This Dictation by the Lord Maha Chohan was delivered by the Messenger Mark L. Prophet at Dodge House in Washington, D.C. on January 5, 1964.
DICTATION TRANSCRIPT
Most gracious ones, the penetration and permeation of the flame of love from the heart of God fills all the universe, and the light of that flame is manifest in natural forms, the graces of nature, and in all that beauty which is contained within the forces of nature.
The power of God, the kingdom of God, and the love of God are within you, and this tremendous power of God anchored within the God Flame of your own being is indeed a gift of such magnitude as unrealized to the present hour by the average person in physical embodiment.
As I draw near this morning, I am come with a sense of bringing to mankind’s consciousness a renewal of the sacred covenant which they made ere they severed their contact with the great universal flame of life and became individualized. I would, therefore, bring to this planetary body and its inhabitants a greater awareness of the God Flame of their identity, which is the manifestation of the Holy Spirit impersonalized, yes, but also intently personalized in those who will offer themselves as a living sacrifice to the perfection of Life’s glorious purpose.
Beloved ones, it is so easy for mankind in this present hour to slip into a mental state where those manifestations which are around them seem to be the sole reality of being, and human discord seems to occupy their attention. I would take you from that sphere of human thought density and exalt you to a reality that has not always been a part of your recent experiences.
Beloved ones, as you think for a moment about the power of God in manifestation in form, stop to realize that all manifestation in form is held to the perfection of life, the perfect pattern, by some great God‑free being. I would like for you to realize the presence of elemental life. I would like for you to realize that mankind through wrong thought and feeling have held elemental life in a prison in so much so that elemental life has not been able to escape and enjoy the bounteous wonders of the infinite flame as it penetrates the universe and bears with it the essence of the soul of God. Therefore, in one sense, it may be said that elemental life has actually gone afar from the Father’s house and is without many of the blessings to which they are accustomed, and the blessings for which they have hoped. Therefore, their offering is most precious to me. And the Holy Spirit is determined today, to give to elemental life upon the planetary body a greater form of initiatic experience, whereby they are raised to a greater state of effulgence in the all powerful glory of the Holy Spirit. Mankind may not know for some time that which is taking place, nor did they expect it, or anticipate it, nor do few realize what I am speaking of. But nevertheless, it is done by the authority of the Great Karmic Board in response to fiats which have been uttered innumerably from the hearts of the children of mankind, from the angelic hosts, and from infinite beings yet unknown to people in this electronic circle.
Beloved ones, I am come this day with the all-powerful release of the radiation of the Holy Spirit to intensify the action of the Holy Spirit upon the planetary body and in the hearts of the people of this earth.
Mankind today would do well to lift their consciousness upward into the radiance of the Great Central Sun. For those not yet having the power of spiritual vision, it is enough if they realize that they cannot gaze upon the physical sun of this universe without tremendous strain upon their optical orbs. Therefore I desire that they shall recognize the great power that is behind the Great Central Sun.
I desire that mankind who are able to have these words released from me today, to understand that there is a release of light substance from the heart of the Eternal One that is pouring forth from that luminous orb of pure light, the very heart of God, that is a tangible release of the Holy Spirit through the power ray, through the wisdom ray, and through the love ray that is an all-enfolding radiance of the rainbow rays released, then, from a snow white dove unto the planet.
You see, beloved ones, those of you who realize it are aware of the fact that my symbol is a snow white dove, and the manifestation of each ray released from the heart of God contains within it this radiance that is whiter than any condition which mankind can envisualize. They simply do not have in the outer the power to visualize this tremendous action on inner planes. But it will help you, beloved ones, if you will realize by contrast that this is the greatest degree of whiteness of which you are capable of envisioning, and then beyond that. It is infinitely raised by the power of the spirit of God in all its manifest wonder.
Now then, beloved ones, try to realize that behind each form, each manifestation, a blade of grass, a twig, a piece of stone, a fragment of dust, the atmosphere, or even flame itself, there is a penetration of these light rays from the Great Central Sun, that activate atomic substance and electronic substance in such a manner that form is endowed with power within itself. Try to realize that the divine hierarchy have established the action of elemental life, the beings of the elements, in order to sustain the action of form itself according to the cohesive powers of the Holy Spirit.
