Chelas of the will of God, I salute you and I say, mounting Mount Kailas, this has begun!
Therefore know that the second half of the decade unto the year 2002 does now accelerate. And the climb is arduous, the air is thin and those who will win will keep the point of the star Sirius before the third eye!
I tell you, beloved, the ages and the centuries have turned, and this is the challenge of this century and this age. Therefore, I invite you to get in shape and climb the highest mountain you can climb! For, beloved, the hour is come when there will either be the ultimate victory of an age or the leveling.
So, beloved, with this message I greet you, and I wish you and The Summit Lighthouse a happy thirty-seventh anniversary! [25-second standing ovation]
This year is a point of contact great with Saint Germain. For you stand with him on the one o’clock line, and that line is the line of love. And when there is not love filling all space and there is a vacuum, then the forces of evil rush in with their hate and hate creation. This, then, is a year of new beginnings. It is a year, then, to anchor the flame, the violet flame of Aquarius, with your beloved Saint Germain.
Therefore, be seated, beloved.
So you have called your recent conference Soul Evolution. And thus it is the point of the soul on the one o’clock line that you must realize must be nourished, must be fed, must be brought into alignment with your Holy Christ Self.
Now, beloved, it is time that you examined the manifestations of war that begin in the hearts of those who do not deny war but espouse it. For they have no light. They have no wherewithal to continue. They do not call forth the light of their Mighty I AM Presence. There must, therefore they must take the energy, the energy of the sinister force, and use it against the entire world.
You have seen Bosnia, Serbia, Croatia. You have seen death and dying ad nauseam. I tell you, it will not stop unless there is a multiplication of numbers of souls in this Community throughout the world who open their eyes and see what a challenge it is for the Darjeeling Council, for the Great White Brotherhood, for the Masters who run their retreats around the world, in the earth, in the etheric octave.
Blessed ones, we ask you to join us, as the mark of the victory of this celebration day, to join us, beloved, to annihilate the hate and hate creation on that one o’clock line this year that does bring about the manifestation of war, that does make people absolutely insensate to the feelings of others.
Blessed hearts, this is a matter that truly burdens every Ascended Master and Cosmic Being on the planet. The aspects of this matter have to do with Western powers rendering themselves impotent in the face of such an onslaught, such a death, such a torture and a tormunt, a torment upon the people. And so it begins again, and it moves again and again and again. And so the war accelerates.
And when will it ever cease?
It will not cease unless the individual lifestream, the individual soul, does embrace the Christ principle and the Christ actuality that is part of the heart and being and substance of everyone who is of God.
There are many in the earth of you, as you have seen, whether in New York, whether in Oklahoma, whether around the world, beloved, or in your very own backyard, there are those who have not been touched by the love of parents, of father and mother, and they have not made contact with their God. And therefore, what you see so close to home in the desecration of the statue of Saint Anthony is happening everywhere. No longer may people feel secure in their own neighborhoods, on their own property. It is, I tell you, beloved, a heinous crime.
And we go back, then, to the prophecies of the Goddess of Liberty and the coming in again of those souls of Atlantis who were kept out of embodi-ment until recent eras of this century. And when those individuals did embody, they brought with them all of their evil ways. And therefore, the breaking of the barrier between the astral plane and the physical plane did come about and the golden chain mail did not hold.
Therefore, beloved, know that these individuals, who have had to reembody ere the conclusion of the Piscean age, have come. They are of all ages. Some of them came early and some come recently, but they have come in these decades. These individual lifestreams, beloved, no matter what their parents might have done or not done yet would be carrying the grudge, the ancient grudge of their activities on Atlantis.
So then, beloved, be certain that you keep the physical safety of your properties, of your homes, of this retreat and wherever you live on the planet. For this is the turning of this year unto the next and the next. And where there are those who will not deal with their karma, who will not take responsibility for that karma, then they become angry and more angry and more angry as the years pass. For they feel the weight of their karma and they do not feel the responsibility to bear that karma.
I say to you and to you, affirm your responsibility and do not deny it, whatever is your level of service on planet earth! For, blessed hearts, you can go the extra mile and ten thousand extra miles, but you must keep pace with the balancing of your karma as it comes up day by day. And there are some who do not recognize even though they are on the path of the Ascended Masters that they are rebelling against their karma in this way or in that way.
I ask you that this day might also be a day of soul searching, soul searching to understand whether you have resentment for any part of life, whether you have resentment for the Ascended Masters, their Messengers and the saints who walk side by side with you, who do bear their cross and bear their burden while you refuse to bear your own.
