DICTATION TRANSCRIPT
A Special Dispensation for All the Youth:
A Mantle as a Filigree of Protection
Hail, legions of Venus! Come now! Rally round the Mother of the World. Rally around her children! Let them be drawn up now into the levels of the etheric octave where the power, wisdom and love of the music of the spheres is able to transform worlds of the psyche, worlds in the inner earth.
Let music not be thought of as something that does not have ultimate power. The great symphonies, the works of Beethoven, Mahler and many others <1>–play these also perpetually in your homes, for they are upholding a certain level of vibration of molecules, of atoms and of the earth. Know, then, that music is a mighty powerful force. And just because it is so, the fallen angels, as you know, have moved in everywhere to take from children and adults alike the original purity of the sound of the Om that originated in the Word in the Beginning, the sound of the Om that calls Home to the Divine Mother all evolutions whose day and hour is come for their perfectionment.
I am Sanat Kumara. I have come and tarried long in the earth. I have returned to my home star and returned to earth again. I will not be moved from this planetary home until every lightbearer is ascended in the light and free. Is this not the vow of the bodhisattva, beloved? Indeed it is.
Harmony Is the Key to Receiving Dispensations
I am a bodhisattva of sorts. I am also one of the Kumaras, the Eternal Youth. Therefore, beloved, come into my heart now, for we have a calling from God. We have an assignment and it is to turn back Evil, the Evil that comes to naught and is nothing, yet the Evil that holds ultimate material power.
We can fight to win–or we may fight not. There are only two choices. [But there is only one real choice] and that is to fight to win. Let the word go forth! Let the power of God in you go forth! Summon from the deepest recesses of being the power that God has placed there. And if you find it not enough, call to Elohim. Call to Elohim to increase power and they will increase it in those who maintain the harmony of power, wisdom and love.
Harmony is the key! If you look to the cosmic bank and say, “I desire, I desire a dispensation,” then they will say to you: “Where is your harmony in the bank? We must look and see in your account whether you have held the funds we have given to you in total harmony.”
Harmony, beloved, seems simple at that, but it is not simple when the forces of darkness assail you. And you ought to know how they assail the messenger in each conference, each time she takes a dictation. Understand the intensity of that circle of energy that she does establish and that we do also accelerate whereby that circle of fire will not admit anything but the very essence of God.
Dictations Come from Higher Levels in the Etheric Octave
So, the dictations you are receiving come from higher levels in the etheric octave than from the normal planes where you live and work and play. Being able to rise to that dimension, beloved, to take the dictations, then to descend again, then to be greeted by mundane affairs or burdens or lesser manifestations even moments after a dictation is taken–please understand, beloved hearts, that [this is not easy]. When the messenger must rise to heights for a purpose or must descend into hell for other purposes, for the rescuing of souls of light, take pity upon her and allow her to acclimate herself back to the norms where you would speak and work with her.
[Among those] that we can find upon the earth who proclaim themselves as messengers, it is not everyone who can indeed enter into these higher octaves while yet remaining in an earth body. So, beloved, it is the rejoicing of the messenger to do this work, and we rejoice in the work and we rejoice in the work that you do also through your Holy Christ Self as you rise in consciousness in the framework of the aura of the messenger, as you are taken up to new dimensions of your own being, even touching the hem of your causal body or being able to place your hands upon the feet of your Holy Christ Self.
There are many purposes for the dictations–first and foremost, for the expansiveness that comes about, for the creativity. For when you bask in the light and the violet flame and you have built walls of violet flame that reach to the uppermost levels, to the thirty-third level of the etheric octave–yes, beloved, when you will one day be able to do this as the messenger does it, you will understand that there is required a shifting of gears and yet there is also the stretching of the mind, the probing of the Higher Self.
There is in some, beloved, a gradual growing, an inner growing, a growth into the fullness of the stature of your very own Christhood, your very own Godhood. As you reach for those levels and return to them when not otherwise occupied, you can go back again and again to those points, high points of light and of energy fields that have come upon you as gently falling snow, even as the snowflakes come with patterns that have to do with your own inner patterns.
You are far more flexible than you know if you would just allow yourself to be it, beloved. But there comes a time when you do not have that flexibility and a time when the messenger does have it and therefore you receive through her the spoken Word.
I have digressed to mention these things to you, beloved, because it is so that some take for granted how with ease the messenger does deliver the dictations. Well, beloved, it is with long hard work of many thousands of years of being tutored, of being trained for this very calling. It is not something that happens overnight. So, while we have the messenger, we are determined to bring to you information that is extremely important to the fulfillment of the destiny of America, to the placing of the capstone upon the civilization here at hand.
