The Right Hand of The Cosmic Virgin by Mother Mary
In the name I AM THAT I AM Sanat Kumara, Gautama
Buddha, Lord Maitreya, Jesus Christ, beloved Alpha and Omega,
Helios and Vesta, the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood,
the seven mighty Elohim, the seven mighty archangels, the
seven beloved chohans of the rays and the Maha Chohan, the
Lords of Karma, beloved Mother Mary, Kuthumi and Djwal Kul,
beloved Lanello and the World Mother, elemental life—fire, air,
water, and earth! I call forth the Judgment of all Betrayers of the
Word Incarnate, as Above so below.
In the name and by the authority of Mother Mary, I raise
my Right Hand, therefore, in the release of the Judgment of the
Cosmic Virgin, the cosmic force of Omega passed through my
heart, delivered by angels upon: ____________________________
You! fallen angels, reprobate ones. You! who have gone
forth from our Father’s kingdom, you who have slain Woman and
then her offspring. You! who have challenged the living Word
and crucified my Son:
I AM the Presence of the Mother Universal. I drive back by
the lightning of the Son this day, and the full force of the Sun
behind the sun, all which you have ever sent forth as that hatred,
and hatred multiplied, of the Universal Word and your envy and
your lust and your revenge.
Be! it upon you in this hour in the full force of the clap
and the thunder of the Cosmic Virgin who does rescue her own
and raise on high the Universal Manchild that He may live in the
hearts of all.
I AM THAT I AM OMEGA.
I AM THAT I AM COME FORTH FROM ALPHA.
I AM in the heart of the saint and the child and the supplicant—
the votive heart. I AM the indivisible Word, the Shakti,
the force of the creative Power. I release it to devour all! of your
works, all! of your planetary schemes. Their matrix is collapsed
in this instant.
By! the Power of the Universal Mother-force, by! the Power
of the Great Central Sun, I AM the Rainbow Rays of God, I AM
the Light streaming forth, touching every race and nation, touching
with the Light of the crown of the Cosmic Virgin every child
of God, every son and daughter.
Those who lay on the battlefield of Life because of you—
they are raised up! You! are judged and bound for the shedding
of the blood of man, woman, child, and beast. You! and your
warfare, rolled! up therefore, are collapsed—the scroll thereof in
the etheric plane, the mental belt, the astral. And by the Decree
of the Word of the Holy Spirit in the Father and the Son manifest
in the disciples of the living Word worldwide, your civilizations
and schemes and forces and darkness and armies shall crumble!
And the angels of Mother Mary with me are the living Shield.
Tempt them not! For to tempt them is to invite the wrath
of the Universal Kali.
I invoke the Electronic Presence of Mother Mary and
Archangel Raphael with the Two Witnesses around me now!
Therefore, I AM Mary the Mother. I come for the vindication
of all Sons and Daughters of God.
By the Mother Flame does the Judgment go forth! Take
heed, then, ye fallen ones! For the Judgment has descended in
the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.
Now the era of the implementation of the Judgment of the
Woman and her legions of Light is come. And this is the sign and
the trembling in the cup of the Judgment in the physical octave
such as not been seen before.
You think by the same subtleties of temptation you will
cause my own to forget the rosary. Well, I tell you, they have not
forgot the Judgment Call of my Son. They have not forgot! And
by its very repetition, the cycles have turned. You! have come to
naught. Your! darkness does not prevail.
And therefore, the Mother steps through the veil. And the
Mother of the World is come in the flesh, in the blood of Her
own children. You cannot defeat Her, for She is everywhere
universally, even in those whom you think are your own slaves—
those of my heart of Mother Russia and China and Poland and
Czechoslovakia and Hungary and Nicaragua!
You think they serve your cause. Look again—for they, too,
are the fiery saints! And they will turn and rend you, and your
armies shall be decimated and your ranks shall be no more. They
shall be divided and they—they shall desert the slaughter of my
own, their own.
have used is the Power of the Universal Mother. It is withdrawn
from you this day. And no stimulus of Hell or Death itself or of
the dead/wounded shall be to you any longer the staying of the
Hand (of Judgment by Mother Mary) by their life-force which
you have drunk as their blood against the Day of Reckoning and
the Day of Judgment.
There is no time or space allowed any longer for that
karma-dodging. The act and the reaction of all Cosmos to that
act are one and the same. In the very hour of thy infamy and
blasphemy, you! thou fallen ones out of the pit, shall know the
descent of the Word of the Woman.
Thus, out of the mouth of babes and children and youth—of
heads whitened with years and eyes ready to close in this octave
—the Word shall yet go forth. And the single word spoken—
They shall not pass!
In the name of the Cosmic Virgin, It is done!—
shall be enough. And the Right Hand shall be unto you, all! of your
Death and Hell that you have ever besmirched Cosmos with.

