This dictation by Beloved God Tabor was delivered to the Messenger Mark L. Prophet on April 14, 1968, in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
DICTATION TRANSCRIPT
O beauteous world, I am come to speak unto hearts pliable to the will of God, pliable to divine grace. I speak, then, of the fingers of the mind, touching the glowing stars of the firmament. I speak, then, of the solidness of the rock-ribbed coast. I speak of the undergirding of Nature, the strata of the rock, and the strength that is within the Spirit that cements the bones and the ligaments, the cells and the organs into one monistic manifestation.
I speak, then, of the need for the fingers of the mind to reach out toward the stars, into the depths of the planet Terra, into the depths of the sea, and into the depths of man’s heart; for the link with Hierarchy is a worthy link, the link of consciousness which brings to mankind awareness of divine concern.
For divine concern is in existence but is seldom realized by those among mankind who consider the word natural to reference the manifest state of Nature. The word natural not only includes the visible order of things but also the realm of the invisible; and when we call to the students’ attention the need to consider the link with Hierarchy, we are referencing a natural order of manifestation.
The state of the world has been made known to you by your beloved Jesus and by others of the ascended host. Tonight I am interested not even in summation but in mankind’s understanding of the needs for direction and transmutation. A union of hearts must be made. Old unions must be strengthened and purposes held high.
The perils in the world are known to you. We have no desire tonight to further amplify the inherent dangers in civilization. Heaven approves the state of your consciousness–insofar as recognition and acknowledgment of the ascended hosts’ magnificent radiation, instruction, and release of unparalleled help to the earth from the state of the Archangels and Cosmic Beings.
I thought, then, tonight that perhaps you would like to know that in view of this place, La Tourelle, we have established a hidden chamber in the hills. We have established a hidden chamber that you may behold outwardly as a certain rock formation known to these Messengers. This has been established in Colorado Springs since the establishment of the focus of The Summit Lighthouse. It is an acknowledgment by the Ascended Masters of the Darjeeling Council of the magnificent qualitative service that has been rendered in this octave below by embodied mankind.
We do not need–although we would like to see the millions embrace the Christ truths of this teaching‑-but we do not need to have the millions in order to pay heed to a few valiant lifestreams whose service to Life is very great and who have year by year expanded in the natural order the aspirations of their hearts. I am not, then, tonight so interested in inspiration as I am in transformation.
All that has been done for each of you inwardly will not manifest in its fullness until the close of this embodiment; yet within hours some of you will experience an enormous increase in total awareness. Some of you six months from now will yet reap the benefits of this conference. For even the tangible feelings of radiation that reach some of you outwardly are not to be compared with the magnificent spiritual experiences which have occurred inwardly within you, because of the love of the ascended and angelic hosts.
We are not concerned tonight with refutation of mortal opinion. There are times when in the audience when individuals think a certain thought that we choose to refute it if it is untrue. Tonight we will contend with no one; for the Truth and the power Truth brings speaks for itself.
We are convinced that wonders that you dream not of at present are in the offing for mankind. It is our wish to bring them into manifestation in part within a fortnight. And therefore, you can expect that if things go as planned, there may be most unusual manifestations in the heavens. Should things not go as planned, we feel that there is a strong possibility that Nature itself may outpicture a little more tumult than some among mankind have thought to see.
We are not governed by the mankind of the planet; but the mankind of the planet do govern, to a certain extent, the manifestation of their karma. Their acts, their responses, their total volume of service, as it accumulates on the karmic records, is used as a screen of record and reference by the Karmic Board in establishing new grants and new positions of assistance to the planet.
The Hierarchy of Light will stand behind the International Re-Source Conference. We will stand behind the Freedom class. We will assist those valiant souls banded together in The Summit Lighthouse. We will assist the mankind of this planet according to the limits of that capacity established by the Karmic Board. Some individuals who have not made use of their opportunities will be removed from the scene. Others who have been placed in positions scarcely recognized by mankind will be propelled suddenly forward. Changes are about to take place.
We are going tonight to light an unfed flame in the new temple established above Colorado Springs as an assistance to The Summit Lighthouse endeavor. I myself have established this retreat, and while I have another, you may call this retreat also Tabor’s Retreat.