Above All, America Must Be Saved
Saint Germain has sponsored the nation. Saint Germain calls to you, Keepers of the Flame and all lightbearers of the world, now to raise this civilization to the [highest] level of the pyramid, to do so through the seventh ray and to know that that capstone ultimately becomes the open door whereby you enter into the portals of eternity forever and forever.
One scenario is this–that the United States of America does go down because of the infamy of the fallen ones who have determined to destroy her. Or there is the scenario that you and all of you who go forward as patriots of God might have such an aura about you as to draw hundreds and thousands and millions into the realization that, above all, this nation under God must be saved. For if this nation is not saved but is destroyed by nuclear war, then no other nation shall rise again except perhaps those of the fallen ones who shall have remained intact, for their strategies have been of Evil and of death and hell.
You Are Capable of Averting Nuclear War
Blessed ones, should the day come that total cataclysm comes forth because of total nuclear war, remember this: those that have brought nuclear war upon this earth, they thereby shall go to the second death. This is small comfort to those of you who might suffer under the dominion of the remnants of these fallen ones, but I paint it for you, beloved, that you might understand that cycles coming and moving on can also be cycles of future eras.
Therefore, beloved ones, contemplate this. It is within your grasp, it is within your reach, it is within your assignment, it is within your causal body to spread the teachings, to bring them to the nations, to avert nuclear war, to avert that which could come upon this soil. Those in embodiment today are capable of this. The reinforcements who have come are also capable of helping you. It is a matter of communication, then.
Where are the Mercurians? Where are those who are the writers and the journalists, those who can speak, those who can tell the world what is happening? Those who have come and have kept the code of the God Mercury, they are the ones who can sound the alarm. Let it be so, beloved, let it be so!
The Holy Kumaras approach each one. The Holy Kumaras place their aura about you. We place our love about you, each one, and we place our love about those under the sun who are tied to the heart of Helios and Vesta. No matter what their religion, they are lovers of God in whatever form that love may take. So, we come nigh to you for that strengthening, for that opportunity, for that wondrous power that God may continue to give unto you as by each increment of your use of that power you prove yourself worthy, holy, harmonious. [10-second pause]
Give the Decrees for the Removal of the Fallen Ones
From my heart I have given to the messenger the mandate that those of you who will, should decree for the judgment, for the reversing of the tide, the binding of the dweller-on-the-threshold, and all actions that must take place for the removal of these fallen ones. So I have spoken. Let those on the phone patch receive the work that is done here in the court–the work that is done here, beloved, for the judgment of the aliens, for the judgment of the laggards, for the stripping of them of their power, and for the mighty legions of light to be invoked. All this, beloved, you may play on your machines twenty-four hours a day at the highest volume you can without disturbing neighbors, et cetera.<*>
It is the power of the Word! It is the power of the Word that descends into the earth, that descends into the beings of the people, the power in the earth! Let us consider the multiplication factor of those who participate in these decrees wherever they are in the earth. Let us consider what that multiplication can do. Though we measure not numbers, we understand the numbers and the multiples thereof that therefore can bring a tremendous dispensation through these very decrees.
Those of you who have been our staunch decree leaders who may not be here for some time again but who will return for visits and come and go, I say to all of you, keep up that wondrous work whereby you have already shielded this nation, whereby you have driven back dark forces that you know not of.
So we say to you, beloved, wherever you are in the earth, still remember Saint Germain’s plea–and it is indeed a profound plea. Within the next three years we shall see the accounting. Therefore we beg of you, show what you can do for Saint Germain that he might not lose all that he has placed from his heart upon the altar of God for the bringing in of the seventh age. For he, above all, does know exactly who these lifestreams are and what they can contribute to the planetary home.
Thus, all who know the power of the spoken Word, those who know how to give the calls to Astrea, those who will use our CDs, our tapes–blessed ones, let it be done, let it begin, let it happen now. Let us not tarry, for this is our weapon. It is the power of the Word, who is the Logos, the power of the Word in the Beginning!
So: “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God….And all things were made by him.” All things were made by him, beloved, and all things may be undone by him, but you are at the nexus when that decision has not yet been made. You are at the nexus when you can count for everything.
“I, Sanat Kumara, Cannot Bear to Leave One of These Little Ones That I Might Yet Bring Home”
Now we speak of the children, the children who shall inherit the earth and their children and their children’s children. These are the hearts on fire and yet these are the ones whose fires are snuffed out by the very seed of the wicked.
