Beloved mighty victorious Presence of God, I AM in me,
my very own beloved Holy Christ Self and Holy Christ Selves
of all mankind, I call to beloved Helios and Vesta, the beloved
God of Gold, beloved Virgo and Pelleur, the beloved seven
mighty Elohim and Directors of the Elements, beloved Jesus
the Christ and Mother Mary, beloved Mighty Cyclopea, be loved
Saint Germain and Portia, beloved Mighty Victory, beloved
Lanto, beloved Gautama Buddha, beloved Sanat Kumara and
Lady Master Venus, beloved Fortuna, Goddess of Supply, beloved
God Tabor, the Cosmic Being Harmony, beloved God
Mercury, Mighty Cosmos, beloved Djwal Kul, beloved Nada,
the great Karmic Board and the Fourteen Ascended Masters
Who Govern the Destiny of America, beloved Guru Ma and
Lanello, the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood and
the World Mother, elemental life—fire, air, water, and earth!
In the name of the Presence of God which I AM and through
the magnetic power of the sacred fire vested in me, I decree:
I AM the resurrection and the life of the divine economy
in America and the world! (3x) And I AM the open door which
no man can shut! I AM demanding the reversing of all cycles
of tampering with the standard of gold, the worshiping of carnality,
of human greed, of possessiveness and lust.
I AM, I AM, I AM commanding the arresting of all negative
spirals of dishonesty, violations of the cosmic honor flame
and the cosmic secret rays by individuals and nations. I call for
their exposure and for the protection of this exposure. Beloved
Sanat Kumara, take God’s energy from those who have not
used it correctly or those who have misused it and give it to
those who have used it correctly.
I AM come to fulfill the law of the divine abundance and
the divine economy, the cosmic law of supply and demand.
I AM the resurrection and the life of the divine economy
in America and the world! (3x) And I AM the open door which
no man can shut!
I call for the amplification and the intensification of the
ten thousand suns of the God of Gold to penetrate the economies
of the nations, to bring forth order, to establish justice, and
to reestablish the golden-age teachings of the balance of the
cosmic threefold flame in hearts appointed to rule. I decree that
the decimal system of the divine standard shall prevail, and I
pray for the healing of the nations and for the passing of the test
of the ten by the nations and economies of the world.
I AM the resurrection and the life of the divine economy
in America and the world! (3x) And I AM the open door which
no man can shut!
I AM the Power of God, the Wisdom of the Son, the Love
of the Holy Spirit and the Purity of the Divine Mother in answer
to this my decree, which I call to be adjusted and made perfect
in outer manifestation in accordance with the holy will of God.
The earth is the LORD’s and the fullness thereof! (3x)
And in full Faith I consciously accept this manifest, manifest,
manifest! (3x) right here and now with full Power, eternally
sustained, all-powerfully active, ever expanding, and world enfolding
until all are wholly ascended in the Light and free!

To save the economy of the world demands a revolution in economic theory, in economic practice. In order for mankind to reach the level of awareness to perceive that consciousness, there must be a purging and a purification. There must be the education of ascended master youth at ascended master universities. There must be the preparation of souls of light to take their place in government, in law as statesmen, not as politicians.
