This Dictation was given through the Messenger, Elizabeth Clare Prophet on May 11, 1979 During the Wesak Festival in Camelot, California. Note: The mediation music played prior to this dictation was Ode to Joy by Beethoven, a Keynote for Gautama Buddha.

TRANSCRIPT of Dictation:

Most gracious bearers of the light, I am in the midst of the bodhisattvas and the pilgrims who have journeyed unto the citadel of my heart from near and far, and this day there come to me beings of great light with my Lord Sanat Kumara who graces the earth with his own heart flame to amplify the threefold light in an unprecedented balance of illumination unto the mind, the heart and the soul.

Thus, penetrating the violet flame seat-of-the-soul chakra, the pink flame heart of the Holy Spirit and the light of the crown and the third eye there comes, then, the energizing of wisdom’s flame, of the emerald ray of the All-Seeing Eye.  And by the light of these four Kumaras we shall anchor the majesty of the Four Cosmic Forces for the acceleration of certain among earth’s evolutions who have prepared to this hour.

O indeed it is an hour of turmoil.  We look with great sadness upon humanity, not knowing or understanding the manipulation of the forces at cross purposes even with each other in the very darkness of the false hierarchy.  There where competition and pride flourish, there, there do they work against one another to seize control and the greater control of the greater number and therefore to rise, “king of the mountain” as it were.

Lo, I AM come.  I AM come for the steadying of the hearts of the people who must come unto me, unto the Buddhic awareness of life begetting life in the heart of a mother.

I am come, then, as I bow before the Ancient of Days, to participate in a long awaited ceremony whereby the Lamb of God, the Ancient of Days with the Four and Twenty Elders would transfer to me on behalf of earth’s evolutions the greater light of the cosmic Mind.  It is for the steadying of the evolutions of earth, as the cosmic law requires that they come into an awareness of the truth.  It is the truth that shall ultimately make them free.

But I tell you, beloved ones, sometimes when truth first appears upon the horizon of the unprepared consciousness there is panic, there is fear, there is mob violence, there is a momentary loss of conscience and a return to primitive states.  This bringing to the surface of misqualified substance for the purging, for the purging of the earth and the purifying of the gold is altogether necessary.  And I must tell you that in past ages when the moment has come when the Cosmic Christs have appeared in the heart of a galaxy with their acceleration of a mighty energy and when the Great Silent Watchers have appeared, lo, lo with the necessary, the very necessary acceleration of light that also intensifies the darkness, some among earth’s evolutions have not been able to move forward with that light and therefore revolutions and cataclysms, economic and political, have ensued, and even physical cataclysm.

This hour of Wesak, 1979 is, therefore, the moment selected by the Lords of Karma, considered by the council of the hundred and forty and four to be the most auspicious and the most propitious of all of the cosmic cycles for this deliverance to the earth of a mounting light of golden‑yellow sacred fire.

We have deliberated in our meetings and we are of one mind inasmuch as the chelas of the Great White Brotherhood stand fast in their determination and in their holding of the flame.  We consider that with the necessary education and instruction all who are aware, all who are aware of the urgency of the hour will dedicate and intensify the Second Ray of illumination and make the necessary calls on the issues such as the call that you have just given forth so as to hold the balance while the blessed souls of humanity, young in heart and in evolution, come to grips with seemingly over­powering and insurmountable forces.

May all of you who hear my word at inner and outer levels now be apprised of my flame, be apprised of my flame and my love and receive the arc of the golden fire now descending from the Ancient of Days to my heart, descending to the heart of Maitreya, descending to the hearts of dear Jesus and Kuthumi, descending to the hearts of Lanello and the Mother in the crystal sphere and the amethyst sphere, one congruent Spirit/Matter focus.

Thus, by the stepping down of Elohim and Holy Kumaras, illumination’s flame goes forth carried by Jophiel and Christine and their legions of glorious yellow‑fire angels, transmitted by Apollo and Lumina, the Manus out of the retreats of Lord Himalaya and the God and Goddess Meru.  Thus there is a rippling of life here below as bodhisattvas and initiates of the Mother receive a beauteous portion of the light of the sun of Helios and Vesta, of the flaming yod of the galaxy and of the Great Central Sun of Alpha and Omega.

Now let intelligence infire the minds of the people of God.  Now let the Manus and the avatars take their places with me at Shamballa in the great valley of the Buddha and in the sanctuary of the Holy Grail in the retreats of the Great White Brotherhood.

Now let the consecration go forth, for we are here for the great summoning of the World Teachers, those who would serve under our aegis, under the light of the blessed Christ.

We summon those who would teach men the way.  We summon you to our altar for the anointing with the holy oil.  Let each one who has a sacred labor among you consider the transfer of that dharma unto the evolutions who will follow the banner of your covenant with God.  Let those who are called to teach the children great and small receive the great inspiration to be the example, O to be the example of all that you would impart.