I counsel all those who have retained any point of self-justification, any point of criticism or being at odds with the Messenger. May you search your souls! For the Messenger is shown by me, indeed, who across the miles of the earth have that non-oneness, non-oneness with the heart of the Messenger.
I tell you, beloved, the Messenger may be anything you think she is, but for one thing, she is the Messenger. And if you would have a Messenger, then you ought to support that Messenger. And you should realize that you must quickly, if you would be one with my heart in the offer I have given to you to be with you and to be with you unto the victory of the age, then I say, quickly, quickly go after those ancient resentments that you have held that truly have nothing to do with Morya and nothing to do with this Messenger and yet you stop dead in your tracks, in your paths and you go no further.
And because you are going no further and you are stuck in the mud, as it were, then in that place where you are stuck because you do not surrender and you do not call upon the law of forgiveness, then you become angry and more angry. And what can you do? Because you have not surrendered unto God, then you must give criticism, condemnation and judgment to our representatives.
I ask that this be stopped throughout this movement. And I have called upon the Messenger to request that those who are part of this movement but who are not truly of my heart any longer, for they have the despising of the Messenger and the despising of the way this is run or that is run or the next thing is run, I say to you, my beloved, in deepest and most profound love, that you who are in this state of not being able to go forward or backward, as your car is stuck in the mud, I say to you, it would be better for your lifestreams, for your karma and for your future in future ages that you disconnect yourselves from this movement and go at a path where you can work your own day and work your own night and be a part of what you believe in.
You are getting nowhere but making heavy karma buts, by staying around this organization and turning away others who see you in such a sorry state that they no longer would be even interested in joining such an organization.
This matter, beloved, has reached a critical point. And there are many old Atlanteans that I have sponsored among you. And I am telling you this day—because Saint Germain has told me I must tell you this day, and I am obedient to the Hierarch of the Aquarian Age—that you individuals who have been around so long, we have no longer dispensation for you. And therefore, if you would want to be a part of this dispensation and a part of the Ascended Masters, you must finally cast into the flame those things that have bothered you whether for years or for decades and, as far as you know, it may be for lifetimes, all the way back to Lemuria.
Beloved hearts, I have personally sponsored you who have become embittered, you who have attacked this organization and the Messenger. I have sponsored you. And Saint Germain has told me this day that as of this day he will not allow me to sponsor those of you who are of this ilk and state of consciousness any longer, beloved.
And that is the fact and that is the reality. And all of you who carry the torch of the Goddess of Liberty should rejoice, because every one of you has been burdened by those individuals who have pressed on and pressed on and pressed on in their gossip against this or that or the next situation.
So I ask you, beloved, to clean your own houses, starting with your own temple and mind and being. Affirm the good of God! Affirm that which is beautiful, that which is holy, that which is the sacred trust that we have brought to you. Do not stop on your path because you are unwilling to bend the knee and to enter in to the profound communion of the Holy Spirit.
You, I say, who have been in this frame of mind, you can be washed clean ere the clock strikes twelve in your area. You can come clean and confess and finally say, “Beloved Saint Germain and beloved El Morya, I no longer want these filthy rags! I no longer want this state of consciousness. I am tired of it! And I see that I am losing ground. And because I do not wrestle with it and because I do not actually work through it, then I simply slink away and disconnect myself from all that I have given my life to for such and so many years.”
Beloved ones, I regret that this has come about. But I tell you, this very expelling of those who are no part of this Body and Blood of Christ of this Church does mean a new day and an open door! And we take this line of Aquarius as the sign of the New Day and the sign of the new age of Aquarius. For this year on the one o’clock line shall not repeat itself again ere the age of Aquarius has come in.
Thus, beloved, I have declared and Saint Germain has declared, we two together, that we take our freedom this day from unworthy souls who have gone against us and our movement. This, beloved, liberates you and takes off of you a tremendous weight that you need no longer bear. [28-second standing ovation]
Won’t you be seated, beloved.
I will tell you now why war continues to be a possibility on planet earth. It is because those who are determined to get even, to even the score of centuries upon centuries upon centuries past, these individuals do not carry within their heart, within their soul, within the solar plexus, within their minds that quality of forgiveness, the quality of forgiveness that you know from the heart of Jesus Christ or Gautama Buddha. Wherever these individuals are, beloved, they have no God within them, else they would not de, be determined to wreak havot, havoc against the nations.
