DICTATION TRANSCRIPT
Be the Living Presence of the Holy Spirit
From the seat of the Holy of holies I am come, and I deliver unto you the message of Christ love. That love abounding in your soul is a healing unguent. Take care lest you harbor within your members resentments and grudges that cause you to also retain substances that become toxic and then burden the body, sometimes to its very death.
Liberally give, as I have taught you. Liberally understand that those who go forth as the other seventy can become the seventy and the seven hundred thousand and the seven hundred millions in the earth.
I enter your temple now, beloved, for you have welcomed me. You have prepared your temple to certain levels of receptivity. I desire to intensify those levels. I desire to intensify in you your receptivity to my Sacred Heart that you might have recourse not only to my heart but the heart of every ascended and heavenly being.
Therefore, beloved, the formula is clear, but many do not take it. That formula is to give and give again, to give one’s life no matter what the cost, to remain in embodiment in good health, fine spirit and such a determination that will cleave the universes asunder—for thou hast announced unto those great presences, thou hast brought forth.
Thus, beloved, now open the gates and enter with thanksgiving. Come into that union with my Father-Mother God, I bid you, beloved. Therefore I would banish the vacuum; but you must fill it with love, with my living Presence, with that ascended master Presence that I bear to you. An emptiness anywhere in the four lower bodies invites lesser manifestations, demons of darkness and those diseases that torment even the soul and the mind.
I, Jesus, come to you that you might understand that all things can be healed, but you must be on your knees for forgiveness for all indebtedness of all centuries of tens of thousands of years of your reincarnating. Let this come to you, beloved, and let yourself now enter the full realization of the power of my love as I transmit it to your heart and even to all of your chakras.
When you know the pain—and the ultimate pain—of love, you shall also know the life-giving essence of my Blood, which is able to heal, and to heal you in all things and in all levels.
Let Worry Be Banished from Your Heart
I come, then, with the understanding of the turning of the year and the entering to the next. Let worry be banished from your heart, from your prayers. For has not your God seen you through every trial and burden—when death was near and life was no longer apparent, yet you were restored?
Therefore fear and doubt and human questioning and records of death is a deadly state of consciousness.* [*These qualities are perversions of God-mastery, the God-quality charted on the 2 o’clock line of the cosmic clock. For references to further teachings on the cosmic clock, see p. 54 n. 7, this volume.] And if you enter into it and stay with it, you shall become that fear and doubt. You shall be constantly questioning the Lord God and the saints in heaven until the point that no one is able to truly commune with you from the heaven-world because you have so enmeshed yourselves into the worries, great and small, of this octave.
Now understand the power of peace. Understand the power of that magnificent Presence of your own causal body.
I come, beloved, because the challenges are great. I come, beloved, because you are equal to the challenges when you are sealed in the union of your God. And you and your God then may change the world of the self, the world of this city and many cities. And ultimately that alchemical change shall come forth through the heart of my father, Saint Germain, and this earth can become the equivalent of the Violet Planet as you increase the calls to the violet flame.
God has placed in your hands your own dilemma. You have created the dilemma of self; you must uncreate it. You must have a fire that is greater than all darkness, a presence of the majesty of God that fills all space and does not allow doubt to creep in.
Earth Is in the Hands of the Lightbearers
Summoning, therefore, your forces, understand the meaning of having the responsibility of bringing this civilization to its height or turning your backs upon it, walking away from the challenge and saying: “I will tend to my household. I will tend to this and that. Let others take care of the civilization.”
Well, I tell you one thing—that someone and the many must take care of the civilization and where it does go. For in this hour the earth is truly in the hands of the lightbearers and those who see the future and understand it and advance beyond it and therefore are not caught suddenly with a sudden descent of darkness and night.
I say again, I AM the Prince of Peace. I come once again to establish peace in your members. Will you not fast with me after this conference (and not during it)? Fast with me, beloved, that I might purge you—that I might purge you, beloved, even to the point of placing the live coal upon the tongue itself that you might ultimately be purged of the misuses of that tongue and thereby go forth to preach the Everlasting Gospel, which includes the teachings of the law of karma, of reincarnation, of moving onward in the cycles of being and ultimately knowing that one can return a son of God, a prodigal who has come home and will now know everlasting life and immortality.
Feed the hungry! Heal the sick! Cast out demons! Blessed ones, you have the tools that many do not have. Use them, as we have said. Summon the archangels!
I speak to you also of the end of the year and many who are not a part of what many are enjoying in the world today. Whether it is material things, whether it is comfort, whether it is good health, there are many who simply have not entered the dream of this nation or of any nation.
Do not leave the children outside in the cold while you make merry in your homes. Seek out the children who have long ago departed from their parents and who have no sense of the Father-Mother God.
