christ spirit and mission of every nation upon earth.
We call in the name of Oromasis and Diana. We call in the name of Aries and Thor, Neptune and Luara, Virgo and Pelleur. Come forth, mighty hierarchs of Light. Let freedom go forth from the beings of the elements. Let it go forth from all hierarchies of angels in all planes of heaven and in the earth. Let freedom go forth from the hearts of the sons and daughters of God gathered on this mountain and in this wilderness and throughout the earth.
Let the sons and daughters of God be the violet flame. Let them send the violet flame. Let earth know transmutation in the very depths of the astral plane. Let there be the binding of the forces of darkness, the forces of tyranny and ignorance and let them be displaced by the fires of freedom of the soul and the spirit, freedom in the seven chakras of being.
Therefore, Almighty God, together we invoke mighty intercession this day in the name of Saint Germain and Portia, in the name of the Maha Chohan and Pallas Athena, Helios and Vesta, God and Goddess Meru, Lord Maitreya, Himalaya, Vaivasvata Manu, Great Divine Director, Gautama Buddha, Padma Sambhava.
Come forth, O Mighty Faithful and True, with legions of the armies of heaven, our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Come forth, Seven Holy Kumaras, Lord Krishna. O Lords of life and mind and form and consciousness, come forth now and establish that freedom this day. Therefore we offer our fiats together in the name of the living Word within us, the Divine Mother I AM THAT I AM.

Please be seated. Decree 20.12. 20.12 is the decree we will use for the binding of all enemies of elemental life, all who would imprison them. It is rati, the ratification of the judgment of Helios. So let us call for the binding of the dweller-on-the-threshold of all elemental life serving the earth, of all Lightbearers serving the earth and all angelic hosts serving the earth who are in embodiment. 20.12. Together.

I was thinking this evening of how some of us take for granted our tie to Saint Germain. And then I began to think about when and where I first heard the name Saint Germain and it was in the I AM books. And so it is Godfre, Godfre Ray King, Guy Ballard, who actually established, reestablished the link for us by being available and ready to be Saint Germain’s Messenger. So because Saint Germain called him and he answered and because he lived as George Washington, we know Saint Germain today.
So out of profound gratitude for the service that Godfre has given to us let us face his portrait and sing number 522 to “Our Gracious Godfre.” Please make your fiats. [personal calls given]

I would like to say also that we would not have this contact with Saint Germain here tonight if it wasn’t for Mark Prophet, our beloved Lanello, who decided to take me on as a chela. And if it had not been for El Morya taking me on as a chela through Mark, I would not be standing here with the opportunity to deliver to you this evening the dictation from Saint Germain.
These wondrous gifts of life that are so precious, when we think about them, we could have almost missed the opportunity or missed it entirely if God had not brought us together at the right time, at the right place and if in those moments we had been too dense to respond or this or that excuse. I just would like you to think for a moment the gratitude you have to your Mighty I AM Presence and Holy Christ Self for sponsoring you, and the angels and the Messengers who have gone before us, beloved Mark and beloved Godfre.

I can’t conclude this tribute to our sponsors without inviting you to sing to beloved El Morya “Forget-Me-Not.” Number 209. El Morya saw the burdens that were upon Godfre and Lotus and upon the I AM movement and the need to press forward with this organization. And so he took this upon himself on behalf of Saint Germain who had no opportunity for a new dispensation at the time, founded The Summit Lighthouse, had his Messenger waiting in the wings whom he’d been training since the early 1950s, sent him to Washington, D.C., the throat chakra of the nation, and began his new organization for Saint Germain.
So because of El Morya the entire foundations that were laid by the Master M. and K.H., the Master R., Serapis Bey and the Maha Chohan, the founding of Theosophy in 1875, we see a continuity of over a century of the Teachings of the Ascended Masters. This is a glorious victory considering the consciousness of the entire planetary body during this period, considering how tough and determined Madame Blavatsky was and how she pressed on, challenged the religions of the day, had horrendous persecution and yet left the written works that have become the foundation of the Masters and the Path.
So we are the inheritors of this and who is to say that many of you were not there at Adyar over a century ago? Who is to say you have not been a part of so many movements in so many lifetimes? And here we have come to the pinnacle, to the place prepared where once again we have a moment in history to make our mark in the sand. Isn’t it such a great cause for rejoicing at the miracles of God? [“Yes.” 13-second applause]

