These dictations by Archangel Zadkiel and Archangel Uriel were delivered by Elizabeth Clare Prophet on November 25, 1987, following her lecture “On the Healing Power of Angels: Christ Wholeness—the Seven Rays of God” at the Capital Hilton, Washington, D.C.

Invocation
We call now to the Ascended Masters who are the servants of the sacred fire. We call to the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood. Intensify our auras with the light of the Divine Mother as we salute all saints and adepts of East and West who have glorified the name I AM THAT I AM and the sacred AUM.
O Archangels of Light who did give unto the mighty Zarathustra the divine doctrine of the ages, we receive thee now through his living heart of fire.
Let us sing the hymn of Zarathustra, which is the hymn of your soul. As your soul draws down the sacred fire of the Central Sun into your temple, angels of Zarathustra tend thee with seraphim. Page 21 of this booklet.

The Vision of a Future That Could Be
The Choice Is Yet in the Realm of the Possible
DICTATION TRANSCRIPT
Come Now, O Sons of Light!
I, Zadkiel, salute thee in this hour of promise. Aye, it is the promise of God to deliver thee. Aye, and you have promised to deliver Him in this hour—in His little ones, in souls shorn of the wedding garment.
Hearken ye, O Lightbearers of a nation and many nations. I, Zadkiel, speak to you as I spoke to the children of Light by the mouth of Moses and of the ancient prophets. For we the Seven Archangels did deliver the prophecy of the Lord by the mouth of Isaiah, Jeremiah and those who went before you in those ancient times. Therefore, the Word that is delivered to you in this hour is a prophecy of the Seventh Ray and Age.
Children of the Light, sons of Light in your midst, hear me! For I cast before you now a vision of violet flame, as over the land a sacred fire does burn: all of America covered by violet flame. This is the vision whereby you see what destiny America can deliver unto the nations. It is a future of hope, prosperity and light and an inner walk with God. This is the vision of Saint Germain. I am able to show it to you because you have invoked a violet flame that does appear this night as though covering the map of fifty states and more.
Beloved, this is a future that could be. I pray it will not be a future that might have been. This is Option the First whereby you the Lightbearers, by Holy Amethyst’ ay, determine that the all-consuming fire of God shall be for transmutation and transformation in the earth body and element, in the sea and the waters, and in the air.
Therefore, by violet flame transmute the seven vials of the seven last plagues that we have already poured out in the earth! This is the sign of the coming of the new age, the age of Aquarius and of Saint Germain. It is the sign of Keepers of the Flame who know that in this hour the essential light must come forth through the Seventh Ray and the violet flame of that ray.
Know, then, beloved, that to cease the agitation, to cease the nonconcentration of the mind, to draw back to self the scattered energies of a scattered attention—this is the requirement.
Lo, I AM Alpha and Omega in the white fire core of Being!—thy being and the being of God which thou art in higher dimensions.
Know, then, beloved, that all who call themselves futurists, all who would be the avant-garde of a new dispensation of eternal Light, these are counted [as such] by us only when they are devotees of the living flame of cosmic freedom, the violet fire.
Noble ones of joy and courage, noble ones of heart, of science and of God, ye are called to an hour. The choosing of yourselves is not an exclusive choosing, for each evolution and race and wave in its time is called to raise up the ensign of Light. Therefore a people of Light worldwide is called to bring in the great golden age of Aquarius. This, beloved, can be accomplished in this hour only if millions rally to that living flame, to the pillar of fire in the midst of Israel, to the Holy City Foursquare established upon this continent.
Know, then, that the choice is yet in the realm of the possible for Lightbearers of all nations to raise up the call to Light, to summon Archangel Michael, to enjoin and to be enjoined by hosts of Light that come from cosmic spheres for the delivery of a planet.
Blessed hearts, this vision must be fulfilled by those in embodiment, you who have heard and seen and felt the Light and the ministration of angels in your midst. Know, then, beloved, that your capacity to contain Light is infinite, even as you are the issue of the infinite God!