Try to realize then that all wrong thought and all wrong feeling, that all hatred and all discord, all release of mankind whatsoever that is against one mankind, one single person, is an action which brings unhappiness and discord to these elemental beings who ensoul, as it were, the physical forms here upon this planet, the life forms that are here upon this planet.
Beloved ones, realize then the great release that occurs when the light itself is able to transmute by an inner action, all of mankind’s discord and let this earth be washed and bathed in the rainbow of divine promise.
Mankind throughout the centuries have been aware of a tremendous action of the elements themselves, insomuch so that there has been an action of destruction by water. There has been an action of destruction by fire. There have been cataclysmic actions of destruction by the earth element. Beloved ones, there have been tremendous actions of hurricanes and tornadoes, the destruction of the air element. The destructive action of the four elements has been released as a response to mankind for human discord and as an attempt of the earth itself and the elemental life to throw off the tremendous imposition which mankind have imposed upon elemental substance.
However, it is not the will of God that the destructive action of the elementals should be released, for this brings about great distress to mankind. And yet the Law is compelled to permit it to occur when a certain buildup is reached whereby there is no other way of actually holding things in balance. For elemental life has a responsibility to maintain to the earth itself, and by reason of the density imposed upon it, it becomes impossible to hold a balance and render their service. Therefore at that precise moment there is usually the release of the very power which mankind have imposed of shadow upon that elemental substance. Do you see?
Beloved ones, I now call to your attention that it is our desire by the power of the rainbow rays released from the heart of God to generate enough power within elemental life itself so that there can be drawn off the cataclysmic actions that have occurred in previous times, affording mankind today the opportunity of generating the power of divine love in all that they do in relationship to one another, affording mankind an opportunity to transmute human hate and hate creations in this day and age, affording mankind in this day and age the power to draw from the intelligent Christ illumination that is active in the atmosphere of this planet enough divine understanding that shall enable mankind to solve their problems and acquire such a state of Christ-illumined consciousness as to bring about peace upon earth and the regeneration of the kingdom of heaven in the hearts of men.
Now if there seem to be in nature some form of sternness, bear in mind that there must of necessity be some form of rigidity, even in the Ascended Hosts who are required to act as advocates of the divine Law to mankind. Now if we were to set aside divine Law completely in the name of mercy in order to permit individuals to act as dilettantes and to have their own will supersede the will of God. What sort of chaos do you think would be brought forth upon this planet? Ladies and gentlemen, the chaos would be frightening to imagine even for an ascended being, let alone for mankind. For we have some knowledge of the buildup of psychic substance, and also of the buildup of disturbing conditions which have been created by mankind, and not by an action of us. This is true!
Nevertheless, we, today, must recognize the great God Flame that is within the heart of all men, whether they are ascended or not. Therefore, beloved ones, you, in a state of listening grace, ought to also join with men and with the ascended host in a act of utter compassion, calling for the dissolvement of all of this sinister substance which has been released to elemental life, that they might hear it, when for centuries and almost untold ages they have acted to serve the mankind of earth in a form of slavery which is worse than any other form of slavery that has ever been imposed upon life.
I say to you, then, in the name of Saint Germain and in the name of the God of Freedom for this earth, let them go free by the power of divine love in action, an intense action of understanding, and the all‑enfolding power of the Holy Spirit which is the only power which can bring about the release of elemental life, until they are able to enjoy that freedom they once knew.
Ladies and gentlemen, the part you play in serving this very holy cause is almost impossible to calculate in your outer consciousness. You must bear in mind an episode that occurred long ago when a great prophet of God was able to pray and stop the action of rains, and then, once again to pray and bring forth rain. You must recognize that the first response to his call was the appearance of a small cloud no bigger than a man’s hand which grew to cover the entire sky and brought about the required end to the drought which had plagued the people in that time.
I call to your attention, then, that the action of the sacred fiat does not always require the multitudes in order to bring about the initial action. But the action may require only one lifestream or sometimes two or three gathered together in my name. Then again, there is a requirement of a few more such as twelve, or fourteen, and sometimes the action of thirty, or thirty‑two or thirty‑three. Various numbers are required by the law according to a higher dimension of understanding. But the action, having once commenced, then moves forward through a circular process, expanding as the waves of the sea and bearing to mankind a tremendous release in which they may join their actions and bring about a response from the great cosmic powers which govern the manifestation of all life upon this earth.
