Receive a Portion of My Mantle
In the fervor of my soul I greet you, those who have followed the arc across the sky that has been my journey, beloved. So, know of me. Know of me, beloved, as the prophet Elijah. Know of me, beloved, moving in a chariot of fire. Understand the mysteries of God. Understand the fire that God endows in his own.
I greet you in this wilderness with a certain nostalgia, but it is not for the fallen angels and the evil ones who did unto me what they would but it is for my own who have in some areas of the earth and in this nation lost their way, surfeited in these lower octaves with the things of this world. Thus, be seated, beloved, for I would speak to you of your ascension.
I did embody through Zacharias and Elizabeth. I came forth, beloved, for I came as an example. I came face-to-face with the seed of the fallen ones who went out into the desert to be baptized, knowing they were evil. I came knowing the end from the beginning, blessed hearts. Truly, I desired to stand between those fallen ones and the living Christ that he might confront them in his own good time and that I might challenge them to come forth with fruits meet for repentance. They had no desire for repentance. They knew it. I knew it. It was a sham. And yet I went through the ritual that they might be judged, whereas Jesus had others in his time who must be judged by his presence in the earth.
When You Stray from Your Highest Principles You Have Nothing to Stand Upon
Have you considered, beloved, that when your Holy Christ Self descends upon your temple, you also are in the earth and you are the dividing of the way between light and darkness? And those of the darkness, they may spit upon you, and those of the light will recognize you.
So, beloved, I was willing to challenge Herod for the sake of the business of Herodias. I was willing to rebuke that fallen one, knowing it would cost my life. Yet I knew from the beginning that I must set the example, and the example is of principle.
When you stray from your highest principles, you have nothing to stand upon. When you decide that it is all right to lean to the left or to the right and you do not center yourselves in God, then, I say, you have no protection. There is no rationalization about this equation. If you would walk the earth as a prophet, then you must be supremely that prophet and you must be willing to take the reward of the prophet, beloved, even if it be death.
Thus, my head was borne on a charger brought to the daughter and then to the mother. This was my exit, beloved. I ask you, was it worth it? Of course it was worth it, for I have left a record for all time that I should stand for truth, for honor, for the love of God and for the challenging of these fallen angels once and for all.
A Gift from the LORD God Almighty
You have seen artwork of me depicted as one wearing even that coat of skins in the wilderness, living in the wilderness until my time had come. Yes, beloved, I am that one. And the LORD God Almighty this day has given unto me a gift that I might give to you, and it is this, beloved: The LORD has said to me, “John, go now! Go now and give to them a portion of your mantle. Let them receive it unto themselves and let them see what they will do with this mantle. Will they decide that the burden is too heavy and they would rather not carry it? Or will they take the mantle knowing that they might also walk in your footsteps, put on the garment of prophecy and be willing to challenge evil at every hand?”
Blessed ones, these Two Witnesses who have stood before you now since 1952 to the present as active messengers, I say to you, they have not spared the word of rebuke to those who are the liars, who are the fallen ones. Have they been found popular? Only with those of the Holy Spirit, only with those of the truth.
So, you see, that was the request of Elisha when I was taken up. He asked for a double portion of my spirit and I said to him, “If you see me when I am taken up, you shall receive that double portion of my spirit.” And he did see. And that was the prior incarnation of Jesus Christ. And he did part the waters and he did walk across the Jordan; and so it was known that there was a prophet in the land.
If You Take This Mantle, You Will Have Great Gain
Now, beloved, you may take this mantle and wear it for the rest of your life or you may in timidity decide that you do not want to wear it because it is too heavy, because it carries too much responsibility, because you will have to choose between light and darkness, both of which are absolutes. There is no such thing as relativity in light and darkness. You either choose the whole way of the path of light or you fall, then, into the low levels of darkness.
If you do not want this mantle, simply signify to the angels of John the Baptist that you do not want it. But if you will take it, beloved, and use it, I promise you that you will have great gain, great momentum and that you will have the opportunity for your ascension if you do all other things according to the laws of God and listen profoundly and commune with your Holy Christ Self. This is my reason for coming, beloved. I AM the ascended master John the Baptist. I AM Elijah come again to you. Yes, I stand before you.
What was the result of our mission, us two, Jesus and me? It was a tremendous mission and it bore fruit, for many throughout the earth, not simply locally in our area, were judged and removed because we drew that line in the sand.