O Holy Spirit, O Lord, the Great One, the Maha Chohan, come now and touch them one and all. For in the fury of the sacred fire’s descent may there be, then, a gentle yet powerful stripping action whereby illusion as a veil is torn from them and they may see more of the heavenly light and the golden portal of other years.
O beloved, with thy twin flame remember the beginning from the beginning, thy origin in the Central Sun, the rounds of great concentric spheres of light, the putting on of skeins of light, lo, the descent into form for the increasing of light and awareness and attainment and evolution.
Lo, then the intergalactic battle of forces of Light and Darkness! Lo, the victory of Archangel Michael and his legions and the casting out and into the lower densities of a physical universe of all those whose allegiance was not unto the living God and his sacred fire.
Lo, your choosing did then become, O precious ones of the Light, a going forth to save that which was lost, the pursuit not alone of fallen ones but of innocent souls whom they stole from octaves of light. Many of you, therefore, are angels in embodiment, angels of the deliverance of God, angels of the vengeance of our God, angels of our bands who have chosen a sojourn upon earth to minister to thine own.
I quicken you as teachers of mankind, shepherds of souls. I call to you to understand that in a few short years, as time is reckoned by decades or centuries, you are called to come Home to God by Resurrection’s fires and Ascension’s flames.
I remind you of your ancient calling to deliver souls and to deliver them unto the Lord God with their God Flame blazing upon their hearts’ altars. I remind you, then, of the necessity for the rescue of souls in this hour in the name of the Divine Mother, Mary, who does come to nourish the Christ flame in ye all.
I remind you that the scene of violet flame covering the land is one that can be accomplished by you. And if it is not, beloved, then you will see Option the Second. You will see coming to pass the third vision of George Washington: You will see a cloud coming forth out of the East and out of the West and over the seas. You will see warfare and bloodshed upon this very continent and soil. You will see, beloved, cities of the nation overcome and burdened, a people rising up by the call of Micah, the Angel of Unity, to be one and to turn back the Adversary. And you will see as hope against hope the failing of those of America to turn back that nightmare of the Great War.
You will see, then, that the only deliverance that can come to a people so unprepared as this to face a world war is Divine Intervention. And yet, beloved, though the angelic hosts descend, some among you must be pillars of fire whereby to anchor that Divine Intercession.
Therefore, see and know, beloved, that what kind of victory shall be your own is truly your choice and choosing in this hour.
I AM Zadkiel. The Divine Mother of angelic bands of the Seventh Ray is my beloved Holy Amethyst. Feel the Presence, then, of the Archeia, of the great feminine being of the Mother of God nourishing elemental life and your souls. For we come to quicken the seat-of-the-soul chakra. We come to infuse light—flame for flame.
As you have invoked the violet flame, so it does become a magnet to magnetize a certain quotient of that light from the heaven-world. As you tarry these days and consider the seriousness of this hour, beloved, know, then, that at the conclusion of this vigil we shall pour into this city a multiplication of the violet flame that you have called forth.
Our violet flame angels shall not leave this sanctuary. They shall tarry in this inn where the Christ may be born in you. Therefore, not in the cathedrals of the world, the mosques or synagogues do we appear, but we appear here in this hour where an innkeeper has said, “Make room for the birth of the living Christ.” Thus, outside of a dead and dying doctrine and orthodoxy we stand to deliver the true Christ message of your Victory.
Blessed hearts, a path of individualism was extolled by Moses and the prophets. Supreme individuals were they who responded to the individualization of the God Flame, I AM THAT I AM. And the great individualist Christ Jesus with the apostles, the great revolutionaries of the East—all have come, singularly consumed by sacred fire, moving among men, holding a balance, preserving an earth and an evolution for your own maturity and divine Sonship in this hour.
