I Release the Flame of Freedom for the Resurgence of New York
Hail, Keepers of the Flame in the earth! I am come to you in this hour with the fervor of the flame of freedom, with the fervor of your own hearts multiplied many thousand times over in my heart, by my heart and by the great hearts of the servants of the seventh ray. So, in the name Omri-Tas, I release the flame of freedom for the resurgence of New York!

Angels of Archangel Uriel and Gabriel come now with the living flame of the resurrection in their auras, and they are placed strategically at certain points throughout the city. There are millions upon millions of these angels. Thus, the resurrection flame is multiplied by the power of the seventh ray. And there is a new day of opportunity, and that has not come without the sponsorship of my beloved Portia, the ascended lady master of justice. Therefore, beloved, receive her now, for without her this resurgence in New York could not come about. [21-second standing ovation]
I now release upon the messenger the fire of the resurrection and of the violet flame. And I direct you to study the meaning of the gainsaying of Core, for, beloved ones, there are many who have condemned our messengers, even the messenger Moses, and denied the mantle of prophecy or the mantle of God.
So let it be known that we yet speak through this messenger. And let there be not the denial but let there be the multiplication of that light which we speak. And let Keepers of the Flame know that there are many who would snuff out the mouthpiece and snuff out the continuity of the prophecy of God in the earth. I say this to you, beloved, that you might appreciate the instrumentation we have whereby to anchor in the physical earth by the spoken Word of the LORD God those dispensations which are absolutely essential to your victory.
May you defend the mantle. May you defend the heart, the body and the soul and the mind and even the reputation, if you will, of your messenger. And do the same for one another, for holy Church and for the ascended masters. For, blessed ones, I give you a report of those things that I must call to your attention since our October conference in Atlanta. Please be seated.
Many of you have made the calls to Sanat Kumara and the legions of angels. You have sent them on hundreds and hundreds of missions. They have gone forth. They have accomplished many noble deeds and mighty tasks. They have wrestled with the fallen ones at deep levels of the astral plane in answer to your call, and changes are happening at many levels.
But I must say to you, beloved, I give you the same counsel that you have received this day and that counsel is this: that when you send so much light forth, you must be wary of the backlash upon yourselves as the instrument of the call. For when you make those calls and command the legions and hosts of Sanat Kumara, you are also messengers, you are also the mouthpiece of the holy ones of God. And therefore by your very fiat you bring upon yourselves also and your community the backlash that you must deal with ahead of time.
Sometimes you ought to try the strategy of dealing with the backlash before you have called for the reversing of the tide of the darkness of the fallen ones. And therefore you will catch them off guard, for they are not planning upon you reversing the order of your decrees. And it is well to do so and to do it often.
Therefore, to anticipate what the fallens ones will do, to take care of them and then secure a mighty thrust for a purpose in momentous services in my name, may you not cease to exhaust yourselves in giving the very last measure of violet flame that you can give forth in each and every day of your life and service.
Yes, beloved hearts, this action of the sacred fire and of the Great Central Sun and of the Violet Planet is having its alchemy in the earth. You yourselves know what that alchemy can be when you go after the subconscious and the unconscious levels of being. You may contact areas of yourself and your own dweller that will surprise you, shock you, hurt you and make you wonder, “Where has all this come from?” Well, it has been from many lifetimes. And it has been deliberately sealed by your beloved Holy Christ Self that you might deal with these momentums in a certain level of God-mastery. And a certain level of God-mastery many of you have surely gained.
I say, keep on keeping on and understand that the full God-mastery must come when you have exchanged those levels of the unconscious, caused the violet flame to fill those caverns and that which was once a reaction against any part of life is now utterly consumed. And therefore when you dip into the soul’s intuitive faculties and the power of the soul to contact the deep things of God, it will not be hampered by the electronic belt, by the thoughtforms on the twelve lines of the Clock, nor will it be hampered by old records and ancient times.
Yes, beloved ones, you see a great alchemy happening in the earth as the result of your celebration of Omri-Tas’ Day. And how delighted we are that you have decided to double the time, for the time was always yours and always yours to understand. Thus forty-eight hours, beloved ones, shall become our term for the saturation of the earth with the violet flame of Omri-Tas as has not been seen in many a year.
