BELOVED SAINT GERMAIN
O light from the Great Central Sun, I AM come! I stand in the midst of this nation! I AM Saint Germain and my voice shall go forth! It will accomplish its purpose, and I will stand to sponsor my own Lady Portia and all devotees of her Great God Flame.
In the name of cosmic freedom I greet you, Keepers of the Flame of Chicago and neighboring cities of Light. For I am here to amplify the Great God Flame of America and thereby to avert certain cataclysm impending, for by this heart chakra and those who defend it with all diligence, we are determined, we who stand with the Karmic Board at the Royal Teton Retreat, to hold America in our embrace, to seal her in the jewel of the flame of cosmic freedom, to protect elemental life and the divine plan of the Great Divine Director.
Most gracious ladies and gentlemen who are the children of the Light and the true sons and daughters of God, I come because you have called, because you have offered and therefore I have accepted your heart flames as chalices of my very own. And in this hour of cycles turning, I am grateful to be in the midst of Lightbearers who bear the flame of God Harmony, who are determined to be one and to receive me and my own.
Therefore, I give to you my most blessed heart, beloved Portia.

My very own bands of light, all who have come with me out of the realms of the great light as bearers of the flame of justice. With the sign of the lilac and the violet and the purple pansy, I am amplifying sacred fire and wheels of cosmic justice turning in my very heart of hearts. Won’t you come now to be a part of my own floral offering unto the Most High God. O my children of the Sun most blessed, won’t you be seated in this heart of fire.
I am drawing the circle of my heart, my flaming heart, my flaming heart of cosmic justice around this forcefield which I desire to make permanent in the city of Chicago if you will will it so, if you will decree it so and if you will secure this home of light, thus the reinforcement to the heart of the earth as a shaft of cosmic justice will begin the rolling back that is the requirement of the hour. It is the rolling back of those situations of cosmic injustice that are rooted in the nations, those individuals who have raised themselves up in positions of power that is the anti-power of the Almighty. These are the ones who must be rolled back by the sacred fire of your very soul and heart and mind. For soul, heart and mind within you is a most blessed trinity of dedication to freedom and without the physical platform of evolution, these three cannot function.
Therefore, I say, guard the physical heart and temple. Guard the base of the pyramid of life and let your soul amplify God-desire in harmony. Let your heart multiply the wisdom of cosmos and the great strength of Elohim. Let your mind be the mind of the sons of God whereby the judgment can manifest. Therefore, wisdom, judgment and perfect love as perfect God desiring do form this manifestation of the Trinity of light by the Sacred Heart of Saint Germain.
I have journeyed from temples of light and across America to be with you and I cherish these moments to contact your heart flame. May you also cherish opportunity to be pillars of sacred fire in America in this hour. We are sending our Messenger here and there in the face of the earth for this anchoring of light, for these electrodes of purple fire. Therefore, happy are ye to receive me through her and through her thes, the hierarchy of light saluteth thee.
Most blessed ones, as you are desirous of that perfect cleansing of your four lower bodies, so our beloved Cyclopea, at the behest of the Lords of Karma, has summoned the Keeper of the Scrolls to look down upon your lifestreams to see what could be taken in this hour and it is through the mantle and the attainment of the embodied Messenger that this dispensation is forthcoming from the Lords of Karma.
And therefore, happy are ye when ye acknowledge the Word incarnate to be the one who therefore bears the sins of the world. As I came in 1973 to announce to you the mantle of the Vicar of Christ, which means the representative of the Lord Jesus Christ upon earth, so I announce to you the levels of cycles turning and the embodying of the light of Sanat Kumara, have arrived to the place where we might now expand through her a more than ordinary action of the law of karma, the law of the cycles of karma whereby the true chelas and devotees of Padma Sambhava, who is her sponsor in the office of Guru, might also now receive the benefit of that very personal Guru/Chela relationship in the physical octave and whereby the Guru may now take on other portions of karma of the chelas in order that the chelas themselves may bear a more than ordinary burden of planetary karma and therefore accelerate and thereby consummate the great love of light and life in this octave. Therefore, by initiations within the very forcefield of her own karmic cycles and the cosmic cycles of Lanello and all of the Messengers who have gone before, you who are the devotees with constancy of light, you whose consciousness does mesh with that of the World Mother, find yourselves in this moment of opportunity with our coming, to have drawn into the sacred fire a more than ordinary momentum of your own personal karma!
Therefore, I announce to you this dispensation of acceleration of cycles turning, and I announce to you that that which remains which cannot be taken must be balanced by service. And therefore I would teach to you in this hour that service, blessed service, as the worship of the dharma, as the worship of the Law and the teaching and the teacher in the person of Gautama Buddha, is the surest manifestation and opportunity for you to become lighter and lighter.
