Let us sing to “Hercules’ Joy of Self-Mastery.”  Number 347.

Opening Invocation

In the name of the light of God which never fails I call forth the victory of Elohim.  Seven Mighty Elohim of God, brace now these souls and seven centers by the power of the three times three from the heart of the Dhyani Buddhas, from the heart of Lord Gautama, Padma Sambhava, beloved Maitreya, from the living heart of the Buddha of the Ruby Ray.

Come forth, O mighty legions of Light.  Draw now the circle of the Ruby Ray around us.  Draw now the mighty heart center and the twelve-petaled chakras around each one.  We call now for the path of initiation within the heart of the Cosmic Clock by the power of the Ruby Ray.  In the name of Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit and the Divine Mother, Amen.

Ushers, are you ready to pass out our sheets?  [“Yes.”]

We’re going to give you now “The Lords of the Seven Rays and the Great Lord Initiate Earth’s Evolutions of the Seven rays, on the Seven Rays and the Five Secret Rays,” “Twelve Gifts of the Holy Spirit” charted on the Clock, which is a brand-new chart, 14 Stations of the Piscean and the Aquarian Cross.  This is a total of two sheets of paper.  While you are receiving these we’re going to sing to Paul the Venetian.

Ushers, please raise your hands when you have completed this task.

We’re going to begin this again now.

I would like to begin to go over these charts with you now.

In the order of services we are covering we’re taking the Paul the Venetian and the Maha Chohan, and you will note gifts of the Holy Spirit charted on the Cosmic Clock, these are twelve gifts, nine and then three.

Now you will notice immediately that whereas the Lords of the Seven Rays in the order of the rays and for that purpose on the Cosmic Clock are charted be­tween 12 and 6, numbers 1 to 7, for the purposes of the gifts of the Holy Spirit the gifts are placed according to the chakra that is involved in the mastery of the gift and according to the Master therefore who does instruct us in that gift.

So here we have the Word of Wisdom in which El Morya prepares us.  It is through the development of the crown chakra on the twelve o’clock line under the hierarchy of Capricorn.  And the implementation of that Word of Wisdom is by the flame of God-power, because the Word of Wisdom is the spoken Word and it involves the exercise of the throat chakra.  The throat chakra is not on the twelve o’clock line but El Morya is the Chohan of the First Ray of the throat chakra and it is the God-power which we exercise.

The Diverse Kinds of Tongues is given to us by Nada on the one o’clock line of Aquarius of God-love, and it is the love of the Holy Spirit that enables us to communicate by the diverse tongues, which means so many nuances and ways of being able to transfer the very heart and message of the teaching.  It is because we love that we are able to prepare for and to receive this gift through the Holy Spirit, being prepared for it by one of the Lords of the Seven Rays.  In this time it is Nada.

Now, this is the seat-of-the-soul chakra line and you will find the diagramming of those chakras on the inner circle of this Clock.  So if you see that the chakras on lines 1 through 5 carry over to the other side of the Clock you will see quite naturally that the gift of the interpretation of those tongues is also a faculty developed by the soul under Nada and here it is through the quality of the hierarchy of Leo and God-gratitude.  So by God-love and by God-gratitude we become communicators of the Word through the soul chakra, soul upon soul.

Now, some people do indeed have a speech impediment.  Ittis not that they do not pronounce words well.  It is that, that they are very hampered in speech.  Their words do not come out in complete sentences or in organized ideas or in a sequence of thought.  This calls for healing, powerful healing at the seat-of-the-soul chakra level, and it is something that needs to be worked on.

The power of communication itself comes from El Morya and we need to seek that power and that action from the Great White Brotherhood and not be content to be silent.  This is not an age of silence.  It is an age of the conveyance of the Word.  And do not look to another, for God is where you are, and you are God’s representative of the Word right where you are.  And you will find yourself inevitably somewhere, sometime, and that can be every day of your life, where you are the sole individual who can convey not only a message but the power of the Holy Spirit behind the message that will be for the saving of a soul and the conversion of a soul.

So again, communication is at the soul level, and it must be precise.  And there is only one way to accomplish this and that is to study, to organize oneself in the vocabulary of the Ascended Masters, which is English, and then to recognize that there is a communion of the heart and of the soul and of the chakras and that in all these things we are expected to convey through the pure stream of seven chakras a transfer of light that will be for the healing of the whole individual.

Not one of us can save a single soul but the Holy Ghost can save many souls through us.  So do not become a saver of souls.  Become the instrument of the great saver of souls, the Holy Ghost, and do remember the difference.  Because we, when we go around picking whom we will save we usually pick the wrong one [laughter] invariably.

I Thess. 5: 2; II Pet. 3:10

So God comes, and he comes as a thief in the night and he presents to us the most unlikely candidates for the ascension.  And we must know that if we ever get the thought that we will not give a truth, a mighty truth that is appropriate to an individual that we meet, that that is the very moment when we need to slay that denial and go right in and say, “I will speak the truth and it does not matter if it is rejected or ignored or whatever.  I will speak the truth.  I will be the instrument of truth and I will have nonattachment to the fruit of action.  However this truth moves on through the universe when it has escaped my lips I know that Truth will perform her perfect work.”  And you’ll be mightily surprised at who will respond to truth, the very ones whom you thought you must be quiet before.

So 1 to 7 are two very key gifts.

Now, Paul the apostle gave to us the knowledge of these nine gifts of the Holy Spirit.  He gave us the understanding that they are necessary to receive the whole Holy Ghost.  We learn of the power of the three times three and that is the power of the threefold flame of your I AM Presence multiplying the power of the threefold flame of your Holy Christ Self multiplying the power of the threefold flame that burns upon the altar of your heart.

So you see, if each one of those plumes represents a gift of the Holy Spirit and you work diligently preparing yourself to be the chalice of those gifts, how mightily you will enter the decade of the nineties and supremely enjoy yourself because you can be God’s instrument.

To me, sadness is not being able to be God’s instrument and sublime bliss is being God’s instrument.  And I think all of you who know that feeling of being that very essential instrument for someone in need is the greatest reward that there is in this octave.

Now we go on to the two o’clock line and there we find the gift of the Word of Knowledge.  Knowledge is just what it says, the knowledge of the things of this world.  All of the prophets of the Old Testament, all of the avatars and the great Buddhas, badma, Padma Sambhava, case in point, Maitreya, all had a tremendous knowledge of all fields of learning.  They did not shun knowledge.  They did not consider it the work of the devil or that which was too far beneath them.  They mastered all knowledge.  They c, they became it.  They embodied it.

It is well to master at least one slice of human knowledge as a foundation for branching out.  It is important that you become qualified and skilled in some even narrow slice of human understanding that applies to action and that is applicable as a practical trade and livelihood.

Knowledge, then, is knowledge of the things of the Matter Cosmos.  Wisdom is the knowledge of the things of the Spirit Cosmos, of the kingdom of God.

Lord Lanto, then, gives us that training on the second or the two o’clock line.  It is an action of God-mastery, mastery of one’s environment, and this happens to be on the solar plexus chakra.

The other side of the solar-plexus chakra is under Saint Germain.  The eight o’clock line happens to be the line of God-justice, of his twin flame, and on that eight o’clock line which contains all mysteries of akasha, it is the line of planetary and personal karma and the records of justice and injustice.  So on that line we see that we are tutored by Saint Germain to receive ultimately the gift of prophecy by the Holy Spirit.

The Ascended Masters, Lords of the Seven Rays are our tutors.  This is what we are learning when we are going nightly to their retreats.  That is why when you reverse this sheet of paper you have an update on the Fourteen-Day Cycles at the Universities of the Spirit as outlined by Gautama Buddha in his dictation of January 1st, 1986 and God Meru December 28th, ’86.

So you see, we upped the cycles and began them July 14th, 1988.  And right now we are at the Maha Chohan’s retreat, June 30th to July 13th for most of this conference.  So that is very exciting to think this entire conference we are attending the inner retreat of the Maha Chohan, and that retreat is over the island of Ceylon.  So we wing our way from the Royal Teton Ranch while our bodies sleep over the Pacific to Sri Lanka.  And that is where you receive the tutorings of the five secret rays.

Look above you on this side of the chart.  See there is the Great Lord, the Maha Chohan, and he is the one who initiates us in the five secret rays.  And you see that they are the half-hour lines starting at 7:30, and the Eighth Ray is at the 6:30 line.

Now getting back to the initiations.  The nine gifts of the Holy Spirit follow from twelve to eight o’clock.  We are on the 2/8 axis of the solar plexus chakra.  This is, if you have any of your other charts with you or you will look at them later, this is th, the line of the yellow cross, the 2/8, 5/11.  So it is by Cosmic Christ illumination that we achieve God-mastery and the Word of Knowledge and the gift of Prophecy and God-justice.  So you see, the gifts of the Holy Spirit require us to give attention to the mastery of the chakras.