All of you are one. Not one of you is apart from the other. This is the sense of being global and understanding that one another’s joy can reach and ripple to the billions, and one’s sadness may ignite a swift-moving sadness through the planetary body.
Pray for the Gifts of the Holy Spirit
I come in this hour because, as you know, we are reaching the conclusion of the age of Pisces, and my term as the avatar of the Piscean age is drawing to that close. I have transmitted to you, under the direction of Saint Germain, the gift of the Holy Spirit, which is the violet flame; the dynamic decrees; the energizing of your four lower bodies, your consciousness and all that is a part of you that can make this world grand and sublime.
I call to you, beloved, to become examples of those who minister through the Holy Spirit. I ask you to pray for those gifts of the Holy Spirit, nine of them. I ask you to pray again and again and to tarry with the Holy Spirit, the Maha Chohan, who will come to you as you kneel at your bedside each night. And as you pour your heart out to the Maha Chohan, the Maha Chohan will deal with you in great dignity; for the Maha Chohan dignifies the flame in your heart.
If you are willing to go through the persecution, through the great burden of transmuting karma, if you are willing to slay the demons, the fallen angels that would come between you and the Maha Chohan, then I say to you: make this effort no matter what it takes, no matter what the pain, no matter what the cost. When you receive the Holy Spirit according to the teachings of the Great White Brotherhood and the ascended masters, not according to the teachings of the pastors of Christianity—when you receive that Holy Spirit directly from the Maha Chohan because you have purged yourself of lesser states of consciousness, then, then you will know the true meaning of empowerment, the empowerment of one apostle Paul, of Elijah, of Elisha.
Remember, then, the mantle that is passed to you. Whatever it takes—no matter how long, no matter what the pain—if you can then, finally, as a result of your being on this path, take up the responsibility to be the living presence of the Holy Spirit, to dedicate your body, soul and mind to the Holy Spirit, then you will see not only how you grow [but how] this movement will grow, the earth will grow. And the fallen angels will have no power over you, but you shall exercise power over them! And you will bind them, and you will call to the archangels to take them from this planetary home, take these fallen ones, who have no right to move against the children of God.
Pay the Price to Receive Empowerment
Listen to the equation, my beloved. How much are you willing to give and to give up to God to have empowerment? That becomes the question you must answer. You cannot lay it aside. You must answer this question before the clock strikes 12:00 midnight, December 31, 1996.
Make your mark upon the scene of the world in 1997, beloved. The days are shorter, the times are narrower, the options are fewer. Therefore you must pass through into the new year determined: “There is nothing I want more in life than to purge myself of darkness and to have the Holy Spirit enter into me so that when I am with the sick or the dying, or calamity happens, or suddenly many people are killed in accidents, I will then have that empowerment to do something about it and not to be a selfish wretch, thinking only of myself.”
You have this one life to live and to give to Saint Germain, to give to God, to give to me, to give to the ascended hosts. There has never been a year in which you were more needed by the Darjeeling Council or all saints in heaven. This is the hour that can be your finest and your victory. But you must be willing to bear your cross, to walk the fourteen stations of the cross, to walk the fourteen stations of the Woman and her seed.
If you want empowerment, beloved, you can have it. But you will have to pay the price of sacrifice, surrender, service, selflessness. Giving and taking is the sign of the cosmic interchange of the figure-eight flow between your heart and my heart. When our hearts are one, and I am at the level of the heaven-world and you are at the level of the earth plane, we shall make an indomitable team. We shall move on.
I will empower you. And if you misuse that power, even in a small way, I will chasten you and I will give you those exercises that you will need to correct certain states of consciousness that have become, unfortunately, a bad habit. If you would move into the octaves of heaven for cosmic reinforcement, for strengthening, if you would move in the realms of earth to raise up the people of God, know that God, our Father-Mother, will empower you.
You must receive* [*possible meaning of receive in this context: “submit to,” “endure willingly”] the prerequisite. You must receive that prerequisite that says, if you would have the Holy Spirit, purge yourself of darkness and be willing to fight the good fight over the dweller-on-the-threshold, to win and to be exalted ultimately by the hand of an archangel.
The Mystery of the Fiery Core
I, Jesus, commend you for the good and all effort and striving and many, many, many hours of service. I commend you for your vision. I commend you for your fearlessness to enter a new way of running this organization, of bringing people into a higher sense of their individualization of the God flame.
The times are changing. You are on track. Keep on, beloved, for you are molding and remolding this organization and its members into a high-quality performance team that can work together, that can overcome individual idiosyncrasies and bring to the core of the center, as the core of the Central Sun, that essence, that intensity of fire that has burned within your temple since the beginning of time, as God has led you to this moment when there is ultimately no limit to what you can accomplish.