And sometimes it is these very things that you desire that you deprive yourselves of for want of the playing of the great symphony of life within your being, for want of rendering that ultimate service and making the necessary sacrifice whereby the Law is satisfied and past momentums of injustice may replaced, may be replaced by cosmic justice, and therefore you become the living replica of my own great causal body and you yourself may walk the earth sponsored by these hierarchs of light, our own blessed hierarchy in the Aquarian age.
Understand, then, beloved ones, that when you ask and call for more light, when you become heavy with world’s energy because you do not enter as often as you should into the service of the light and then you wonder why you do not make progress on the Path, I say do not blame it upon the service of the Messengers. Do not blame it upon the Law itself or the ineffectiveness of the dynamic decrees, for I tell you, you are the keystone of the arch of cosmic law, and through you the law will act, act by the action of cosmic justice when you apply it and when you show that willingness to give of yourself. Many of you understand the nature of giving in preparation, in the path of education and acceleration to serve humanity in various fields of sacred labor. Others understand the immediate necessity of the delivery of the Word. These conditions of consciousness, my beloved, have much to do with your own service in the past. And therefore each one must be responsive to the great inner Guru of the Christ Self and to all of our words spoken through the Messenger in this hour. For this hour is indeed a great challenge to all of the hosts of the Lord.
Hour by hour the burdens upon this nation are such as to bow down even elemental life. And then come the Keepers of the Flame again reinfusing the atmosphere and the earth body with the necessary momentum of light and we are able to hold the balance and adjudicate these matters.
You have heard of the alignment of planets known as the Jupiter effect. You have heard, then, of the expectancy of conditions in the planetary body difficult to be dealt with by humanity. All of this is because this Jupiter effect represents the alignment of karmic energies in the Dark Cycle, turning, then, toward the fullness of the fourteen-year cycle, reaching that moment under the hierarchy of Capricorn when an extraordinary momentum of cosmic justice must descend.
And what is cosmic justice? My beloved, it is justice unto the law of God Almighty which returns to the earth those accumulated momentums that are blocking the light, blocking the great golden age. And therefore, beloved ones, you can expect in the coming year, in the coming twelve-month cycle itself, a certain acceleration of light that must, and I say must be watched by Keepers of the Flame, must be guarded against and there must be such an intensity of violet flame so that we may continue our rescue mission on those souls of light who have not yet come into the knowledge of their Mighty I AM Presence!
If you consider, beloved ones, it has been a century since beloved El Morya and Kuthumi and Djwal Kul, with my own beloved Saint Germain and Serapis Bey began to inaugurate the release of the ancient wisdom out of India, out of the West, out of devotees of light. Therefore, realize that in the cycle of a hundred years, millions of souls upon this planetary body have had the opportunity to heed the Word of the embodied Messengers who have come and who have ascended into the octaves of Light. Realize , then, that upon many the final judgment is come and many have had the opportunity to reembody in the space of this century–those who have once already denied the action of the sacred law, of the teachings of the Masters of the far East and of the Lord Christ and of the very nature of the I AM Presence itself.
Therefore, some have had any numbers of opportunity and these individual lifestreams for whom the Great Law has provided such cosmic dispensations have once again turned their backs on the great law of life as they did so in past millennia. Let it be understood that these souls of light could have, if they would, entered into great dispensations of expansion of consciousness and effectiveness in bringing society into alignment. Therefore, their time is come and their hour is come and for many it is the final opportunity. Therefore, it is the hour of cycles turning. And therefore many more than you realize have had the opportunity to have access to the Ascended Masters’ teaching.
Now in this decade of the 1980s there is also a certain finality for many East and West, and therefore, you have felt the call to spread the Word of the teachings, to preach the Word and to see that our publications are available in wider and wider circles. Yet many have never heard the name of the Messenger or even the word “Ascended Master.” It seems hardly possible and yet it, and yet it is true, even in this very city where we have begun such a noble work through our beloved Godfre and Lotus, and so many souls of light.
Realize, then, that when those who are destined to have the opportunity to carry a great light because they have betrayed that light in the past do not do so, the torch is indeed passed. And we have seen this hour as the hour of torches passing, and millions upon the Keepers of the Flame, millions upon millions of Keepers of the Flame in the higher octaves are transferred to you and other millions upon earth, the mighty sacred fire of their causal body momentum of this living flame of cosmic freedom! And therefore in every nation there is a great surging of the light of freedom only to be put down and put back by the fallen ones who have assembled themselves in positions of power and who have raked to themselves in their gambling casinos, in their organized crime, in their manipulation of the economy and the Federal Reserve System this nation’s wealth and the wealth of nations.