This is the hour when earth as a planetary body is glowing with a golden patine of light, turning in the mighty aura of illumination so intense, one not seen since the early golden ages.  It is a dawning light of the dawn and by this flame we have determined to conquer.  We plant the golden lotus of our heart firmly in the foundation of the blue flame energies you have invoked, of the violet flame energies, Alpha and Omega, of the mighty emerald ray of science and truth.  So comes now the floral offering of the Buddhas.

It is the hour when Padma Sambhava comes again to anoint the Mother in the light of the Guru Ma.  It is the hour of the coming of Padma Sambhava unto the children of the Buddha.  O how the lotus born sits now in the mighty threefold flame of the secret chamber of your heart.  O my beloved it is such a moment and an hour for rejoicing.  Steady then, steady the way.

Let teachers on the path of initiation march in procession holding high the torches of illumination.  It is the hour for the passing of the torch and the Book of the Law of the Goddess of Liberty to all who aspire to be World Mothers in this age.

O blessed mothers of the world, teach your children, teach your children.  Come back, then, into the hallowed circle of the sanctuary of your classrooms and once again let the Guru/Chela relationship be enshrined in all places where children are educated by the enlightened ones.  Let education be in the name of the Buddha, the budding soul of every child and in the name of the Christ, the mighty Guru of each child.  Let there be a hush and an awe within the classroom as children and teachers together contemplate the presence of angels of illumina­tion.

Did you know, dear hearts, that wherever there is a child who has determined to follow me or to follow Lord Jesus or to follow the path of Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva there, there is positioned a yellow flame angel of Jophiel.  There are tutors for every child and every student who would learn the disciplines of this octave to the glory of God and the service of humanity.

But simple require­ments would you not think for the soul to be dedicated to the becoming of God and to desire wisdom and knowledge, understanding and illumination to his glory and the service of brothers an sisters?  My beloved, this simple truth and way of life more and more has been withheld from the people of earth until for want of understanding of the mission they have developed all manner of diseases of the mind, the heart, the soul, the emotion, the emotional and mental body.

Is it any wonder, then, that people are out of sorts and out of alignment?  I tell you, the great golden light of illumination’s flame shall pierce the night of self‑­imposed law of sin and death and all manner of disease.

The golden flame of the Cosmic Christ goes forth with seven mighty Silent Watchers who have gathered of recent date over the earth and over Camelot to watch by the All-Seeing Eye of God and to keep the watch on behalf of earth and her evolutions.  These beings of Light serving with Cyclopea and the Cosmic Christs are assisting in bringing in a new order of illumination and its precipitation by the All‑Seeing Eye of God.

Thus, we stimulate the third rye by the light of illumination.  Thus, we stimulate the soul with vision and courage by the vision of the mighty beings who never cease to contemplate the immaculate conception of each soul on the heart of earth and all systems of worlds.

Thus, by the love of the Holy Ghost amplified there is the integration of the flame of freedom with a holy science and a holy religion and with the wisdom of the Mother that teacheth her children.

Now, then, let these flames be served.  Let the petals of these chakras be expanded, for I desire to increase by a certain percentage ere a fortnight has passed each one of you in your capacity to hold the Fifth Ray, the Second Ray, the Seventh Ray and the Third Ray.

I am meditating upon your light, my chelas, here in the sanctuary and in every focus of the Church Universal and Triumphant while my angels of record are noting exactly the requirements of your evolution and what we may expect to release to you after a period of fourteen days.  These fourteen days, a cycle of the stations of the white‑fire cross of the Buddha and the Christ are for your assimilation of the light of the Kumaras and the Mind of God this Wesak day and they are for the preparation, for the atonement, for the reparation of any and all misuses of these sacred centers that the fibers and the weavings of the chakras might be strengthened.

Strengthen them, strengthen them, O strengthen them, my soul, by fiery illumination’s flame.  Let them know what it is to increase the capacity of the God Mind.

O Ancient of Days, by a mere degree of turning they shall think that they are gods, not perceiving that another and another degree of turning would so increase the heart’s capacity to love and to know the wisdom of a Spirit/Matter Cosmos as to render the former state of yesterday almost lilliputian, or primitive, you might remark.

Beloved ones, it is the twinkling of the eye of God that is for the accelera­tion of a golden age.  How else did you think it would come to pass?  Well, I dare say looking upon some among mankind who have not advanced very much at all since the coming of the Ancient of Days, we too could hardly understand how the Almighty One could move the earth into a golden age.

