OUT OF THE SPIRIT OF THE Lord
UNTO THE TWO WITNESSES
Behold, Our God Is a Consuming Fire of Love!
Angels of the sacred fire from the pink sphere of love, come forth in the name of the Elohim. Angels of white-fire purity from the heart of the God Star, come forth in the name of Surya. Angels of emerald fires and crystal hues bearing the scepter of science, come forth in the name of Sanat Kumara. [Chant.] Great Central Sun messengers, mighty spheres of light, descend to the core of each one’s being in the name of Alpha and Omega.
I AM Heros and Amora. I AM heart-fire love of mighty Elohim. I AM the consciousness of love permeating all of cosmos. I AM one. We are all, pervading all, aware of God as Self in all. I AM the flow of Cosmic Mother.
Angels from the heart of Virgo and Pelleur, arise. Come forth. Angels of Jesus the Christ, legions from the heart of the Father-Mother God, come forth now in answer to the call of the souls of all mankind. Let this solar system now be permeated with the Holy Spirit. Blaze forth the light of the sacred fire! Blaze forth the light of our twin flames as one light, one fire that is the consuming of all dross and fear and death and doubt and injustice. I call, by the authority of the seven mighty Elohim, for the universal consciousness of the Christ to consume that which opaques the light of the Presence of each one of the heart of the Mother. I call for the fires of the love to intensify here and to be made a permanent forcefield in this aura of the love of God for all of his children.
Sons and daughters of the flame, be one in our love and let this flow of fire melt with a fervent heat the elements in all of the planes of Mater. So let that melting be a consuming of all pollution of the etheric plane, the mental plane, the emotional quadrant, and the physical earth. So let this love be for the transforming, healing action of Terra as Terra herself is ordained as a minister of the sacred fire among the planets and planetary homes. So let the earth be freedom’s star to show all evolutions what freedom is.
Therefore, Chamuel and Charity, send forth the love ray for the confounding of the tongues of Babel. Blaze forth! Blaze forth! Blaze forth the arc of love that will confuse their carnal mindedness, that will confuse the fallen ones and the Liar and the lie and lay the snare that will ultimately be the downfall of the Luciferians. Roll back all darkness by the power of love! Roll it back by the fire of Jove! Roll it back! Burn through and let all come to the presence of love and know that God is real for God is love.
Behold our God is the consuming fire of love that burns through and restores life and will and wholeness and wisdom. Behold I AM the leaves of the tree of love that are for the healing of the nations.
I send forth this love into Syria, into Damascus for the burning up of the ancient hatreds of the laggards. I send forth love into Israel for the burning up of that darkness. Angels of love, penetrate now. Burn through that holy city! Restore that city to the consciousness of the Christ. Burn through! Burn through! Burn through! My word of love and fire shall not return unto me void, for I AM the fullness of the adoration flame that is the relentless tide of love from God’s heart.
I send love into America. I send love behind the iron curtain. I draw all souls into the fire infolding itself in the heart of Love. I AM the consciousness of love that compels the atoms of the earth free. I AM the compelling magnetism that heals the cancers of the world. I flood forth love. Behold, I AM love. I AM the lightning of pink fire that descends to shatter the darkness, shatter the darkness, shatter the darkness!
O Love, burn now and intensify the white fires of love. Intensify the ruby ray acting to shatter that darkness. I say to all mankind, stop where you are! Stop! Listen! Behold! Change your minds! Change the tracks of your energy flow! Bind the discarnates and all human woe! Bind the error! Bind the foe! Burn through! Bind all death and the fallen ones and the suicide entity! Burn through! Bind all selfishness! I say to you, mankind: Hear the voice of Love! Go forth and serve God in your fellowman.
This day I say: Render service, pray for those who are your enemies, those who despitefully use you, and let the presence of love consume the fires of hatred that burn a blackness as black coals. So I say, let the fire of love spring forth and be the all-consuming Presence until all else subsides as the sea rolls back making way for the sunset and the shimmering light upon the waters that speaks of the Homeward path which you will follow to the heart of the Sun. [Eleven-second pause. Amora speaks:]
In the energy of love there is a comfort, a tenderness, a whispering of a hope. In the flame of love there is the stillness of inner space, of outer space. Love is the quiet flow of creative fires. Love is the stillness in summer and the green leaves upon the trees and the grasses blowing in the breeze, the murmur of a lark, the chirping of the birds, the heartbeat of a hummingbird, the flitting of the butterflies, the song of the crickets as all of life moves to emulate the invisible waves of love that flow from the very center of a cosmic glow.