And what result shall this have? It does give Omri-Tas, Ruler of the Violet Planet, and his 144,000 priests and priestesses of the sacred fire a new dispensation themselves. For by multiplying the violet-flame sea in the heart of the earth and by securing the reservoir of violet flame in Europe, you see, beloved, you give to us more opportunity, and I may even gain greater grants as a result of this. So I am highly pleased with the efforts of many Keepers of the Flame.
And I would like to tell you an anecdote about the messenger. This anecdote she does not expect me to tell you, beloved ones, but… So she was meditating and lying down with face down and deciding that in this brief meditation she would relax all parts of her body and put herself into the meditation of a free fall, falling, then, into the arms of God and feeling the letting go of all tensions of the day.
After a time the messenger realized that in this free fall she had come to the center of the earth and was swimming in the violet-flame sea. This gift I gave to her because she does so love the sea. And therefore she swam in the violet-flame sea and, with the aqua waters mingling, knew the warmth and the beauty and the exhilaration to the body, the soul and the mind of the violet-flame sea.
So, thus you may try this meditation. It requires that you disengage the mind from the tensions of the body and have such trust in God that you visualize yourself descending, falling into the arms of divine love, content that divine love will receive you and take you where it desires. Know, then, beloved, that you have not even tapped the unlimited healing resources of that violet-flame sea.
Why, beloved, you may call to the archangels, for that is their witness and their duty, to take you to the heart of the earth. Why, they take you to the retreats in the etheric octave, beloved. Is it not a small matter for them to take you to the heart of the earth so that you, too, can splash in the waters of the violet-flame sea and know a regeneration and a rejuvenation that you may come back to New York filled with the fires of the violet flame and contribute to the stream of light being released through the angels of Uriel, through the angels of Zadkiel, through the angels of Gabriel for the resurgence of the original flame of New York, the flame of the Temple of the Sun?
So, beloved, with all of your calling, remember to [make the] call. And some of you have not figured out how to remember every hour on the hour to make that fiat. It is well to do so, for such a momentum, beloved, shall multiply your causal body many times over, shall increase your capacity for alchemy, for God-mastery and for the great joy of the living flame of cosmic freedom.
Oh, how the violet flame could do so much more for you if you did so much more for it! And yet you have given a great, great deal. So we look forward to the days preceding the Easter conference when you will have your Omri-Tas’ Day, when you will have your fourth of the month. And we shall see how the world has responded to the Pearls and the messages that the messenger has sent.
Beloved hearts, I am beyond all God-gratitude for this sanctuary and for every one of you. I give a very personal thanks for whatever measure you put into this mighty effort to establish this focus here. How well we know how the forces of death and hell have opposed you. How well we know how your very own decrees and determination and devotions have mandated this release and sponsorship.
I cannot, therefore, express to you enough my profound gratitude. And in this moment I not only bow to the light within you, Portia does also bow to the light within you, but we also add to the cup of light that is on the altar of the secret chamber of the heart. We add to it, then, a portion of elixir of the violet flame that might be there as a focus of the Blood of Christ, of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, of my own Purple Fiery Heart, the Magnanimous Heart of Lanello, the Diamond Heart of Morya.
Thus our five hearts we have committed to you to celebrate in the First Saturdays and the First Fridays. Let this be a divine ritual of communion. May you include the celebration of your own heart and the heart of your own Holy Christ Self. For wherever the heart is opened, wherever one heart multiplies another and ascended beings multiply the hearts of their chelas, there is thus formed that mighty action of the Diamond Heart.
The Diamond Heart of all of us, beloved, is gathered round you this day. We form within that heart of light a circle of fire of angels above and yourselves below. And we seal this sanctuary at this midnight hour in the living flame of cosmic freedom.
May you rejoice, then, in all those things that are in the realm of the possible. For you yourselves have opened doors to angels and therefore will make possible those things that were, not so very long ago, simply blueprints and drawings on the drawing board of our beloved El Morya in the Darjeeling Council. It is a gratifying experience, beyond all telling, for an ascended master to lay plans which those on earth will receive as a communication, will take up with fervor and joy, will be renewed in their own bodies by the resurgence of New York, the resurgence of the flame of freedom and of the resurrection fires.