Now we come to the three o’clock line and we see that here we receive the Discerning of Spirits through Paul the Venetian.  This can only come through the heart and a heart that is purified, a heart where the Holy Christ Flame does burn.  So that discernment of spirits is Christ discernment.  And the Christ of us has universal discrimination.  And discrimination means to divide the Real from the Unreal, to have developed in the five senses of the soul a sense that is so refined that one can feel the nuances, the nuances of that which is real, that which is not real, the spirits that are of the light, the spirits that are of the darkness, and the subtlety, the subtlety between the two is extremely close and therefore this discernment can only come by the Holy Spirit.

With all thy getting get thee understanding, the omnipresence of the Holy Spirit.  You need the Holy Spirit profoundly, and be careful that in seeking and finding that Holy Spirit you do not accept lesser spirits.  And the lesser spirits are of the psychic and astral plane.  And they come preceding the Holy Ghost and they come to tempt you and they come to fulfill your ambitions, your spiritual pride, your desire to speak in tongues and so forth, and they are not the tongues of angels or of the Holy Ghost but of lower orders.  And so, one must have desirelessness when approaching the gifts of the Holy Ghost.

The initiations of the Holy Spirit are the highest that we can receive.  And those initiations come to us when we have a sound and solid foundation of the initiations of the Father and the Son, the Father, our beloved I AM Presence, the Son, our Holy Christ Self.

So understand that all anash, initiation is built on foundation, and those foundations must be laid by each and every one of us.  Let us not push or rush or hasten that which is not yet ours which we have not yet lawfully earned.  Therefore the lower spirits which impose themselves and are the impostors of the Holy Spirit will activate the uncleanness of oneself, of the astral body, and the residue of entities that may be from anything from smoking to any other type of bad habit or bad temperament.

So we must understand that to receive the Holy Spirit we need a vessel purified and you know what you have to achieve that‑-the violet flame and beloved Astrea.  Anyone who wants to keep a vigil of the Holy Spirit and have the mastery of the Holy Spirit for the decade of the nineties cannot fail to give the calls to beloved Mighty Astrea daily.  Astrea keeps you clean as a whistle, free of all forms of entities.  And when you have a great deal of light it’s like having a thousand-watt light bulb on your back porch.  You know what collects at that light bulb.  [laughter]  And entities want to come and siphon your light and they gather round you in the very same fashion.

So I pray you that you will understand that these initiations of the Holy Spirit ultimately were those finally demonstrated by Jesus in the final years and hours of that public thirty-three-year mission.  And so, let us not have an over exalted sense of self or our attainment on the Path, neither let us not procrastinate and think that we are not good enough to enter this Path of the Lords of the Seven Rays.  I have given you that pocketbook and the same teachings in volume II of The Lost Teachings of Jesus because you need them and because you need this mastery and you need it now.

So the discerning of spirits is absolutely essential.  And when the scripture says (I John 4:1) “Try the spirits to see whether they be of God,” you need the sword of the sacred fire of divine love of the Ruby Ray and of wisdom of the heart that you may challenge them with authority and they may recognize that authority within you of Jesus Christ and of your Holy Christ Self.  Try the spirits.

In the name of Almighty God, in the name of Jesus Christ, I challenge that spirit.  I demand and command you to show forth your light, whether you are of God or whether you of, are of the Darkness.

This forces the spirits to show what they are.  The light of God descends as a mighty spotlight and they are revealed.  And if you do not see it at the moment because your third eye is not developed or your inner sight, God will reveal it to you by some means.  Just watch and wait and listen and God will show you whether you are dealing with a lie or the truth that is being spoken to you either within or from other individuals.

Now the reason why we chart these gifts on the Clock is that they build one upon the other.  The Word of Wisdom can be mastered by studying the dictations of the Masters, the Only Mark albums, the dictations that have been published.  The Diverse tie, Kinds of Tongues and Interpretation of Tongues is a necessary expression of the Word of Wisdom.  If we do not speak the Word of Wisdom we will not retain that wisdom.  If we are not giving the truth constantly we lose the truth.

So every gift attained must be exercised and exercised again and again.  So when we have this gift of tongues and interpretation of tongues then we give to those who are in need of it, to those who may become our students or apprentices under us in our jobs.

The Word of Knowledge, again, exercising the conveyance of knowledge, not intellectually, not emotionally, not out of control, not disdainfully or pridefully but by the Holy Spirit by the gift of tongues.  The gift of the conveyance of more than directions and specificity, the conveyance, then, of the Spirit that gives life to the knowledge itself, that endows it with reality.  So when you are exercising this as a foundation in your etheric body this quadrant is complete and you see that your etheric body is being filled with the expression of God.

How do we keep our four lower bodies free of invading discarnates, demons, idle thoughts, aggressive mental suggestion and so forth which you’ve seen charted on our other charts and the animal magnetism?  It is because we fill all of our house with the gifts of God and we take care to exercise them.  If you don’t exercise those gifts you will lose them.

So the idea that on a certain day and date you received a gift of the Holy Spirit, well, fine.  But what have you done with it?  How have you increased it?  How have you added to it?  How have you added the expression of the individual­ity of your Christ flame to it?

So you come to the mental body and that mental body that can be the carnal mind or the intellect or the computerized mind must be endowed with the Holy Ghost, with discernment, so that it is simply not something, someone that spouts a lot of facts and continues to spout those facts and may be able to engage in logic and debate but has no discernment, is not able to draw philosophical or spiritual or even applied scientific conclusions to a given set of information.

So the discernment of spirits is that which makes you like unto the Son of God instead of like unto mechanization man.  And the Son of God is the interpreter, the refiner, the applier, the one who does apply all that now has been mastered in the etheric quadrant.  With that discernment you will not be the victim of your own carnal mind or anyone else’s.  And I’ve seen many a sincere disciple on the Path be hoodwinked by charlatans and by fancy schemes and loud talkers, et cetera, et cetera.  By discernment of spirit we then can know directly what is the heart of another.  And you see, in order to have this we must also call for the purification of our own hearts.

Now we come, then, to the Working of Miracles.  That is given to us by Serapis Bey through the fire of God-obedience.  This is the four o’clock line of the pink cross.  But at the white fire core of the pink cross there is that fiery determination and will and discipline of Serapis Bey.  And if there’s one thing that takes discipline and absolute discipline and the raising of the sacred fire from the base unto the crown it is the working of miracles.

And so, if you want to be a miracle worker you are going to have to seal that third-eye chakra by raising up the light of the sacred fire of the Divine Mother and be carefully diligent in applying the precepts of alchemy, scientific precepts outlined by Saint Germain in Alchemy One and Two as to how to precipitate, how to create a cloud, nine steps of precipitation.  Practice makes perfect.

The one thing you know about alchemists and about Saint Germain and his pursuit of the path of physical science, spiritual science, alchemy, transmutation is that he worked at it lifetime after lifetime after lifetime as a continuity all the way back to ancient times to the very moment of his final incarnation as Francis Bacon and his work as the Wonderman of Europe.  His was a scientific continuity of applying the principles, the principles of God, the all-chemistry of God.

And so, he has a Cave of Symbols.  We sang about that Cave of Symbols in the decree we did yesterday.  And that Cave of Symbols is a place that everyone desires to be taken to by Saint Germain to be shown the discoveries, the applied technology and those things that can be released when mankind have been delivered not only of their greed and their selfishness and their separateness but most of all have been delivered of the curse of the fallen angels and their manipulation of the science that ultimately originates with Sanat Kumara, the Seven Holy Kumaras and the Solar Logoi themselves.

Now, the Working of Miracles is most desired.  And we think of it as being able to precipatite, to precipitate all riches and abundance and wealth.  But the real purpose of the Working of Miracles is to restore wholeness to one’s body temple, union with the higher sphere of Spirit and the lower sphere of Matter, the balance of the chakras, the very miracle of a life perfected in joy that can be the instrument of God’s love and that is such a central sun magnet that upon contact it does transfer to others that great miracle which is indeed everlasting Life.

Now, I am not doing the opposite of these because the opposite is not within the realm of the nine gifts.

So on the throat chakra, on the five o’clock line we have Faith in God’s Will.  And you can see that is the second gift in which El Morya teaches us.  And El Morya’s gift here is, again, of the First Ray of God’s power through wisdom.  We had the Word of Wisdom through God-power on the twelve, now we have Faith in God’s Will through the quality of God-wisdom in Gemini.

This is a very sacred arc.  As you see the degrees between the twelve o’clock line and the five o’clock line, that angle, you see it as a combination of the yellow plume and the blue plume.  Faith in God’s Will allows you to manifest the Gemini mind of God.