Some of You Are Too Weak
Some of you are too weak—you must have your sensual pleasure. Well, I remind you, you have had that sensual pleasure for thousands of years. You are still here tonight. You may still be here long after many among you have been ascended. Sometime, somewhere you will have to develop a strictness in your lifestream that does not cross the boundaries of compromise. When you achieve that, angels will surround you, will follow you, will impel you, will take you to the four corners of the earth to preach this Everlasting Gospel.
Blessed ones, do not whimper. Do not whine. Do not weep. For I shall not hear you. I shall close my ears and say, “Let them be gone another century or a thousand years to indulge themselves.” If you choose that path, the mantle I give you is dissolved. This is the righteousness of our God. This is the fulfillment of his law.
He has sent me to you in the name of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. I have fulfilled my commitment to you. Therefore I bow to you now and send you forth with angels who shall report to your I AM Presence and the living God what you have done with this mantle.
I say, Part the Jordan. Part the Red Sea. Part the way of light and darkness. Challenge the evil in the earth. And choose to ascend to God the victor.
I AM Elijah, your John the Baptist.

the Seventh Root Race into Embodiment

Ho! Ho! Ho!
I AM Saint Germain! And I have descended into your hearts and into your midst and I am gratified that you have heard from Jesus and John. Therefore, I speak to you of their liberty and of you setting the captives free from their own selfishness and self-indulgence.
My beloved, I AM Saint Germain, and I welcome home the messenger and the team. And I welcome you to my heart who have supported this great endeavor in South America!

Be seated, beloved.
You and this team with the messenger have taken on a mighty challenge; and once that challenge has been marked, as the marking in the sand, it cannot stop. You have troubled the waters, you see. I have troubled the waters through the dictations through the messenger. The archangels have troubled the waters also, whereby the people who have heard of the teaching, the people who have heard the messenger on radio, television, in the newspapers and in these classes that have been held, yes, beloved, they also must choose. Everyone upon earth must choose. This is the day of choice.
The Road Narrows Because the Choices Are Limited
The point here is, beloved, that the road narrows. The road does narrow. You have heard of the wide way, but strait is the gate that leadeth to everlasting life. So the road narrows because the choices are limited: to choose God or not to choose him. Understand this, beloved, when you come into the place where even next door to where the messenger is delivering a teaching there are those with their rock music, there are those with their voodoo and black magic and all types of mortal cursings. Yes, beloved, it is a continent where there are angels abounding and black vipers who come up from the earth to move against the people of God.
So it is the challenge of fallen angels once again. But these fallen angels are dedicated to see to it that not one single child of the seventh root race shall ever be born in South America. Well, I tell you, the good hearts and keepers of the flame throughout that continent have another thing to say, for they are determined that the seventh root race shall come into embodiment. I am determined that it shall come into embodiment. And I ask you, those of the United States and other nations, are you determined that these shall come into embodiment? [“Yes!”] Well, beloved, we must do something about it!

Take Stock and Decide What You Can Do
Well, what are we going to do about it, beloved? I will tell you. Each one and each family will take stock. You will look at your circumstance. You will look at what you are contributing to the publishing of the Word, to this community, to your teaching centers and study groups. And you will say to yourselves, “What is my income? What can I do? Where can I travel? How can I be sponsored to bring the word of the seventh root race even to the nations of South America?”
This demands consideration and planning, beloved. Many teams must go forth. We must beat these fallen angels. We must beat them who say, “We will never, ever allow the seventh root race to incarnate.” And why do they say that? Because these souls of the seventh root race are not simply the holy innocents. They have been preparing through the great rings of the causal body of God and now of themselves until they have tremendous talent and tremendous momentum in those seven rays and in the five secret rays in the center. Thus their journey through the causal body of God has afforded them much expansion within themselves. And they continue to prepare in the many universities of the Spirit and in those that are of the chohans and of the Elohim, where there is much study going on, especially at Lake Titicaca in the retreat of the God and Goddess Meru.
We Are the Founders of a New Civilization
So, beloved, when you see an army of black ants moving against you, you have to roll them back, you have to douse them with kerosene, you have to consume them, you have to light a fire. [And when you see forces of darkness moving against you, you must take equivalent spiritual action] and say:
Your day is done! You may not cross over this line! For we have reserved, in the name of Saint Germain, South America for the seventh root race. This is our goal. We are dogged. We have our dogged determination. We set our brow, one another together, against all forces of darkness and we say:
We are coming! We are on the march. We will see to it that this civilization rises no matter what. We will put our hearts into it. We will put the Holy Spirit into it. We will put the violet flame into it. We will put planning into it. And we will realize that we are the founders of a new civilization.
