DICTATION TRANSCRIPT
The Longing for Wholeness
Where upon earth is there to be found a rose so fair as the babe in arms, as the soul unfolding its latent divinity? The rose, in all her beauty, cannot compare to the soul whom God hath made.
I speak directly to the soul of each one. I bypass the senses, the outer mind, the defenses. I bypass all resistance to God as Holy Spirit, and I commune with the potential—flaming, pristine—whereby you are to become God in manifestation. I speak to the innocence. I speak to the gentle heart, to the very center of the rose that is the soul.
Softly and quietly I come into the soul. As the breath of life is received by the newborn child, so the soul receives the infusion, the grace of the Holy Spirit. For I represent the influx of Father-Mother God, twin flames of Alpha and Omega, as the cloven tongues of Paraclete descend to quicken your soul, to quicken your consciousness, to quicken the light manifestation.
I come to remind you of elder days of art, of the glory of the One, of the individed Whole. I come, now, as the fire of the Holy Spirit to draw you into alignment with the Christ, with your I AM Presence, and to allow you to feel for a moment the soul’s counterpart, the twin flame. Whether manifesting in time and space or in infinity, your soul has that counterpart. And when you reunite with that counterpart, you will find the wholeness of the manifestation of the Holy Spirit manifesting in you as the wholeness of the circle of infinity.
Some among mankind are always dissatisfied, always looking for something they cannot find. At the base of the search, in the innermost core of being, is this longing for wholeness. And whether this longing manifests in the outer consciousness as the desire for name, for fame, to be thought well of among men or to find romance, it is always that impulse in the heart of the soul to be one in God with the twin flame, with the current of Alpha and Omega that was individualized from out of the white-fire core as twin flames of cosmic justice holding the balance of the scale of life.
Until the soul returns to the state of oneness in God, there will always be that dissatisfaction. This is a healthy state as long as you know why you are dissatisfied. For to become satisfied with one’s present evolution means the cessation of the progress of transcending the self. And, of course, the law of transcendence, as you know, governs all of the cycles of the universe.
And so, precious ones, I come to give you a taste of this oneness so that you will remember that through all of your striving, all of your service, you are moving closer and closer to the center of being where you will find an awareness of the circumference of that identity which God has bequeathed to you.
When you begin to lose the sense of separation, you begin to gain the sense of the return to the One. Therefore, as you look upon life and its myriad manifestations, of the faces of daisies in the field and of children looking upward with hope, remember that all that you see that speaks of spirit sparks moving from the center to the periphery of being is so that you might follow on the return of that spiral back to oneness, where all of life merges in the great ocean of God’s consciousness.
To contemplate the oneness of life and then on the wings of contemplation to enter, to experience, to be that oneness, is an exercise which you can practice and accomplish while you are yet gaining self-mastery, while you are working toward the fullness of the manifestation of the Holy Spirit.
To visualize the white-fire core of being within the heart —expanding gently and slowly and gradually to include all of life—will give you the sense of being bound [while at the same time] being in a state of flow with all whom you know, preserving unity in diversity, preserving freedom in the will of God.
I AM in the center of the rose. I AM the flaming fire of that oneness. I AM in the center of the circle, and I AM the comfort flame.
When I was embodied upon earth, as you are, I contemplated, as a shepherd in India, the flocks in the heavens, the many stars as the sheep of the Good Shepherd. I saw how the cycles and the movement of the stars foretold the day when each of the sheep of his pasture would realize a position, a focal point for the intensification of Christ power, Christ wisdom, Christ love in infinity.
Do you know that when you find the centeredness in the heart of the starry body, you find that there you can be partakers of Spirit and Mater simultaneously? You can experience that flow by the movement of energy. And whether the concentration of your effort be in the plane of Mater or the plane of Spirit, you can transcend planes by allowing your consciousness to flow with the electrons as they move from sphere to sphere, allowing the life that is God to energize consciousness here below, as Above.
To be in the center of God’s consciousness is an exercise of concentration of Spirit. And that exercise of concentration and focalization of energy is all in preparation for that glorious moment when there is an explosion, like fireworks on the Fourth of July—an explosion like the splitting of an atom, yet altogether benign. It is when all of the energy that was once concentrated in the center of the heart bursts forth, inundating cosmos, filling all space, becoming part of all time. And suddenly, as in the twinkling of an eye, you are at once the center and the circumference of Being. This thrust into space is the movement of the Divine Mother, is the movement of the energy of the Holy Spirit.