Therefore, I AM Mother Mary—heart, head, and hand—
and I declare with all the hosts of heaven and the saints on earth
that the hour of the Woman clothed with the Sun is come.†
Therefore, I send forth the Light of Lake Titicaca, the Light
of the God and Goddess Meru, for the devouring of the anti-
Feminine Ray that has come under the movement known as the
feminist movement on earth and the gay-rights movements and
all those who have perverted the base chakra by the very revenge
of Death and Hell and the misuse of the sacred fire.

The Judgment begins at the level of the base chakra! So
it shall be upon all those who misuse the technology of the
Mother land to the destruction of the children of Mu.
We shall stand in this level of the base of the pyramid judging
all who would move against that base—even the base of the
pyramid set aside as the retreat of the Great White Brotherhood
In other words, you have no Power! For the Power you at the
Royal Teton Ranch and the base of the pyramid that is the
platform of the Ascension for every Son and Daughter of God,
that is the place of the speaking forth of Siddhartha and the Victory
of Gautama and the mountain of Maitreya, the place where
the Messenger of God does stand to deliver the Word.†

And on each place where the Word goes forth, the sign of
the white cube will mark by the cross of white fire that here is
the open door of the Word—here is the opening for the Ascension
of the Sons and Daughters of God.

Holy Mary, Mother of God,

Over sin, disease, and death.
And in full Faith I consciously accept this manifest, manifest, manifest! (3x) right here and now with full Power, eternally sustained, all-powerfully active, ever expanding, and world enfolding until all are wholly ascended in the Light and free!

Mary, the Mother of Jesus
Although an archangel, Mary has also taken physical embodiment. Mary dwelt on Venus prior to taking embodiment on earth, to which planet she was assigned by the Lords of Karma to show forth the raising of the feminine ray subsequent to the fall of Eve. There she served among the evolutions whose energies focalize on the etheric plane and who for thousands of years have sustained, through the laws of harmony and love, the culture of the Divine Mother.
Through a long period of sojourn on Venus, Mary was prepared to come to earth and to challenge mankind’s perversion of the cosmic honor flame—of the fiery crystal spirals of obedience to God’s laws that sustain the very movements of the atoms and the rhythm of heavenly bodies. She came bearing a generous portion of the fires of Lady Venus, charged with her love, and carrying the responsibility to redeem the feminine nature in all mankind.
Embodiments on Earth
Atlantis
In the early days of Atlantis, she served in the Healing Temple, tended the flame and studied the healing arts and the disciplines necessary for precipitation. At that time, she developed great concentration and consecration to the immaculate concept. It was her consciousness and momentum more than any others that sustained the flame in the temple and expanded its influence throughout Atlantis. The purity of her heart flame and her devotion shone upon her face and was evident to all who frequented that Temple. She remained a temple virgin during that entire embodiment.
Mother of King David
In the days of the prophet Samuel, Mary was called to be the wife of Jesse and the mother of his eight sons. Ever fulfilling her role as the Mother ray, Mary, in this incarnation of her soul on earth, magnified the light of the seven rays of the Christ in the first seven sons of Jesse. But in the youngest, David, she glorified not only the full complement of virtues from the prism of the Lord, but also the majesty and mastery of the eighth ray, which David exemplified in his reign and extolled in his psalms.
Spiritual Retreat of Archangel Raphael and Mother Mary
The retreat of Raphael and Mother Mary is located in the etheric realm over Fátima, Portugal. The healing flame that blazes on the altar of his retreat was anchored in the physical octave when Mother Mary appeared to the three shepherd children at Fátima in 1917. There is a stream of light that flows like a mighty waterfall from the etheric temple to the physical focus, and to the present hour pilgrims are healed by the “waters” of the healing flame.
Raphael describes one of the halls in his retreat:
I would take you now to what we call the Great Hall of Images. I would permit those of you who are able to see in this mighty hall the mirrors of divine perfection. Have you seen the beauty of Leonardo da Vinci’s work? Have you seen the beauty of the mighty sculptors of the Renaissance? Have you seen upon this planet the beautiful radiance of an angel in sculptured marble?
Let me now ask that you come with me to a place where God is, where, in the magnificent Hall of Images, there are statues, so to speak, made of living spirit fire, beings so majestic as to set your hearts on fire, beings from whose images your soul was framed, beings of such images as by God were named cherubim celestial, seraphim and of the holy order of angels, beings of light and celestial radiance, beings who are unaffrighted by the ideas of mortals but are completely at home with God and with the powers of the great creative essences.[1]
These statues of perfect man and woman, Christed ones, are displayed so that parents can be taken in their finer bodies to see them and meditate on the perfection of the incoming soul or child in the womb for the perfect functioning of the body temple and the flow of light in the chakras.