I must say on behalf of Saint Germain, then, please give the violet flame, waking or sleeping, walking, talking, whatever you are doing. Bring down the seventh-ray action for the seventh root race and this seventh dispensation. Bring it into the earth, beloved. We desire to see you beat the fates and to prevent world cataclysm.
And I show you that mystery. And that mystery is a concentration of a fiery core, and around that core the tight and taut rope—and round and round, around and around again. Within that core we find a relationship to the core of the individual, to that intensity of desire to serve, to be victorious, to not let go until you are victorious, to know who you are, what you want, what your skills can be and how you can change, literally change, the universe by having the tightness of your core mandate your victory.
The power within—that is the negative. The power without—that is the positive. Then there is that figure-eight flow that continues. So, beloved, tap your ultimate resource, the resource of your causal body, the resource of your Holy Christ Self. And call unto me, beloved, for I am your Lord, your Saviour, Jesus Christ.
Only Pass Your Tests
I will lead you in Elysian fields, in levels of the etheric octave. I will take you on a journey to etheric retreats that you have not known exist. I will show you many things, beloved, but I will do this step by step as I see you perfecting the self, so that when your hour for the victory is come I may hold out my arms and receive you, saying: “Well done, thou good and faithful servant. Thou hast been faithful over a few things; I will make thee ruler over many.”
Only pass your tests, beloved. Only pass them. Heaven, heaven is there. As you achieve, you receive honor. As you do not achieve, you are in neutral.
So, precious ones, claim the planet and purge it. Claim your very own soul and do not lose it! Claim the dominion of the Father-Mother God given to you in the Beginning, and you will have that victory. But understand, beloved, 90 percent is up to you. Ten percent we will give and multiply as you show forth mighty fruits in your labor.
I am your brother on the Path. Remember that I walk and talk with you always on the road to Emmaus.
Sons and daughters of God, challenge the year! Advance beyond it and enter into the victory—and the victory will follow you to the end.

Who is The Ascended Master Jesus Christ?
The Ascended Master Jesus Christ. The avatar of the Piscean age; the incarnation of the Word, the Universal Christ; the example of the Christ consciousness that was to have been outpictured by the children of God in the two-thousand-year dispensation of the Piscean age; one who realized the fullness of the Christ Self and was therefore called Jesus, the Christ. He came to reveal the individual Christ Self to all mankind and to show the works of the Father (the I AM Presence) that can be accomplished by his sons and daughters in and through the flame of the individual Christ Self.
Jesus holds the office in hierarchy of World Teacher, which he shares with the Ascended Master Kuthumi, who was embodied as Saint Francis.
The incarnation of the Word
Jesus of Nazareth was and is the living Christ because he was the fullness of the incarnation of the Word. In him the threefold flame of power, wisdom and love, the Trinity of Father, Son and Holy Spirit, was God, a consuming sacred fire—three persons in one, a light to lighten all peoples.
In the average man and woman the threefold flame is one-sixteenth of an inch in height, reduced by the edict of the LORD God made at the time of Noah. Jesus Christ, the wayshower, teaches us how to expand the threefold flame within the secret chamber of the heart that we might follow his example and become the living incarnation of the Word. He shows us how to balance the energies of love, wisdom and power until we are enveloped by this threefold action of the sacred fire and we become the living witness of Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
To become the flame of God is the goal of life. Jesus, the Saviour of mankind, is here today to teach us the way, to teach us that the I AM THAT I AM is the way, the truth and the life.
Embodiments
Jesus first came to the earth as a volunteer with Sanat Kumara, and he has had many embodiments on earth since that time.
Jesus, the Archetype of the Christed One
This excerpt from a lecture by Elizabeth Clare Prophet was delivered May 25, 1975, at the seminar The Buddha and the Mother, held in San Diego, California and published in the 2000 Pearls of Wisdom Vol. 43 No. 49.
The definition of the Christ Consciousness is a perfectly balanced threefold flame, all plumes at the same height and the energies consecrated to the correct qualification of the sacred fire—pure love, pure wisdom, pure power. That means, for example, that all misuse of power as tyranny has to be transmuted into the pure action of the will of God. All misuse of the yellow plume in intellectual pride and the tendency of the ego to displace the Christ has to be surrendered. Selfish love, possessive love, all aspects of the misuse of the pink plume must likewise be transmuted.
We see in Jesus the Christ the archetype of the Christed one, or the anointed one. Jesus was the Christ and was known as the Christ because his threefold flame was in balance and his energies were qualified according to the sacred fire. He was born almost without karma and at the hour of his transfiguration he had increased the size of his threefold flame to the point that that flame was no longer only one-sixteenth of an inch in size but was larger than his physical form.