I AM the presence of love fire in a baby’s smile, in the light of the eye of a child. I AM Amora, awareness of Mother as all. All of life lives and moves in my consciousness of the Elohimic awareness of God as Mother. I move in all of life. I AM there. When you love, I AM the joy of love, and I rejoice as you love one another. I AM there, too, when you compromise love into the sordid aspects of degradation and death. I AM there when the energies of cosmos are strained into sharpness, irritation, the harshness of the human will, and I feel the pain of electrons who are forced into patterns not in keeping with the will of God and their vow to ensoul that will.
I AM here and I AM there. I AM in the heart of the soldier on the battlefield when the bullet strikes and the soul must depart that form. I AM the love that soothes the elemental, that wraps the soul and takes the soul to a higher place of rest. I AM there on the bed of pain where suffering and torment of returning cycles of misused love come full circle in consciousness, in body temple. I AM there as the law outworking a destiny of solar fires even in that pain that becomes the bliss of awareness of the allness of love.
I AM the discipline of love when the baby child first touches the hot stove. I AM the discipline of the fire of love that says, “Touch me not, for I am too hot. Grow a little, learn a little. Come into the center of the Christ and then, then you may touch the fires of love and not be burned for then you are love and love, feeling love, is the oneness of God in manifestation. And then the fires of love become a coolness, remolding the mind with tenderness and compassion.”
O precious hearts, gentle ones, impart understanding, forgive one another and know that when you forgive you move with me in consciousness across the Cosmic Egg. Know that I am happy when you forgive. Know that justice belongs to love. Know that God takes care and rights all wrong and teaches those who err, who do not understand love as a song, love as a flow.
O heart fires here who glow in the essence of love, fear not to give love continually for love is the law that exacts a just recompense. And therefore you see, without rancor, bitterness, resentment you can exact the law and the discipline simply by loving. Keep on loving for your love will hold the earth together. Your love will reinforce the action of our release this day. We must keep these flood tides of love moving. In order to do so, we must have coordinates at this level.
We ask you, in the name of God, please be our coordinates. Please hold our love. Do not disappoint us as we have been disappointed for so many thousands of years. Do not deprive us of the joy of our release. Keep love unto yourself not only for today but for every day to come throughout the years. For you see, we do not come often to humanity. Because we have been given dispensations of love to impart, we have come forth giving love. Our love has been trampled upon. It has been rejected. It has been turned to hatred and to scorn. And so you see how even the Cosmic Virgin does weep to see the desecration of the energies of the Father-Mother God.
We come in the hope that this energy will be retained in the chalice of your hearts, given freely to the little ones waiting to be born. Oh, let tenderness govern your words and, I pray you, let me not feel the sharpness of that tongue of anger. Let me not feel it anymore, for I am sensitized to the flow of every erg of energy of love–as above, so below. Do you understand, then, how cosmic beings can be crucified even in the plane of Mater as mankind misuse the divine energies? So it is God himself and all of his components who are crucified in flesh, in form, as mankind abuse the Great Law.
Precious hearts, the love that has been released in this service this day is for an entire generation. It is that power that will be focused in your souls, in your causal bodies as you now, by your presence here, are ordained emissaries of Heros and Amora until the hour of your ascension. Wherever you go remember, wherever you contact life, life has need of a gesture of kindness that over that gesture our love might flow.
In the name of the living Christ, as an Elohim of love I beg you, do not disappoint us. Above all, do not disappoint the Father-Mother God. For remember, if you cannot carry this love, if you cannot defend this love against all enemies, then I say I cannot promise when love will come again in such a torrent and such a release. And, precious hearts, if the planet be bereft of love then the ultimate disintegration spiral will begin. For where love is withdrawn, life is withdrawn and flow from God to man and man to God must cease. This has already occurred in the bodies of many who suffer the disease of a lack of love, who suffer the awful blight of being consumed by the cancers of hatred. Precious hearts, all of that can be reversed if you will but hold this flame that I give.
