DICTATION TRANSCRIPT
“God Has Decided to Save the Earth!”
The new cycle has begun, and the sign of the cycle is balance: balance in heart and mind, balance in soul and Spirit, balance in thought and feeling, balance in the inner and the outer manifestation. For every yin, a yang. For every yang, a yin. And in this, the mighty scales of Libra will preserve that nation whose fire is sent into the air as a display to all nations as the outer confirmation of the inner consecration of the sons and daughters of liberty.
Let those who would be instruments of the Lord know that all, all leads to the cycling at the point of the nexus and the Now. The center of the scales is the pillar for transition. It is a cross of fire and gold and the promise God holds for you and for me. Under the sign of Libra, let the personality of a nation mature to God-reality. As the moon has been seen in Libra, so by the law will this hierarchy initiate a new age.
And do you know, God has sent forth a light. God has said: “I will save Terra. I will save freedom. I will save all through my people, through my own. Through my instrument on earth, I will save a fiery destiny.” These words are the sign to the Cosmic Council and to the Lords of Karma for a new release. And yet this release is a tempered release that you might become like tempered steel and that we might temper the great winds of the Holy Spirit to the shorn lamb of mankind’s identity.
A Storehouse of Energy to Be Given at First to the Few
There is a great holding of the reins of power by the Elohim on behalf of the Lords of Karma. There is a great holding action, and it is of a mighty tide of light. It is in order that these focal points of energy might be released not so abundantly that they are taken for granted and easily misused because there is such plenty. No, it is a storehouse of energy, an energy pool and a resource that has great momentum. But it would be given at first to the few, the few who have the balance of God-control in God-reality.
Let the heart chakras, then, of those who are bold in the flame, of those who carry the torch with me and the book of the Law, be strengthened. Let these strengthen the heart, and let our heart become one great heart of love. Let the heart be the orifice. Let it be the great opening into the lens of the mind of God. Let it be the means whereby God reaches through and touches humanity through you. Let it be for the flow.
Let Your Bodies Become the Ritual of the Rhythm of Cosmos
And as you open your heart to receive our dispensation, remember the creative tension of the Lord. Remember–that each point of energy you release be a disciplined one, be one that has purpose and measure, honor, momentum, ritual in freedom. Let your bodies become the ritual of the rhythm of cosmos. Let the T’ai Chi flow through you and let the postures of the holy ones be known to you. As you establish flow in your chakras, so establish flow for the maximum anchoring of God’s light in physical atoms.
Let these cups be filled. Let the cups of Matter be consecrated. Let them be filled with the holy wine and let them be touched by the hem of his garment. Come into alignment with the promised ones who have gone before and mastered these planes. So many are they! They are hope that what man has done, man can do.
Heaven Confirms Its Love for You
When you feel homesick for our bands, when you feel joy, when you hear our footsteps in the way but it seems that you cannot quite reach us, rise up on your tiptoes and reach a little farther. For we really are no farther than your highest aspirations, your innermost dreams, your prayers to God, your hope for the children, your love for America and her people.
We are in your dreams and in your loves. We are in your longing. We are in your decrees. We are very much a part–and so when light as cosmic lightning strikes upon your soul with the blessing of the Comforter and of celestial sons and daughters, feel touched and know that heaven is very near. And heaven by so many manifestations confirms its love for you.
I stand on that island waiting for those who would walk through the open door of my heart. I have sent joy and love and the promise of freedom to generations–so many who have had the dream, the dream of the Great White Brotherhood. All love me, all place their trust in me. And yet the sternness of my face reveals the discipline of grace, of feminine principle and the seriousness of the hour.
“God Has Decided to Save the Earth”
I come from the God Star Sirius this night I come where the deliberations of the Four and Twenty Elder concerning all manifestations of earth are underway. And, one and all, I hear them say: “God has decided to save the earth.” Simple words–words given to a child.
I am that child. I am the child of liberty. I adore liberty, I live in liberty, and I send forth liberty to all. Before the almighty ones, I am but a child and so these simple words are enough for me. I live in the comfort of the Lord God of hosts. I am nestled in his cosmos. I am secure in starlight, in sunshine, in the wind and in the rain. I am secure because God made me and because I know he is in me.
Let these lessons be taught to young and old alike. Let them be spread abroad throughout the land. Let them be repeated as the report from the Lords of Karma. We could tell you of the intricacies of the plan, but then if you would gaze upon the rose and enjoy the rose, you would really rather not know, for the moment, the intricacies of the plan.
Someday and somewhere you will know, but suffice it to be that God has decided to save the earth. And when you ask how and why and where and who, the answer is: “Through you!”
My love to you. My wisdom to you. And all of my power, yours to command. Let us see now what the Lords of Karma can do to draw you into that starry light, that focus of the Son of God. Let us see what the Lords of Karma will do as we see once again what you will do when you go forth in the flame of victory.
Children of the Sun, We Are Indeed One!
