Beloved mighty victorious Presence of God, I AM in me,
my very own beloved Holy Christ Self, Holy Christ Selves of
all mankind, beloved Alpha and Omega, beloved Helios and
Vesta, beloved seven mighty Elohim, beloved Cyclopea, Great
Silent Watcher, beloved Archangel Michael, all the archangels
and legions of Light, the beloved Maha Chohan and the seven
beloved chohans of the rays, beloved Mother Mary, Lady Masters
Meta, Nada, and Kuan Yin, beloved Lord Gautama, beloved
Goddess of Liberty and the great Karmic Board, beloved Lord
Maitreya and Jesus the Christ, beloved Amerissis, Goddess of
Light, beloved Goddess of Purity, beloved Mighty Astrea, the
beloved mighty cosmic being Victory, beloved Guru Ma and
Lanello, the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood and
the World Mother, elemental life—fire, air, water, and earth!
In the name of the Presence of God which I AM and through
the magnetic power of the sacred fire vested in me, I decree:
Charge! Charge! Charge! into the atmosphere of earth the
full cosmic Light of a thousand suns, your mighty transcendent
Flame of Perfection from the Heart of God, the Flame of
Cosmic Blue Lightning, and the Violet Transmuting Flame!
Seize, bind, hold inactive, and remove from within and around
every lifestream, every elemental, the earth, and its atmosphere
all discarnate entities. (3x)
Take all discarnate entities from our planet instantly to
Ascended Master octaves and schools of Light. Saturate!
Saturate! Saturate! their forms with the Flames of Cosmic
Forgiveness and Illumination from the Heart of God in the
Great Central Sun and our dearly beloved Kuan Yin and the
Goddess of Wisdom. Dissolve forever! Dissolve forever! Dissolve
forever! all recalcitrant densities within them and transmute,
transmute, transmute them all into Light, Illumination,
and Love. Cut them free! Cut them free! Cut them free! until
humbly, adoringly they surrender their all to the service of the
Mighty I AM Presence and the Light of God which never,

Beloved Archangel Michael, beloved Mighty Astrea,
all ascended beings, powers, activities, and legions of Light,
angels and activities of the sacred fire: Lock your cosmic
circles and swords of blue flame in, through, and around all
humanly created entities and Shatter! Shatter! Shatter! all
negative thoughtforms, influences, and akashic records
adversely affecting mankind, elemental life, the earth, or its
atmosphere. (3x)
Replace them all by the immortal, victorious, cosmic
Threefold Flame of Love, Wisdom, and Power, the Great
Cosmic Light, and the Light of Cosmic Victory. Transmute!
Transmute! Transmute! forever all human recalcitrance and
resistance to the Perfection of the Mighty I AM Presence and
the Light of God which never, never, never fails to give earth

God-design from the heart of the beloved Goddess of Purity

the victorious Ascension in the Light into the forcefield of
every man, woman, and child on this planet from the heart
of beloved Mother Mary and the individualized Mighty I AM
Presence. Awaken! Awaken! Awaken! within them all the
inner knowledge of the I AM Law of Life and the allconsuming
Love of supreme allegiance to the Mighty I AM
Presence and the Light of God which never, never, never

What is an Entity?
[Literally “existing thing”] Defined as “an independent, separate or self-contained existence.”
Discarnate entities (or disembodied spirits, as they are commonly referred to) are made up of the personality consciousness, as it expresses through the astral, mental or etheric bodies, of lifestreams who have passed through the change called death.
A discarnate entity is either (1) the astral body that has been separated from the physical, mental and etheric bodies; (2) the mental body, separated from the other three and wandering perhaps in the astral plane, perhaps in the mental or etheric plane; (3) the etheric body moving with the soul (the personality consciousness) in any of the lower planes; or (4) any combination of the astral, mental or etheric bodies functioning with or without the soul as a unit in any of the lower planes.
Mass entities are forcefields of humanly misqualified energy, the thought and feeling creations of unascended man—the accumulation of mankind’s momentums of hatred, violence, war, greed, envy, grief, fear, lust, gossip, and the like. These entities, as islands of darkness, float in the astral belt and are moved about on the grid of the field of human consciousness by diabolical forces that direct these pools of dark power against unsuspecting lifestreams.
