DICTATION TRANSCRIPT
O thou magnificent Presence of God, thou supreme source of all life, thou radiance eternal whose wings of love and light so penetrate the heart of mankind with a sense of thy be‑ness and existence that no part of life is ever absent from thee, although in their vain imaginings they may ponder that this is so. Come thou, O magnificent light flame from the Eternal heart of God. We invoke thy presence in our midst. We invoke thy glory. We invoke all the beauty of heaven. We call to the great ascended masters now to seal us and seal us and seal us in the heart flame of their Eternal Presence, to charge and charge and charge their radiance into our auras until we are so saturated and saturated and saturated with God’s love and with God’s peace that nothing …

… of the silent depth of infinite love, I Himalaya salute you in the name of God. Your Father and mine, the Presence of the Eternal One is of so great an enfolding radiance as to almost cause the angels themselves to veil their faces from the great glory of the Eternal One. And this radiance comes now into your midst to bless you, to heal you, and to elevate your consciousness that you may understand the meaning of that eternal blessing which you call life. Here in the temple of the Blue Lotus, we are able to idolize without fear the will of God. You have heard it said under the old Mosaic law, “Thou shalt have no other gods before me. I am the Lord thy God who brought thee out of the land of Egypt.” These words spoken to the children of Israel, pictured to them and to their consciousness a realization of the infinite law of God, “Thou shalt have no other gods before me.”
And therefore I say to you tonight that here in the temple of the Blue Lotus, we have no other idols than to idolize, to adore and to magnify the will of God. The beauteous flower, the blue lotus itself, is a crystalline creation of ascended master light substance, a chalice in which flickers the mighty flame of God’s eternal will, revered by us and all the sons of heaven. I am so fortunate as to hold here a retreat where beloved Master Morya El retires to when he desires to have those quiet moments of meditation, when he himself, having served the earth and its evolutions and the will of God with great diligence for prolonged periods, desires to come apart and to commune with the highest source of hit divinity‑-he comes here and in the temple of the blue lotus, sitting before me, he communes with the will of God and arises refreshed to bring to your consciousness a realization of that which I, tonight, bring you in person.
Blessed ones, most of you have within your consciousness deep, deep, deep, a father image. This father image is a memory of a past experience when you knew the love of God face to face, and when you were able to sense the meaning of God, your Father and mine. Fortunate am I to so serve life as an eternal Father image, an image of the will of God, a benign picturization not only to your consciousness but to every ascended master upon this earth who desires to find quiet, peace, love and serenity. I have here in the reflecting pool of the blue lotus, taken all my own thoughts through the ages about God and his great peace, and I have caused them to be transformed by the power of life eternal, by the outpicturing of my own dominion, my own God Presence in full manifestation of mastership, so that this pool of beauty is actually like a frozen crystallization of all these quiet thoughts on God and his supremacy in the universe, and what it means to every part of life to know the quietness and the end of turmoil which comes when the heart is still and knows God. You have heard it said, Be still and know that I AM God. The meaning of the quiet inflow of the divine consciousness is a cessation of the turmoil of the human consciousness and when that peace comes, light comes in on the wings of the morning. And this light is a tangible healing force.
This fountain of divine healing is given for the healing of the nations, it is a tangible gift from God. And yet, in the garden of divinity which so surrounds mortal life, them is nothing but beauty, beauty everywhere, beauty in victory and glory in peace. And yet, mortality, clothed with the mundane,is unable to see that, because the rising waves of human feelings and thinking have caused the appearance of turmoil to be visible and the great tranquility of the pool of the blue lotus, and the blue lotus flower, and the flame that rises therein, is only realized by man when in those quiet moments they come to our retreat or sense the meaning of love as God intended it to be.
Blessed ones, I who am in truth a friend of ages, I come to you tonight with a prayer upon my lips. And when an ascended being comes to you with a prayer upon his lips, I want you to realize that it is in the hope of fulfillment. And if you will stop and ponder, you will realize that you too in your prayer utterances to your own divinity, have been so interested in the fulfillment of those prayers. You have called for blessings to life, to your loved ones, and to the world, and you do(?) have hoped for the fulfillment for that which you have called.