And so, wisdom itself gives us faith and faith gives us the wisdom that cannot come through this mind but comes from the Higher Mind.  It is a knowledge that is an awareness that did not originate in human reason.  All of you have some of that wisdom and some of that awareness but most of the time you do not pause to consider that the origin of that thought did not come through the process of the brain itself.

It is an astounding and an exciting moment to experience instantaneous knowledge that is factual that did not come from any outer information source.  It is so important to take note of this that I hope you are keeping a loose-leaf binder with your own dividers in it where you take notes on your spiritual progress on the Path so that you can actually note the day and date and time when you have these awarenesses and you know something that you could not have possibly known except that your Holy Christ Self impressed it upon you by direct awareness, direct knowledge.

The marvelous gift of healing we are tutored in by the apostle Paul, whose Ascended Master name is Hilarion, it comes on the six o’clock line.  Those who would be healers, then, must have the wholeness of the sacred fire in the base-of-the-spine chakra, God-harmony in their feelings.  There is no such thing as a healer who has agitated feelings, angry feelings, pent-up emotions and energies.  Those who would be healers and cannot get past the blocks of agitation or anger in the feelings ought to pursue physical yoga, ought to consider their diets and get to the core of the psychology of their relationship to Alpha and Omega as we were taught today.

Healing is something we desire for ourselves and to be the instrument of for others.  Healing is a gift of the Divine Mother, Mary, and this is the line of the Divine Mother.  Healing is the result of harmony, therefore it is a result of music.  You can hear in music, in the seven notes and in the five, the chords and th, and th, the very science of music how there is a sound that is sounded and then the resolution.  And through majestic music you will hear something that the ear needs to hear which sounds as though it is dissonant and in fact it is a lawful chord that is a chord of the secret rays.  And we need to contact secret rays by sound.

And this is something that the Solar Logoi have been impressing upon me through this conference, that one of the chief ways we contact and developed, develop our inner ear, which has to do with one of the five secret rays, is through hearing how classical music is written and performed and how you can hear that which tickles the ear and then which results in a resolution and a chord that becomes a major chord.  It’s a very important process.

And as this is followed in certain key works, such as the symphonies of Mahler and other works that we’ve heard today and those of Beethoven and others, you find that there is an inner healing because the very sound of these certain chords is releasing through you the secret rays.  The secret rays must be released by sound.  This is the message of the Solar Logoi to you and do not forget it.

The next thing we’re going to have to do is to give you not only a list of pieces but of sections in the pieces that apply to what I am speaking of.

Healing, then, as you know, none of us is a healer but we can all be instruments of God’s healing.  We are instruments of healing when we extend comfort to life.  And comfort is healing, and comfort is the flame of the Holy Spirit of the Comforter.  And so with all of thy getting get comfort and give comfort and know where to find it in the harmony of the raised energies of the white fire of the base-of-the-spine chakra.

Any and all of you who perform any services of healing or receive services of healing, when you have a practitioner of healing in any one of the various arts of healing working on the physical body, using two hands in some way and that person is a devotee and a spiritual person, before this ritual may begin, whether it’s ten minutes or fifteen minutes or whatever it may be, it is important to be silent even for five seconds, to invoke, then, the healing thoughtform of Archangel Raphael around oneself and around the one who is to be the instrument of healing.

I have said it before and I will say it again that anyone who is a chela of the Ascended Masters who does practice some form of healing should not be engaged in conversation with the patient while the ritual of healing is being expressed, is being done.  But rather the visualization should be very strong–Alpha in the right hand, Omega in the left and wherever these two hands are on the body to know that these five fingers are instruments of the five secret rays, that the palms of the hands are instruments of the five secret rays, one Alpha, the other Omega.  The left hand is al, always taking out of the body that which is not desirable, that which is overloading the body, the stress, the disease, the toxins, the chemicals, and the right hand is charging the body by the right hand of God.

Now, you can develop such a powerful momentum of merely visualizing yourself as the instrument of your I AM Presence, your Holy Christ Self, the Holy Spirit, all of your chakras in a giving mode, the hands laid upon that one and you can draw from that one excessive substance that is burdening that one, for as we know, much dis-ease and disorder comes from the very stresses of life, of karma, of emotional energy with which we may be being bombarded and so forth, therefore, to take from the person and unburden the person and to recharge with light.

Now, whatever technique you may be using has its own science and that can become very specific with the fingers and the hands as there is the pulling out and the giving.  And then there is a mode where both hands are giving and charging simultaneously with both the Alpha and the Omega current.

Now, anyone who is desirous of having the sponsorship of Mother Mary, the Ascended Master the apostle Paul, Cyclopea, the Elohim of Music, Virginia, the healing Masters, the blessed healing angels and to also have the mantle of my office present in these sessions may simply make the call and ask to be the instrument of the combined causal bodies of all who serve the planet earth on this healing ray including the Two Witnesses.  This, then, can give you a sense of instrumentation instead of being the doer.  And when you surrender the desire to be thought a great healer or a great this or that then the greatness of God pours through you and all may glorify God and his presence in their temples and in your temples and you may maintain the posture of the humble servant, the suffering servant, the God-victorious servant.

The gift of healing, then, again involves the base-of-the-spine chakra and it of necessity involves the crown because it is the raising of that light to the crown and then it drops to the third eye.  So when it is locked in the third eye it is by your vision, your hands and the fire of the Divine Mother that there is conveyed true healing.  And when I say true healing it must be the fire of the Holy Spirit that is able to heal the schism, convey the violet flame to transmute the record of the karma, heal the person of the desire for those substances that are inordinate and toxic that are causing the condition in the body, cast out the entities and evil spirits that are anchoring and focusing that repetitive and chronic manifestation.

Therefore, all healers must be free of the desire for repeat business.  [laughter]  You’ll get plenty of it once someone has told someone else, has told someone else of a healing and of a divine wholeness.  So the repetitive cycles will be a lot of new people, and of course the success of the healer is that nobody comes back.  So, of course, that’s a slight exaggeration because we are working on the whole man and it takes time and the body cannot absorb necessarily all the light at once that it does take for that total healing.

It is good to understand, therefore, if you are to receive the gift of healing and heal yourself, the parts of the body as they relate to the chakras.  I read those to you during this conference.  They are on tape.  Take your notes.  Get out the anatomy book and consider that your organs are vessels of the light flowing from your chakras.

Now, from the twelve to the eight o’clock line we have gone through the nine gifts of the Holy Spirit, and this is the foundation of our pursuit.

You can see that the apostle Paul who was trained by Jesus, who indeed went in to his temple at Saudi Arabia in the etheric octave and was taken up in that period on the desert came back and gave to the disciples the sense that indeed the Lord Christ Jesus does require of us the flame of God-mastery.

That flame of God-mastery is our commitment this year from the 27th of June to the 27th of June.  So let us see how we fare in the mastery of these nine gifts because we consciously think about it, because we go to the retreats.  And if you know that you are in a fourteen-day cycle of one of these Masters, go after the gift or gifts which that Master is sponsoring you in and take advantage of that open gate, that open door.

Now we come to the nine o’clock line, the gift and the mastery of the threefold flame, the balance of the threefold flame.  Well, if you think about it, isn’t it just, isn’t it to be expected that if you have a certain degree of mastery on these nine gifts that by the time you come to the nine o’clock line you ought to have a balanced or nearly balanced threefold flame?  Well, why not?  It’s the power of the three times three.

So if you are working on these nine as though you were taking nine subjects in, in high school or in college, each day giving a little time to each one, you can see how those plumes are developed even though you are concentrating and majoring on one for those two-week cycles.

So the balance of the threefold flame will give you perfect discernment of spirits.  And it is very interesting in the discernment of spirits because when you have it you will note that the false testimony of the carnal mind or what someone wants you to believe that is just the veneer, just the patine that is being painted, that is a very strong delusion and a very strong force.  But inside of you your inner sense tells you, “Don’t believe it.  It isn’t true.  This is a faker.  This is a liar,” and so forth and so on.  But the overwhelming pressure of the entities and demons of that lying spirit that is in that individual has to work against you, against your believing in yourself that you have the true reaction and the true knowledge and that what is being sold to you as a bill of goods just isn’t so.

So the power to cast out the demons of the liar that would cause you to believe the lie comes from the Holy Spirit and the balanced and expanded threefold flame.

You need to get the idea as a result of being at this class that indeed everyone whose threefold flame is not balanced is a spiritual cripple.  And if you know that, you know how desperately you need attunement with your Holy Christ Self and how important it is to give the calls to the Holy Christ Self and the songs to the Holy Christ Self to superimpose his threefold flame over your heart chakra to make up the difference until by that very superimposing you have magnetized within you by the threefold flame of your Holy Christ Self the balance of your own threefold flame.