It may well be that the Messengers will elect to keep to themselves the exact location until the July conference, and it may be that they will choose to release it. Heaven is not concerned, but you should be grateful that this focus is now under the eye of the Ascended Masters from a tangible, physical standpoint; that a tangible, physical radiation will pulsate from the eye of my retreat out to this focus; and that a more than ordinary power will be generated in this area in the Rocky Mountains.
I have no desire, nor has the Hierarchy, to impress you this night with any specific condition except to announce to you this and the need for personal transmutation that service in the future may exceed your service in the past. Density in consciousness holds back mankind. Density in feeling creates self-pity. Density in awareness holds back the penetration of illumined Truth.
When we spoke last in Washington, D.C., there was an earthquake in Alaska. Tonight we hope that if an earthquake occurs, it will be within the chelas of the Light, an earthquake that will stimulate an arising from lethargy and a determination each day to rekindle the sacred flame of aspiration.
Aspiration has been known to produce perspiration. And if it be so, we will be content; for we know that your karmic record will hold upon it those credit impressions which will assist your lifestreams to feel that God-satisfaction, the satisfaction of a job well done. The ascended hosts have a record of doing just that; and those who seek to follow in the footsteps of the heavenly host will not hesitate to place their hands in ours, will not hesitate to give us their confidence, will not hesitate to understand the meaning of Christ regeneration.
Blessed ones, you must go over these facts again and again. The fingers of your mind must touch the stars. The soul must be known and loved and treated with respect and the grace of God flood your hearts if you are to know the freedom that we share.
America is a blessed nation, and the world must be blessed through her. You are the American people, anno Domini 1968. You are the people upon whom Saint Germain depends. You are the people, the segment of life that can as catalyst spark the fire that engulfs a planet. Through you can come the renewal of vows, the renewal of hope, the compassion that the world needs.
Without you the world might not be desolate, but it would be bereft. With you the world can move forward, if the world will open its heart to the Teaching, to the Teacher, to the Truth, to the life, to the way, to the understanding of that which transcends mortal reason, to understand mystery of God within.
I have not chosen this night to discuss with you jovially. You have had that. I choose to bring you into the awareness of greater transmutation, of greater use of the flames, of greater service to the light, of greater service by decrees, of faith and intensity. You must not give up ever your stature, the order of your service. You must expand it.
The Summit needs group leaders and individuals who will offer their homes and hearths to the Light, to establish in their own communities the same beautiful service and order that is established here. The Summit needs, as the Masters do, homes and hearths where the Holy Family can worship together and kindle, as upon the altars of Venus, the beauty that God wills unto men.
The Christ Light is the Christ principle. The Christ principle lives within you. The flame of that principle is like a distant star. At times it seems to grow dim to your eyes and the hope that flashes up momentarily and then falls away and pales within the pan of consciousness seems to be no more; but it is, for without it you would cease to live.
The flame, then, can be controlled. You can control its inspiration, its aspiration, its perspiration. You can control your lives to a much greater extent than you now know. You do not now know what glory shall one day be. You do now not know what you shall be. But when you shall see the beauty of your Holy Christ Self in greater measure as he appears unto you, you shall know him as he is; for you shall be like him.
The closest method, then, to draw nigh unto God is to draw him unto you by similitude, the similitude of thinking the thoughts that God thinks, of holding the feelings that God holds, of being the power, the creative power that God is within the smallest finite domain. Be thou faithful in a few things, and I will make thee ruler over many things. Your world is a testing ground, a checkerboard square, where each move in the microcosmic world is a forward movement in the macrocosmic world.
Because of the abundant grace that was released to you, I am going to do something different than has ever been done before in this organization. I am going to dictate ten minutes after I cease to speak. This dictation I am calling to the angels of record to place upon a spindle. This dictation I am calling to the angels of record to place within the aura of every one of you who believe in God and believe also in me. This dictation, that segment of ten minutes, I wish to be delivered to your Holy Christ Selves. I will ask that it be played during the night while you are sound asleep; and if you attempt to pull it out by yourself, you will destroy it, because it is fragile.
I will ask that your Holy Christ Selves shall take this enormous power of cosmic inspiration and communicate it to you in the days that are ahead, piece by piece, as a little jigsaw puzzle of cosmic reality. I will ask that the decipherment of the message it contains be given to you in its entirety at the precise moment when your consciousness requires it and you have the capacity to release it. This may seem a hard thing, but it is a crowning climax of a glorious class of Christ unity and released instruction from the octave of Light.
