Lord Himalaya, Manu for the Fourth Root Race
Lord Himalaya maintains a retreat in the etheric plane over the Himalayas. It is called the Retreat of the Blue Lotus. At his retreat, Lord Himalaya focuses the Masculine Ray of the Godhead for the planet. And the Feminine Ray is focused by the God and Goddess Meru at Lake Titicaca.
In a dictation given July 15, 1961, Lord Himalaya spoke of his role as Father and of his Retreat of the Blue Lotus. He said: “Most of you have deep, deep, deep within your consciousness a Father image. This Father image is a memory of a past experience when you knew the love of God face to face. Fortunate am I to so serve life as an eternal Father image, an image of the will of God.
“Here, in the reflecting pool of the blue lotus, I have taken all my own thoughts through the ages about God and his great peace, and I have cauthed them, and I have caused them to be transformed by the power of life eternal. I have caused them to be transformed by the outpicturing of my own dominion, by my own God Presence in full manifestation of mastership, so that this pool of reality, this pool of beauty is like a frozen crystallization of all these quiet thoughts on God and his supremacy in the universe and of what it means to every part of life to know the quietness and the end of turmoil which comes when the heart is still and knows God.
“The beauteous flower, the blue lotus itself, is a crystalline creation of Ascended Master light substance, a chalice in which flickers the mighty flame of God’s eternal will, revered by us and all the sons of heaven.” That is the end of the quote by Lord Himalaya.
I remember one day when I was working in the rose garden that we had at Holy Tree House in Virginia. And I was alone doing what I like to do, which is to garden, and meditating on God. And there came upon me the very distinct presence of Lord Himalaya. He enveloped me and I had the sense that he was infinite in his being and yet so very, very gentle, so personable, like you could sit down and talk with him, which is what I did. So remember that although Elohim can occupy the Matter/Spirit universe, they can visit you, proportion themselves to your size, sit in your living room or at table if you invite them. We need to know God in many guises and to know him in the gentleness of his power. And that is what I felt from Himalaya, a tremendous gentleness of one who had the All-power of God universes without end.
Blending with the being of Himalaya and being suspended in his being, I have never forgot that I have a friend. And he is someone that I can know personally and not just a name. Perhaps you would like to see and know, whether the Masters or the Manus or the Chohans or the Archangels— seek early their friendship, early in the morning. And you will soon find that you have a very personal relationship with many beings of light.

Beloved mighty victorious Presence of God, I AM in me, my very own beloved Holy Christ Self, Holy Christ Selves of all mankind, beloved Lord Himalaya, beloved Guru Ma and Lanello, the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood and the World Mother, elemental life—fire, air, water, and earth! In thy name, by and through the magnetic power of the immortal, victorious threefold flame of Truth within my heart and the heart of God in the Great Central Sun, I decree:
1. Benign and precious is thy flame,
Blessed Himalaya divine;
Pure and holy is thy name,
Blue-lotus master mine.
2. Come and teach me by Wisdom’s power
How to love God every hour,
How to magnify Christ-power
And God-victory manifest.
3. Let me sit before thy throne,
Wholly centered in God alone,
And absorb thy holy tone,
Soundless wonder now made known.
4. I AM calling now to thee,
Help me gain my Victory;
Let my very soul go free,
Daily, hourly like thee to be.
5. Blue-lotus flame shining bright
In good will’s divine delight,
Shed thy beams through human night
Till all is purest Light.
6. Himalaya, come and remain
In my heart’s blue-lotus flame,
By the power of God’s own name,
I AM Presence in me reign.
And in full Faith I consciously accept this manifest, manifest, manifest! (3x) right here and now with full Power, eternally sustained, all-powerfully active, ever expanding, and world enfolding until all are wholly ascended in the Light and free!
Who is Lord Himalaya?
Himalaya is the manu of the fourth root race. He is also the hierarch of the Retreat of the Blue Lotus in the Himalayan mountains, guardian of the ray of the masculine aspect of the Godhead focused directly from the heart of Alpha. The gentle radiance of Himalaya can be felt throughout the East as a tangible presence drawing the pilgrims of all nations into a divine awareness of the flame of the blue lotus.
The fourth root race
A root race is a group of souls, or a lifewave, who embody together and have a unique archetypal pattern, divine plan and mission to fulfill. The manus (Sanskrit for “progenitors” or “lawgivers”) ensoul the Christic image for the lifewave they sponsor. According to esoteric tradition, there are seven primary groups of souls, i.e., the first to seventh root races.
The first three root races lived in purity and innocence upon earth in three golden ages before the Fall of man. Through obedience to cosmic law and total identification with the Real Self, these three root races won their immortal freedom and ascended from earth. It was during the time of the fourth root race, on the continent of Lemuria, that the allegorical Fall took place under the influence of the fallen angels known as Serpents (because they used the serpentine spinal energies to beguile the soul, or female principle in mankind, as a means of lowering the masculine potential).
The fourth, fifth and sixth root races remain in embodiment on earth today. The seventh root race is destined to incarnate on the continent of South America in the Aquarian age under their manu, the Great Divine Director.
Himalaya’s service
Himalaya is a Master of masters. His pupils have been Lord Gautama, Lord Maitreya, El Morya, Kuthumi and thousands of others. He teaches meditation while in the lotus posture. Those who are privileged to sit at his feet must learn to blend their consciousness with his, and as their pulse becomes one with the rhythm of his threefold flame, they receive the ideations of his mind, although never a word is spoken. Those who master the art of telepathy always leave the Blue Lotus Temple with hearts full and with a mantra that is the key to the unfoldment of their divine plan.
The tangible radiance of Lord Himalaya appears as golden snow; his great devotion to the flame of the Christ in the masses of Asia has kept the Ganges purified as a healing focus for centuries. Likewise, in the mountains bearing his name, he has anchored magnetic poles of the Christ consciousness.
Lord Himalaya has spent much time in the Great Silence (in Nirvana) where he retreats to gather the energies of the great creative consciousness, stepping forth from time to time to release the light he has drawn to the four corners of the earth. At the present time, he is active in his retreat on behalf of the illumination of the world and the uniting of East and West. His divine complement remains in embodiment to anchor their twin flames in form.

The quietness of the Buddha, the listening of the Christ, this is the power of God. The Great Silence is the power, the tenderness of the flowers, the new babe and those making the transition to all light. Learn of power, beloved, and learn of me. Learn of the wonder of God and the miracle of grace. Learn of the entering in to the Temple of the Blue Lotus. Learn, then, of the assimilation of that cobalt blue in all of the chakras. Learn the stillness of the eye of the hurricane and the eye of God. Learn the majesty of the peace that establishes the light of the heart.