And therefore, I tonight in the name of God, holding to my heart all life through this earth, do ask especially that the earth and its people shall he blessed with a greater and on increased realization of what the meaning of God is. So often mankind have mouthed the name God. So often they have uttered the name O Lord. The entreaty has gone forth, and the meaning has evaporated before the utterance was completed and before the tones had died away, the consciousness had vacillated into the human level. We do not come and speak thus to condemn you, O mankind. We come to give you an enfolding consciousness of what it means to attain your victory. We attained our victory long ago, but because one day is with God as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day, it does not matter that you are living in the present, for behold, there is the eternal now of be‑ness and eternal being; and it is in this consciousness that you must ascend. You must ascend out of the consciousness that I am this and I am that, and you must ascend the consciousness that I AM the ascended one, that I AM God victory manifest everywhere, that I AM the eternal Presence of life’s perfection walking among men and manifesting all that God intends. You must accept it not only in your feeling world, but you must accept it in your thinking world. And you must accept it in your heart of hearts until bone of your bone, sinew of your sinew, and flesh of your flesh has become one with the presence of life itself. This outer manifestation must come to naught except it be wed to the Eternal Spirit.
Blessed and beloved ones, the presence of eternal life is within this mortal form you wear. It beats and sustains your heart. It comforts you in affliction, and it is the ever presence of God. Revel in it. Dwell in it. Love it. Adore its flame as it blazes on the altar of your being, upon the altar of your heart. Know, O mankind of Boston who are here present and those who are not, know in the silent watches of the night that I AM the Lord thy God, watching over thee in many manifestations. Angel, elemental, thy own God presence, thy Self, thy greater Self, and by the hand of all the ascended masters and cosmic beings whose complete identification with the Eternal One has made them instruments of service to a recalcitrant humanity, calling all mankind to vacate the positions which they have long held, and to turn and face the light from whence they came, and to return into those arms of peace and victory which can never know defeat because they are themselves the manifestation and the outpicturing of all that God intended to be.
Ladies and gentlemen, God did not intend you to be weak. God did not intend you to be old or to have a sense of fear. God did not intend you to dwell in ignorance, and a not knowing of his will. It is not the Father’s will that any of you should perish, but that all mankind should come to the complete knowledge of the truth of their own being, to the understanding of their own mighty I AM Presence, and to an entering in to the flame of the Blue Lotus where the will of God becomes enshrined in such a sacred manner by their heart that never again can any human condition disturb them or cause them to become affrighted.
Therefore I say to you tonight, in the name of the mountain ranges which bear my name, in my name which is dedicated wholly to God, for to him I pledge my love eternally, Himalaya blesses you. Himalaya confers upon you his love. Himalaya thanks you for your attention to the light. And I ask you that when you are tired, when you have human vibrations or thoughts and you desire to change them into divine vibrations and thoughts, that you will remember the quietness of my temple and realize that there are none upon this planet who desire it that cannot come to me if they desire it enough. And then come to me first in thought and later in your finer bodies, while your physical form sleeps, come to me and ask to be given the power of my flame with which I surround you now. Ask that that flame shall intensity God’s will into you and around you until you become no longer conscious of your human will. This is possible of expression. It is the ascended master law by which many, many, many blessed ones have attained their freedom. They have become so completely enamored with the will of God that the human dross fell away and no longer existed in their consciousness or world. These aspirations are noble. They stem from the voice of your own Presence. They stem from the voice of the ascended masters. They speak to you hourly, momentarily; they beckon you eternally, and they call you to a realm of such God freedom as you have never known in this embodiment, but as you shall know one day when, having shaken off this mortal coil, as Shakespeare referred to, you shall enter in to the ascended masters’ consciousness not in part, not to know in part, but to know.
As beloved Hilarion spake when embodied as Saint Paul, even as you are known by your own presence. Your Presence, blessed ones, knows every weakness that you have. Your Presence knows your strength. Your Presence knows all things through your Holy Christ Self. And therefore, I urge you to realize that you can trust this great wisdom which is conferred by the Holy Christ Self of all mankind upon all. Enter, therefore, into the joy of thy Lord. Enter into the consciousness of the Presence and the enfolding divinity of your being and find the peace that I give, the peace that your Presence gives, the peace of the ascended masters, the peace that surpasses all human understanding the peace that is life. And beloved Jesus when he spoke unto Peter and said, you may come to me on the way, reached out his hand. And Peter walked upon the water. And as he beheld the Christ he was able to walk with confidence. But, turning and looking upon the waves of human creation, he sank beneath the waves. Once again the Christ reached out. And so it is with your Holy Christ Self. Make friends therefore with this magnificent extension of the arms of your Presence. Make friends of your Holy Christ Self that you may learn all that it has to teach you, and then I am certain that you shall progress mightily in unfolding the eternal divinity of your being, that for which you came into embodiment. That which is your life eternal. That which is the image of God for you. That life plan which, like the embryo in a seed, is within your heart, within for you as a created manifestation of the great cosmic light intended to take dominion and mastery over your world, and to walk into God’s arms victorious, ascended and free.