Comprehend this, beloved, even though it is incomprehensible. When you have made your oneness with your Holy Christ Self and the Lord Jesus Christ truly, then you have a heart that is so overflowing with forgiveness, with gratitude because God has forgiven you, because God has sent his Ascended Masters to raise you up, to teach you, to show you that there is no condemnation in God, there is no criticism, there is no judgment but that God holds your soul in the highest esteem, when you have that gratitude for having understood what your past has been in many lifetimes and you come in profound wonder before the altar and you kneel and you shud, shid, you shed tears of joy, tears of relief, tears of ultimate freedom from all that has bound you in the past, you then, beloved, carry that quality of mercy on behalf of Kuan Yin, Saint Germain, Portia and all of the Seventh Ray. You carry that quality, beloved, and you give it liberally. For you can truly say, “There but for the grace of God go I”.
These are the people who will receive the chastening of God and will receive it daily and who will come back for more; for they know that the chastening strips them of all unreality. These are the wurli, are the worthy chelas! Yes, these are the wurli, these are the worthy chelas.
So come now and see who has threatened, who has bombed, who continues wars, who holds ancient grudges. These are the people who will never say die. These are the people who are becoming powerful and more powerful in their nations, who are building their weapons, who are waiting for the opportunity, yes, to destroy this nation, the United States of America.
Therefore I have asked you, and I reiterate it this day, that you truly see your Saint Germain services as the means whereby this nation will finally cut its tie with the Soviet Union, with the former Soviet Union in the matter of the ABM Treaty. As long as that treaty holds, beloved—and you must decree for it to collapse—there is the nondefense of this nation and the vulnerability of all of her people. [12-second applause]
What is the calling, then?
The calling is to call to Almighty God for the binding and the judgment of the dwellers-on-the-threshold of individuals who themselves do not have a heart of forgiveness but are relentless in their determination to destroy America, for the binding of the dweller-, of, on-the-threshold of these, for the judgment of those whose time has come for the stripping action whereby the karma is turned back upon those who have turned their engines of hatred against this nation that they might deal with their own karma, therefore, and not have the wherewithal to carry out their ultimate plans of global destruction.
Blessed ones, you have seen this hatred in every state of America. And it is a sad day for Saint Germain when he sees the misinterpretation of the word patriot, when it actually means in the minds of those who go against true patriotism, it actually means fanaticism and anger and hatred. It is unfortunate that the word patriot is soiled, so much so that you would not dare call yourself a patriot lest ye be associated with the militias and the militia movements.
Beloved hearts, by the love of Aquarius, by the development of love in your heart of Lord Maitreya, of Gautama Buddha, of all whom you know of the saints who have gone before you, let love be the power of Almighty God that turns around this intent of the sinister force. The intent, beloved, of course, is not only to destroy America but to destroy this very base where the golden age shall go forth from, this seed of light, this activity. That is what they would destroy, beloved, so that there would be no information left for souls to pick up the religion of the Aquarian age that you are even practicing now in this predawn era of that age.
I speak to you, beloved, about the dread war that could come upon the earth and I speak to you also of Maitreya and his armies and legions of light and of the Lord Jesus Christ. I speak of that Gautama Buddha and that Sanat Kumara and I tell you, while all these things are happening in the earth and in the astral plane, so armies of heaven are amassing. While the West sleeps, the legions of light are awake and they attempt to awaken all those who will listen, who will understand, who will know the basic premise, being this: fallen angels whose time is up, whose time is up have nothing to lose. Therefore they would destroy the future of the lightbearers on this planet.
That is the sum and sumstance of it, beloved. Those who have nothing to lose, who know they will go through the second death, they are the ones who are anxious to bring these wars upon humanity. For they are determined that those who survive and those who are the lightbearers will not have a planet to enjoy.
When there is no caution, when there is nothing at all to keep them from doing this, beloved, then you see we have a major challenge in our hands—you here below, we in the octaves of Light. This is why so many Masters have come over the years to sponsor you, to overshadow you, to give you dispensations, to plead with you and to say, “Give fifteen minutes to me each day and thereby see it multiplied by the power of the ten thousand-times-ten thousand!”
Again and again we have come to make the job easier, as you are striving to do many things to bring in the golden age, that you might accelerate your decrees and accomplish much. Whatever you can do, beloved, rest assured that the evolutions of earth from now until the conclusion of earth’s mission shall thank you forever and forever for preserving not only a planet intact and without war but for preserving the golden age of Aquarius.
I say to you, beloved, pray for those who have been indoctrinated in hatred again and again and again. Pray for them, for some among them are souls of light. But the majority, beloved, I must tell you, have been so indoctrinated into the hate and hate consciousness and have been so deprived of what was lawfully theirs that they only know to kill and to destroy rather than to build and bring up, as the rejoicing of God, in the building of the New Jerusalem.
My beloved hearts, I AM your Morya! I am with you constantly. Do you not know the warmth of the breezes in the early evening? Do you not know that I am on those breezes? Do you not know that I am in the innermost heart, the innermost soul of your being? Do you not know that I am here for the very love of God and for the very love of thee? Indeed I am, beloved.