Individuals have failed to realize their spiritual responsibility. They have become so immersed in outer turmoil that they frequently resent a manifestation of the Holy Spirit. And yet if the Holy Spirit were to resent them, I am certain they would no longer exist as a lifestream in action upon this planet itself. For it is an action of the Holy Spirit which sees to it that you have the power not only to light your houses, but beloved ones, to actually illuminate your physical temple as well as your four lower bodies, and many manifestations of the great light of God that reaches up from the base of your being to the very pinnacle of your lifestream.
I call to your attention, then, how that elemental life has served this planet for so long. I say to you, you do not know and you cannot imagine what it is like to hear the groanings of innumerable electrons and atoms of substance calling for a release from the imposition of that which is to them the utmost in discomfort. You cannot imagine the groanings and travail of this earth and of the manifold elemental life which is here serving mankind.
I would call to your attention the fact that in Hollywood, some time ago, through a man known to you as Walt Disney, there has been released a tremendous forte of knowledge concerning elemental life. And yet individuals do not know why they are so taken with this individual’s releases, for he has devoted himself to act as a chela in the outer of a special action of the inner to bring forth a purity in manifestation to the consciousness of the youth of America and the world. However, I call to your attention that the great unfailing light of that great law of God is acting today and always for and on behalf of the holy cause of freedom.
There are many forces that would try to prevent the manifestation of my release to you today, and you will do well to hold to the great central light to see to it that the God-power of the universe steps in and interferes to see to it that there is no destructive activity which will stop my release to you today. For I am releasing this information for and on behalf of elemental life, that your understanding may be increased concerning the gnomes, the elementals that are concerned with the manufacture of gold and silver within the heart of the earth, the elementals that are concerned with the mineral life of this planet.
I would point out to you also that there is another manifestation with which mankind ought to particularly pay attention, and that is the water element. The water element serves mankind today in a very special way as it always has. And therefore the water elementals ought also to be honored for all that they have done to serve mankind.
I call to your attention that the undines have rendered a tremendous service to mankind. The air elementals certainly ought to be given gratitude for all that they do, not only in action of cross pollination of nature which brings about, mind you, the very regeneration of the atmosphere of the planet, but also the service that they bring to even turn the windmills in various parts of the world–the service that is brought about to mankind to purify the atmosphere in the upper reaches and remove the poisonous gases and debris which otherwise would make it impossible for mankind to even breath the air of freedom today.
Beloved ones, you also ought to pay attention to the fire elementals and the mighty release which they have given to mankind, the release of the necessary and required temperatures which keep all life active and blazing with the power of the sun.
Mankind today, I say to you, let there be brought forth a greater freedom to elemental life. And you have the power to do it. You have the power to do it by concentrating upon the power of the Holy Spirit and calling it forth for elemental life. I do not say that you should turn all of your attention to this service and forget mankind. But remember whenever you speak a discordant or a sharp word to another person, you are adding to the distress of elemental life.
Whenever a thought wave passes through you, whether it originated in your consciousness or not, mind you this, a thought wave that may even be passed at you from the sinister activities of the world in order to disturb you or to destroy you or to bring about a state of naughtiness in you, this very thought wave, beloved ones, is an action that brings about discomfort to elemental life, if to no other, certainly to your own body elemental who must make many adjustments each time such an occurrence is brought about. Therefore this interaction of light in its relationship to the Holy Spirit must be brought into manifestation.
You know, beloved ones, you see the action of a rainbow. You behold a rainbow as a bow which is come half circle. But you must bear in mind that there is an action of the rainbow on the inner levels which comes full circle. And therefore the rainbow is full circle denoting that there is an inner and an outer action of the light itself. There is a manifestation of the inner, and there is a manifestation of the outer, all of which must be taken into account and reckoned with if mankind are to know their freedom. Accept the gifts that life has given to you. This is a release for the planet and every elemental upon the planet.
If you will only today pay strict attention to the words that I have given you and to the spirit that I have given you which is the Holy Spirit in serviceful action to make this planet God’s victorious place, and not a manifestation of shadow and pain!
O, may heaven come into manifestation here, and may heaven breath its fragrance into space! May the penetration of that spiritual substance occur which shall remove for all time the substance that creates human tears, sorrow and anguish. May the spirit of holiness itself bring you victory.
