“And now, for the first time in thousands of years, I am privileged to introduce to you a member of the Great White Brotherhood who has not spoken to you previously. He is known only by the name the Keeper of the Scrolls. He shall speak to you now. Will you please be seated.”

DICTATION TRANSCRIPT

Peace of our Father enfold all of you within the immaculate and wonderful aura of his Presence, his love and his light.

The twinkling stars at night shed forth the rays bearing the perfume of the roses of heaven, flooding down toward all the planets in all the systems of worlds and bringing the magnificent concepts of a divine love that transcends all imperfection and enfolds the world and the universe with the authority of the directing energy of the All-Father.

You are his children, and his mantle of infinite peace floods into your worlds during the stillness of the night hours.  Through the energies of the day, the noontide of mankind’s existence, the zenith of perfection may be maintained.  And there is no night in the concept of the infinite Father but an ever-ascending arc, the “ark” of perfection, the royal ark of the New Jerusalem, the city of God.

The caravan of world progress moves onward.  The procession of the planets, the vernal equinox, the eternal laws of the cycles, orderly progression and victory is achieved moment by moment as the concentric rings of eternal perfection and the music of the spheres flood forth and brings to the heart of mankind a knowledge that is more lovely, possesses more grandeur and holds more infinite capacity for truth than all of the wisdom embodied in the intelligent heads of all of the universities of the world.

And yet the blessing of the wisdom ray rests upon them.  May they learn to consecrate their divinely given intellect to the causes of eternal peace.  May the financiers of the world realize that the power of Light, manifesting through the God of Gold, is able to govern all world affairs so that the perfect balance of divine justice is achieved in an economic sense and nowhere upon this broad planet shall there go hungry to bed one tiny child made in the image of God!

You recall, blessed ones, how the blessed ministers of the world, in their sometimes lack of understanding of the fullness of Christ-perfection, have utilized my parable, which was uttered long ago on the hillsides of Judea, advising people to give one tiny cup of cold water in my name.  You know, blessed ones, how that this parable has been used by mankind to produce fear and responses which were not intended to be used in the manner in which they are used.

You have heard it said, “It is more blessed to give than to receive,” and therefore, beloved ones, it was in the great onrush of mankind’s desire to give of himself to the Light that I uttered this parable in order to direct the conscious¬ness of man to all need, to human need, and to the supplying of all want and distress, knowing full well the law of the eternal cycle, which returns to each blessed heart whatsoever is sent out.  And therefore, I desired not to amplify fear in their worlds that they might say to themselves, “Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire,” but rather that they might say, “Come, children of the one Father.  Enter into the Father’s kingdom.”

All of my parables and my instruction given to the children of men were designed in the perfection of the eternal spheres to amplify the constructive elements within mankind and direct them back to the God source from whence they came.  The blessed priests and teachers of this world have not always apprehended and, like Saint Peter, their zeal has been very great and sometimes they have seized the sword, the militant sword, and gone out against the forces of evil without using divine discrimination and the powers of Light.

But the time of illumination is at hand when the student body of the Ascended Masters must exercise that Christ-discrimination which sets forth a perfect example to the mankind of earth and by a perfect example of Ascended Master discrimination is able to show to the world that Christ accomplishment which cannot be denied.

O blessed ones, I behold each of you as a tiny child of God, and I say this now only by comparison, for you are magnificent.  But I behold you as a tiny child of God upon the vast cosmic stairways leading into the golden realms of infinity.  And I see last year as one step, one stair step of progress, and I see the coming year as another.

You know, blessed ones, strange as it may seem, all of these steps are not equal.  Mankind have thought that they were but they are not.  For some of them are giant steps, and in one leap mankind make great achieve¬ments from a plateau of the very ordinary into the realms of the superordinary.  And they come to a greater knowledge of God and of the infinite power of their own I AM Presence, and this is good.  This is the goodness of God that amplifies in one year that which might require many years or even many lifetimes to produce.