Therefore, I, Sanat Kumara, give a special dispensation for all the youth of the world. Whether they have served the light or not, whatever they have done or not done that is of God-good or not of God, I, Sanat Kumara, place [upon them] a mantle as a filigree. It is like a gossamer veil. One can see through it, yet it is an armour, it is a protection. It ties the soul of the child, the teenager, those moving on in years; it ties all to the point of the crown chakra. Affix your gaze on the star of God. –
Children in arms and in the womb, infants, those who are well, those who are sick, those who are maimed, those who bear their karma for their evil works and those who bear their good karma for their great good works: I, Sanat Kumara, could not stand by another year, another day without offering this dispensation.
Yet you might know that from Solar Logoi to this very place, I have had challenges from one member or another of the hierarchy who has said, “Sanat Kumara, do you really want to take on the burdens of all the youth of the world and not merely those who are of the light?”
And I have said to them: “I have not tarried in this earth for naught, but I have tarried in this earth because I would go forth and seek and find those little ones, those older ones, those children of every age and the child of the heart within each one. While I am in the earth, O God, allow me, then, to go after them all. And if in this round there be some who reject me and reject me again and again ere the golden age of Aquarius should come, then so be it; they shall have had their opportunity. I may be satisfied, but I may also be sorrowful.”
Therefore, I have said: “I will do this thing and I will take that burden upon me. For I cannot bear–I, Sanat Kumara, cannot bear to leave one of these little ones that I might yet touch and bring home to my heart.”
So I speak of those who are at the mercy of some–some parents who are able to take care of them and some who simply do not understand what it means to rear a child, to give the incentives of love, to teach the children to balance the chakras at a very early age and to understand how their perceptions move beyond the eyes, sometimes even beyond the subconscious mind to the superconscious mind, as children see beyond the veil, beyond the flesh, as they see the future, even as they see the past.
There is a wonder of God that is a miracle of miracles that is in the heart of every child. Discover this, mothers and fathers throughout the planet! I place this teaching within your inner ear, within your inner soul so that you might understand just how much your child may bring to this world–alleviation from suffering, compassion for life–and how leaders at the level of the military may turn back the engines of war that were never intended to be on planet earth at all.
I speak, then, of those who are beyond the age of child yet whose souls are yet in pain and sorrowing. I come also for the healing of that inner child. I come for the healing of the inner being. I come to heal the pain in the secret chamber of the heart. Let it be so that those to whom I come shall receive me and that I may receive each of you, at whatever age, as the child of my heart.
Let the Children Be Nourished at Every Level of Being
Now I speak to you of health and the health of nations and the extremely poor health of children in the United States and other areas where they do not eat nourishing food. Their parents do not understand that their moods, their emotions, their growth patterns, how they feel about themselves, whether they are burdened, whether they are depressed–so much of this can be attributed to the child in the womb and how that child was treated and fed and to the child in the world that goes forth to eat the junk that is offered him.
There are many children who are weak. Some of them even look like those who were in concentration camps in World War II. I mean this, beloved; some of them look worse than those who are almost starving. Such is the plight of children in the West who do not eat the very food of the earth that is pure, without pesticides, without any form of chemicals.
Let the children commune with God because their souls are fed with love, because their bodies are filled with the joy of Christ in their temple and because their entire being is nourished at every level that they might go forth and be the conquerors who shall move this civilization forward when all of you who are gathered here and on the earth this day will have already gone either to the higher octaves, to a middle world or to the lower astral plane.
Abortion has taken a heavy toll. And the toll is this–that great souls of light who ought to be sitting in this very place, who ought to be listening for the hour of Wesak, for the hour of the coming of summer solstice, winter solstice [are not here]. In these hours, beloved, there is that sensing, there is that knowing that so many children of light, children of mediocrity, all kinds of children are missing their calling. They are missing their calling and therefore their cities, their worlds are missing their calling.
And those who would come forth with invention, ideologies, all manner of service and art and science, they are out of sync with their time, they are out of sync. And they somehow are disoriented, if you will. They knew how everything was and how things were in the heaven-world. They knew they should come forth and suddenly they realized that they were not coming forth. And so they wonder: “Is our home heaven? Is our home somewhere in a lesser place where the parents have rejected us or aborted us? Where are we to go to fulfill our reason for being?”
Those of you who have ears to hear, listen then. Listen to the cries of outrage. Listen to the cries of anger as these children see their lives go by as clouds moving by in the sky. And they are not yet in embodiment yet it is their time, and all who are of their mandala and their community are already in the earth.
This is pain, beloved. If you want to know what true pain is like, then I say, whatever paltry pain you may be experiencing now, think of how you would feel in this moment if you were not here in embodiment because a mother or a father decided you were not wanted and therefore you were aborted and therefore you must go through the extreme agony of the abortion process with all of your faculties intact indeed. Children do know what it is like to be in the womb and to be dismembered. It is not a pretty picture.