So the 3/9 axis is very important.  And, of course, the heart chakra is the merging of the fire of Spirit and Matter through the threefold flame.  And so, the misuses of the fire of the heart can be very damaging to the organ of the heart, to the lifestream and karmically so, and can encrust the heart with hardness of heart or violence and violent energy.  The heart must be guarded, sanctified, considered a holy place, and you must not allow it to be violated by the unseemliness and the crassness of the world.

Now the ultimate gift of free will, the gift of free will itself and its correct exercise in all ways must be absolutely dependent upon the third-eye chakra, which as you will note is not fully opened and functioning.  We began on the four o’clock line, we’re completing it on the ten.

But what is the prerequisite to that fully opened third eye on the Matter side or the Omega side of the Clock?  It is the balanced threefold flame.  When you have the balanced threefold flame you will have the perfect seeing and the perfect desiring through that threefold flame to choose by free will to embody your divine plan, your inner blueprint, the reason for which you were created.  Through this meshing together of these two lenses on the 4/10 axis you ge, have the perfect vision, and this vision is the placing of the capstone on the pyramid, which is the purpose of the fulfillment of this conference.

Now if you will see the 4/10 and the 1/7 axis, that is the pink cross, that is the Ruby Ray.  If you want to forge ahead with that beloved brother, that supreme self-sacrificing brother who entered the cave and began his long trek to the center of the earth for us until we should become quickened on the surface to allow him to return as he said today, it is the 1/7, 4/10 that you must truly guard.

And so, it’s the seat-of-the-soul chakra and the third eye.  And what do you see about that?  They are in polarity.  The third-eye chakra is one chakra down from the c, from the crown, the seat of the soul is one chakra up from the base of the spine.  So you can form a circle between them and those energies are united.

Finally on the eleven o’clock line, this is the twelfth gift, and it is the gift of All Power in Heaven and in Earth.  And Jesus made that statement in the final hours of his mission, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.  These are the initiations of the Maha Chohan, these final three.  And that power is given to the servant of God who has proven on all lines of the Clock, even on the eleven o’clock line through the five axis, that he will not abuse either the power of the Spirit Cosmos or the power of the Matter Cosmos.  So this is the culmination of the victory of your incarnation of the Christ.

Now, in the Buddhist tradition the concept of the mandala is prevalent.  A mandala is a design and a thoughtform.  It may be a picture of Buddhas in a certain position.  This chart is a mandala.

Take a ring that you have of a stone that you prefer or a little piece of amethyst of whatever you may have, a little piece of the ruby that is born, that is grown in the laboratory, which is where that ruby came from that you saw today, has the exact molecular structure.  And wherever you are working on the line of the Clock on a particular gift you have this sheet which is very precious on your altar, you put your stone on that line of the Clock, right on the point of it where, where the line from the center meets the circle and you give your decrees with that stone sitting on th, this position on this chart.

You visualize yourself standing in the center of the chart, right in the center of the circle and this Clock is all around you.  So the twelve o’clock is before you, the six is behind, the right, the left, the three o’clock, the nine o’clock.  So you are actually in your microcosm where you see these focuses of these lines and these Masters as though they were a belt of astrology just as you have seen drawn for you in the astrology charts and books that are available that belt that exists where all of the constellations are.  And so, you understand that as you see your own astrological chart as a Clock so you see this Clock not as simply a diagram but as a living reality which you inhabit.  You inhabit this chart.

And when you stand in the center even as you would visualize yourself standing and you do stand before your Mighty I AM Presence to give the tube of light you know that standing in the center you affirm, “I AM Alpha and Omega in the white fire core of Being.  I AM the beginning and the ending.  Lo, I AM THAT I AM.”  And the most fiery decree you can give in the center of that circle is the “Call to the Fire Breath” of God.  Let us give it together now.

Decree leaders, charging chelas, this is a great key.  After giving your tube of light three times stand right there and give the call to the fire breath of God that the Holy Spirit might come unto you.  And you feel that this T’ai Chi in the center of this circle is turning and it is turning, and as it turns the fire infolds itself, i–n, infolds itself in a fiery coil.  And it is as though within the center of your being there is a fire turning, in itself that is drawing by this spiral action all of the energies of cosmos that you need for that day to strengthen you, to heal you, to perform the tasks at hand.

The fire infolding itself is the means of drawing from universal energy.  It’s like drawing horizontally from the universal energy of the Spirit/Matter Cosmos even as you draw vertically your tube of light.  So with those two calls before your altar you have established the sign of the cross two-dimensionally, this way and this way.  I would like to show you the “14 Stations of the Aquarian Cross.”  This is also a mandala.  Decree leaders, when you’re leading decrees it is well to have a flat table behind you so that you can put a little quartz crystal on each of the lines.

Now, this chart is given to you so that you can use it when you are giving the mantras of Kuan Yin.  We have selected Kuan Yin mantras and assigned them to the fourteen stations as they seemed applicable and so they are on the second cassette of the new Kuan Yin Rosary as they are chanted.  So as you go through them you would move that crystal around this Clock.

You can see, then, on this Clock what are the stations and what are the initiations, then you look at the other Clocks that are on the various charts we’ve given to you at this conference and you see what are the great powers that God gives to you to overcome.

You know that it is the hierarchy of Capricorn on the twelve o’clock line, the Great Divine Director.  You know that it is, in terms of the gift of the Holy Spirit, the Word of Wisdom.  In terms of the God quality, it is God-power and so on.  And so, all of the forces that come to bear that are the great divine realities on that line will assist you when the Divine Mother within you and her offspring within you and around you are condemned to death by the fallen angels and the Nephilim gods.

Now, it is the fallen ones who put the seed of Christ through these stations.  They put Jesus through those stations.  And so, we are reminded of that fact.  We turn the sheet over and we see the “14 Stations of the Piscean Cross.”  Now all of these stations are written in scripture.  They can be walked in Jerusalem.  They happened.  Jesus walked through them.  And by walking through them he therefore realized the fullness ultimately of the fifteenth rosary.

So if you go around the Clock the order is you’re starting at the twelve o’clock line, and you can see by the station numbers you go all the way around the Clock to the eleven o’clock line, you get to the eleventh station, the twelfth station on the eleven o’clock line.  The thirteenth station is repeating the twelve o’clock line, Jesus is taken down from the cross.

Now you come around in a figure-eight flow as the arrow shows you to the right, through the center, down on the left side and you hit the six o’clock line and that is the fourteenth station, Jesus is laid in the sepulchre.  It’s the tomb of the Divine Mother in the very base chakra which is the source of sacred-fire healing for that body that has been taken down from the cross of its crucifixion.

Resurrection morning, Jesus rises from the sepulchre and so that figure eight follows around and arrives at the very center in the heart of the T’ai Chi.  Now, in that resurrection, in that demonstration of that victory of the fourteen stations, Jesus is fully the incarnation of that Universal Christ and he has received or sh, is about to receive in the next forty days the all power in heaven and earth that is given unto me.

So, we can say that symbolically forty days after the resurrection, which in your life might be forty days, forty years, forty centuries, you come to the perfectionment by the sacred fire of that Christhood.  Then you are free to enter into what is known as the fifteenth rosary, to take the fullness of that Christhood and to give it to the world that all of your Christhood and all of your attainment shall now be given day after day after day to support those who are somewhere on the outer rings of this walking of the stations, who are burdened, who are bearing the cross not only of their own karma but of world karma, and you lend the light of your Christhood to support and uphold them by your prayers and by your service.

Now, giving your Christhood to the world is not a one-time event.  Each time you give away your Christhood it is instantaneously replenished almost as though photo­graphically the Electronic Presence of yourself is manifest.  You give it to another, the Electronic Presence is manifest again.

So anyone who does not give away his Christhood in service to the world simply does not understand the great glory and joy of the very process.  Because each time you give it’s the outbreath of the sacred fire breath.  And so, that which is self-emptied having b, been created as a vacuum now is infilled and so once again that Christhood infills you but because you have given it away to multiply another’s Christhood you have an increase.  So each time you give it away your Christhood has increased.

Now, it is mechanization man and those on the periphery of life with too much karma and too much burden that say, “Well, I would never think of spending my life serving everyone else.  You know, I have to have my life to myself.”  And you just don’t understand that the only way you can ever keep your life is to give it away.  The only way you can ever renew your strength or your courses or your youth or your eternal Be-ness is in giving it away and letting that light pour through you, pour through you.  The channels are opened, they never cease to be opened and God never ceases to pour through.  But it al, it is always more than yesterday because you receive the increase of the great good work that has been accomplished.