Thus, the path of Freedom squarely set upon free will does acknowledge that some, including the embodied fallen angels, have chosen to pursue a course of Death and War, manipulation by temporal power and moneyed instruments, beloved. And their interests have not been with and for and by the people who share the common Light of the one loaf of the Lord’s table. Nay, I tell you, their agenda has been the rivalry of various orders of fallen angels who have sought to take from these little ones the Light of their emergent Christhood.
I AM in the Law of the One and in the heart of The LORD Our Righteousness within you. Remember that I have told you, remember that I have shown you a vision. The choice is truly upon the shoulders of those who have been sponsored by Saint Germain to raise up the divine document of the Constitution and who, in a declaration of independence, apart from and separate from those fallen angels, have chosen to be one nation under God.
May you find union in the Light, determination and strength in the Vision. For surely it shall come to pass that one or the other shall be the history of this land according to your choosing.
I admonish you that while you have life and breath and hope and avenues of communication that you cease not to deliver the message of Saint Germain and the call of an Archangel who has stood for you civilization after civilization unto the end of this age. May you know this Truth that I have spoken and fulfill the prophecy of your destiny!
Violet flame angels attend each one. You are being ministered unto by angels of the Seventh Ray in our command. Receive their love for your Victory. They are your devoted brothers and sisters on the path of the Seventh Ray.

The Promise of Thy Deliverance
“He That Killeth by the Sword Must Be Killed by the Sword”
DICTATION TRANSCRIPT
Ho! Sons and Daughters of the Sun, I AM come.
Witness, then, ten thousand-times-ten thousand legions of angels in the service of the Lord Christ. They pass over and through this city and their presence is a most extraordinary event. They move with the legions of the Ancient of Days and of the Faithful and True who does lead the armies of heaven.
Know, beloved, that this marching of angels through this city is for the event of the binding and the casting out of those fallen angels at inner levels who are aliens to this world come from other spheres and planetary systems in the physical universe.
They have declared war upon a nation that sleeps and the nation is not roused to defend herself.
O beloved, we come to rouse a populace and to say,
Awake, America! Awake, then!
We bring light and auric emanations of the Central Sun. We bring a maximum light by the Lord God and the Cosmic Council that may be delivered unto you.
Therefore, to all who attend this vigil we say, pray for this people that the patine of sleepfulness, of pleasure of the senses be taken from them swiftly. That they might be cut free by Astrea and Archangel Michael to receive our ministrations is our prayer.
As you have prayed to God, so we pray you open your hearts and call to the Divine Mother that She might intercede for such a mighty deliverance. O the hearts are there, “hearts of gold,” as Saint Germain has called you. They are there but covered over by all manner of misuses of sound, of motion picture and the media. They are absorbed in the illusions broadcast to them, with no time left over for the discovery of the inner kingdom of God.
Therefore, beloved, a nation is about to be traduced by a foreign envoy who does come speaking peace but who has war in his heart. Let him be exposed by Cyclopea!
And therefore, to all enemies of the people of Light upon earth, we declare unto you, whether you perform your wickedness against the Lightbearers consistent with human law, whether it is by subterfuge, intrigue or calumny, there is a Divine Law that does apply to you.
He, therefore, who shall go forth to take life by the sword shall also lose his life by the sword. You may argue. You may argue your freedom to take life at will, to abort life in the womb, and your laws may uphold your freedom. But I, Uriel, declare unto you that you shall face the Divine Law gainst which there is no argument, no opinion or second opinion:
He that shall take life by the sword shall lose it by the sword.
Therefore, know, you who come with the lust of America in your heart—the lust of her light, her civilization and her technology—you who mount your armaments to defeat her, you shall not stand in the Day of Judgment! For the All-Seeing Eye of God is upon you and that which you inflict shall be inflicted upon you by the angel of the LORD as it was inflicted upon you in the days of Sennacherib when the angel did come and thousands did fall at his hand!
Therefore, know, O ye who come from beneath, the eye of God is upon you! Therefore know that there is a recompense and there is a Divine Law. Though you may deny it in your godlessness, though you may massacre those of freedom worldwide, you shall not stand in the Day of Judgment.