On the one side, abortion should never happen. On the other side, those who must embody must meet their timetables. These are the types of calls you can make, beloved. This is why El Morya has told you to write down your personal needs and problems, to place his wallet-size card face down on the knee, to recount those very needs that you have and to give them to El Morya so that quickly you can move on with the larger issues of life, issues [that could be a part] of your own lives if you should have to reincarnate and not find that anyone is opening the door to let you enter in.
Again and again the people of earth have upset the applecart of their entire planet by wars, by millions who have passed from the screen of life when there was no necessity for it, by millions who have [passed from the screen of life through] plagues and earthquakes because of karma too hard to be borne by elemental life. Indeed, beloved, if there are among you those who remember earth as a paradise, you are far and few between, for it has been a long, long, long time since you have seen a paradise on earth.
Be Diligent in Cleaning Up the Planet before Year End
Now, beloved, let us speak of the darkness that perforce may carry over into the new year. This is not a pleasant thought but we must think about it, for we are the thinking ones as opposed to being the merry ones in this hour. Yet we shall have our merriment.
It is our goal to see bound and removed from the planet as quickly as possible the astral ka, the discarnates and those who are of death and hell whose time is up. If this is not accomplished this night (and it is not fully accomplished, as I can tell you), then you must not drag it out through the first quarter of the year and miss the cycles of those three months but be diligent now in cleaning up the planet.
You do not want discarnates roaming about your homes at night while you sleep, do you? Well, beloved, unless you have a tremendous fortress, you may meet your adversary and find out that he may overpower you. For the dweller-on-the-threshold, the astral ka, the not-self and the human willfulness of the person himself who may have passed on may give you quite a fight before you win.
So you see, beloved, since you cannot always see these astral entities (and it is good that you do not, for it is not pleasant to have to see them all the time), then I say, go after them! If you will, take your pitchfork, take whatever you have to take but go after them, beloved, and clear the slate. For Capricorn is a very important sign; it denotes the beginning of the year and it begins at winter solstice. So you are already technically into the new year, yet celebrating it as the first in this hour.
So understand, beloved, that if you allow these discarnates to follow you through the circle of the year, the very same ones will still be there. That is why we have our Friday night services. This is why we must do bija mantras to the feminine deities and other types of mantras that are on the fourth ray. It is because, beloved, the planet is so overloaded with the human consciousness and the layers and layers of it that people simply do not know how to bore a hole and peek their heads through that hole of the astral plane and finally see the Great Central Sun and the sun of the day that gives light to the earth.
So you see, beloved, merrymaking may be merrymaking, but think, think of what an advantage you may have if you clean up these astral discarnates. As it has been told to you, there are many, many more than there have been in many a year, for many are going to the second death. Many will be reincarnating, but it is essential for those who pass through the second death that their kas be removed and that the anger that is within them not explode in your households and cause upheavals and make you wonder what is happening to the circle of oneness of your family.
Our Goal Is to Free the Northern Hemisphere of Terrorism
The coming year marks another year of the possibility of terrorism. And we know that terrorists have struck Americans in the Middle East, and the nations have not cooperated with determining who those terrorists are and what is to be done about them. And of course, they [the terrorists] have already determined that they shall go to their death without having told to the authorities of the United States what caused that explosion, who did it, et cetera.
So we come back to the United States, beloved. Like the upheaval in Oklahoma City, many other areas of the United States have had threats upon them, have had attempts against them. And because of your calls, the calls of the messenger, those particular bombings have been entirely averted. We tell you this, beloved, so that you will not think that just because these bombings have not happened that they may not happen. They may happen, beloved, if you cease to make the calls for the children in their school buses, for areas where they can be maimed and hurt, for situations, for instance, with oncoming trains and situations where people cannot extricate themselves from those trains when they skip the rails, et cetera.
So, there is a potential for the wiping out of terrorism in the United States of America. And I remind you of a decree that the messenger sent forth at Camelot where all decreed for the binding of drunk drivers throughout the holiday season. And when that season was over, beloved, it was announced in the newspapers that there was not a single death on the highway due to drunk driving.
Now, if a group of souls can do this in Malibu, what can you do for the entire planet? Well, I tell you what you can do: you can do anything that you make up your mind to do! You can do anything that you make up your mind to do if you are willing to set aside something else. And that something else [that you set aside], however more precious it is, promises to you that you will make greater and greater balanced karma by that service. If you are not in a state of being able to let go and serve the world in this manner, then serve at the level that you are able and God will receive your offering.