So that is your mandala of the fourteen stations of the Aquarian cross.  This two f, -thousand-year period we walk these stations with the Divine Mother.  And it is the Divine Mother and her children on planet earth today that are being cur, crucified.  It is Woman and it is the life-force and sacred fire, the Kundalini itself that is being assaulted, condemned, crucified, raped and so forth, and that’s in the bodies of both men and women.

Children are not only being aborted physically; their minds are being aborted and destroyed by chemicals, food, indoctrination, programming, TV, et cetera, et cetera, even the inoculations, of course, that we hear about, the damage they are doing.  And it is just completely unknown what they are doing and how they are contaminated.  So children hardly have a chance to make it to age thirty-three without having their bodies so compromised that they cannot be the chalice or the vessel.

So that is the fifteenth rosary.

Now when you complete the fifteenth rosary in the center, here you have gone down from the thirteenth to the fourteenth, you’ve come up again, you’re in the center.  You’ve completed that ritual of the fifteenth rosary and in the completion of it you are in the white fire core of Being.  You may spend a period in inner retreat, in samadhi, in nirvana.  It may between lifetimes.  But it is a very profound going within for the, the reinforce­ment of one’s forces.

So you complete that figure eight now by going up on the left side at the top.  And where do you find yourself?  Back on the twelve o’clock line.  You’re going to start walking the stations of the Aquarian cross all over again, but this time it is not that you are condemned to death because of personal karma and because you need to gain mastery and you’re in the process of becoming the Christ; this time you are fully the Christ and you are bearing the burden of the Lord.

Bearing the burden of the Lord means to bear his mantle, to bear his Universal God consciousness and Christ consciousness.  It means carrying in one’s being the dharma of the Buddha, the community of the Buddha, the sangha and that very Guru-chela relationship.  One is a bodhisattva becoming a Buddha at this point and one is concentrating on the mastery and expansion of the mastery of each of the God powers and God hierarchies of these lines.  So, these are the cycles that we are continually fulfilling.

Whatever level we are in attainment on the ladder of life we will encounter these lines of the Clock differently.  They are also altered and adjusted by our current astrology and astrology patterns and the year we are on on our lines and so forth.  So the chemistry of life leaves never a dull moment.  But I want to tell you that when you realize how precise and exact it is you realize that no two days in a lifetime are ever alike and you’ll really never come back to the same place again.  So, wherever you are make the most of the opportunity of giving of yourself at that moment because that moment is a segment of eternity and it will not return.

I am giving you now the lessons on the five Dhyani Buddhas on which you are welcome to take notes.  If you keep this chart out on the Lords of the Seven Rays and the five secret rays you’ll bear in mind the second half of the Clock and the fa, half-hour lines.

The reason that it is necessary to give you this teaching is that you must be grounded at least basically in the teaching in order to receive the fullest benefit of the Solar Logoi, besides which this is a most fascinating subject.  [laughter]

Invocation for the Electronic Presences of the Masters and Buddhas:

In the name I AM THAT I AM Sanat Kumara, let the mantle of beloved Padma Sambhava descend, Lord Maitreya with us and around and through each one, Lord Gautama Buddha, Lord Jesus Christ and Kuthumi, beloved Maitreya, beloved Gautama, beloved Sanat Kumara and Seven Holy Kumaras, beloved principles and presences of th, of the five Dhyani Buddhas, come now and place your Electronic Presence over us for the opening and the clearing of the way of the five secret rays.

In the name of Mighty Cosmos, Amen.

DHYANI BUDDHAS  Introduction

The word “Dhyani” is derived from the Sanskrit dhyana, which means “medita­tion.”  Dhyani is spelled d-h-y-a-n-i.  Its derivative or its source ends in a instead of i, d-h-y-a-n-a, dhyana.

In the Buddhist tradition, the term “Dhyani Buddha” is used to describe a specific group of five nonhistorical celestial Buddhas who are visualized during meditation as distinguished from historical Buddhas, such as Lord Gautama.

These visualizations are extremely important because we are dealing with principles, the principle behind the manifest Buddha, hence the principle of the Logos behind our own incarnation and specifically in the five secret rays.

Now, remember that the Eighth Ray leading to the secret chamber of the heart is entered on the six-thirty line.  We go from the six o’clock line of the Mother and if we have passed the first seven initiations of those seven lines of the Clock we are admitted to the Eighth Ray chamber, the eighth-petaled, the eight-petaled secret chamber of the heart where the threefold flame is.  We go to the center of the circle by the only means we may go there, by the figure-eight pattern.  We go through that figure-eight pattern and we return then as we proceed around the Clock and we are about to enter the initiations of the five secret rays on the half-hour lines.

So, the Dhyani Buddhas in the order that we shall give them are on those five lines‑-seven-thirty, eight-thirty, nine-thirty, ten-thirty, eleven-thirty.  Th, the half-hour lines are the very precise disciplines and initiations of the Divine Mother and the Buddha.  So, if we visualize the principle of the Buddha we have firmly within ourselves the inner thoughtform whereby we can outpicture the Buddha.

The Dhyani Buddhas are said to have originated out of the Supreme Being called the Adi-Buddha.  Adi-Buddha, spelled a-d-i.  Tibetan Buddhists believe that this primordial Adi-Buddha created the five celestial Dhyani Buddhas by his meditative powers.  And meditative powers are secret-ray powers, and so many Westerners are used to surface living.  We can make our way through the initiations of the seven rays but when it comes to the secret rays there simply is not the mastery, the control, the inner stillness that we have to acquire on those half-hour lines.  So here to help us are the five Dhyani Buddhas.  Through them we enter in.

First, Vairochana.  Spelled v-a-i-r-o-c-h-a-n-a, Vairochana.  Second, Akshobhya.  Akshobhya, spelled a-k-s-h-o-b-h-y-a, Akshobhya.  Three, Ratnasambhava or, some would have it, Ratnasambhava.  Ratnasambhava, r-a-t-n-a-s-a-m-b-h-a-v-a, Ratna­sambhava.   Number four, Amitabha.  Amitabha.  A-m-i-t-a-b-h-a.  Five, Amoghasiddhi.  Amoghasiddhi.  A-m-o-g-h-a-s-i-d-d-h-i, Amoghasiddhi, Amoghadsiddhi.

Author B. H. Hodgson explains that the Dhyani Buddhas “are considered the immediate sources of the five elements of matter”–earth, air, fire, water and ether‑-“and of the five organs and five faculties of sensation.”  No question in our minds that these are the open-door principles to the mastery of the five secret rays and their chakras.

“The molding of these materials into the shape of an actual world is not, however, the business of the five Buddhas, but it is devolved by them upon lesser emanations from themselves [called] Bodhisattvas.”  So should you aspire to be a bodhisattva, more or less the equivalency of term with the Western term disciple, if you truly understand at the, at the degree at which the disciples of Jesus were, they were true initiates, bodhi­sattvas.  These bodhisattvas “are thus the active agents of the creation and government of the world.”

The bodhisattva level is the Christ level of oneself.  We can also consider that Jesus Christ in his full Christhood is first the bodhisattva and the bodhisattva becoming the Buddha.

Each of these celestial Dhyani Bodhisattvas created a Buddha as his representative and teacher on earth.  For example, the Buddha Maitreya is believed to be an emanation of the Dhyani Bodhisattva Vishvapani, who is an emanation of the Dhyani Buddha Amoghasiddhi.  Gautama Buddha is said to be an emanation of the Dhyani Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara, who is an emanation of the Dhyani Buddha Amitabha.  All Buddhist deities are members of the “family” of one of the five Dhyani Buddhas.  When depicted in art these gods often have an image of their parent Dhyani Buddha in their crown.  We’ve spoken of Kuan Yin with her parent Buddha Amitabha as the image on the crown.

Each Dhyani Buddha is distinguished by specific characteristics such as:  color, the mudra, the posture of the hands which thereby releases that certain energy of that secret ray, a sacred symbol, a symbolic animal which supports his throne, a sphere of action in matter, a seed syllable, or bija syllable.

The bija syllable represents the essence of the Dhyani Buddha.  Bija is the essence.  Bija always means seed.  Every principle of God has a seed syllable and it is out of that seed that you derive the essence of that being by sound, by intonation, by the release of the Word.

Sarasvati.

AIM.

The more you use the violet flame, the ray of purity, the more that sound and intonation will resonate through your cells, cells, c-e-l-l-s, uninhibited.  Bija mantras are keys to the Dhyani Buddhas.

The Buddhist monk and scholar Sangharakshita describes the Buddhist tradition that “by repeating the mantra and assuming the mudra of any Buddha or Bodhisattva one can not only place oneself in correspondence or alignment with the particular order of reality which he personifies but also be infused with its transcendental, transcendental power.”

