DICTATION TRANSCRIPT:
Hail to the saints robed in white, ascended and unascended, occupying the Holy City until the coming of the Lord Christ. I stand before you as Almighty God has sent me to hold now the little book, to stand upon the land and upon the sea, to take dominion in the mental and in the astral planes of the earth by the enlightenment of the Word as it is delivered by the Lord Christ Jesus, by the Lord Christ Saint Germain, by the Lord Christ El Morya, Mother Mary and those whom God has anointed to minister unto his children in these systems of worlds. I am the angel with the rainbow, clothed upon with the light of the I AM THAT I AM and I bear witness unto the light descending as the Word of the sons and daughters of God.
I come from the fount of living flame. I have stood in the presence of Alpha and Omega. I am the angel which stands in the presence of the Lord God with seraphim and cherubim and unto me is given the office of the transfer of the light of prophesy unto the prophets of the ages and thus the writing in the book is the writing in cipher of those energies which are uncoded cyclicly each thousand cycles of the turning of God’s consciousness within the worlds upon worlds.
Within my heart I know billions of lifewaves. I know, for I am known of God and as I gaze upon the consciousness that he has shared with his sons and daughters, I behold an infinite creativity on the part of those who have exalted free will within his will. And I behold also the infamy of those who have enshrined the darkness of non-existence and I stand, I stand to sound forth the clarion call of an age for I am the herald of the Ascended Masters and the little book is the concentrated energy of their Word spoken unto the prophets, spoken unto the prophets for their children evolving into the oneness of that flame.
I can be seen standing in the cities, standing in the temples, standing in the midst of the people. And those who desire truth are bidden to the initiation of that mighty angel which also appeared unto John. And with me is the sound of the Elohim. The thundering and the sounding of that voice is the tuning of a cosmos and of millions of souls. And the voice and the thundering of the Elohim cannot be written for the writing of that sound is as the writing of sacred fire, the burning the very parchment on which it is written, it is the energy of fohat that directs the courses of the ages.
O children of the Sun, what folly it is that mankind suppose in their pride, that they have all things within their control or that they will have all things within their control given the evolution of science or of a humanism, or of the various methods employed. Beloved ones, I have stood before Alpha and Omega in the hour when he has raised his right arm for the signal of the canceling out of entire systems of worlds, dissolving by light entire lifewaves that have become a cancer upon the body of God.
Beloved ones, when you consider the omnipotence of the Lord, his omnipresence and his omniscience, consider, then, how mindfulness, watchfulness, humility and a deep desiring to be his instrument ought to be the sign and the signal of life, the passion of the free truly the light of the freeborn. Let wisdom have her perfect work within you. Behold the Goddess of Wisdom! Behold her fair countenance! Behold the glory and the noon tide of the sun! Theosophia. See how she comes translating the law of the little book that you might be free. Count not the hours in time and space, they do not exist. They only seem to be dividers within the room that you move and move again and find yourself in a greater room. Beloved ones, in this very moment as we are together, you are sealed within the rings of my causal body and literally there is no time and space. And for you and the cycles of molecules, there is a cessation of aging and of the degeneration spiral simply by your congruency with my aura. This will be so noted in the record of your life. Beloved ones, the timetable of the dispensation of your life will therefore by extended by the duration of my dictation, and you will observe this from inner levels.
Think upon, then, how a constant communion with the angelic hosts, an entering into their forcefield can enable you to traverse time and eternity, past, future, present being one. You yourself may be clothed upon with the sun and in that sun the resurrection flame, and in that sun the restoration of youth and one day in your ascended light bodies you will say to me, “Had we known we should have flown to the center of the sun. Had we known we should have tarried in earth without the limitations of time and space.”
Beloved ones, there is a place of consciousness whereby you may live out your life untouched by the burdens of time and space; it is in the bubbling brook of joy. Joy is timeless-spaceless energy. It is the buoyant, moving, energizing, quickening, renewing, ever fulfilling the cycles of the Trinity and the Mother within you. Would you not like to be free from the limitations of mortality and yet fulfill your karma and your destiny? It requires but a change of consciousness, that be-attitude. Beloved ones, it is the very secret of eternal life to seize it now, to enter it now, to know that the passing of what is called days and hours and years is not the confining of being, but the liberation of ampules of energy, of cycles of light.
Will you not understand and be free and realize that this is the very secret of our Messenger and of the understanding of the undulations of conscious-ness? If you do not regard time and space as barriers any longer, then they will not be. We move in and out of the cycles, but we are ever infinity now. Beloved ones, there is a binding of the people to the spirals of death and it begins by the affirmation that time and space have beginning and ending.
I ask you to meditate with me now as we enter a moving stream, a stream of being– we spherical being within a moving stream that has not beginning and ending nor dimension and therefore no point of relativity to define coordinates that would determine a limited state of being–eternal movement, eternal restlessness in the cosmic sea, eternal identification with eternal cycles. This can be your lot here and now. Feel yourself absorbed into the sun behind the sun. Feel yourself the free agent of Helios and Vesta. Stand upon the sea and upon the earth. Let the moon be under your feet. No matter what your karma, no matter what your state of evolution, you can always walk above the waters, above the land and keep beneath you the burdens of life. You can always be the starry body suspended in eternity. Do not procrastinate your joy, your victory, your ascension, your resurrection, but be as you have heard right here and right now, be, be the fullness of joy even while you accept the responsibility to direct specific light rays from the rainbow light into the cause and core of that upon which you have placed a limiting thought, a limiting feeling, in other words, a matrix of time and space.
Now I declare there shall be time no longer and space no longer for each and every one of you as you decree it and you will know a freedom to move and to be in God and to comprehend the vastness of his law of love, to absorb the little book, to pass through the alchemy of the sacred fire and then to stand with the Two Witnesses as the delivery of the message of the Word will go forth.