I pray, then, that as you walk with the Mother the stations of the cross that you will realize that the Mother walks with God as God himself in every part of life walks the Via Dolorosa. And until this earth becomes a permanent atom in the body of God, it will ever be so that for every hurt, for every child that falls and hurts his knee, God feels that pain, that energy. And so you see the mystery of life, the mystery of creation, is more than you know, more than you realize. And the sacrifice of the ascended hosts of life is truly the giving of their all that you might live to return to our heart–to the heart of Love. I AM in the flame. [Conclusion of Amora.]
We are Heros and Amora and we go forth to cosmic heights, to the center of a sun that now is the point of strength, the coordinate in heaven whereby you here below shall have the victory of the cosmic Mother flow.
Behold love! I ascend in love. I descend in love. I come. I go. I AM the All in all.

The dictation is given by the masculine and feminine counterparts of the flame. Heros begins with fiats and the drawing forth of the energy, and Amora continued in the center describing love and teaching us, and then the concluding sentences were form Heros. Chanting of the name of Elohim is a very powerful release of energy and you should note that he began that after the first paragraph.
The Elohim standing in the midst of the northwestern part of the United States. It was given July fifth, twelve- twenty p.m. in Spokane, Washington, which is close to Idaho and close to our northern border. It is also close to the focal point of the Elohim themselves in Canada. If the Elohim invoke the angelic hosts then we can see that we ought to invoke the angelic hosts. You can see who they are calling forth and do likewise. They’re calling forth angels of the sacred fire from the pink sphere of love; angels of white-fire of purity from the heart of the God Star; angels of emerald fires. Crystal hues. These are angels that we do not call to normally under those titles, and so if an Elohim is calling them forth in a dictation we can be certain that it is the means of educating us to new orders of angels whose names are now released and we can benefit by invocation to them. So many dictations are given that many who receive the first energies of the dictations and even receive them on tape are not alert to the fact that every line and every paragraph there is something much more than the obvious being released. There is great energy, there are dispensations, there is information that you can immediately use. Every dictation is intended to become a fiat like the fiats that we wrote from mighty Victory’s dictations. So you have the authority once the dictation is given to take it line for line and give it as fiats.
Who are Heros and Amora?
Elohim Heros and Amora are the Elohim of the third ray of God’s love, representing the Spirit of the Father-Mother God on the pink plume. They infuse earth, air, fire and water with the cohesive power of the Holy Spirit. Thus, by the power of the love they radiate, the planets are held in their orbits and the electrons continue on their appointed rounds.
The radiance of Heros and Amora is pink with a white lining.
In 1995, Heros and Amora came with a landmark dispensation whereby they were strategically layering thousands of “bricks of the ruby ray” in the earth that would “radiate ruby-ray ‘heat’ to balance inner levels of the earth closest to the core.” They will stabilize the earth and curtail the power of those with evil intent, lightening the load of darkness on the planet. The Elohim also said that this action would cause changes in the earth, and added, “You may pray that these changes be not physical.” They encouraged us to give violet-flame decrees daily to restore the equilibrium of the planet.
Our angels will repair the faults in the etheric sheath, and as you intensify your violet-flame rituals, they will repair the faults in the earth. And you shall see the curtailment of the power of those who have persecuted the body of God in the earth. Ratify this prophecy by your calls, and it shall swiftly come to pass!
Heros and Amora would like us to focus on first, the intensification of these ruby-ray bricks and second, the defeat of all forces of anti-love that oppose the union of twin flames and our union with our Higher Self. Visualize the layered ruby-ray bricks radiating an intense ruby heat throughout the earth.
Heros and Amora speak of an action of love that is not widely understood:
The action of love is the action of the mightiest force in all of cosmos, the unleashing of the white-fire core of the atom, of the core of the secret rays…. Watch, then, how the judgment is meted by God through the instrument of the Elohim and through the instrument of love, and see how in the coming days there is a reinforcement of choices: those who choose light will find their light reinforced … and those who are of the darkness will become that conglomerate mass of the mass subconscious wherein the spirals of self-annihilation and defeat lead, then, to the second death. Choose, then, life!… Choose allegiance to the inner flame. And be not concerned whether or not the messenger, the emissary, is right, is wrong, is real, or is not real…. Be concerned with the choice within the citadel of your own consciousness, your own being and life, and then you will know what is Real.