If I could draw the curtain now and show you how each one of you has been with me here and there and anywhere and everywhere over tens of thousands of years, then you would recognize just what it is, what is the tie that binds us together. It is that tie of determination in the will of God, the determination to not see this evolution and this planet lost by these fallen ones who came from other systems of worlds, other planets. And they have come to desecrate, not to consecrate. They have come to vilify and not accede to the victory of the souls of light.
They are the interlopers, beloved. See that you separate from them. See that you separate this year all of your being from the astral plane, whatever holds you there, whatever foothold causes a demon beneath the earth to hold your ankle and keep you down in the astral plane. Shake yourself free! Cut yourself free! For you do not want to be tied to the astral plane in any way.
See, therefore, that your lifestyles respect that standard of every initiate of the Great White Brotherhood. Do not allow yourselves to descend to those levels. For you never know when fallen ones who abide there will reach out to snatch you and draw you in to some game of chance, some promise of power and dominion, yet they are able, not able to deliver it.
Do not heed these ones, beloved! Do not heed them. When you cut yourself free from associations with those of the astral plane, you have a protection that you do not have when, through sympathy, you open yourself up to those who are indeed of the astral. [6-second pause; inbreath and outbreath]
Now I send the fire of my hands through the Messenger to every chela of my heart on earth, whether of this activity or not. I send that fire, beloved. It is a golden ray. You should receive it in your hearts this day. If you do not receive it, beloved, I ask you to give an extended novena of calls to me and calls to the violet flame so that you may clear your heart chakra, clear your four lower bodies and have the ability to feel that ray of my heart reach your heart. That is the contact that you want or should want, beloved. And what it is, it is the contact that I want for you.
I know what it is to toil on earth, to be burdened, to deal with health matters and the many things that come upon people when they must face their karma. I wish to carry what I can carry of your load.
Therefore, if you have not felt the ray, pursue it, beloved. Pursue it. For I would have you know when I send fire from my heart to your heart to uplift you, to encourage you, to remind you of what you are about and to remember there is no place in the earth that is safe from vandals and from those whose hearts have never blossomed in forgiveness. Therefore, be watchful, be vigilant and let the watchman of the night do his rounds.
In the infinity of holy purpose, I will to serve you who are my cohorts of light, my brethren and my children. I choose to serve with you, beloved, and I trust that you shall continue to desire to serve with me.
I AM your Morya of the First Ray. And I love you with all of my heart and Causal Body.

Who is El Morya?

These are the qualities of the Father principle—the statesman, the executive, the ruler.
Because he has ably outpictured these essential virtues, El Morya has, through many embodiments, worn the crown of authority, ruling many kingdoms wisely and well. His rulership has not been that of a dictator, demanding that his subjects submit to his human will; but rather, his interpretation of government is God-over-men and his concept of true statesmen is God’s overmen. He inspires in his subjects illumined obedience to the holy will of God.

El Morya’s Previous Lifetimes
The Master Morya was embodied as Abraham, the first Hebrew patriarch; Melchior, one of the three wise men; King Arthur, guru of the mystery school at Camelot; Thomas Becket, Archbishop of Canterbury; St. Sergius, founder of over 40 monasteries in Russia and one of the Russian Orthodox Church’s most highly venerated saints; Sir Thomas More, the “man for all seasons”; Akbar the Great, founder of the Mogul empire in India and the greatest of its rulers; and Thomas Moore, the Irish poet laureate.
El Morya ascended in about 1898 after his work with the Master K.H. in founding the Theosophical Society. El Morya has served tirelessly with Saint Germain in the cause of world and individual freedom, training public servants to externalize the will of God through God-government on earth.
El Morya – The Temple of Good Will Retreat at Darjeeling, India
The Temple of Good Will is the etheric retreat of the master El Morya located above the foothills of the Himalayas above the city of Darjeeling, India.
Magnificent, radiant currents of light pour from his retreat, which also has a physical focus in the hills surrounding the city.
The etheric retreat is a glistening white building in Moorish architecture, square with minarets at the four corners and a large central flame-shaped dome.
The walls are as thick as a medieval castle. The apertures are also flame or dome-shaped, delicately shaded in a pale blue as are the doorways, the apertures atop the minarets and the carvings that mark the divisions of the four stories of the retreat.
As we enter this headquarters of the inner-world government, on the first floor, we are shown the main auditorium. At the far end is the focus of the diamond heart, ministered unto by the devas and Brothers of the Diamond Heart. On a raised altar there is a pale-blue diamond with a delicate blue flame encompassing the white flame that is visible in the center of the diamond.