And by these hearts, so are the nations consecrated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. And a people shall rise up and they shall overturn their overlords.
And as you have delivered brutality upon brutality, insensate, so there shall come upon you the fire and the ice, and you shall know that as thou hast meted out the unmercifulness of hell, so the nonmercy shall be unto you a fiat of your own devices.
You stand accountable! And by your hand and your execution of war in the earth, you shall know your judgment! And the hour of that judgment is come!
I AM Uriel, Archangel of the Lord’s Judgment and of the Lord Christ. I stand in this city and I read the record of your conspiracy before the people of God. I stand midst your empire and I give to my own prophet to hear the words of your collaboration against the Light. Know, then, that all things are seen and known beforehand. And so is your end foreknown.
Therefore, retreat and seek to raise up a Light while there is yet time. Bring forth fruits meet for repentance, ye who have murdered the saints and shed the blood of the innocents even in this century! We know thee who thou art. Thou canst not escape the LORD, for the physical cosmos is but a playpen. You shall not hide from the Presence of the LORD God. Therefore know Him in this hour in the presence of the angels of this city. And know, when you step upon this soil so it shall be that thy treachery shall be turned against thee.
I, Uriel, speak to the oppressors of my people and those in this nation under God who have collaborated with the enemy of Freedom. Nor shall you stand in the Day of Judgment, neither the captains or the kings of this civilization who have betrayed a people and their Light. You shall not stand who have betrayed your word in the highest seats of the government of this nation. Let the Word of God judge you, for that Word is the two-edged sword and the living Presence of the Christ.
My Word does go forth. It is the Word of Almighty God that I speak in this hour. It does coalesce physical atoms and molecules.
Therefore, let the inner alignment of the Holy Spirit be known of a people. And let you who hear me and know that ye are God’s, serve Him, then, and be the instrument of that judgment of Darkness whose hour is come and that ultimate binding of these tares sown among the wheat, truly an espionage of fallen ones, of Antichrist.
Let those who are of the Light know that though ye be delivered in the end, our desire is to see you join the hosts of Light to deliver a nation and turn back war and the engines of war—not by war but by a shield of peace, flaming peace that does turn war aback and demand that those who have malintent be devoured by that malintent.
Thus is the Call of the age. By the judgment of the Lord Christ invoked by you, you will know that my Word can be fulfilled in the physical octave only through your heart and your divine decree.
I summon you in the name of the Goddess of Freedom, who reigns above this nation’s capital. I summon you in the name of the Goddess of Liberty, who does keep the third-eye chakra of a nation in New York Harbor. I summon you to keep the watch as watchmen of the night, the dark night of America’s karma. I summon you to be Keepers of the Flame in Saint Germain’s name.
I, Uriel, deliver upon the altar of this nation the judgment, therefore, of unseen forces on the astral plane.
Elohim of God, descend in this hour for the binding of all that assails a nation and a people, and protect the Lightbearer in every nation upon earth. To this end am I sent. To this end am I come from the great white throne and the Presence of Him who does sit upon it.
Therefore, I AM a messenger of God, Uriel Archangel. And I have not forgot the healing Light. Truly know that the judgment of the Lord Christ separating the Real from the Unreal is your deliverance unto Wholeness. [10-sec. intonation]
Thus, I shall touch you with a transfer of Light. As you see the Light of your I AM Presence and keep your attention upon that Presence, so be it unto you according to your will to be, your faith to live, and your wisdom to know God as He is within you.
I say, Be thou made whole by the Mighty I AM Presence, who does love thee with an everlasting Love. I AM that Light! And I summon you to it for the deliverance of billions of souls.
You, the individual, now called, can make the difference.
In the name Jesus Christ and Saint Germain, in the name of the Divine Mother and all who have delivered unto you their prophecy, I say, Keep the Flame, deliver the nations and let the leaves of thy Tree of Life be for their healing and thine own.
I salute the God Flame within thee. So, remember the promise of thy deliverance.
Come, then, for I would touch that blessed orb of inner seeing.