I could have come, as I have done many times before, with a voice of thunder, with a lightning flash of cosmic brilliance. I have chosen to come with a certain methodology, a certain rhythm, that I may bring to your attention a remembrance of my different approach, as the sobriety of God that sets the house of God in order.
The mastery of your Presence can come into your ears, to your hearing, to your brain centers, to the chakras of your own physical form. The mastery of yourself can come, as the negative states that create a narcotic effect in the mind are removed by our clarifying ray.
Therefore, as I finish tonight I am going to release a ray into these rooms; and I am going to sweep every person in these rooms with that ray. And that ray comes from the God of the Mountains. It comes not only from the God of the Mountains but from the Gods of the Mountains. And it is a ray to cause you to have greater freedom in your thoughts and power to organize your capacities. It is a ray calculated to assist you in finding the heights of yourself, and to reach up toward God, that your fingers and hands may clasp his in the night, that you may feel in moments of struggle the guiding presence of the living Christ and the ascended hosts, that you may feel in greater measure our nearness to you, even as we would have it so.

Words from a decree by the God Tabor
Who is God Tabor?
The ascended master God Tabor, the “God of the Mountains,” governs the mountain ranges of North and Central America. God Tabor is eight feet tall, and his fragrance is the essence of pine. He works closely with the God of Gold.
Meeting God Tabor
In Ascended Master Discourses, the ascended lady master Pearl speaks of meeting God Tabor when she was in embodiment. She went to Table Mountain with Rex, Nada and Godfre, where, as she says:
I felt impelled to go away a short distance by myself and there before me was this great majestic being, the God Tabor.
As he talked to me, I realized—just through a mighty flash of feeling—that we were all being directed by a mighty intelligence, clothed in a dazzling form of light. I want to tell you precious ones, that Cyclopea, Arcturus, the God Meru, the God Tabor and the God Himalaya are beings, who, the first time one sees them, seem almost terrifying in their majesty, their beauty, the intensity of their light, and the perfection which they are. Yet, with all that great and wondrous power, as gentle as a mother with her child whom she loves more than anything in the world. When it is necessary, like a flash of lightning, their limitless power can be released, which is to perform a given service.
Elemental life
God Tabor is very concerned about the burden upon elemental life. He says:
Call for Helios and Vesta to come forth. Call for my mantle—the mantle of God Tabor. Know and understand, beloved, that when you heal elementals and you bring them to the point of understanding how they might one day receive the chalice of a threefold flame—this is indeed the greatest gift that you could ever give to elemental life.
Beloved, you are all very busy. The Lords of Karma are busy. The hierarchs are busy—all have so many things to do. But you must stop and say, “We cannot neglect elemental life; indeed, we must serve elemental life and bring them to the place where they can once again believe in themselves and call forth their threefold flame.”
If elementals felt they could earn that threefold flame, they would work diligently with you. But in some cases, they have again lost all hope for recovering that manifestation. Thus, as you know, elementals pass from the screen of life never to return, for they do not have that threefold flame.
Sometimes it is nice to go into the forests and the mountains throughout the world to see the scenery. As you do this, always remember the four kingdoms of elemental beings and consider what you can and shall do with them and for them.
The “lonely ones”
In 1964, Tabor said:
I come to you tonight to speak to you primarily of the “silent ones,” those souls that have drawn apart at various times in their lives to commune in the quiet places of the world with the power that was derived from their eternal source. The world is enrichened by countless numbers of these blessed souls….
Therefore, precious ones of the light, those who are with me, the Gods of the Mountains, desire to expand in your consciousness a new sense of the “lonely ones.” “Come apart. Come out from among them and be ye a separate people,” saith the LORD thy God. So long as you are of the world you cannot be of the immortal kingdom. Ultimately, one by one they shall all step forth and be counted in the ranks of God. Now as the lonely ones, one by one in your various communities, not desiring to be thought wise of men but seeking an eternal city of God, as Augustine, the saint of old, you shall pursue your divine destiny.
Retreats

Tabor has a retreat in North America’s Rocky Mountains.
Tabor is also the hierarch of a new retreat, opened on April 14, 1968, in the front range of the Rocky Mountains above Colorado Springs. This focus of the will of God forms an arch of blue flame from the Temple of Good Will in Darjeeling. From his retreat, Tabor radiates the protection of the first ray through the mountain ranges in North and Central America.
Before coming to the Americas, Tabor was hierarch of the retreat at Mount Tabor in the Holy Land.