And that civilization is the numbers upon numbers of those of the seventh root race who themselves are so trained, beloved, that when they see the burdens upon the fourth and fifth and sixth root races, they already will have been trained and they already will have studied in the universities of the Spirit, they already will know about drugs and about all those things that could tear them down. For this is the recourse which the four and twenty elders and the Lords of Karma have. If we cannot bring in the souls now, then give them further training. Send them to the retreats throughout the planetary body. Send them to Helios and Vesta. And let them be born as warriors of peace, warriors of the light, warriors of the Spirit who will have that Holy Spirit, who will have that flame of Saint Germain, who will have pursued that violet flame until they themselves have causal bodies and auras filled with the violet flame.
So you see, beloved, the mentors of the seventh root race and my own beloved Great Divine Director and I and many others are certainly not standing still but we are determined to see that the earth beneath our feet in South America shall bear good fruit and that many shall be able to prosper and grow and have the victory of the light and will not be taken astray.
Where Are Those Whom I Can Send?
So, this is my thought in this hour, beloved. Where are those whom I can send? I must call you and I must ask you if you will qualify yourselves, for these nations in South America must be purged of their black magic, witchcraft, voodoo and compromise of the true teachings of Jesus Christ!

Therefore, pray. Give your decrees daily—if possible, at the hour of 5:00 a.m. There is a tremendous impetus at that hour, beloved. See what God has in store for you. Apply to the Office of Ministry if you would be part of teams going to South America and then other places in the world. Consider what you can do and what you will do from this point forward to the fulfillment of your mission on earth.
I have come, then, to ask you to contemplate how you can help me in addition to giving your violet-flame decrees, how we can prepare the way, whether there are doors you can knock on for assistance for the poor and the homeless of the children of South America. Blessed ones, there are many economic burdens upon these nations and these burdens must be lifted. There are complex situations that have brought this about but at the core and root of it you will always find the moneychangers, the fallen angels and their manipulations. So, beloved, we must get beyond this and we must do it swiftly.
Potential for Cataclysm or for a Golden Age
As you know, you have been requested to give three years—three years of intense violet flame and work with us that we might change this planet. I trust you realize that the situation of nuclear war is pivotal and that many who are not of the light contemplate this because of their jealousy and their envy of the United States. This is a front that you must not fail in. You must be a part of that front, that wave of light, and of those souls who will not allow this to happen.
So, blessed ones, Maldek was blown up by its inhabitants. Earth received many of these souls. Many of them have contributed great wisdom and long experience on other planets and systems. Others have come as the enemies of the people to take and not to give. So we see that that threat was upon that planet that was destroyed, Maldek.
That threat also comes upon this planet. If all the nuclear weapons in the world were actually detonated, what do you think would happen to the whole earth? It is difficult to contemplate, beloved. But if it ever should happen, I promise you that the angels of light will do all in their power to turn it back, to mitigate it. Yet those in embodiment, whether they are the evil ones or the Christed ones, must deal with that situation. This is why you are in Montana. This is why you have your shelters and your food. It is always in case, beloved. For when you have a lifesaver, you ought not to need it.
So, there are many scenarios to the outcome of the planet. Shall I prophesy to you, beloved? I have also prophesied. I have told you what should come to pass if the violet flame and the calls for protection by all the archangels are not invoked with a fervor such as none has seen before. There is a potential for absolute cataclysm and a potential for an absolute golden age. I need not rehearse this. It is true. It has been said by the messenger for many years. But these years are turning and darkness is increasing. And the darkness of 1997, ’98 and ’99 is very great and that is why you have been called upon to do such intense decree work in these three years. For if that work is not done, then beyond those years it will be difficult to turn anything around.
Magnificent Beings of Light Are Rooting for This Victory
So, beloved, I believe in the Word of God. I believe in my chelas who embody the Word, who embody the Holy Spirit, who are on fire for this victory, who have the sense of destiny, who have the sense that this planet is shrinking and that they can reach out and touch many cities, as you are doing in this very night. And I am speaking to keepers of the flame around the world and I rejoice in my heart that you can hear me, one and all, from this altar! Blessed ones, there is a strength that is deep in your souls, deep in your spirits, deep in your oneness to me. For we have been together forever and forever.