Who are Zadkiel and Holy Amethyst?
Zadkiel is the archangel of the seventh ray. Archangel Zadkiel and Holy Amethyst embody God’s freedom, alchemy, transmutation, forgiveness and justice, the very same qualities embodied by Saint Germain and his twin flame, Lady Master Portia. Their work corresponds to the seat-of-the-soul chakra, and their color is violet. The day of the seventh ray is Saturday, which means we can receive a greater release of light, energy and cosmic consciousness from the causal bodies of Zadkiel and Amethyst on that day.
In his retreat, Archangel Zadkiel prepares children of God to become priests and priestesses in the Order of Melchizedek. In the days of Atlantis both Jesus and Saint Germain studied at Zadkiel’s retreat. Zadkiel anointed both of them into this priesthood.
The name Zadkiel means “righteousness of God.” In rabbinic tradition, Zadkiel is known as the angel of benevolence, mercy and memory. In some traditions, he was the angel who held back Abraham’s hand when Abraham was about to sacrifice his son Isaac. Holy Amethyst, Zadkiel’s divine complement, was one of the angels who ministered to Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane.
The use of the seventh ray
Zadkiel and Holy Amethyst are here for one purpose: to help us secure our individual freedom so that when we are free, we can free our households, our towns, our nations, our planet. The main block to our freedom is our negative karma. We can transmute it with the violet-flame decrees. We can also balance negative karma by sending forth divine love and compassionately-human love and calling upon the law of mercy and forgiveness.
Archangel Zadkiel describes what he and the ascended hosts see when a devotee of God calls forth the sacred fire of the violet flame:
We see from inner levels the tremendous effort you make to transmute the layers upon layers of karma you have made in this and past lives. It is truly a marvelous thing for us to behold. In one moment you sit surrounded with every kind of negative thought revolving in your aura. In the next, you decide to invoke the violet flame.
And lo! the mighty power of the seventh ray, as a giant electrode of cosmic energy, begins to form around your person. The violet-flame angels gather around you. With palms outstretched, they direct across your four lower bodies and your aura an arc of the violet ray. As that arc flashes across your being, it vaporizes the negative conditions. They literally disappear from heart and mind!
Zadkiel refers to the violet flame as the universal solvent that the alchemists have sought throughout the ages. He says:
I possess in my heart the secrets of alchemy. Invoke them, if you will. And I shall release them to you in answer to your call.
The violet flame can also give you a physical boost. Zadkiel and Holy Amethyst tell us:
Why will you wait while the candle of your life burns low? You can recharge your body with the violet flame. Do you think that God is incapable of vitalizing the atoms, the molecules and the cells of your body? He can flood them with violet fire and give you the glow of eternal youth!
Saint Germain tells us that joy is the motor of life, and the violet flame is the fuel. Forgiveness and mercy are qualities of this flame. To receive the greatest benefit of its power of transmutation, it is important to send the violet flame to all whom you have ever wronged as far back as you can remember in this life. And if you don’t know where the person is, write a letter to that person, ask their forgiveness and then burn the letter. You must also give that violet flame to all who have ever wronged you, so that there is forgiveness in both directions. Put all hurts and heartaches into the violet flame! Then let go of the cause, the effect, the record and the memory of those hurts and heartaches. And call upon the law of forgiveness.
Miracles through the violet flame
The angels can create miracles in our lives, but we have to call them into action to do just that.
Zadkiel explains that according to cosmic law the angels may not intercede in the affairs of men unless people pray to them and give them specific assignments. At this very moment angels are waiting for your direction. This law is based on our Father-Mother God’s recognition of free will. Unless you ask God to intercede in your behalf, he, by his own decree, will not, and does not, break that covenant of free will and enter into your life uninvited.
Zadkiel says:
When you invoke the light of our violet-flame legions, know that millions of angels of the seventh ray respond to your call immediately. We see the rise, the fall and the ebb of the tide of world karma daily as Keepers of the Flame worldwide do invoke the violet flame and therefore mitigate the effects of mass karma.