Beloved hearts, as you know, until gold from the heart of the God of Gold, until light from the heart of Saint Germain is anchored firmly in the hearts of devotees, this planetary body cannot be accelerated into the great golden age. The Lord God Almighty has revealed to us and to the Messenger the means whereby this planetary body can be in the twinkling of the eye of God accelerated into new dimensions and those who are of the Light be accelerated and those who have not the light can have therefore the acceleration of the judgment.
And this is the very means of purification of the earth body, the water, the land and the subconscious minds of the people. This very momentous occasion of acceleration unto the earth draws nigh. And therefore, we pray that you are found in the very heart of your Great God Presence and that you will recognize that unto every Keeper of the Flame there is refuge and opportunity provided if you will heed the call of the Goddess of Liberty and realize that this inner retreat and its proposal is no figment of the Messenger’s imagination or any part of lesser desire, but it is indeed the divine plan of Saint Germain, made known for thousands of years to you at inner levels, and even in outer manifestation whereby you may gather apart from those areas of danger, danger that manifests in the hour of cycles turning.
Let all, then, understand even upon earth you need as the Great White Brotherhood needs a home of light and a haven of safety, a place where you can say, “This is my home. This is my focus of the God Star while I am in the earth and while I am required to preserve a physical body and a physical manifestation for the saving of the nations.” Beloved ones, you are all pilgrims of the sacred fire come to this planetary body willing to lay your life on the line for Saint Germain and for me, and we have not forgot, for we have stood with you upon Venus with Sanat Kumara and Lady Venus. We have not forgotten your faces, each and every one of you or your pledge. And therefore, we come to renew our pledge and to say to you, it is important that you have place that you know is your very own home of Light, a place and a haven where the golden age spiral may begin, where light can increase and go forth even while others upon the planetary body are experiencing sometimes the violent return of their own karmic patterns.
Beloved ones, you must reckon with the meaning of cosmic justice and realize that cosmic justice sometimes brings turbulence to the seas and to the emotional bodies even as it is the ray of light of God Harmony that is able to draw all of that into the sacred fire. Therefore, you, you do have eyes to see, and I speak to you who have eyes to see. And I say look all around you and ask yourself, can those who continue to perpetrate these deeds of violent crimes and sins against humanity and war and the misuse of the bodies of mankind, clean escape the returning action of karma? I tell you nay. They must experience the judgment side by side with cosmic justice. Is it therefore cosmic justice that the innocent should suffer with the guilty? I tell you nay.
And this is why Joshua as the person of the Lord Christ declared to you, “Come apart and be a separate people.” It is not cosmic justice that the holy innocents should die at the hand of Herod incarnation after incarnation and century after century. You have seen, you have heard, you know the manipulation of the body of woman upon this earth. You know how women are abused by these fallen ones in the medical profession, how they are prevented from giving birth to children, how they are coaxed and threatened into abortion and to cutting off the womb that they might no longer bear; and therefore, they go forth by the hand of the Nephilim as barren fig trees into life, these who are the fair maidens of heaven’s hosts.
Beloved hearts, the treachery and intrigue of these fallen ones must be known and understood for what it is, for as you see this, you must come to the understanding that the Community of the Holy Spirit is real; that the place prepared is real and that we have summoned you apart that you might be the inheritors of a golden age as you have kept this flame for thousands and thousands of years. Do you think that we will now leave you in the very midst of the threatenings of holocaust as the leaders of nations make no preparation for the protection of their populations, as they do not even care whether or not they pollute their bodies with the most dangerous types of toxins?
Beloved hearts of light and hearts of gold, I address you in the name of Saint Germain. You are the responsible and mature Keepers of the Flame and initiates of the sacred fire upon the planetary body! Into your very hands is entrusted the flame of God freedom and the life of the incoming avatars! Saint Germain has said to me this very day after consultation with the Great Divine Director and all of us who sit on the Karmic Board, that there cannot be release of these lifestreams into the earth unless there is a tangible demonstration on the part of the student body that there will be the inner retreat and there will be that retreat swiftly so that these souls of light need not enter into embodiment already polluted from their mother’s wombs, by those conditions of consciousness that are not of the light and by these pollutions in the elements. They must not come forth already polluted from their mothers’ wombs! I tell you it must not be so, and those who are the adults, those who see and know, those who are effective because they use the dynamic decrees daily are the very ones who must take the reins of responsibility now!