This is the age in which mankind will be initiated into these cycles of solar expansion, the expansion of solar awareness. These thousands of years that have preceded this time in earth’s history have been for the preparation of mankind through the concentration of the energies of Alpha, of the Father as Law, of the Son as the understanding of that Law.
Now it is time to claim your identity as Mother, to claim your identity as the movement of the currents of the Holy Spirit. When you think of the Mother and of the Holy Spirit, you can only think of love in motion, love reaching for the stars, love carrying the message of hierarchy far and wide.
You may wonder, you may be startled, especially if your soul is wearing a masculine form, to consider that you might be the focus of the Mother flame. I tell you, it was just as startling for the early initiates to consider themselves as Son, as Father, when their souls wore a feminine form. But, you see, you have four lower bodies, and each one is the repository for the grace of an aspect of the Divinity.
And so you see that in this age it is the feeling body, the emotional body of man and of woman, that is quickened to feel the gentle impulse of the love of the Cosmic Mother. All that blocks the flow of the energies of Omega into your life must be surrendered, must be delivered up unto the Lords of Life. For you cannot afford in this age to refrain from giving your feeling body to the Divine Mother, that she might release through you a portion of love that is the cohesive power of the universe. And therefore [this flow of the energies of Omega into your life] is for the welding together of the body of God upon earth as it is in heaven.
Likewise, you cannot fail to make the physical temple the dwelling place of the Holy Spirit, a tabernacle of the witness of the cloven tongues. Therefore acknowledge:
I AM the Divine Mother in manifestation.
I AM the Woman clothed with the Sun.
I AM the overcoming of all lunar energies which
I place beneath my feet, for I AM God’s
manifestation of the mastery of life.
I AM the fulfillment of the promise of the crown of
twelve stars.
I AM the mastery of the virtues of the Almighty One.
I AM the movement, the action in time and space
of God’s own Spirit of the Holy One.
And thus I cannot remain separate, apart, alone,
for I AM the fulfillment of all cycles of cosmic consciousness.
Indeed I AM the fulfillment of the law of life.
All hail, I AM Father, Mother, Son and Holy Spirit.
I AM the one flame.
I AM the one flame of life blazing upon the altar
of Being.
To claim your divinity in all of its glorious aspects is not blasphemy. It is the fulfillment of thy kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven. For thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory, forever and forever and forever.
Why should mankind limit God? Why should they bind him into segments and categories and then argue about who has the right segment of God and who has correctly categorized his being and consciousness? Can we not all share in his glory and all bring forth a new creative manifestation of God—without conflict, without strife, without religious bigotry?
O precious hearts, every man and woman is free to worship God as he sees fit. God extends to his children the gift of free will and he is happy that mankind happily worship him, whether in a flower or a tree, whether in a cathedral or in mountain heights. And whether they behold God in loved ones, in the saints, in the fire that burns, in the holy incense or the sacred water, in Christ Jesus or Buddha, God is satisfied when mankind acknowledge the Supreme Being. God is satisfied, for he is aware of the oneness of consciousness in life and he bows before the image of himself that he has placed in form. Wherever the flame is, there God in manifestation is adoring God.
How joyous is the exchange of life! How free is life throughout this Cosmic Egg! How free is the interchange of love between the angelic hosts! How buoyant is the sense
of victory!
I would take from you the burden of separateness, of the senses which pall upon the senses of the soul. I would take from you that burden for an hour, that you might feel the buoyant joy of moving as a God-free being across solar systems and galaxies.
Let your minds expand! Let your hearts expand! Do not feel confined to Terra, for only your bodies are confined. Your souls can move if you will come into the body of the Holy Spirit and allow me to be, for an hour, your spaceship in which you journey to distant stars. For an ascended master light body will do as a vehicle for you.
I assure you that the ascended masters do not use flying saucers to traverse the universe, for they have their own light bodies. And therefore when you see lifewaves who employ such ships, remember that they have not yet ascended unto your God and my God but they are another aspect of manifestation in the planes of Matter.
It does not matter to us whether you ride a horse and buggy or a modern car or a plane or a train or a flying saucer. We are not impressed by humanity’s vehicles. We are impressed by the seamless garment that is the vehicle of the soul.