Know, then, your Archangel Uriel. Know him well and know his calls, for he is the angel of the judgment and he does deliver the judgments of the Lord Jesus Christ and of the hosts of the LORD. And there are areas in this city where the judgment must descend. The city must be purged of organized crime. Yes, beloved, it must be purged of that which is dishonorable. Whether it is on the police force or in any area of government, this city must be purged so that the cosmic honor flame of El Morya shall return to every citizen.
We have noticed, and the messenger noticed immediately in entering the city, a softening of the hearts of all people. It is almost beyond your imagination as to how this could take place in the months that you have spent in such concentration. But I tell you, for you to behold this and to behold the acts of El Morya in this city and what they have tallied up is for you to understand that the miracles are possible, that they are available and that they are not miracles but the hard work of those who make things happen. They are the result of alchemy and of science and an inner love that cannot be equaled. It is the love of the disciple for the master.
I am Saint Germain. Portia is with me. And I look everywhere in the earth where I find a sound investment—yes, a sound investment indeed for that precious light that is mine, for that violet flame. And where there are souls who are sure, who are determined, who will brook no interference with their path, you will see how violet-flame flowers spring from beneath their feet and how they enter into communion with angels and higher octaves and how the decrees to the All-Seeing Eye of God, continuing the reinforcement of the capstone on the pyramid of this civilization, shall bring about an inner awareness, a deep probing of God and the mysteries of life, a ripening and a wisdom that shall come to you.
Oh, how we so desire to see the day when Omri-Tas may decide to let the Electronic Presence of the Violet Planet be superimposed upon the earth. Blessed ones, you are preparing for that day in your Omri-Tas days each month. Do you realize that if this were to be done now it could cause cataclysm and surely an upheaval in the minds and hearts and souls of all inhabitants? It is like a concentrate the bodies of the people cannot yet tolerate.
Yet, I tell you, it has happened before, it will happen again. The day will come when that very thing will come into manifestation, that the Electronic Presence of the Violet Planet and then ultimately the Electronic Presence of the great causal body of all the evolutions of the Violet Planet combined may be superimposed upon the earth. And in that day, my beloved Keepers of the Flame, it will be said of you that you made all the difference and through your hearts and your chakras you acted as transformers, step-down transformers, even acting in conjunction with the transformer of the will of God. And through the transformation of that energy, stepping it down to the level of the people yet raising them up to the level of their Christhood, this transformation did come to earth.
See, then, the history of the future that is already written, that is outlined, waiting for sons and daughters of God to color in the forms, to put them in technicolor and make them alive. Make alive, then, those forms, beloved. Make them alive. For, I tell you, all things are possible with God.1 All things are possible with Omri-Tas. All things are possible with the Goddess of Liberty.
Now from this point where the messenger stands, rings of multicolored violet and purple and pink are eddying out in all directions. For I am Saint Germain and I am the pebble that Almighty God has tossed into your pond. And I have come to make the waves and I have come to make the circles in the water. And these circles going out to a cosmos shall not end.
May you embrace God and embrace my humble self and my precious Portia. May you embrace one another and know that this love is the greatest love the world has known.
Therefore I, Saint Germain, in the name of cosmic freedom, salute each and every one of you. And I show you the great mystery of mapping out the future, then entering in and making that future a reality day by day. This is one of the secrets of the alchemy of the violet flame itself, that you can give the prophecy of the violet flame, that you can send it forth ahead of your steps. Wherever you go, you can send violet-flame angels who will clear the way for you. You can balance your karma ahead of time, change your destiny, change what happens on the morrow and the morrow and the next day. All this you can do.
For are time and space real, beloved? [“No.”] As coordinates of your own existence, they become task masters, do they not? [“Yes”] conditioning to space and to time until you discover that each one is an initiation, an initiation of the Mother as time and the Father as Buddha and of space as the Buddha. Therefore let the action of time and space, of Mother and Buddha become a part of your life.
See things not as sealed in cement but as Matter with its wide open spaces. Remember, then, the saints, Christian mystics who had not all of the knowledge that you have yet they bilocated, yet they appeared here and there in the earth to heal and help others—saints such as Padre Pio. So you understand, beloved, that when the body, when the mind and when the heart are infused with light and with sacred fire, then, precious hearts, it takes on another dimension and you may find yourself, whether apart from the body or in the body, transcending cycles, levitating and entering into those pathways of the adepts of the East.