O those angelic beings who abide with me in the Temple of the Blue Lotus, I ask thee now to come and to seal these blessed ones with your own blessed cherubic flames. Come, beloved angels of the Blue Lotus. Seal, heal and bless these dear ones, pilgrims upon the path back to God’s own heart. Bless them with the ageless wisdom of our temple, and let them feel from this hour forward that they have progressed because they have accepted our blessing conferred now in the name and by the power of God, which I AM. I, Himalaya, thank you and bless you eternally. Goodnight.

Who is Lord Himalaya?
Himalaya is the manu of the fourth root race. He is also the hierarch of the Retreat of the Blue Lotus in the Himalayan mountains, guardian of the ray of the masculine aspect of the Godhead focused directly from the heart of Alpha. The gentle radiance of Himalaya can be felt throughout the East as a tangible presence drawing the pilgrims of all nations into a divine awareness of the flame of the blue lotus.
The fourth root race
A root race is a group of souls, or a lifewave, who embody together and have a unique archetypal pattern, divine plan and mission to fulfill. The manus (Sanskrit for “progenitors” or “lawgivers”) ensoul the Christic image for the lifewave they sponsor. According to esoteric tradition, there are seven primary groups of souls, i.e., the first to seventh root races.
The first three root races lived in purity and innocence upon earth in three golden ages before the Fall of man. Through obedience to cosmic law and total identification with the Real Self, these three root races won their immortal freedom and ascended from earth. It was during the time of the fourth root race, on the continent of Lemuria, that the allegorical Fall took place under the influence of the fallen angels known as Serpents (because they used the serpentine spinal energies to beguile the soul, or female principle in mankind, as a means of lowering the masculine potential).
The fourth, fifth and sixth root races remain in embodiment on earth today. The seventh root race is destined to incarnate on the continent of South America in the Aquarian age under their manu, the Great Divine Director.
Himalaya’s service
Himalaya is a Master of masters. His pupils have been Lord Gautama, Lord Maitreya, El Morya, Kuthumi and thousands of others. He teaches meditation while in the lotus posture. Those who are privileged to sit at his feet must learn to blend their consciousness with his, and as their pulse becomes one with the rhythm of his threefold flame, they receive the ideations of his mind, although never a word is spoken. Those who master the art of telepathy always leave the Blue Lotus Temple with hearts full and with a mantra that is the key to the unfoldment of their divine plan.
The tangible radiance of Lord Himalaya appears as golden snow; his great devotion to the flame of the Christ in the masses of Asia has kept the Ganges purified as a healing focus for centuries. Likewise, in the mountains bearing his name, he has anchored magnetic poles of the Christ consciousness.
Lord Himalaya has spent much time in the Great Silence (in Nirvana) where he retreats to gather the energies of the great creative consciousness, stepping forth from time to time to release the light he has drawn to the four corners of the earth. At the present time, he is active in his retreat on behalf of the illumination of the world and the uniting of East and West. His divine complement remains in embodiment to anchor their twin flames in form.
Himalaya says:
The quietness of the Buddha, the listening of the Christ, this is the power of God. The Great Silence is the power, the tenderness of the flowers, the new babe and those making the transition to all light. Learn of power, beloved, and learn of me. Learn of the wonder of God and the miracle of grace. Learn of the entering in to the Temple of the Blue Lotus. Learn, then, of the assimilation of that cobalt blue in all of the chakras. Learn the stillness of the eye of the hurricane and the eye of God. Learn the majesty of the peace that establishes the light of the heart.
Calling the fourth root race Home
In 1977, Lord Himalaya sent forth a call to the members of the fourth root race:
I AM Himalaya. I call forth the members of the fourth root race! I call you into the purity of your own God flame! I call you to the purity of Serapis Bey! I call you to the purity of your origin in God! I call you Home! I call the electrons and molecules, cells, and atoms of being into the sacred fires of the AUM!
I send forth the light that now arcs with the God and Goddess Meru, with Lord Vaivasvata Manu, and with the Great Divine Director. And we do renew this day the intensification of the forcefield of the archetypical pattern of the true identity of the members of the root races evolving on earth, of the angelic hosts incarnate, and of all who have become a part of this lifewave.
We send forth, then, the energy of the will of God for the restoration of individual identity.
His twin flame
In 1983 Himalaya revealed that his twin flame is not yet ascended:
I have tarried with earth’s evolutions long, and I wait for my own beloved to ascend from your midst. Therefore, understand how cosmic beings have yet in embodiment their own twin flames, and strive with oneness for your own. For we have known the pain of the battle and the pain of separation. With you we strive onward to attain the mark of Godhood