For you see, when we find initiates of the flame of life who have diligently woven the wedding garment, then we can invite those souls, even before their transition and their ascension, to journey to places and octaves and retreats that are otherwise closed to that aspect of the evolution of humanity who have not yet woven this garment of light. This is the meaning of the parable of Jesus, “Friend, how came thou in without a wedding garment?” There are places in the vastness of creation where the soul cannot be received without the wedding garment.
You say, “Oh, I would have the wedding garment, Maha Chohan. Tell me how to weave that garment.”
The weaving of the garment is with the flame of love—love that is manifest in purity of devotion, the clearing of your being of all extraneous thoughts and feelings, the flushing out of the sun centers so that love can flow.
You will know when your soul is weaving the wedding garment by a feeling of comfort around your form that is like unto a swaddling garment placed on a newborn child. It is a feeling of being in the warmth of God, in the bunting of the new baby. It is the feeling of the flow of light around the aura of the head. It is the feeling of being clothed upon and no longer standing naked, finding oneself in the consciousness of sin and running for the fig leaf, the fig-leaf consciousness.
Adam, where art thou? Eve, where art thou? Art thou naked and without the garment of God?
Then raise and exalt the vision and behold the face of God. Behold him face-to-face and see the immaculate concept as he manifests in brother and sister. For along the homeward Path you must recognize God in all whom you meet. And when you see the smile of the Mother gazing upon you with that love, you will know that she has beheld within your soul the reality of God. And to her it is a joy incomparable to find God here in this plane.
One who can see God as living, breathing awareness in your soul is one who has the power to draw you into wholeness, for by that vision you are made whole. And who among you will not remember the mother who has loved, who has loved and continued to love her son? Even if her son is a thief and a murderer, yet she continues to love—to love and to love and to love.
When you enter the consciousness of the Mother, you cannot fail to acknowledge all of mankind as your children. And then you, too, put on the perpetual joy of the Mother who loves to see her children arrayed in glistening white, to see them spiraling toward the center of the being of the Father.
The love of the Mother is a love that flows freely. It is never a possessive love that is sometimes held by earthly mothers. It is a love that pushes the fledgling out of the nest and says, “Fly! Oh fly, my soul! Oh fly, my soul, into the arms of God!”
The joy of the Mother is in the fulfillment of the promise of God unto the children. Do you hear their voices? Do you hear the happy voices of children? They are in the retreats of the Brotherhood, there learning, there preparing to take embodiment. They frolic in the fields and flowers, in the etheric cities and in the meadows that surround them. They are tutored by angels, by Mother Mary, by legions of the comfort flame. They know a bliss and a joy that they carry with them when they take embodiment.
Children are so happy and so free because they are still a part of that divine memory. They still have that tie to the etheric experience when they are one and two and three years old. And gradually they make the transition, but still through four and five years old they carry almost a greater awareness of inner planes than of outer planes—that is, if you do not contaminate them too quickly or put upon them the ways of the world through television, through early training in violence and dissonance and in the darkness that is here.
You find, then, that little children often do not know, when they open their eyes in the morning, if they are still in etheric planes, for they are allowed to journey back to these schoolrooms in the etheric temples while their bodies sleep. And if you happen to watch as they open their eyes in the morning, you will see that little blinking and that little yawn, and for a moment [they may appear to be thinking], “Where am I?” And then there is the familiar face of mother, of father, and they begin to orient themselves to a new life on earth in Mater, in another densification of the plane of God’s consciousness.
The Holy Spirit is ever the gentle manifestation of the Law, allowing the adjustment to be made gradually while hoping against all hope that some among the parents of these little ones will understand how good it is to remind them of the inner experience, to give them training in the Law, to not refute them when they speak of the little playmate or the fairy or the angel that tarries with them. For truly these little ones have the inner vision of other evolutions and lifewaves.
How hard, how coarse have the more mature become that they should see fit to deny the soul’s sensory perception of these little ones. How coarse they have become that in their pride and in their education they think that these perceptions are questions of hallucination, that they are obliged to stamp out the vivid imagination of these little ones lest they grow up to be misfits (when they themselves are the misfits, for they no longer fit into the higher planes of perfection).
We who prepare mothers and fathers to receive the precious ones, we who give training in the retreat of the Holy Spirit to those who apply to receive these little children, long for the day when the schools will be set forth for the training of the young with the emphasis upon anchoring the divine memory, anchoring the light that is a part of incoming lifewaves.