I tell you, beloved hearts, the cycles are turning. And ere one year has passed you will see upon this planetary body such changes as you will know that I came to Chicago to deliver to you my very heart, to place it upon the altar of your hearts as representative of the hearts of humanity. You will know that I spoke because I read the handwriting on the wall, and this handwriting on the wall is the handwriting of humanity’s karma and their resistance and their continued rebellion to come into conformity with the great Word of the law that went forth to the I AM activity and this activity of light and continues to go forth through your own blessed hearts. And you will realize, if you wait to act a twelve month, that you should have acted twelve months earlier, for you will realize that the cycles are moving swiftly and we desire to see the children of the Light, the Keepers of the Flame and our own Messenger in that forcefield of light that will decree that the Lords of Karma can act to save the nation at the very moment that they do act for the binding of the fallen ones!
All is set in position, and you have the understanding of the invocation of the judgment! Now understand that indeed cycles are turning, and I give you this message even before the Harvest Conference, even before he New Year’s Conference so that you may have the advanced understanding that this is the message for 1981! And it is through my heart flame that there is to be the expansion, intensification of violet flame to give ultimate opportunity to those who have not responded before! Our servants here in the Teaching Centers and in our headquarters give their lives gladly for the reaping of the great harvest of souls. I place before you once again the great need for dedicated servants to assist in the publishing of the Word. If you feel my heart’s ray and calling as I speak, remember if you have not yet knocked on the doors of Camelot, knock. And if you have already knocked, then I say knock again until you are bidden enter to prepare these mighty messages of light as the printed Word, as video recordings, as films to go forth.
It is important that the children of the Light in every nation make eye contact with the Messenger and through the Messenger as the open door with octaves of light into the very hearts of the hosts of the Lord! We stand just beyond the veil! And our vibratory rate is recorded within this physical vehicle and within the video tape itself! Therefore, let the children of the Light both see and hear and let them receive wholeheartedly without fear, our message, our Presence, and know that these are the hours of cycles turning!
And therefore, let us apply ourselves to the dissemination of the Word of the science, the science of the dynamic decree and of the Word itself. Let us apply ourselves to the uncovering and the exposure of injustice in every area of life! I stand behind you and the Messenger in the sending forth of Omega’s Manifestos. Let them go forth! Let them become a part of you! And now I say, speak out and let there be enlightenment everywhere! For we are here! We are expanding our heart flame! And this heart’s light will not be put down by these fallen ones! Therefore, as the Messenger has given that exposure of the fallen ones in the city of Philadelphia, cradle of liberty and light of eternal love of the Great White Brotherhood, so that challenge has sent forth its reverberations into the Middle East and there is warring in the members of these laggard evolutions as their own momentums of human karma turned against one another! And therefore, though the judgment is come upon them, that very judgment becomes the threatening of darkness unto the nations of the earth, as there is no leadership whatsoever in the guidance of America or Mother Russia into the way of peace; but only war and the acceleration of war and the failure to understand the strategies of darkness on the part of this president and his cabinet, and the failure to understand the great Prince of Peace and the light of everlasting life in the very heart of Mother Russia itself!
Beloved ones, everywhere we look the fallen ones seem to be in possession of power! But this is the seeming of maya. You must deny it, denounce it and affirm God-reality. You must affirm the sons and daughters of God in these positions of power, and you must look to your own heart and temple and say, “Why, lo! I AM that son of God! And I am the authority for the Almighty One in the earth! Mighty I AM Presence, come down and sweep through me now! Blaze through me now! Establish your mighty dazzling light and perfection where I AM! Send forth the Word! Consume in me all ignorance of the Great Law! Let illumination and enlightenment of the Great Central Sun Magnet flow through me! Flow through me! Flow through me! I will not take no for an answer! I summon legions of fiery salamanders, gnomes, sylphs and undines and the hosts of mighty seraphim to come forth and march with me into action in the sacred fire!”
I desire, beloved ones, that you should use the Rakoczy March as my very own march as coming, coming for the freedom of Eastern Europe, coming out of the very hearts of the souls of light who have called for justice and who are determined to take their stand for that flame of God-justice! O beloved hearts of light, when even the leaders of the people in the Churches have betrayed them, when they fail to deliver them, the knowledge, the ever-present knowledge of the Lord’s hosts, and their intercession by the flaming Word, then I say we will summon you and we, together with you will make bricks without straw! We will build a mighty pyramid of life in the very midst of our people! We will raise up an Ascended Master nation and we will start with that white-fire core community hidden in the mountains of Almighty God and therefore seal for a time and time and a half of time!