Take note, then, that our goal is to see the Northern Hemisphere free, absolutely free of terrorism. To that end, we have asked you to give the calls to Cyclopea, K-17 and Lanello, one hundred and forty-four, once a week. Beloved, if you want to avert these things, then do it twice a week and you will hear about fewer calamities than before.
What I am saying now in my heart of hearts, beloved, is that you must make your choices. You deliberate in your own heart. You consider what Saint Germain has done for you and [what] Archangel Michael and the hosts of the Lord [have done for you]. You deliberate upon these things and ponder and say to yourself: “What will I tackle? What will I do?”
My recommendation to all, since it is the greatest threat of all, is to move with an understanding of who is in the military of the Far East, of the former Soviet Union, to know what is being done, to study what is happening. And we would appreciate having that information given to those souls in the United States and around the world. It is far and away the most important assignment to stop all alien powers who have hatred and anger against the United States, to stop them from waging war upon this continent, to stop them from causing nuclear attacks against this very soil. This, of course, is utmost in importance.
Thoughtform for the Year 1997
Beloved ones, the thoughtform for the year 1997 is none other than the Iwo Jima Memorial. I have chosen this thoughtform, for it shows the unity and oneness of those who have fought and won on foreign soils, especially in the Pacific arena. I have chosen this, beloved, so that you might see that it takes a concerted effort of many to plant the banner of Old Glory, to plant the banner of Sanat Kumara, to plant the banner of Maitreya, to carry the banner and to know one’s strength as you rally round the banner of Sanat Kumara.
Let that memorial be a memory to you that against all odds the United States of America won World War II, World War I. Yes, beloved, the wars were won because people sacrificed, they surrendered, they were selfless and they were not surfeited in their own human consciousness and the things of the world and the things of darkness. Of those who were the winners in those days, many have reincarnated today. Many of them are your own children.
So, beloved, what man has done, man can do. Let us be up and doing, for the hour is far spent and the world awaits the coming of the legions of Sanat Kumara, the Keepers of the Flame and the lightbearers of every continent. So may you all stand and rejoice for the victory of your nations!

Who is Sanat Kumara – The Ancient of Days?
Sanat Kumara is known in Western scriptures as the Ancient of Days, in Hindu scripture as Karttikeya, and in Buddhism as Brahma Sanam-kumara. He is the Great Guru of the seed of Christ throughout cosmos, hierarch of Venus and one of the seven holy Kumaras (Lords of Flame who represent the seven rays on Venus). He initiates us on the path of intense love, the ruby ray, which he sets forth in his book The Opening of the Seventh Seal.
He has held the hierarchical position of the Lord of the World since the darkest hours of earth’s history when her evolutions fell to the level of cavemen and lost contact with the God flame and the mighty I AM Presence. When the earth was at the point of being dissolved because there was no one who was keeping the flame of the Christ consciousness alive, Sanat Kumara came to earth, a voluntary exile from his planet Venus, to keep the flame until sufficient numbers among mankind would respond and begin once again to maintain the focus on behalf of their brothers and sisters. One hundred and forty-four thousand souls volunteered to assist Sanat Kumara in his mission and accompany him with legions of angels.
The Ancient Story of Sanat Kumara
You call me Sanat Kumara, and you know me as the one who stood before the cosmic council known as the Council of the One Hundred and Forty and Four.
You know me because you were witnesses to my plea made for and on behalf of the evolutions of earth who no longer knew the presence of the Lamb, who by disobedience were cut off from the living Guru.
You know me as the one who volunteered to embody the threefold flame within the earth unto the evolutions evolving within the seven planes of being–fire, air, water, and earth.
The Cosmic Council had decreed the dissolution of earth and her evolutions because the souls of her children no longer worshiped the Trinity in the threefold flame of life burning upon the altar of the heart.
They had become the sheep gone astray.
Their attention fixed upon the outer manifestation, they had willfully, ignorantly abandoned the inner walk with God.
They knew not the hidden man of the heart, that blessed Ishwara, and the seven candles no longer burned in the seven windows.
Men and women had become hollow, their chakras black holes in time and space; and their vacated temples became the tombs of the dead; and the spirits of the dead took up their abode within their hollowed-out houses.
Thus they received the judgment of the One Hundred and Forty and Four even as their descendants would hear the denunciation of the Son of God.
And the Council of the One Hundred and Forty and Four, forming a single solar ring around the great white throne, intoned the Word with the great beings of light, forming the inner circle round about the throne and saying,
“Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come.”
And I heard the echo of their chant of the “Holy, holy, holy” all the way home to the morning star, to my twin flame whom you know as Venus, and to the sons and daughters of the Love Star.