Do you hear their happy voices as they play in the playgrounds in our retreats? Do you hear them, how joyous they are? They are waiting for sponsors. Some of you have sponsored the orphans of Korea, of Thailand, of Vietnam. Others among you are looking to sponsor these little ones.
May I recommend that you apply in writing to me as the Maha Chohan for training, for the preparation of the four lower bodies. For there are many in addition to the ten thousand and one who long to be a part of this great hour of the overcoming of darkness by the influx of light. They want to make your home a happy home, your hearth a happy hearth. They want to come to bring you joy, to remind you of the glory you also once knew. Is there a home that is truly happy where there is not the laughter of children?
O precious ones, there are many paths and many callings. We understand that not everyone is suited to be a householder, to pursue the family life. But if you have identified this path as your way, then remember that there are sponsors in heaven of your way and of your path, just as you can be sponsors on earth of those who are descending. This is a part of the great interchange of life, as Above, so below.
As I am speaking to you, angels of the comfort flame draw nigh and surround you. Their garments are as delicate silk chiffon, and their softness reminds you that their beings flow with the comfort flame. For they have elected to magnify the LORD as the Holy Spirit, as the Comforter.
And so, as I take my leave of you, I remind you to quietly leave the sanctuary and to return to your rooms in the fullness of the lightness of our presence so that as you float into higher octaves centered in the soul, you can know that freedom—that freedom that shall truly make you whole.

Who is the Maha Chohan?
As the Representative of the Holy Spirit, the Maha Chohan embodies the white light of all the rays and teaches the sevenfold balance of the rays of the Seven Mighty Elohim, which in turn manifest upon the brow of the initiate as a crown of crystal light when that God-mastery of the seven rays is reached.
The Maha Chohan is a very present help to all who call to him. Because of his pledge to all mankind “I am keeping the flame for you until you are able,” this truly Great Lord is called the Keeper of the Flame. He is the endower of Christ-mastery through the disciplines of right choice and right action—patterned after the eightfold path of Lord Gautama Buddha, which parallels the path taught and demonstrated by Jesus Christ.
These disciplines are accomplished through the mastery of free will, of the desires and the desire body, and of the path of the Sacred Heart and the Ruby Ray as the initiate balances the threefold flame and attains equilibrium in the white light of the seven rays in his chakras. Engaging in service to Community—the world body of Lightbearers—by the engagement of one’s forces, body, mind and soul, is the means to accomplish this goal.
Representative of the Holy Spirit
The Maha Chohan is the representative of the Holy Spirit. The one who holds this office in hierarchy represents the Holy Spirit of the Father-Mother God, of Alpha and Omega, to the evolutions of this planet and to the elemental kingdom. The retreat of the Maha Chohan, the Temple of Comfort, is located on the etheric plane with a focus in the physical at the island of Sri Lanka, where the flame of the Holy Spirit and the flame of Comfort are anchored. His twin flame is Pallas Athena, Goddess of Truth.
Maha Chohan means “Great Lord,” and the Maha Chohan is the Great Lord of the seven chohans, the director of the seven chohans of the rays. Among the qualifications for this office in hierarchy is the attainment of adeptship on each of the seven rays, which merge into the pure white light of the Holy Spirit. With the seven chohans, he initiates our souls in preparation to receive the nine gifts of the Holy Spirit, spoken of in the Bible, 1 Corinthians 12:4-11.
Since the Spirit of God infuses nature and man as the life-giving essence of the sacred fire, the representative of the Holy Spirit must be qualified to interpenetrate all substance through the diffusion of his consciousness and also to draw forth the flame that sustains life in man and nature through the focalization of his consciousness.
The element that corresponds to the flame of the Holy Spirit is oxygen. Without that element, neither man nor elemental life could continue their service. The consciousness of the Maha Chohan is, therefore, comparable to the Great Central Sun Magnet. He focuses the magnet upon the planet that draws to the earth the emanations from the sun that are required to sustain life.
The Maha Chohan is Present at Your Birth and Death
The Maha Chohan ministers to every person on earth as we enter this world and as we exit it. At the moment of that birth, he is present to breathe the breath of life into the body and to ignite the threefold flame that is lowered into manifestation in the secret chamber of the heart.
The Maha Chohan also attends at the transition called death, when he comes to withdraw the flame of life and to withdraw the holy breath. The flame, or divine spark, returns to the Holy Christ Self, and the soul, clothed in the etheric body, also returns to the level of the Holy Christ Self.