Take the torch from my heart. Will you carry it for me on the morrow through the city? For you see, I must be at my focus releasing certain cosmic energies. I will arc them to you, but for the march you must carry the torch for me. And I will carry my torch for you. And I will place my torch in a very secret place, in a very, very secret place. And I ask you to come and find that place, a very, very secret place. And perhaps when we meet again, I will tell you that place.
And now the curtain is drawn on the bicentennial celebration of the ascended masters and their chelas. And now all is sealed within you by our love. Go forth in love. Live in the love of the Mother and the Spirit, the Son and the Father. Be sealed, be healed, be made whole! And through you, see how America and the world will also be made whole.
Children of the Sun, children of the Sun, children of the Sun, we are indeed one!

Goddess of Liberty
The Goddess of Liberty is spokesman for the Karmic Board and representative of the second ray on that Board. She is the hierarch of the Temple of the Sun, her etheric retreat over the island of Manhattan, New York. She holds the God consciousness of liberty for the earth.
Embodiments
The Goddess of Liberty personally liberated millions of souls on a number of planets prior to her ascension.
She was also embodied as a member of the Amazonian Race, a people of great stature whose women ruled an ancient civilization where the Amazon Basin now is.
During her embodiment upon Atlantis, she erected the Temple of the Sun where Manhattan Island now is, patterning it after the Solar Temple in the Great Central Sun. The central altar was dedicated to the threefold flame of the liberty of the Christ, which proceeds from the white-fire core of Being focused by beloved Alpha and Omega. This shrine was surrounded by twelve lesser shrines attended by representatives of the solar hierarchies who, together with the Goddess of Liberty, invoked on behalf of the evolutions of the earth the spiritual radiation of the Sun behind the sun.
Just prior to the sinking of Atlantis, the Goddess of Liberty transported the liberty flame enshrined at the temple to a place of safety in another retreat of the Great White Brotherhood, the Château de Liberté in southern France. When Atlantis went down in cataclysm, the Temple of the Sun was withdrawn to the etheric octave. The activities of the Brotherhood of Liberty continue at the etheric plane where the physical temple once stood.
Her service following her ascension
So great was her momentum of dedication to the Spirit of Liberty embodied in the threefold flame of the heart, that after her ascension, this lady master was called upon to bear the title of Goddess of Liberty, denoting her office in hierarchy as the authority for the cosmic consciousness of liberty to the earth.
The Spirit of Liberty inspired the early American patriots to found a new nation “under God” and to frame a constitution based on the Brotherhood’s plan for the emerging Christ consciousness that would come to maturity on virgin soil under the direction of Saint Germain, the God of Freedom for the earth.
A considerable number of Americans at that time accepted the presence and divine intervention of heavenly intercessors as a natural part of life. The art and literature of the period frequently depicted angelic beings, gods and goddesses, and clouds of glory. The Goddess of Liberty, patroness of the “sacred cause” espoused by the patriots, was perhaps the most revered of all the heavenly hosts. In 1775, Thomas Paine honored her in a ballad called “Liberty Tree.”
The Goddess of Liberty appeared to General Washington during the winter of 1777 and revealed to him America’s destiny, giving him the strength and the courage to complete his own mission as the liberator of the thirteen original colonies. [See Washington’s vision.]
The Statue of Liberty
It is no wonder that the Statue of Liberty, a gift of the French people, was erected on Bedloe’s Isle. The flame of liberty drew the focus of the Statue of Liberty as an outer symbol of hope for liberation from all forms of tyranny to the “tired, the poor, the huddled masses yearning to breathe free.”
The Goddess of Liberty wears a crown of seven rays, focusing the power of the Elohim and their implementation of the seven rays in form, in Matter (Mater), the mother aspect of Divinity. Her crown is also a focus of the seven rays anchored in the forehead of every son and daughter of God. The Goddess of Liberty represents the “Lady with the lamp” whom Henry Wadsworth Longfellow prophesied would “stand in the great history of the land, a noble type of good, heroic womanhood.”
The Goddess of Liberty represents the archetypal pattern of the World Mother who carries the Book of Divine Law, the Book of Illumination containing the knowledge that will show mankind the way out of the night of human error. At the base of the Statue of Liberty are broken chains, symbolizing a being free from the bondage of human creation, stepping forth to enlighten the world. Her torch is the flame of cosmic illumination.
In July 1986, four days of festivities marked the hundredth anniversary of the dedication of the Statue of Liberty in New York harbor. Presiding at the relighting ceremony of the Statue on July 3rd, President Reagan proclaimed: “We are the Keepers of the Flame of Liberty. We hold it high tonight for the world to see.”
On July 4th, millions around the globe witnessed the largest fireworks extravaganza in U.S. history as America celebrated Lady Liberty’s presence in our land. As part of the celebration, Chief Justice Warren Burger administered the oath of citizenship to over 15,000 new citizens gathered at various sites across the nation.