Now think of that piece of knowledge combined with the Everlasting Gospel that we have in Aquarius of the knowledge of the superimposition over ourselves of our Holy Christ Self, our I AM Presence, the infilling of our being with the Holy Spirit and the calling to the Electronic Presence of that one, a life of purity dedicated in all ways, and you can see that it does not take very long for you as a devotee to be the walking representative of the Master whom you espouse and the Buddha that you give your allegiance to.

I consider in this moment as I contemplate this science that these Dhyani Buddhas do have their correspondence also to certain signs of the zodiac, which would be your birth signs and then all the other signs of the planets in your chart.

Author Detlef Lauf has explained that the Dhyani Buddhas “are looked upon as beings whose activity will manifest through man himself.  These Dhyani Buddhas are not only symbols of our personality but also are forces in the cosmic structure.”  They are part of the geometry of the Matter Cosmos, being the nexus whereby spiritual powers penetrate the physical universe.

The Dhyani Buddhas embody five aspects of transcendental wisdom which are the means of ridding man of the five poisons that cause suffering‑-five aspects of transcendental wisdom.  This speaks of gifts of the Holy Spirit, displacing by their sacred fire these five enemies of your soul‑-ignorance, hatred, pride, greed, envy.  These must be cast out and cast out of the electronic belt.

The Dhyani Buddhas are thus called the physicians of mind and soul, or the Medicine Buddhas.

DHYANI BUDDHAS  Mandala

The Dhyani Buddhas are depicted in what is called a mandala.  This is a Sanskrit word meaning “sacred circle,” sacred circle.  In the mandala of the Dhyani Buddhas there is a Buddha positioned in the center as well as on each of the cardinal points–north, south, east and west.

The eminent authority on Tibetan Buddhism Lama Govinda says that “north, south, east, and west in a mandala are not indications of three-dimensional space, but of movement within the inner space of meditational experience.”  This is precisely what your Cosmic Clock is.  It is the inner direction of being which is not going somewhere, not cardinal points but cosmic forces that align on these lines of the Clock according to their polarity, the weight of their plus and minus balance.

“This movement, like the course of the sun, begins in the east where the sun rises.  Since the mandala was originally drawn or composed on the ground in front of the meditator, the east is the point nearest to him and from there proceeds clockwise, following the course of the sun.”  This is a good way to do the eastern mandala but as I said, on the Cosmic Clock you are the center.

Mandalas vary according to different schools of thought.  The mandala of the Dhyani Buddhas that I will outline here is taken from the text called the Tibetan Book of the Dead which was revealed by our sponsor, beloved Padma Sambhava, who was called by beloved Gautama Buddha to place upon me the mantle of the Gurus in the Buddhist continuity and lineage.  So our dear Padma Sambhava has given this revelation.

In the eighth century Padma brought to Tibet the teachings of Maitreya and, as these were established in the Yogacharya school of Buddhism.  The Yogacharya teachings were said to have been inspired by Maitreya upon his disciple Asanga.  These teachings provided the basis for Tibetan Buddhism.

Lama Govinda writes of the Dhyani Buddha mandala, quote:  “To each [quarter of the mandala] is assigned a particular color:  to the east the dark-blue of the sky before sunrise,” that is before oneself, “to the south the yellow of the sun at noon, to the west the red of the setting sun, and to the north the mysterious blue-green of the moonlit night.  The center, the integration of all the colors, is white.”

“The left side of the mandala is designated as south, the right side as north, and the farthest point opposite to the meditator” is the “west.  If such a mandala is rep, is reproduced in a tanka and hung on a wall, what is up would be the west and what is down [would be] the east,” and we can show you that tanka on your monitor at this time.

Tibetologist Detlef Lauf explains in his book entitled Tibetan Sacred Art

that the mandala represents “the sphere cleansed of spiritual obstacles and impurities,” which really means the sphere of self.  “It is the pure palace at whose lotus center deities assemble.  We may describe the mandala as a symbolic temple of the heart and as the sacred place of great mystery.  It is not by accident that the center of the sacred circle contains an archetypic, an archetypal picture of a divine city or holy temple in whose walls the Dhyani Buddha as shall be received, in whose walls the Dhyani Buddhas shall be received” by the devotee.

This is the value of the tankas.  The exact positioning of the Buddhas, the deities, the divine beings are at those specific positions in your microcosm where are the key points of vulnerability due to the fact that at those points are the crisscrossing of cosmic forces, cosmic forces of varying frequencies, and as they converge they release power, wisdom, love and identity, integration.  So these are points of initiation which we cannot get through on our own for which we require representative deities or Buddhas, enlightened ones who will not only hold the balance for us but will teach us, train us, discipline us, initiate us and tell us, of course, that we must do all these things ourselves from within‑-teach ourselves, train ourselves, test ourselves and so forth.

Vairochana is positioned in the center of the mandala.  Akshobhya is positioned on the eastern portion of the mandala which represents sunrise on the six o’clock line.  Ratnasambhava occupies the southern section on the nine o’clock line, repre­senting the sun at high noon.  Amitabha is in the western quarter of the mandala on the twelve o’clock line, representing the setting sun.  Amoghasiddhi occupies the northern portion representing the moonlit night on the three o’clock line.

This is not to be confused with the cardinal points of the compass as we are taught by Mother Mary on our Cosmic Clock.  It’s simply a different way of diagramming.

DHYANI BUDDHAS  Vairochana

Vairochana’s name means literally “in shapes making visible,” in shapes making visible‑-in other words, he is the manifester of phenomena.  His white form symbolizes a pure consciousness.  Sometimes he is depicted holding a wheel with eight spokes which symbolize the eightfold path of the Buddha.

Vairochana’s skandha, which means his sphere of action in matter, is conscious­ness.  His element is space, ether.  His color is blue heart, white body.  His emblem is the lion.  His position in the mandala is center.  His line of the Clock, 7:30, Leo, the First Secret Ray.  That secret ray, the first one is braced on the seven o’clock line by the seat of the soul and the solar plexus on the eight.  So that secret-ray initiation is at the half hour between the seat of the soul and the solar plexus.  Obviously, you’re not going to fare well in that initiation if you haven’t put yourself to the discipline of mastering those chakras.

His wisdom is the wisdom of the universal Law, or all-pervading wisdom.  Vair­ochana’s perversion or poison is ignorance.  He vanquishes and banishes ignorance.  His virtue is God-gratitude; the perversion, ingratitude, thoughtless­ness and spiritual blindness.  The polar opposite virtue is God-love whose perver­sion is hatred, mild dislike and witchcraft as we see these on our Clock.  His perfection in the ten perfection of the Buddhas, which we have in our book Quietly Comes the Buddha, his perfection are in the plus and the minus, alms and precepts.  His mudra is teaching or setting in motion the wheel of the dharma or Law.

It is the left hand at the level of the breast, cupped, the thumb and forefinger‑-I think you can’t see me‑-thumb and the forefinger are joined.  Over this comes the thumb and forefinger of the right hand meeting.  The teaching and the wheel of the Law.  The three fingers that are extended show your mastery of the threefold flame on those three avenues of the secret rays.

I am going to show you the other four.  First of all, the seed syllable of ri, Vairochana, his bija is OM.  The system we use, then, is we recite the seed syllable, the name of the Dhyani Buddha and we seal it again with the seed syllable.  So it will be

This is making a cosmic loop.  You begin in the heart of the OM, the point of creation in, with Brahman and the Word.  You call upon the name of a manifest principle, not manifest physically but a principle that has identity in Spirit which causes the OM to flow through that.  It is the threading of the eye of the needle of the secret chamber of your heart by the vibration of Vairochana and reciting the OM again back to the very center.  Since this is the first Dhyani Buddha it begins with the OM.  It is his seed syllable.

DHYANI BUDDHAS  Akshobhya

Next we take Akshobhya.  The literal meaning of his name is “imperturbable.”  Marvelous, [laughter] let’s all be imperturbable.  That should be ultimate bliss forever.  He is also referred to as immutable or unshakable.

His skandha, which is written s-k-a-n-d-h-a, remember that’s his sphere of action in matter, is form and corporeality.  His element is water.  His color is blue body, white heart.  His emblem is the elephant, symbol of steadfastness.  His position in the mandala is on the six o’clock line at the east.  His line of the Clock according to the secret rays is 8:30, Virgo, Second Secret Ray, flanked by solar plexus on the eight o’clock line, heart chakra on the nine.  His wisdom is mirror-like wisdom.  He shows all things in their true nature, meaning their true essence.