It is the mercy of God which sayeth unto mankind, “Behold the days are shortened for the very elect.”  The days are shortened for the very elect that human tribulation might be ended and that the entrée into the Father’s kingdom might be speeded up for mankind by a general acceleration of the Christ currents of Light, the currents of immortality, the currents of eternal purity, the currents of the radiance of the ascension.

Mother Mary, who was my own mother in my Galilean embodiment, has arrived in this room and takes her position by my side.  She is carrying in her hand a chest which resembles ivory.  The cover of it is emblazoned in the shape of a Maltese cross in pure gold, the gold of Ascended Master substance, and it is lined with the softest satin.

Within it are a number of magnificent, iridescent pearls of great price.  It is her wish that each one of you should have one of these pearls of great price as a memento of this Easter occasion.  But by reason of the powers of cosmic and universal law, the powers governing precipitation, the laws governing precipitation, it is impossible for us to place them in your hands at this instant.  And therefore we ask you to remember that the gift is offered.  The acceptance is up to each one of you.

In your finer bodies of light while your physical forms sleep, if you will call to me and to my beloved Mother, I am certain that she will hold this chest out for you individually.  You may reach your hand out into it and take from that chest one of these sacred pearls of great price.

Do you know what the meaning of this pearl is, beloved ones?  Each of these pearls is a condensation of the pure light substance which surrounded me when I made my ascension in the Light!  And each one of you who receives it, if you will recognize its iridescence and power and have the faith to qualify it in your lifestream with the radiance of the ascension, will, through the radiance of that pearl, be able to bring such divine purity and the fires of God’s splendor into radiant manifestation in your daily lives, that no one, including the Keeper of the Scrolls, can deny you entrance into the victory of your own ascension in the Light!  [audience stands]

KEEPER OF THE SCROLLS

An awesome responsibility is mine, the responsibility of recognizing the perfection of God and knowing naught else except the perfection of God, and then observing the action of imperfection in mankind which I must immediately forget.

My position might be considered to be unique, and yet it is not.  It is a necessary function which comes under the auspices of the Cosmic Christ for this planet.  For, of cosmic necessity, under the laws of karma and by the direction of the great Karmic Board, each man must be weighed in the balances to determine for their lifestream what God-direction, what virtue, what precious power, what energy and what returning karma shall fall upon their lifestream in any given year or hour of the day or night.  All of this must be tempered by the great law of cosmic mercy.

And, as the Keeper of the Scrolls, I want to tell you I have an awesome responsibility!  Fortunately the eternal Father has given me many able assistants.

And I am here to tell you that there is not one jot or one tittle of human energy that passes through any one of your lifestreams which is not recorded on the eternal scrolls.  Fortunately, by the power of the sacred fire and the love of beloved Saint Germain, there has been established a special qualification of the cosmic law whereby those who use the violet fire faithfully have an erasing action taken on the scrolls which tends to remove their karma almost as soon as it is created.

But I wish to point out to you, beloved ones, that each time there is a removal and transmutation of that karma, a temporary record is made of that.  And if individuals will continually persist in repeating the same offenses against the great cosmic law over and over and over again, there comes a time when it is called to the attention of the Lords of Karma.  And a certain action is returned to that lifestream whereby all of that karma then becomes accountable for balance.  And it is absolutely necessary that they shall face their own human miscreation.

This is brought about in order to insure all lifestreams that they will not continually turn toward the left-hand path.  It is a curbing action designed to bring them back to the right hand of God and the right hand of fellowship and it is an action of Divine Love.

The reason why I am bringing this forth for your edification and instruction this day is because beloved Jesus has felt that the student body are now enlightened enough to have the additional revelation and realization that they do have a responsibility to the great cosmic law to outpicture the fullness of the divine perfection of which they are capable.

The great cosmic law was never intended to be thwarted.  And when beloved Saint Germain gave the gift to mankind of the violet fire, it was not intended to be used to forgive sins, to transmute them, and then have mankind continue to repeat the same offenses over and over again.  It was intended to be an assistance to each lifestream, to bring them their own Christ victory.