O light, O eternal light consecrate these precious souls for the remnant, for the Word, for the Lamb.
I have come not only to show you the open door of eternity but I have come to reveal to you the nobility, the countenance and the life of many hundreds of thousands of servant sons who minister to these several evolutions. As you see us in glory much like the evolutions, the early evolutions of Lemuria, which in ancient days gathered upon Mount Shasta, so we are the archetypal sons and daughters of light in whose image you are made as in the image of Christ, for we have come forth from that flaming one. Now you see the majesty, the great nobility out of which you were made. You see the nobility of your inner Real Self and of that which you are in reality and of that which you can be the moment you accept eternity as a fact, a figure of life here and now.
I stretch forth my hand. I extend from the East unto the West, from the North unto the South, great spheres of the causal body of the Elohim. Out of this rainbow light there descends upon you now the awakening, the quickening of the resurrection flame, a portion of your own causal body of light, an acceleration of your movement in the planes of Spirit and in the planes of Matter. Now I hurl a mighty bolt of energy. It touches the capitals of the nations and I hurl another mighty bolt of energy and it touches the hearts of sons and daughters of God. And I hurl another bolt of energy and it is a challenge unto the wicked who have walked in their wickedness lo these thousands of cycles.
And now I hurl a bolt of energy into the womb of time and space and it is a lifeline unto the faithful. God has sent out a line, a line of the lightning and the thunder, a line of the teaching, a line of the presence of hierarchy as they march single file. Beloved ones, the penetration of these veils of Matter where time and space identify existence are being penetrated by evolutions of light, energies of the Central Sun. Those whose soul awareness includes Almighty God as the greatest treasure of love in the heart will respond to this penetration to the light and they will touch the garments of the ascended hosts and they will follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth, whithersoever is the Christ incarnate, whithersoever is the Word and they will follow that Lamb out of time and space into eternity. This is the line that is not a line. This is a sphere that is not a sphere. This is being that is being that I AM. Enter into the One. Enter into the One. Enter into the One and be free. Be free I say for God is passing through this day and he will pass to other galaxies through other light years, through other light emanations.
This is the hour, this is the hour. As you catch a star or a Milky Way, as you catch the garments of our bands know that you are an evolution of the long, long ago who has come from afar, whose destiny is a star. Let us proceed for we have many worlds to save. Earth must become one in God, one way or another, but beloved ones, it is the free will of the evolutions of this planet, this people. The free will of the deliverers of whom you are a part was made long ago before the Ancient of Days. And thus you see, your free will will determine that the Teachings are published, that the message is abroad in the land, that the children of light have the opportunity to see and read the Word. But, beloved ones, it is the free will of the fourth, fifth, sixth, and ultimately the seventh root race that will determine the fate of earth.
As emissaries of light, therefore, perform your work well. Leave clearly the markings that have been left in the great pyramids, in the obelisks, in the highways of light, in Stonehenge and within the heart. But, beloved ones, your journey is a distant star. Do not become embroiled in the sense of this evolution and their sense of time and space. I am your fellow servant and I tell you truly, for you and each and every one of you, time and space are not. You come from other spheres and modes. This is the great liberating life that I bring. By this key you will serve and serve and serve until every jot and tittle of the law is fulfilled, until every last soul within this evolution will have seen the Mother and the teaching face to face, will have made the choice and your work to present the choice in the right hand, in the left hand, in the foot upon the sea and the foot upon the land. See clearly, then, the way of nonattachment but of the utter consuming of love upon this endeavor meticulously carried out to the perfection of the law.
Alleluia, I AM come. Alleluia I touch you each and every one with a touch of the memory of your origin and your consummation in God. I will see you soon again. I will greet you at a point of infinity where your souls have an appointment with the Elohim and your own Christ Self, your own inner being will see that you are at that point in the hour of the appointment of Almighty God. In joy I come. In joy I take my leave. Evermore we are one.

Who is The Mighty Angel Clothed with a Cloud and a Rainbow?
Sanat Kumara speaks of this mighty angel and reveals his name as Adoremus:
When John saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, he observed in his hand a little book open. This angel, by name Adoremus, had a face which appeared as the sun and feet as pillars of fire. With the full dominion of the Godhead whose messenger he is, he set his right foot upon the sea, showing the omnipotence of God over the subconscious mind and all it contains; and he set his left foot upon the earth, showing the omniscience of God to subdue the conscious mind and all that it contains.
(The right foot and the left foot of the mighty angel, which are as pillars of fire, symbolize the dominion of his cosmic consciousness over the sea and over the earth, the third and fourth quadrants of the Matter spheres. The feet are the symbol of understanding, and they represent and are symbolical of the initiations of the hierarchy of Pisces which the Lord Jesus Christ came to demonstrate.)
Then, with the authority of the Holy Ghost, he cried with a loud voice as when a lion roareth; and by the authority of the Great Guru Lord Maitreya, he gave the divine decree which evoked the seven thunders and the uttering of their voices.
The seven thunders are the seven mighty Elohim who come in the full power of the Holy Ghost to consume by love and by wisdom every manifestation that is Antichrist. The seven mighty Elohim give the statement of the Law that unfolds the path of initiation for the saints. This path of initiation is the message of the little book held open in the hand of the mighty angel.
The seven thunders uttered their voices, sounding the tone, the universal AUM, the way back Home for those called to embody the archetype of the living Christ on the seven rays. Their Word was and is the Word of God unto every soul longing for reunion. The divine decree uttered by the mighty angel, Adoremus—the one who adores the sevenfold expression of the Divine Us represented by the twin flames of Alpha and Omega within the seven mighty Elohim—brought forth the Word of Elohim concerning the Piscean path demonstrated by Jesus Christ.