Therefore we will accelerate. And we hurl our mighty sphere of light! It is a golden purple-violet sphere descending out of God, descending out of the Great Central Sun. This dazzling golden violet sphere of light descends into the very heart of America, it descends into this forcefield and now as it comes closer and closer to the earth, to the earth by the action of the violet flame angels, the angels of the golden age, and there are angels of the golden age waiting to precipitate that age. There comes into the very heart of America a contact point through this heart chakra at inner levels, to the hearts of the people of light, that awareness of the imminent golden age through the God of Gold and through the blessed violet flame.
And therefore, millions of replicas of this flaming sphere of light are now deposited in the people of this nation and in every people upon this earth who have received the initiation of the Goddess of Liberty. For though there are those who come to America who receive this initiation, there are also those in the nations of the earth who have not made the journey here and who have rather made the sacrifice to remain in their nations as outposts of the Goddess of Liberty. They are few and far between but they are there, beloved ones. And they hold high the torch of the Goddess of Liberty, and therefore, they also receive this flaming sphere of light within their temples, within their physical hearts and a pressing in and down into their temples and their souls of their own Great God Presence I AM and their own Christ Self.
Beloved hearts of light, these are dispensations worth waiting for and you have waited thousands upon thousands of years for this moment of opportunity as you have known that in the hour of my manifestation to this level and proximity and approximation to the physical octave, there would be the opportunity for you, personally, to manifest your divine plan and to accelerate to the victory of your ascension! And therefore you have prepared for many a year and some of you have softened and melted the icy hardness of heart by the action of the violet flame in preparation for our coming!
Now you must know that it is the turning of the tide. Now you must know that there is a turning in space at right angles whereby the ray of light descends and you are instantaneously equipped to go forth as you have never gone forth before. Therefore, I invite you to attend our winter quarter at Summit University and to prepare yourself for the preaching of the Word, for the understanding of how to deliver that Word, how to understand it, how to contain it, how to study the Manifestos, how to be prepared to deliver to this people of America the understanding of every facet of the Law including the message of “The Coming Revolution in Higher Consciousness” and all of the great concentric rings of the mighty causal body that is the reality, oh, the blessed reality of hearts of light and hearts of gold and freedom and justice and mercy across this land!
Therefore, come and prepare, for I would send you with Saint Germain and Morya and Shiva of the Flame! I would send you to deliver our message and I would commend you for your earnest preparation, for your realization that now, in the hour of acceleration, is no time, is no time to settle down into the comfortability of your homes, of your cities and your towns, but you realize it is the moment to step, as it were, on one foot, on your tippy toes, prepared for the ascent, prepared for the flight, prepared for the action and the call of Sanat Kumara!
Therefore, prepare for that home away from home that is to become the focal point of incoming souls of light and the vortex, the very fiery vortex of the incoming great golden age. I speak again of the inner retreat. I say loose yourselves from your moorings. Let your stay within the cities be firm but let it be temporary! Let it be temporary for days or weeks or months or years until you too are called into the inner retreat of light for an entirely different dispensation of service unto a new age.
Therefore we see the things that are coming upon the earth. We see the Darkness and we see the Light! And we remind you that as our chelas and as no other chelas upon the earth, you stand upon the light, where Light meets Darkness and swallows it up. You stand upon that line, that very line with Morya where the Light does meet the Darkness! This takes courage, fortification and strength. It takes will. It takes seeing with your eyes wide open what is coming and yet standing and facing it!
Beloved hearts, you who are our best servants, we would not leave you comfortless! We have provided the divine plan of comfort and of opportunity. Therefore I bid you consider, consider, then, all that you have ever given and sacrificed. For all comes to bear upon this moment. Will you or will you not place your all upon the line! [“I will.”] And come apart and be a separate and chosen people unto God. [“Yes.”] My precious hearts, I have spoken to you out of cosmic coils of gold and white fire. I have spoken to you out of the memory of your own causal body of those hours when we were together in the Great Central Sun, planning this mission for earth. I sweep down now through America this day with my legions of Light to capture souls of light who are wed to flaming justice. I am grateful that you have come to keep the vigil of sacred fire for souls aborning. I am grateful that you understand the meaning of the message and the Messenger, that you have perceived the reality of the Holy Spirit, of the Great White Brotherhood through that Holy Spirit. I am grateful that you know intimately the Archangels. I am grateful that you have had the will to be born, to enter this age with courage and light, and God-determination! I am grateful that you have weathered the storms of infamy and defamation of character that have fallen upon our own Messenger as it has fallen upon every one who has stood for truth in past ages!