And yet we have noted that consistently many of the students and those who have once studied this light have gone out and considered that they were free from the law of responsibility and accountability.  And we have seen frightening consequences as a result, not for the world, but for the individual, mark you well.

And therefore I come by admonishment of the Christ himself to teach you the eternal law of love which does keep accurate records concerning the actions of thoughts and the ideas of every lifestream.  You are not free from responsibility, beloved ones, because you are chelas of the Ascended Masters.  You are only free when you have entered into the fullness and the heart of your own ascension in the Light!

God is love and divine order.  And the perfect progression of divine life, entering in first into human action and then progressing through orderly series of experiences, moves on to its eternal Christ victory.  But no one can escape the reaction of the law unless they are truly students upon the Path who have dedicated their fullness, the fullness of their heart’s responsibility to infinite light of God which cannot fail.

I have arrived here this day with a burning desire to clarify in the consciousness of any of the students who might be in doubt the fact that they cannot continually repeat offenses against the divine law and escape.  When Atlantis went down beneath the waves and Lemuria went down beneath the waves, do you think that there were not many upon that continent which had a great knowledge of God?  A royal priesthood dwelt upon both continents and yet individuals continued, beloved ones, to live and dwell in error.

Now I know that I may not be popular by declaring to you that you cannot cheat the Great Law.  It may not be a popular idea to stand here and tell you that the scales of justice are accurate.  But it is truth.  And without its truth you would go down into defeat, and you would not stand faithful before the Father.  For the eyes of the Father are too pure to behold inequity.

And as the keeper of the sacred scrolls, I would like to point out that I have a dual parchment for each lifestream.  One is magnetized of the sacred fire itself and carries the complete life pattern for each lifestream upon it.  It is inalterable, irrevocable and can never be changed.  It is the law of life for you.

There is a smaller parchment over the top, much thinner and this parchment is somewhat plastic in substance.  It contains the complete engrammatic record of your life from the time you first came forth into individualized consciousness.  And every mark of your being, every thought that you have thought is recorded there.

I do not gaze upon these scrolls unless I am specifically requested to by the Karmic Board when making an assessment of a certain lifestream to assess their opportunities or to assess the need for lowering the karmic hammer upon them temporarily.  And when I do, I assure you I immediately turn my eyes to the violet fire of transmutation in order to erase from my consciousness at once and immediately all that is written there by the infamy of human consciousness.

But, blessed ones, there is a law acting that when the time comes for an individual’s karma to so become altered by the Great Law of Love that that one is granted their ascension, the top layer is rolled up into a scroll and handed to me and I place it as a taper in the heart of the sacred fire where it completely transmutes itself in the violet fire of divine mercy and forgiveness and never exists again.

And there remains only the scroll on which is written the law of life for each lifestream.  And therefore, in the eternal records of God, there will remain only the record of eternal perfection.  And the Keeper of the eternal Scrolls in the future shall be able to gaze only upon the perfection of a lifestream, a perfect individualized outpicturing of God-manifestation, man made in the image and likeness of God.

“Thou shalt have no other gods before me!”  Thus saith the Keeper of the Scrolls.

Beloved Keeper of the Scrolls, I am grateful for your message to these beloved ones, and I flood forth to all of you now the eternal hope that will give you your own victorious ascension in the light. My love enfolds you now as my love enfolds all forever. There is not a child of earth that I do not see and envision as a radiant outpicturing of the Father.

Long ago, when Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, I appeared there within the fire, and I comforted them with the sacred mantram of perfection. And I shielded them from any hurt, so that the fire could not come upon them and singe even their garments, neither was there the smell of smoke upon them. I would protect you now, beloved ones, by the great mercy of God from the reaction of human karma by admonishing you that the Christ way of victory is
available to all. It is yours for the asking.