His perversion or poison is hatred and anger.  By his imperturbabil­ity, his immutability, his unshakableness, he vanquishes hatred and anger, the fires of the passions.  His virtue is God-Justice according to our Clock; perversion, injustice, frustration, anxiety, agitation, et cetera.  Polar opposite virtue is God-Mastery; perversion, doubt, fear, human questioning, records of death.  Again, the ability to be disturbed winds up being those compromises.  His perfection is renunciation and wisdom.

His mudra is the earth-touching mudra, the sign of the unshakable, steadfast nature.  And his bija is HUM.  So we would say OM Akshobhya HUM.  We retain the universal OM in the beginning.  We seal the mantra with HUM, the earth-touching muda, mudra which you all know.  The right hand is touching the earth in the absolute defense of your right to be doing what you are doing.  The left hand remains in this position, cupped beneath the heart as it does when it is not the principle of the mudra.  The earth-touching mudra.

As you give this you’ll develop the system and the facility of visualizing the Buddha, visualizing yourself braced in the qualities and virtues of that Buddha, dispelling by the fire of the Ruby Ray the poison that he is the conqueror of.  It is a wonderful, simple, peaceful meditation and it can be done so quickly when you have mastered it that it can be the sealing of your yoga exercise.

DHYANI BUDDHAS  Ratnasambhava

Ratnasambhava’s name means “origin of the jewels” or the “jewel possessing one.”  The jewels referred to in his name are the three jewels, known as:  the Buddha, the dharma, which is the teaching, and the sangha, or the community.  These three jewels are the three plumes of your threefold flame.  The crystalliza­tion of the God Flame in the Trinity results in your balanced participation as the bodhisattva under the Buddha, the embodiment of his dharma, the activator of his sangha.

Lama Govinda has summarized the symbology associated with Ratnasambhava:  “The Dhyani-Buddha of the southern direction is, like the sun at noon, the symbol of giving from the abundance of spiritual force.  Ratnasambhava, whose color corresponds to the warm light of the sun, appears in the gesture of giving the Three Jewels.  From his heart shines forth the golden light of Wisdom of the essential Equality of all beings.  The pure principle of feeling which is attributed to him is converted by him into the love and compassion for all living beings, into the feeling of identity.

“On the elementary plane Ratnasambhava corresponds to the earth, the earth [element,] which carries and nourishes all beings with the equanimity and patience of a mother, in whose eyes all beings, borne by her, are equal.  The traditional symbolical color of the element earth is yellow.  In its purest form it appears as gold or as a jewel, in the mystic terminology of alchemy as the ‘Philosopher’s Stone.'”

Ratnasambhava is the fulcrum of the five Dhyani Buddhas, the center and the key, and so the key becomes the Mother action, the Mother flame, the balanced threefold flame.  And what do we find?  The very line, the nine o’clock line where we master the threefold flame as our gift of the Holy Spirit, at the half hour of that line we are in the heart of the three jewels, immediately.  As soon as that threefold flame is mastered comes the path of the three jewels.

The skandha, the sphere of action in matter, of Ratnasambhava is feeling, feeling, a very secret-ray vibration having to do with all sensitivity.  The element is earth, the color, yellow (gold).  Emblem, horses symbolizing the sun at zenith.  Position in the mandala, nine o’clock line, the south, high noon.  Line of the Clock, 9:30, Libra, Third Secret Ray, flanked by the chakra of the heart on the nine o’clock line and the third eye on the ten.

Wisdom is the wisdom of equality through the Universal Christ, the Universal Bodhi­sattva.  His perversion, his poison, is pride.  Pride is dispelled by that universal wisdom of co-equality.  Virtue is God-reality; perversion, dishonesty, intrigue, treachery, denial of Self.  Virtue on the polar opposite, God-control.  Perversion on the opposite, conceit, deceit, arrogance and ego.

The perfection of this Buddha is courage, courage and patience, courage and patience.  It takes patience to have courage.  [laughter]  If you don’t have patience your courage will not be focused with excellence and precision, and when you do something courageous you have to be sure that you do it with precision.

The mudra is the giving, or charity mudra.  This is the right hand touching the ground with the palm turned outward.  We touch the earth to gain our mastery, and as a result of it we give.

The bija mantra of Ratnasambhava, TRAM.  OM Ratnasambhava TRAM, TRAM.  OM in the heart of the original creation; Ratnasambhava, the principle or the image and likeness in whom we are made on this line of the Clock; TRAM, the sealing of its vibration and the action of it in actually doing the mudra but doing what the mudra symbolizes, in this case the charity.

Again, let the left hand rest as the cup beneath the heart holding the stability of the Omega, the right hand joyously giving.  The hand needs to be a chalice but the fingers should not be tight.  The tighter the cup is the more you are holding onto what you are giving.  If it is too loose you will not hold a matrix.  So it is that gentle curve, that gentle curve of giving whereby someone may truly receive from you.

DHYANI BUDDHAS  Amitabha

Amitabha means “infinite or immeasurable light or splendor.”

Lama Govinda says of Amitabha:  “The Dhyani-Buddha of the western direction appears in the color of the setting sun (red)” or the ruby as we would say, “and, in accordance with the most complent, contemplative hour of the day, his hands rest in his lap, in the gesture of meditation.  The deep red light of discriminating inner vision shines forth from his heart and the fully opened lotus of unfolding, creative meditation rests upon his hands.  The faculty of intuitive vision develops from the purified principle of perception, which is attributed to Amitabha.”

The peacock is the symbolic animal which supports Amitabha’s throne.  The peacock’s feathers are adorned with eyes.  Amitabha is the parent Buddha of the Dhyani Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara (whom we know in feminine form as our most beloved Kuan Yin).

Govinda notes that in Avalokitesvara, Amitabha’s “rays of infinite light are transformed into innumerable helping arms and outstretched hands.  In the palm of each of these hands appears the ‘eye of wisdom’, to show that” the “skillful means must always be accompanied by trans­cendental wisdom,” the eye of wisdom.

Amitoma’s, Amitabha’s skandha (sphere of action in matter) is perception.    Now, if you would ever desire to have a cross-affirmation or confirmation of a teaching out of the ancient Tibetan teaching of Padma Sambhava, we have confirmed so simply in our own Cosmic Clock.  All of these attributes we have been speaking of correspond to the ten o’clock line, the half hour thereof.  The eye is the third-eye chakra on the ten o’clock line.  The ruby color is the ruby cross, 1/7, 4/10.

The element of Amitabha is fire.  The color is ruby, the emblem, the peacock.  The position in the mandala is twelve o’clock line, the west, the setting sun.  Our line of the Clock is 10:30, Scorpio, Fourth Secret Ray, that piercing light of the vision of the eagle of Scorpio.  This 10:30 line is braced by the ten on one side and the eleven on the other, making the third-eye and throat chakras essential in this God-mastery.

Obviously, in the mantras of Kuan Yin we are mastering the throat chakra.  Not only the dexterity of the chant but the use of the chant through the throat passes the violet flame of Kuan Yin, of Amitabha Buddha through the throat, purifying all past abuses of that sound, that throat.

The wisdom of Amitabha is the wisdom of distinguishing inner vision, distinguishing inner vision.  The perversion or poison are passions, craving and greed.

Virtue is God-vision.  When we have perfect vision we see that we do not have the necessity of believing that we have wants that are not self-realized, that are not fulfilled.  The greed, the craving always for something outside of oneself to complete oneself is the result of an absence of vision and the misuse of the chakras.  Virtue, God-vision.  Perversion, selfishness, self-love and idolatry.

Virtue on the polar opposite is God-obedience.  Perversion (virtue, polar opposite) disobedience, stubbornness and defiance of the Law.

The perfection that comes from the twe, the, let’s see, the perfections that are in our Buddha book, the nine perfections are truth and resolution, the ten perfections, truth and resolution.

The mudra of Amitabha is the meditative gesture, the meditative gesture; one hand resting over the other in the lap, palms upward; sometimes the index fingers of both hands touch the thumbs)

The bija mantra is HRIH, h-r-i-h.  OM abitabha, OM Amitabha HRIH.  This is the mudra you also know well.  Here are the palms resting in the lap and as we give it we do focus the index finger with the thumb and therefore the three other fingers are resting in one another and these form a vertical, excuse me, a horizontal figure-eight flow.

Beautiful, isn’t it?

DHYANI BUDDHAS  Amoghasiddhi

Amoghasiddhi’s name means “almighty conqueror.”

Lama Govinda explains that “Amoghasiddhi, the Dhyani-Buddha of the northern direction, represents what we might call ‘the sun at midnight’, the mysterious activity of spiritual forces,” Capricorn, which work remov, “which work removed from the senses, invisible and imperceptible, with the aim of guiding all living beings toward the maturity of knowledge and liberation.  The yellow light of an (inner) sun invisible to human eyes, interwoven with the deep blue of the night sky, form the serene mystic green of Amoghasiddhi.”  This mystic green may be thought of as a teal, a deep aqua.  “The green light of All-Accomplish­ing Wisdom shines forth from his heart.”  Amoghasiddhi.