I say of all who have betrayed the light and who have harbored their resentment, they shall not pass into the ring of light, into the forcefield of the sacred fire. They shall not enter here. They shall not be a part of this flaming sphere. I tell you those who cannot surrender their resentment against our Messengers because the Messengers have been the very instrument of their discipline and their judgment whereby they might be free and liberated from their own egos–those who have harbored this against our best servants, where shall they stand, where shall they stand in the great history of this land or in the history of the God Star Sirius? I tell you, resentment belongs to the fallen ones and to the children of Belial and to mechanization man and to these who are the synthetic selves created not out of the image and likeness of God.
Therefore, let all those who have placed themselves outside of the circle of sacred fire, momentarily professing therefore not to be abandoning the Teachings or the Masters but preferring to be away from the white fire core of the living Word, let all realize that this is the cycle of opportunity and this is the hour and the day of the judgment, and let not those who have pitted themselves against this light take lightly our word. For there is none other save the manifestation of the Ascended Masters and this mouthpiece and this voice that we have used. There is none other save the Mighty I AM Presence that is one.
And as I speak, so does the Mighty I AM Presence speak out of every heart, out of every flaming manifestation of the Godhead, worlds without end and throughout this planetary body, and there cannot be the denial of that pillar of fire without the denial of one’s own Great God Self. These are the wages of betrayal in this age and of that revenge which has no basis in God-reality. Therefore, in sincerity and humility and grace, in the tenderness of love, let those who are of the Light come into the Light and be washed clean and let there be understanding, illumination and peace and cherishment of each brother and sister within the body of God. For truly, the mystical body of God in the earth is the saving of the earth and the saving of the light of the golden age. I AM mindful of thy cross, O blessed ones. Each and every one of you, I AM mindful of the cross you have created out of your own karma! I walk with you. I assist you. I teach you. I remind you that by the blessing, by the initiation of Padma Sambhava, by the sacrifice of these Messengers, by the balancing of karma of this Messenger, by her sponsorship of Saint Germain, she is able as none other is able to assist you in the bearing of that cross. We who are the Ascended Masters cannot bear it for you: It requires one in this octave, one who is anointed Guru and Vicar of Christ, one who has balanced her karma to therefore take on your own. This is the key to the acceleration of the mystical body of God.
Therefore, value our presence in the physical octave through the Messenger, for we cannot be physical before you until you yourself have balanced your karma. Therefore, the shoe of the Great White Brotherhood is upon the foot of the chela, and up to you is the opportunity to provide instrumentation for our own stepping through the veil!
We are stepping through the veil! We have stepped through the veil! We are here in the physical person of our Messenger! Yet you have not seen us, but only a form, and perhaps a human form at that. But, beloved ones, there is a divine form, even as there is the Deathless Solar Body of the Messenger, and we use that body. We wear that mantle. We wear that robe, and therefore, by the very law of God and by the tender mercy of God manifesting this focal point of cosmic justice, you, then, have the opportunity to speak the Word, “Saint Germain, bear thy cross!”

And as you speak that word, you know that the Messenger declares, “O my chelas, I bear thy cross!” Therefore, there is the interchange; therefore there is a nucleus of light; therefore the body of God upon earth desire to be together in Camelot. Therefore did Arthur come with Merlin and Launcelot and Guinevere to form that action of the cosmic cube. Therefore do knights and ladies of the flame the world over long for Camelot come again. Therefore we establish our inner retreat for this intimate communion whereby the children of the Light must eat the flesh and drink the blood of the Son of God. As you partake of the very light and the body of the Messenger, you therefore have the translation within you and the acceleration of that karma; and in gratitude for that great gift of life, you indeed go forth from that white fire core to preach the Word. Therefore, the knights go forth upon their mission of light, and the ladies go forth and Women’s Revolution is come because there is gratitude abounding in the body of God for this tremendous interaction of life, and therefore into the very heart of the West is come the fulfillment of the Law of the ages foreseen by the prophets.
Therefore, I can be incarnate as the Saviouress unto the nations. I can be the Goddess of Justice through the Messenger and through the chelas, for by that dispensation of the Great White Brotherhood is the earth saved by the sponsorship of Sanat Kumara, by the response of your hearts. I come therefore to impress upon you the very reality and the tenderness of this oneness. Will you not bask in it this day therefore? For we must go forth and deliver our message and our momentum, and our action of cosmic flaming blue swords to cut free all who are of the light and a part of our band.
Blessed hearts, I will return sooner than you think, sooner than Saint Germain will wink [laugher] at you as you contemplate the mystery of life and say to yourself, why I truly am born of the heart of Saint Germain and Portia. Why, I truly am God-free and able to stand. Why, I am free of condemnation and the world’s judgment and their belittlement of me. I am free of these fallen ones who have put me down century after century and tried to tear me from the sacred light of Mother, to tear me as a nestling babe from the breast of the Divine Mother. I will be with life in the very heart of life. I will return to the heart of God, but I will not return, so help me God as I stand before this altar of America, without taking with me every soul of light upon earth. And this I vow in the name of the Blessed Mother Mary and Raphael who have sponsored our initiations on the path of truth itself.