Well, my beloved, a great decree has gone forth from the causal body of the Great Divine Director reverberat­ing the edict of Almighty God for the implementation of the golden age at hand.  It is an edict that will require a century spiral of light to be fulfilled, a century which, I dare say, shall see the ascension of many among your ranks at the conclusion of one hundred years.  There shall occur upon the earth the cutting off of certain among the seed of the wicked that they may no longer be allowed to propagate after their kind or to reincarnate.

Thus, with this removal of those who have perpetuated the great rebellion of Lucifer there will come upon humanity such a dawning, such an awakening, that you will discover that these very Teachings of the Ascended Masters will be household knowledge and the children of the Light no longer bound by the seeds of wickedness, fanaticism and witchcraft will respond to all that you have planted in your hour of victory.

Why your consciousness can scarcely comprehend how the old order might pass and the new might begin.  But the Lord God holds in his right hand a mighty scroll and a proclamation of his will.  This cutting off of the seed of the wicked from the land of the living is the instrumentation of the calls of the judgment that have risen as an incense unto the very throne of Alpha and Omega.

Thus, we look at the wide cycle and the coiled spiral in the center.  You are the coiled spiral in the center!  You are the ones holding the intensity of an electricity, of a light, of a sacred fire that cannot‑-dare not‑‑be touched by humanity today.  Their’s is the wider cycle of the outer circumference.

But, with the hour of your ascension the spring will have sprung and the light, a single flame rising unto God will return to earth in a million-billion descending white flame, yellow flame, pink flame, blue flame.

O leaping fires of God, sprinkling to the earth, bursting, then, as the flowers of the fields and giving praise to the ascension of your blessed self.  Thus, will come the gentle anointing of the earth and those fiery coils will enter the hearts of million one by one.

We plan for the centuries and the millennia.  We plan for ten thousand years and ten thousand-times-ten thousand.

Take heart, then, when you plan for a day, a year, a week or a lifetime.  Take heart when you make momentous decisions of the choice to be in the fiery core of the Buddha and the Mother or to retreat for another and another round.  For, beloved ones, this life is a twinkling of the eye of God and you can‑‑you will I say‑-make those right decisions that will bring in the new day.  You will cease I tell you your procrastination of your own Cosmic Christ consciousness!

I expect you to be Cosmic Christs here and now! teachers serving or willing to serve under the World Teachers.  I expect you to have that self-esteem whereby immediately you engender within your pupils the awareness, “Lo, he is aware of God.”  I can be too.  I will be.

Such is the remark of the soul of the perceptive pupil who meditates upon the entering of the classroom of the teacher who thinks he is teaching geometry or history or algebra or English, but what he is really teaching is what he is, for the soul receives the arc of that one’s life and that one’s moral commitment to the flame of freedom.

There is, then, a far more important transfer than the subject matter at hand.  It is the essence of the Self unto pupils whose souls, though they may know it not, are ever aspiring to become the Higher Self.  It is any wonder then, is it any wonder then that in the early mystery schools the highest character and quality of consciousness was required?  Why all of this hypocritical equality to all sorts of perverts who now would gain standing in the government, in the educational institutions, at the forefront of society.

Beloved ones, this is a mockery of the path of initiation under Hierarchy.  Be not deceived.  God is not mocked.  Whatsoever a man soweth that shall he also reap.

Thus, the flushing out of the fallen ones and the popularity of the rebels against the light of Alpha and Omega, all of this is the purging of the earth body.  And the end is not yet and in fact the cycles of the beginning and the ending may be shortened or lengthened for the necessity‑‑yea, the convenience of the Body of God.

Thus, the shadows are shortened in the noonday when the I AM Presence is at its zenith and in the rising and the setting of the sun the long shadows indicate the longer cycles of the appearing of positive and negative karma.

Blue lightning of the Mind of God descend!  Blue lightning of the Mind of God descend!  I AM the Infinite One.  I will not let pass those who are the impure who offend these little ones.  I stand now and I direct the judgment of my flame unto all who misrepresent me unto the children and the youth.  I send forth the judgment into those individuals who have perpetuated and sustained the drug culture and the making of profit upon the souls of the children of God, and there is a withdrawal from these of a certain caduceus fire, a certain portion of the life-force.

Thus, the cycles of their experience in this octave are accelerated and thus their days are shortened, not because they are the elect but because they have elected to defy the Almighty One and to deny the great light of his omnipre­sence.

The Lord God Almighty known as the Nameless One has sent many cosmic emissaries to this galaxy in answer to your calls, my chelas.  What do you think, what do you think when souls implore the deity hour by hour with such intensity of devotion and love?

I tell you it is a most unusual phenomenon in the entire planetary body that such devotion should continue with such constancy as you have given, no matter your numbers, each one of you overshadowed by numerous Cosmic Christs, therefore results in this company of devotees outnumbering by far the entire population of earth in and out of embodiment insofar as influence before the courts of heaven is concerned.