You will remember that when Elijah made his ascension in a chariot of fire that his mantle dropped down upon the beloved Elisha, and so today, beloved ones, this pearl which my mother has placed within this precious chest is offered to you all, and if you shall take it by coming to her and to me while your body sleeps at night and to recognize your cosmic opportunity daily to so live as a Christ, as a Christed being, the meaning of my victory shall be interpreted for you in terms of the individual equation, I AM, and you shall declare in my name, “I AM the resurrection and the life! I AM the ascension in the light! I AM the God-victorious power that achieves the ascension because it is the divine energy of God which descended.”

And that which descended ascends. For that which descended made one fiat as it descended, and I shall declare it unto you now: “Lo, I AM come to do thy will, O God. Lo, I AM come to do thy will, O God. Lo, I AM come to do thy will, O God.”

With this fiat, the immortal soul of each of you descended into human form. It is a living mantram within your hearts. It will raise you into your ascension if you bear that in mind. It gave me the impetus for my own victory. And I used the mantram “I AM the resurrection and the life” because I knew that I came forth to do my father’s will and abide in the heart of my father’s love.

My father is your father. My God is your God. Our God is a consuming flame, and the fervor of that flame is the fervor of divine love. It melts human discord as wax. It is as pure as a flaxen white crystal-clear thread of light pouring forth from the Great Central Sun. It will weave a Christ garment that you will wear, seamless in structure, made without hands, eternal in the heavens.

Let all who hear my words and hear my voice accept the fiat of their own descending Christ identity. “Lo, I AM come to do they will, O God! Lo, I AM the ascension in the light!” And then they shall speak of you as they did of me. “This same living soul which ye see now going into heaven shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go.” And you, too, shall join the band of the Great White Brotherhood illustrious—one to leave behind the body consciousness, to ascend into the purity of the sacred fire in the light and to step at will out of the fire into form and tangibility, and then to disappear once again, to pass through all form and substance, to be victors over energy, over death, and over hell, and to achieve the power that makes the devils tremble, because you have the divine authority vested in you by your own great winged God Self, which has exalted me and given me my victory.

I recall so well, so full well, the full-orbed splendor as I rose in the air from Bethany’s Hill. I recall when I was approximately fifty feet into the atmosphere of gazing down at the faces of my disciples, and I recall that there was a reflection of my glory upon their faces of which they were not aware, and their faces shone like the sun, reminiscent of the time on the Mount of Transfiguration, when two of my apostles were with me and witnessed my transfiguring glory.

I remember a feeling of infinite compassion passing out to them then. O, how I longed to take each one by the hand who had walked with me beside the shores of Galilee, who had trusted in me, who had hoped for a world civilization to manifest in that day, only to see it completely dashed to pieces as a potter would dash a broken vessel upon the concrete until it was rendered useless. All the energies and thoughts which they had envisioned for a kingdom of God set up upon the earth vanished in one puff of smoke with my crucifixion. The very vitality of their life seemed to flee from before them. And now as I gazed upon them, I was entering into the immaculate light of God, to no longer dwell among them and guide them personally, as I had done for so many years.

O what great longing flooded my soul to take each of them by the hand and raise them into the same ascension into which I was passing. And then the great Cosmic Law stepped forth and said, “My beloved son, this you cannot do, for I am so well aware of the fact that if you could, you would reach down and bring every son of Adam into the fullness of their divine perfection here and now. But my son, that shall not be yet, for the great law of life is locked within the hearts of each of these precious ones, and they require that time and energy, that state which is know as the fullness of time to manifest, when by the seriousness of their own heart and thoughts, they shall seize the hand of their own mighty God Self and demand that life produce for them individually, as for you, the fullness of its perfection.” And now this afternoon, as I am taking my leave of you to speak to you, I desire to leave with you my feeling of desiring to exalt each of you here in the fullness of your ascension. The pearl of great price, the gift of my beloved mother, will do just that. But I must solemnly tell you, it must be merited in order to be received. The gift, the pearl of great price that is your life, your cosmic life, is yours for the taking, but it must be merited by sincerity and faith and service implemented by the fullness of love focused within your heart, and then amplified by the power of God to feed the hungry multitudes of earth with the manna which came down from heaven, the sacred Eucharist and the cup of life into which kingdom all must drink.