So, beloved, I, Saint Germain, pledge to you my life, my love, my fortunes—yes, fortunes of light and jewels I have placed before the Lords of Karma. I have received tremendous assistance and its promise from beloved Omri-Tas and so from Archangel Zadkiel and many others. I am profoundly humble before this and truly gratified, for I see the dawn, beloved, and I see the dawn of a new day. Remember that, when you awaken early and you see the sun coming up over the horizon and you say to yourself, “There is Helios, there is Vesta, there is the Father-Mother God. And look, behold, the sun also rises.”
So, beloved, magnificent beings of light, God-free beings, those who hold the attainment of avatar and God incarnate are rooting for this victory. I say to you, make it happen. You have the ability. Make it happen! Make it happen! Make it happen! And we shall see what a world of a golden age shall dawn before us. I pray you are with me, standing on this continent, standing in South America when that day dawns, beloved. So may it come and so may you be counted as among those who made it happen.
I bow to the light within you. Call to me and I will deliver you from your own lusts of the flesh. In the name of my son Jesus, in the name of John the Baptist, I seal you in this hour and I commend you to the Lord Shiva, to the Holy Spirit and to the God of very gods.

Who is John the Baptist (the Prophet Elijah)?
The ascended master John the Baptist had two embodiments that are recorded in the Bible: the Old Testament prophet Elijah, and John the Baptist in the New Testament. Jesus himself declared that John the Baptist was Elijah come again.
Elijah and Elisha
The story of Elijah the Tishbite and his disciple Elisha (an earlier embodiment of Jesus) is recorded in the Book of Kings, where Elijah’s ascension is described in this way: “There appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven.”
After Elisha witnessed his teacher’s ascension, he took up “the mantle of Elijah that fell from him” and he smote the waters of Jordan. When the waters parted and Elisha went over, the sons of the prophets saw that the spirit of Elijah rested on Elisha. From that time on, Elisha performed many miracles, feats of alchemy that were prophetic of the triumph of his Spirit over matter during his final embodiment as Jesus. The accounts of Elisha healing the waters, multiplying the widow’s oil, opening the womb of the Shunammite and later the raising of her son from the dead, the multiplying of the loaves of barley and the curing of Naaman of leprosy are recorded in the second book of Kings together with other demonstrations of the Law by this “Man of God.”
John the Baptist
After his ascension, Elijah received the almost unique dispensation that enabled him to reembody; and so he came again as John the Baptist to “prepare the way of the Lord.” He willingly took on a flesh form and allowed himself to be sacrificed at the hand of Herod, in order to assist his disciple to fulfill his mission.
The relationship of Jesus and John the Baptist is a story of great devotion, love and respect—beautiful to behold and seldom equaled. It is the story of the guru-chela, master-disciple relationship. Being the great and humble teacher that he was, John said of Jesus, “He must increase, but I must decrease”; for he bore in his heart the great God-desire that Jesus should exceed him in attainment and in service. He wanted to remain in the background, to see the glory—the full mantle of his ascended consciousness—upon Jesus. After his lifetime as John the Baptist, he returned to the ascended state.
His service today
The ascended master John the Baptist says:
There must be a meeting ground for heaven and earth, and that is the place of the heart. Your heart is the receiver of God, of Christed ones; and the womb of the Divine Mother is the recipient of the seed of Alpha for the birth of the Divine Manchild. Therefore, as Christed ones, welcome the King of kings and Lord of lords into your heart! As flames of the Divine Mother, cherish the incarnation of the Christ!
It is the materialization of the God flame that we pursue to make earth a haven of light that all mankind might know the kingdom of God within and without, the conformity of sacred law.
Who is Saint Germain?
The ascended master Saint Germain is the chohan of the seventh ray and sponsor of the United States of America. He is a master alchemist of the sacred fire who comes bearing the gift of the violet flame of freedom for world transmutation.
Together with his twin flame, the ascended lady master Portia, the Goddess of Justice, he is the hierarch of the Aquarian age. He is the great sponsor of freedom’s flame, while Portia is the sponsor of the flame of justice and opportunity. The name Saint Germain comes from the Latin Sanctus Germanus, meaning simply “Holy Brother.”
As chohan, or lord, of the seventh ray, Saint Germain initiates our souls in the science and ritual of transmutation through the violet flame. Saint Germain and Portia deliver to the people of God the dispensation for the seventh age and the seventh ray—the violet ray of freedom, justice, mercy, alchemy and sacred ritual—a new lifewave, a new civilization, a new energy.
Diplomats, priests of the sacred fire, actors, writers and defenders of freedom serve with Saint Germain on the seventh ray.