O flaming truth, by thy flame, by thy truth in the earth, is justice made plain, is justice understood and revered and accepted. Let truth and justice, mercy and love and the light of liberty be for Mighty Cosmos the action of the five secret rays.
I seal you in your crown with fire, with light and with heavenly renown, for you are the ones who receive the applause of angels and the recognition in the courts of heaven! I want you to know this, that you are individually and personally received in the retreats of the Great White Brotherhood! And therefore, let all of those in the earth who have turned their backs on the children of the Light, who have made mockery of a New-Age movement sponsored by Saint Germain and by me, let all of them know that those who are important in the world are truly unimportant in the courts of heaven. The roles are reversed, but not for long. I assure you that by the singing of my song of justice, justice will reign in the earth.
O light of the Great White Brotherhood, I AM come as I have promised I would come. O light of our Brotherhood, I adore thee in each flaming son and daughter, in heaven and on earth. Amen.

Who Is Saint Germain?
Saint Germain is our immortal friend and brother. As the Chohan of the Seventh Ray and Hierarch of the Aquarian Age, he is leading the people of earth into a new era of freedom and enlightenment.
At the time of Atlantis, Saint Germain served as a high priest and a master of invocation at the Temple of Purification.
Through invocations and his boundless love for the flame of Life, Saint Germain sustained a pillar of fire, a veritable fountain of the violet flame, which magnetized people from near and far who came to be set free from binding conditions that afflicted their body, soul and mind.
These devotees achieved physical and spiritual healing through the offering of invocations and the practice of seventh-ray rituals to the sacred fire.

What is the Keepers of the Flame Fraternity?
The Keepers of the Flame Fraternity was founded in 1961 by Saint Germain as an organization of ascended masters and their chelas who vow to keep the flame of Life on earth and support the activities of the Great White Brotherhood in the establishment of their Community and Mystery School and in the dissemination of their teachings. Keepers of the Flame receive graded lessons in cosmic law dictated by the ascended masters to their messengers Mark and Elizabeth Prophet.
Purposes
El Morya speaks of the purposes of the fraternity:
In January 1961 I authorized the formation of the Keepers of the Flame Fraternity to be formed of a circle of devotees within The Summit Lighthouse who would give supreme allegiance to the flame of Life and to the Knight Commander, Saint Germain. I invited all who would pledge their support to this hierarch of the Aquarian age to participate in a worldwide endeavor to draw into the flame of the Holy Spirit sons and daughters of God who would come forward to claim their inheritance as joint heirs of the Christ consciousness….
To those who would give their support shoulder to shoulder to the Ascended Masters and to our Messengers Mark and Elizabeth Prophet for the promulgation of authentic teaching delivered unto them by the hierarchy, a special invitation was extended by the Knight Commander and me to affirm their sponsorship and their commitment by joining this outer fraternity of the Great White Brotherhood….
Those who responded are those who understood from deep within the soul the need to reconsecrate that flame through daily invocations and decrees made in the name of the I AM Presence and the Christed Self of all mankind—those who were eager to pursue the alchemy of the Spirit and to work directly with Saint Germain to precipitate the foundations of the golden age.
Who is Portia?
Through thousands of years of service to God on the seventh ray of justice, freedom, mercy, forgiveness, alchemy and sacred ritual, beloved Portia attained to the embodiment of the God flame and God consciousness of divine justice as divine opportunity. Hence, she is called the Goddess of Justice or the Goddess of Opportunity.
Representing the sixth ray of service and ministration on the Karmic Board, Portia keeps the flame of justice and opportunity on behalf of the evolutions of earth. Serving with the hierarchy of Libra (see Twelve solar hierarchies), she teaches mankind to hold the balance of the flame of the Christ in the four lower bodies through mastery over the four elements. Since justice is the pivotal point between thought and feeling, her balance is between the creative polarities of the masculine and feminine rays of the Deity, or between the yin and yang of creation.
Beloved Portia is the twin flame and divine consort of Saint Germain, the chohan of the seventh ray. On May 1, 1954, at inner levels, they were officially crowned directors of the seventh dispensation of ordered service. During this two-thousand-year cycle, known as the Aquarian age, it has been ordained that the new and permanent golden age shall be established for the planet Earth.