I enfold you all now with the fullness of my radiance. My love surrounds you always. And I will be of comfort to you at every moment of your life if you would call upon me. I am not far from any of you, but am near, even at the very door of your heart.

Who is The Keeper of the Scrolls?

The Keeper of the Scrolls is a cosmic being in charge of the akashic records of this galaxy, the impressions of all that has ever transpired in the planes of Matter.

Of his service, the Keeper of the Scrolls has said:

As Keeper of the Scrolls, I want to tell you that I have an awesome responsibility! Fortunately, the eternal Father has given me many able assistants [the recording angels]. I am here to tell you that there is not one jot nor one tittle of energy that passes through any of your lifestreams that is not recorded on the eternal scrolls. Fortunately, by the power of the sacred fire and the love of beloved Saint Germain, there has been established a special qualification of the cosmic law whereby those who use the violet fire faithfully have an erasing action that takes place on the scrolls. And through the action of the flame, their karma is removed almost as soon as it is created.

I wish to point out to you, beloved ones, that each time there is a removal and transmutation of karma, a temporary record is made of it. If individuals will continually persist in repeating the same offenses against the great cosmic law over and over and over again, there comes a time when their actions are called to the attention of the Lords of Karma. Then, a specific activity of the Law is brought to bear upon the lifestream whereby all of their karma becomes accountable for balance. For it is absolutely necessary that mankind shall face their own human miscreations! This action is brought about in order to insure all lifestreams that they will not continually turn toward the left-handed path. It is a curbing action, designed to bring them back to the right hand of God and to the right hand of fellowship. It is wholly an action of divine love.

The Keeper of the Scrolls maintains an extensive library and research facilities so that at any time the record of a lifestream who may be petitioning for energy, opportunity or a dispensation from the Lords of Karma may be reviewed. Thus, one of the duties of his office is to provide the ascended masters and the Karmic Board with a resumé of the embodiments of an evolving soul about whom they may inquire.

At Easter 1962, in his first dictation, the Keeper of the Scrolls explained that he has

… a dual parchment for each lifestream. One is magnetized of the sacred fire itself and carries the complete life pattern for the individual upon it. It is unalterable and irrevocable: it is the law of life for you! There is a smaller parchment, which is placed on top of the permanent one. It is much thinner and somewhat plastic in substance. It contains the complete engrammatic record of your life from the time you first came forth into individualized consciousness. Every mark of your being, every thought that you have entertained is recorded there.

I do not gaze upon these scrolls unless I am specifically requested to do so by the Karmic Board. This occurs when an assessment of a lifestream is desired in order to ascertain their opportunities or the need for temporarily lowering the karmic hammer upon them. When it therefore becomes necessary to make such an evaluation, I assure you that I immediately turn my eyes to the violet fire of transmutation in order to erase from my consciousness at once all that is written upon the scroll by the infamy of human consciousness.

When the soul comes before the Karmic Board to give an accounting at the close of each embodiment, the Keeper of the Scrolls or one of his representatives reads to the Lords of Karma the records taken from the Book of Life. The Keeper of the Scrolls also reads the records of those lifestreams who have come to the Last Judgment at the Court of the Sacred Fire on Sirius, and in that position, he alone is permitted to stand opposite the throne of Almighty God.

When the time comes for the round of embodiments to be finished and the soul to make his ascension, the Keeper of the Scrolls or one of his assistants reads the records of the lifestream in honor of his achievement. The Keeper of the Scrolls, acting with the individual’s own Christ Self, then puts to the torch those records of mortal involvement that have bound the soul to the earth. Thereafter, he says, “in the eternal records of God there will remain only the record of eternal perfection; thus, in the future lifestream, a perfect individualized outpicturing of God-manifestation, man made in the image and likeness of God.”