These you shall not seek for power, though they be called the siddhis.2 But these you shall seek for the very love of God and for the very desire not only to help others in full divine compassion but to be the example of the way—to be the example of the way of the soul’s liberation while yet chained to this world, whether for the purposes of karma or for the purposes of service.
My supreme purpose in giving demonstrations of the feats of alchemy in Europe3 was to awaken and quicken the mind to the possibilities of the future, when, whether by science or by religion, the people of the earth should have the means of the transmutation of matter. Well, this has come about in the manifestation of alloys of metals and all sorts of products that have been devised through chemistry, through physics but always, always because minds who have brought forth these inventions have dipped into the records of akasha, have dipped into Atlantis and have brought back even that which appears as a miracle but which is not.
When you can show the freedom that you can have in these bodies and in your mind by taking all of the tips we have given you and that the messenger has given you, when you can demonstrate that to others and they can be convinced that it is not that you are lucky or lead a charmed life or have some genie or a lamp that you rub but that these are principles and steps that can be followed by the common people and by those who consider themselves uncommon—yes, beloved, to let the world glimpse the freedom from the chains of mortality, this is my desire. This is what I see for you.
I see for you to be liberators first of your own minds and then breaking the chains which enslave the minds of millions. These chains are chains of limitation, chains of finiteness, chains, beloved, that are not real and yet they have been accepted for so long.
Let us, then, break the chains of your soul’s bondage to the schisms within your own psyche, and may you be liberated this night as never before. For El Morya has determined to show the world of the chelas what he can do and what his chelas can do. He has done this. You have seen and heard of the miracles. They shall continue. I pray you, give those calls for the miracles in your Church, for now is the hour for this Church Universal and Triumphant, founded upon the pillars of all ascended hosts, to attain that level of liberation and freedom and to move on in the destiny that has been designed for all who come to this fount and desire to drink of the waters of everlasting life.
You have tarried long. You have come through the storm. You have seen the light and you have absorbed the great radiance of Mother Liberty and many unseen guests that have filled these halls and seats where they but appear empty. Yes, beloved, going back and back and back to all that has transpired in this area, we find that there has never been a time in past ages when freedom has not appeared. For this land has been consecrated to freedom and to your personal freedom for aeons into the distant past, and that sponsorship shall be here for aeons to come.
May you know Opportunity at hand when you see her. May you embrace her and, above all, accept divine justice. For divine justice, though it be hard, has as its ultimate goal your personal liberation.
Therefore, receive your karma. For, beloved, karma has two sides and the blessing is always the fruit of the Spirit that you derive from entering in, locking gears with your karma, receiving the Holy Spirit, balancing it and passing from pain unto the joy of everlasting life. Yes, beloved, see to it that it is divine justice that you receive and not merely the ploys of the fallen angels, the rebel ones who seek to tear you from your truest love.
At inner levels and in the highest octaves, I seal you now, one with your own beloved twin flame in the heart of your causal body. May you know this night that supreme happiness of wholeness, and return, evermore determined on the morrow, to achieve that wholeness, as you are half of the Divine Whole yet must become whole in your own right.
We shall see what the morrow brings, beloved. For every day is a day of the miracle pouch of Saint Germain and the miracle joy of Morya and his chelas. I bow to you in the light of the star fire of the causal body of the Violet Planet. May you look upon this causal body at inner levels and know: What man has done, man can do. What woman has done, woman can do. What child has done, child can do. Individual for individual, the people of planet Earth can surely do what the people of the Violet Planet have done.4
In the name of the Father-Mother God, in the name of the Son and the Holy Spirit, I seal you. I depart not from you. For we who have spoken will tarry at tomorrow’s meeting and bless you all and bless the messenger and bless all who were prevented from being here. It was for a reason, so know it well.
I am Saint Germain. And I draw from the well of life truly the waters of everlasting life. May you drink of them and know the resurgence of your souls even as you reinforce our dispensation for the resurgence of New York by the flame of freedom, by the resurrection fires. I bow to you and I salute you out of my Purple Fiery Heart this day and in the hour of your ascension, O beloved.