We are ready for beloved Saint Germain’s dictation and since Saint Germain has asked more than once on a number of occasions that we sing to his beloved consort, I would like to sing to her that we are not remiss in honoring her in his name. Number 422.
I would like you to remember that beloved Portia, the Goddess of Justice, member of the Karmic Board, was in the Great Silence for centuries. She came out of the Great Silence in 1939, the year of godre, Godfre’s transition when I appeared before the Karmic Board and he sent me on my way to take embodiment.
I have a profound conviction that had the Goddess of Justice not been in this octave to sponsor me and all of us I would not be standing here today. So with great gratitude for her presence in my life, in all of our lives, let us give our calls to her. [personal calls given]

Who is Saint Germain?
The ascended master Saint Germain is the chohan of the seventh ray and sponsor of the United States of America. He is a master alchemist of the sacred fire who comes bearing the gift of the violet flame of freedom for world transmutation.
Together with his twin flame, the ascended lady master Portia, the Goddess of Justice, he is the hierarch of the Aquarian age. He is the great sponsor of freedom’s flame, while Portia is the sponsor of the flame of justice and opportunity. The name Saint Germain comes from the Latin Sanctus Germanus, meaning simply “Holy Brother.”
As chohan, or lord, of the seventh ray, Saint Germain initiates our souls in the science and ritual of transmutation through the violet flame. Saint Germain and Portia deliver to the people of God the dispensation for the seventh age and the seventh ray—the violet ray of freedom, justice, mercy, alchemy and sacred ritual—a new lifewave, a new civilization, a new energy.
Diplomats, priests of the sacred fire, actors, writers and defenders of freedom serve with Saint Germain on the seventh ray.
Saint Germain’s Spiritual Retreat,
The Cave of Symbols in the Rocky Mountains
Saint Germain’s Cave of Symbols retreat is in Table Mountain near North America’s Rocky Mountains.
This is an important focus, and many inventions are to be released from this retreat. Saint Germain uses this retreat along with the Rakoczy Mansion in Transylvania, the Cave of Light in the Himalayas and the nearby Royal Teton Retreat in the Grand Teton range.

One enters through a cavern in the mountain lined with pink and white crystal and then moves on into a vaulted chamber two hundred feet wide covered with stalactites of rainbow hue in the formation of occult symbols. As focuses of the rainbow rays of God and geometric keys to the release of fohat, the energy that blazes through these symbols extends throughout the United States. This energy has a most significant influence upon her people, keying into their consciousness the matrix of the golden age and the remembrance of their lost inheritance. The cave derives its name from these symbols.
On the opposite wall, at the far side of the chamber, there are three arches, spaced twenty feet apart: the first a deep rose, the second a penetrating white and the third a cobalt blue. These are the focuses of great cosmic beings for the victory of the Christ consciousness in America.
Portia’s Retreat
Portia, the Goddess of Justice and twin flame of Saint Germain, has a retreat over Ghana. This is an important focus, and Portia focuses the flame of justice here.
Also on the African continent is the violet-flame retreat of the Elohim Arcturus and Victoria, south of Ghana in Luanda, Angola. This retreat focuses the flame of freedom.
In Accra, the capital of Ghana, there is a monument known as the Freedom and Justice Arch—the flames that are focused in these two retreats. This arch focuses as an outer arc of the inner etheric retreat of Portia.
Portia has asked that we use the music of the “Rakoczy March,” by Franz Liszt, to magnetize her presence.