How can we be effective in creating miracles to change world conditions?
The violet-flame legions of light are warriors of the Spirit who can meet any condition of planet Earth. We are reinforcements … nearest the physical octave because the violet flame is the most physical flame.
Second, be specific. Archangel Zadkiel and Holy Amethyst say:
The world is filled with many injustices. Examine the world scene and determine what causes are worth fighting for. Choose one or two, and then work on them relentlessly with your violet-flame decrees, your meditations and your active involvement in alleviating the burdens of your cities. Join with others in giving your violet-flame decrees to save our civilization.
In answer to your call, we send missiles of violet flame to save planet Earth. I tell you, with God all things are possible!
Third:
The saints in embodiment must anchor divine intercession in the earth by saturating their auras with violet flame. This is the way to make the difference in turning negative world prophecy into positive world prophecy.
Who are Archangels Uriel and Aurora
Uriel and Aurora are the archangels of the sixth ray of ministration and service. In their ministrations, they guard the dawn of the Christ consciousness in mankind and elemental life.
The sixth ray is also the ray of peace, and Uriel and Aurora keep the flame of peace for mankind until they are able to invoke it for themselves. They prepare the way for the unfoldment of the light of God within each soul. Aurora carries the Mother feeling of peace and love to all mankind. Hers is the assurance that always flows from a mother’s love—all is well, “the dawn is coming.”
In order to have peace, the archangels sometimes have to make war for the binding of the fallen angels. Archangel Uriel and Aurora embody the peace and brotherhood of God. They minister to all life. Their work corresponds to the solar-plexus chakra, which is at the navel. Their day is Thursday, and on this day we can receive a greater release of light, energy and cosmic consciousness from their causal body.
Traditions about Uriel
The name Uriel means “fire of God,” “flame of God” or “God is my light.” In Jewish tradition, Archangel Uriel is called the “one who brings light to Israel.” He interprets prophecies and is often shown carrying a book, a papyrus scroll. John Milton describes Uriel in Paradise Lost as the “regent of the sun” and “the sharpest-sighted spirit of all in Heaven.” Some traditions say Uriel is the angel who led Abraham out of the land of Ur.
Uriel is not named in the Bible, but he is mentioned in Jewish and Christian texts. He is said to be an angel of the Presence who watches over the world and over the lowest part of Hades. Uriel is one of the four chief angels in the Book of Enoch along with Michael, Gabriel and Raphael. He guided Enoch on his journeys through heaven and the underworld, and he warned Noah of the impending flood. Some traditions say Uriel taught Noah how to survive the flood.
In the Sibylline Oracles (texts that were used to spread Jewish and then Christian doctrine among pagans), Uriel is mentioned as one of the angels who leads souls to judgment. Uriel also plays a key role in the Jewish work the Fourth Book of Ezra. In this book, Uriel interprets the visions of Ezra and instructs him in the secrets of the universe. He answers Ezra’s questions about the judgment and the signs of the end of the age.
Uriel’s keys for change
Today Archangel Uriel gives a number of keys for changing your life, your family, your community and your planet for the better. The first is to call to the seven archangels to infuse your spiritual centers, your chakras, with the light of the Universal Christ. He says:
Only call to us in the name of God I AM THAT I AM and in the name of his Son, Jesus Christ, to enter your affairs. Then stand fast and behold the salvation of your God! Stand fast and see the healing of the nations through the work of the seven archangels!
When you call upon us, we are instantaneously with you. When you do not call upon us, even though we want to save you, cosmic law says we cannot intervene. We are required to respect your free will.
Violet flame
Another key for personal and planetary change is to apply the violet flame daily and generously. The violet flame is the gift of the Holy Spirit. It transmutes the records of negative karma, including the records of your own misdeeds and the misdeeds of others. For example, to bring about peace on earth, Archangel Uriel says it is important to apply the violet flame to the clearance of the records of death and war on the battlefields of the planet.