Who Is Saint Germain?
Saint Germain is our immortal friend and brother. As the Chohan of the Seventh Ray and Hierarch of the Aquarian Age, he is leading the people of earth into a new era of freedom and enlightenment.
At the time of Atlantis, Saint Germain served as a high priest and a master of invocation at the Temple of Purification.
Through invocations and his boundless love for the flame of Life, Saint Germain sustained a pillar of fire, a veritable fountain of the violet flame, which magnetized people from near and far who came to be set free from binding conditions that afflicted their body, soul and mind.
These devotees achieved physical and spiritual healing through the offering of invocations and the practice of seventh-ray rituals to the sacred fire.
In the book Prayer and Meditation by Jesus and Kuthumi Elizabeth Clare Prophet writes in the chapter titled “Who is Saint Germain?”:
The ascended master Saint Germain is the sponsor of America and the very living Spirit of freedom to every soul. Just as Jesus stood as the open door to the attainment of the christ consciousness in the two-thousand-year Christian/Piscean era, so Saint Germain comes today hand-in-hand with the Prince of Peace as the ascended master of the Aquarian age.
He ordained us, messengers of the Great White Brotherhood, in order that the true teaching of Jesus Christ might be brought to our remembrance, as he promised, by the Holy Spirit who comes in the person of the ascended masters speaking the word of the lord through the messenger.
The understanding of your opportunity to know the self as christ is the true science of religion which Jesus taught to those with “ears to hear” and which Saint Germain now declares to all through “his servants, the prophets.”
Saint Germain comes forth in this “time of trouble” which marks the moment of the turning of cycles from Pisces to Aquarius. His is the consciousness of freedom, the fiery baptism of the Holy Spirit christening a new race, a new life-wave, a new age of self-discovery, and the “new world” America.
America was founded by the brotherhood on the matrix of the original thirteen of Jesus Christ and his apostles. it is a country where freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, and freedom to assemble are meant to provide the foundation for the attainment of the collective Christ consciousness. It is destined to be a community of the Holy Spirit, a forum where the greatest souls of all ages will be “born again” with the incoming avatars of Aquarius to produce a living archetype of freedom. By the unseen hand and the very specific guidance of the ascended masters, America—the heart, the mind, the soul of a world—was born.

What is the Keepers of the Flame Fraternity?
The Keepers of the Flame Fraternity was founded in 1961 by Saint Germain as an organization of ascended masters and their chelas who vow to keep the flame of Life on earth and support the activities of the Great White Brotherhood in the establishment of their Community and Mystery School and in the dissemination of their teachings. Keepers of the Flame receive graded lessons in cosmic law dictated by the ascended masters to their messengers Mark and Elizabeth Prophet.
Purposes
El Morya speaks of the purposes of the fraternity:
In January 1961 I authorized the formation of the Keepers of the Flame Fraternity to be formed of a circle of devotees within The Summit Lighthouse who would give supreme allegiance to the flame of Life and to the Knight Commander, Saint Germain. I invited all who would pledge their support to this hierarch of the Aquarian age to participate in a worldwide endeavor to draw into the flame of the Holy Spirit sons and daughters of God who would come forward to claim their inheritance as joint heirs of the Christ consciousness….
To those who would give their support shoulder to shoulder to the Ascended Masters and to our Messengers Mark and Elizabeth Prophet for the promulgation of authentic teaching delivered unto them by the hierarchy, a special invitation was extended by the Knight Commander and me to affirm their sponsorship and their commitment by joining this outer fraternity of the Great White Brotherhood….
Those who responded are those who understood from deep within the soul the need to reconsecrate that flame through daily invocations and decrees made in the name of the I AM Presence and the Christed Self of all mankind—those who were eager to pursue the alchemy of the Spirit and to work directly with Saint Germain to precipitate the foundations of the golden age.

I AM the champion of Saint Germain! I AM the champion of freedom! And I come with a momentum of the will of God and of all who combine and serve in the ray of blue and of heaven’s will in order to ratify all that has been given by the Knight Commander.
I stand before you to pledge anew my light and the diamond of my light to Saint Germain, our Commander of Freedom!