Thus, the light of my radiation intensifies from out the Great Silence, and it is the hour when once again the Lord Christ pulls the rope of the mighty bell of the great cathedral and the sounding of that bell is known by every soul upon this earth and within the galaxy as a moment of the turning of cycles.

Let this Wesak 1979 be remembered as the moment of the turning of cycles.  The moment of the turning is the turning of the great key of the Mind of God, the great Mind of God, the great gift unto the chelas of the flame and the souls of the Light.

Let illumination appear!  Let illumination appear!  Let illumination appear! So it is from the light of Sirius.  So it is from the light of the Pleiades!  So I AM come Gautama.  I AM come in the moment of the turning of cycles.

Lo, I AM come.  Lo, I enter the hearts of my chelas.  Lo, I AM come.  Lo, I enter the hearts of my chelas.  The body world around and the illumination of God intensified by the violet flame will now bring forth a greater unity among those who have the greatest light in all of the world’s religions.  They shall be the forerunners of a universal awareness of the Ascended Masters teachings and they shall come to Camelot from near and from far, for I, Gautama Buddha, set my hand and seal this day upon the Mother and her chelas for the opening of the way of the coming of the light of earth’s leaders.  Let them come, then, because of the Holy Spirit, Cosmic Christ illumination that intensifies and accelerates the perception of the Law of the One.

E pluribus unum, one out of many, many out of one rainbow ray of light.  I am Gautama.  I meditate upon your victory here and now.  I let the blessed Mother and others of the hosts of light meditate upon your victory in heaven and in the central sun.  But I am a practical devotee of action and I am seized with such an intensity to act in this world of form that, my beloved, you are in for a new feeling and a new drive within your soul.  No longer will you even be content to sit back and let another move forward to stump for you.  You will be in line to stump for the Coming Revolution in Higher Consciousness, a revolution of illumination, of education, of religion and science and of freedom.  But above all remember, I am a being of love’s promise fulfilled, and a revolution of all of the Buddhas is the revolution of love.  And so we come for the initiation of the ruby cube.  I am with you as you apply your heart to the great mysteries of the Ancient of Days and to the opening of the seventh seal.  AUM Buddha.  I AM the Buddha in the heart of the chela.  AUM.  [intonations]

Who is Gautama Buddha?

Gautama Buddha, the “Compassionate One,” holds the office of Lord of the World (referred to as “God of the Earth” in Revelation 11:4), hierarch of the etheric retreat at Shamballa (over the Gobi desert), where he sustains the threefold flame of life for the evolutions of Earth. Gautama (who was embodied as Siddhartha Gautama c. 563 B.C.), is the great teacher of enlightenment through the soul’s mastery of the Ten Perfections, the Four Noble Truths, and the Eightfold Path, and sponsor of Summit University and of the mission of the Mother of the Flame to carry the torch of illumination for the age.

Gautama came in an hour when Hinduism was at its worst state of decadence. The priesthood was involved in favoritism and guarding the great secrets, the real mysteries of God, from the people, thus keeping the masses in ignorance. The caste system had become a means of imprisonment of the soul instead of a means of liberation through dharma. Born as Prince Siddhartha, he left palace, power, wife and son to gain that enlightenment whereby he could give back to the people that which the interlopers had taken from them.

Wesak Festival

This celebration, known as Wesak, derives its name from the month in the Indian lunar calendar in which it occurs—Wesak or Vesak (Sinhalese), from the Sanskrit Vaisakha—corresponding to April-May on the Western calendar.

On this date, disciples and bodhisattvas, angels and elementals gather in a valley in the Himalayas to receive the benediction of Lord Gautama, as he addresses his disciples throughout the world, contacting them on the many planes of their evolving consciousness and blessing all life as his flame encompasses the earth. Some say that the Buddha is seen physically by certain adepts and devotees as he brings his “flood of blessing” to the earth.

Gautama Buddha – Eightfold Path and the Chakras

The first step on the Eightfold Path is to have right understanding, or right views. The second is right aspiration, right thought, or right resolve. Third is right speech. Fourth is right action, or right conduct. Fifth is right livelihood. Sixth is right effort. Seventh is right mindfulness, and eighth is right concentration, or right absorption.

These eight points of self-mastery are the endowment of your Holy Christ Self. Know this Holy Christ Self as your Real Self, and know your Real Self as possessing all of these attributes. Know that your Real Self has developed them to the full level of Christ-mastery and adeptship and is waiting for you to receive them.

As you put on these attributes in daily striving and attentiveness to the precepts of the Law, you are putting on the robes of righteousness of your True Self. You are putting on your deathless solar body, which Jesus referred to as the wedding garment. You weave this wedding garment by the practice of these eight right attitudes.