His skandha (sphere of action in matter) is volition, will.

Where does our will come from?‑-from the deepest innermost sun of being.  Will gives impetus that strengthens us to carry out that very will.  We feel the strength of our being deep within.  Your strength to do and to be is based on your will.  People who have no will usually are very weak and they are called weak-willed and they’re weak in every way.  They’re spineless.  They don’t have energy.  They don’t have that fiery core of oneness with that depth of the inner midnight sun.

His element is air.  His color is that green or teal green.  His emblem is the garuda, the half human, half eagle.  Position in the mandala is the three o’clock line, the north, the moonlit night.  Line of the Clock, 11:30, Fifth Secret Ray, Sagittarius, flanked by throat chakra, eleven, crown chakra, twelve.

Wisdom of all-accomplishing action.  The poison is jealousy and envy.  And surely does jealousy and envy poison the mind and render it incapable of containing the wisdom of God.  His virtue is God-victory; the perversion, resentment, revenge, retaliation, getting even with someone because of your envy and jealousy and ignorance, believing you cannot have what they have.

Virtue, the polar opposite, is God-wisdom.  Perversion (virtue, polar opposite) envy, jealousy, ignorance of the Law.  The perfection is goodwill and unattachment, also called indifference.

The mudra of Amoghasiddhi is the fearlessness, protecting-giving mudra.  Left hand again cupped beneath the heart, right hand at the level of the breast; palm forward and fingers upward.  You can give this with the hand flat or you can again connect the thumb and the forefinger.

The Amoghasiddhi seed syllable that releases that fearlessness flame and, remember this, in this action of the color of that green that the fearlessness flame is a white ray tinged, sheathed in green, again, the Ascended Master teaching and the ancient tradition converging on specifics.

The bija is AH, a-h, AH.  OM Amoghasiddhi AH.

First of all, this posture‑-I’ll come down and show you.  This posture establishes for you a circle of protection.  This is fearlessness flame going forth from you, white fire of the Divine Mother piercing the Matter Cosmos with this green.

The way to establish that protection when you are in the midst of a battle and feeling the assale, the assailants of the aliens, et cetera, is to establish as though you were drawing a line of fire that were as thick as icing, an intense fire, and as you draw the line, it’s on the belt of your astrology remember, the astrology of the earth.  And so, you go this whole half of the circle in this direction, you come back and you are going over it, you are redrawing the line.  You are going over it.

Now, this is something that you can do, which by the way I don’t make a practice of doing, but it is a good idea before you go out and do public speaking if behind the stage, behind the altar you establish this mudra of the setting of the forcefield of protection.  So, you are setting the forcefield of noninter­ference with the message you are giving.

And of course you do complete the circle.  You go all the way around and then you come back again and you go the other way all the way around.  So, that is 360 degrees protection established through your I AM Presence, through the Ascended Masters of the Great White Brotherhood, the Seven Archangels and so forth.  It is fearlessness.  It is protection.

Once you establish that fearlessness flame that none may cross except they be of the light and that circle of protection you are free to use the same mudra in personal and planetary healing.  Now the chakra is the means of the pure ray, the emerald green ray of divine healing.

Now we’re going to take that mantra.  I am going to invite you to stand and draw your protective circle as best you can.  [laughter]  Start in the center.

OM Amoghasiddhi AH.  (given 11x)

The intensity of the release of the mantra comes from the disciplined release of the sacred fire from within your center, that fire infolding itself, the release of the sacred fire breath, the visualization of the light pouring through you.  This is not an ordinary sound you are sounding.  You are consciously entering into the fiery vortex of the Word of God in the beginning.

We can combine now the five seed syllables of the Dhyani Buddhas, OM HUM TRAM HRIH AH.

OM HUM TRAM HRIH AH.  (given 6x)

Now, as you get dexterous in this you can switch all the mudras as you go through them.

Now the wonderful gift I give to you is the seed syllable of Maitreya.  The seed syllable of Maitreya is like a love come true because the heart of Maitreya and his kindness and compassion is the seed syllable of Sarasvati whose presence is with us and was pronounced in last year’s dictation of Gautama Buddha.  So Sarasvati’s seed syllable is AIM.  Let us establish that sound within us.

AIM.  AIM.  AIM.

And here is the seed syllable of Maitreya.  MAIM.

MAIM.  MAIM.  MAIM.

Thus, the beginning and the ending of Maitreya is the letter m of the Divine Mother.  And so, we discover his profound devotion to the Mother and the secret of his Buddhahood.

PADMA SAMBHAVA

In a dictation given through me December 1977, Padma Sambhava said, “Now pursue your initiation under Cosmos, the Ascended Master of the secret rays, and call to the five Buddhas…in this cycle of timelessness and spacelessness.  Give the names of the Dhyani Buddhas, give the simple mantra, OM AKSHOBHYA HUM.  Give these for each one of the Buddhas and you will feel the reinforcement and the increase of the secret rays within you.  Only those who are prepared will receive, only those who are prepared will receive.”

These five secret-ray mantras that I have given you are the keys to the containment and the control of nuclear energy.  The misuse of nuclear energy is the misuse of the five secret rays and the principles of the five Dhyani Buddhas.  If you allow these mantras to sing through you, to dance through you, to sound through you, you will begin the great strengthening of the chakras, of the nucleus of every atom and cell of your being, strengthening the light against diseases, last plagues, cancers, AIDS and so forth, against the mind manipulation of aliens and the misuse of energy.

But above all, you will embody in the earth not only the rays and the principles but the bodhisattvas of the Dhyani Buddhas will place their Electronic Presence over you and you may offer yourself to God as an instrument for the neutralization and the transmutation of misuses of nuclear energy whether in nuclear holocaust or war, accident, accidental misuses of nuclear energy or the other kind of nuclear abuse which is the misuse through genetic engineering of the way life ought to be manifest in the harmony and balance that comes out of the pattern of the Buddhas.

These mantras are the very mantras you need for conception, for the carrying of children in the womb, for the rearing of children, for the sounding of the tone that enables them to unfold their own inner potential from the inner bodhi, the inner Buddha of the five secret rays.

They are truly indispensable, for as you know there is a white fire core to every one of the seven rays, and the nucleus of Alpha and Omega in the center of the seven rays is always sealed in the five sheaths of the five secret rays.

I thank your sweet hearts for tarrying with me that I could deliver to you this very precious message.  [36-sec. applause]  Thank you.

To God be the glory, and I bow to the Light within you.  We are now ready to receive the full measure of love from the heart of Paul the Venetian and the Maha Chohan.

What is the Holy Spirit?

Third Person of the Trinity; the omnipresence of God; the cloven tongues of fire that focus the Father-Mother God, also called the sacred fire; the energies of Life that infuse a cosmos. In the Hindu Trinity of Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva, the Holy Spirit corresponds to Shiva, known as the Destroyer/Deliverer because his all-consuming Love, when invoked in the planes of Matter, binds the forces of evil and transmutes the cause and effect of man’s miscreations, thus delivering him from the prison house of karma and its dark denizens.

Prana is the essence of the Holy Spirit that we take in by the sacred fire breath through the chakras to nourish the four lower bodies. The Holy Spirit focuses the balance of the Father-Mother God in the white-fire core of being. The exorcism of foul spirits and unclean entities is accomplished by the sacred fire of the Holy Spirit in the name of Christ and the I AM THAT I AM. The nine gifts of the Spirit are powers conveyed to the Lord’s servants to bind death and hell and work his works on earth.

The Person and the Flame of the Holy Spirit is the Comforter whom Jesus promised would come when our Lord took his leave—to enlighten us, to teach us, and to bring all things to our remembrance that beloved Jesus has taught us, both in heaven and on earth. Each time a son or daughter of God ascends into the Presence of the I AM THAT I AM, the Holy Spirit descends to fill the void and to magnify the Lord’s Presence on earth. This is the ritual of the descent of the Holy Ghost promised by Jesus to his disciples when the Master said, “Tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high,” which took place on Pentecost.

The nine gifts

The nine gifts of the Holy Spirit are (1) the word of wisdom, (2) the word of knowledge, (3) faith, (4) healing, (5) the working of miracles, (6) prophecy, (7) the discerning of spirits, (8) divers kinds of tongues, (9) the interpretation of tongues.

The representative of the Holy Spirit

The representative of the flame of the Holy Spirit to earth’s evolutions is the ascended master who occupies the office of Maha Chohan. The Holy Spirit is the Personal Impersonality of the Godhead and is positioned on the west side of the City Foursquare.