Her service in past ages
In past ages of beauty, perfection and abundance, justice reigned supreme. Before discord began to manifest upon the earth, Portia made her ascension in the light. When mankind’s sense of justice became warped, thus causing an imbalance in all she undertook, she could but fold her mantle about her and remain in the Great Silence (in higher realms of consciousness), for the ascended masters never interfere with the doings of men unless invoked by their decree as it manifests as thought, word and deed.
During these ages, Saint Germain continued to embody on earth while Portia remained in the octaves of light. Upon his ascension from the Rakoczy Mansion in 1684, Saint Germain also entered the Great Silence, where his beloved twin flame—whose name he had inscribed in The Merchant of Venice—had long been awaiting his return.
Not long thereafter, the beloved Sanctus Germanus was given the dispensation by the Lords of Karma to function in the world of form as an ascended being having the appearance of an unascended being. Throughout the courts of eighteenth-century Europe, he was known as the Comte de Saint Germain. Many of his demonstrations of mastery are described in the diaries of Mme. d’Adhémar, who knew him for at least half a century. She records Saint Germain’s visits to herself and to the courts of Louis XV and Louis XVI, noting in his glowing face the appearance of a man in his early forties throughout the period. Unfortunately, his efforts to secure the attention of the Court of France and others of the crowned heads of Europe were unsuccessful.
Saint Germain was last seen by Madame d’Adhémar at la Place de la Révolution on October 16, 1793, at the guillotining of Marie Antoinette. The master stood with Portia beneath the statue of the Goddess of Liberty. Immediately following her execution, they took the soul of Marie Antoinette to the Cave of Light, the Great Divine Director’s retreat in India. Three months after their departure from this scene, Portia withdrew to the octaves of light, where she remained in nirvana until she stepped forth in 1939 to assist Saint Germain with his activities in the United States.
While in nirvana, Portia both held the balance for Saint Germain’s outer world activities and cleansed the records and the pain of his (i.e., their) European experience. Some time after Portia entered nirvana, Saint Germain returned to Europe by himself to sponsor Napoleon in the establishment of the United States of Europe. Once it was clear that Napoleon would take the master’s power to promote his own will, Saint Germain withdrew all sponsorship from him in 1810. From that time on Saint Germain was, for want of a better word, “resting” in the Cave of Light and regrouping his forces. From time to time he sponsored activities in the United States and spent calculated cycles in nirvana.
Her service today
At this time, the cycles of life have demanded that the scales of justice be balanced in preparation for the golden age, and since some among mankind had begun to request that divine justice be reestablished, on April 9, 1939, Portia came forth from the Great Silence to speak for the first time since her ascension. Even now she seldom speaks, but when she does, her divine attribute of perfect balance (symbolized by the scales) is anchored in the forcefield of all who will receive it.
The balance of justice and mercy
Portia speaks of the balance of justice and mercy, two qualities of the seventh ray:
Great distress frequently comes to mankind by reason of their own karmic acts and the records that are within their form, for like the tiny bird, they feel as though in the grip of outer conditions and know not that even life here is for the purpose of restoring them to the nest of God’s heart and the nest of holy justice.
Men tremble, for they tremble in ignorance. Let them now, then, receive comfort from justice and know that although I am known as the Goddess of Justice, Mercy holdeth my hand for aye and will so do for aye, for Kuan Yin walks with me where’er I walk and sheds her radiance also.
Upon the circle of justice is stamped the circle of mercy. And if you would also do as I do, wherever you attempt or seek to administer justice to others whom you also may have beneath your charge, you will give forth mercy—not in that quality unbalanced that will cause mankind to destroy themselves because of your lack of firmness, but in that perfect balance of spiritual understanding that gives to each man that portion of mercy properly mixed with justice that is best for him.
How, then, will freedom as a Mother flame, as the shakti of Saint Germain, translate the mercy and the justice of the Law in this age? O beloved ones, justice and mercy, mercy and justice are the interaction of the great caduceus of the feminine ray of the seventh age and dispensation. The seventh ray of God’s light of the violet flame is a fiery caduceus—the weaving of mercy and justice as a garland of Alpha and Omega around the central altar of freedom’s light.
Portia’s Retreat
Portia, the Goddess of Justice and twin flame of Saint Germain, has a retreat over Ghana. This is an important focus, and Portia focuses the flame of justice here.
Also on the African continent is the violet-flame retreat of the Elohim Arcturus and Victoria, south of Ghana in Luanda, Angola. This retreat focuses the flame of freedom.
In Accra, the capital of Ghana, there is a monument known as the Freedom and Justice Arch—the flames that are focused in these two retreats. This arch focuses as an outer arc of the inner etheric retreat of Portia.
