LECTURE & SERVICE TRANSCRIPT

INVOCATION:

Our heavenly Father, in the name of thy Son, Jesus Christ, we summon the holy angels and the Queen of Angels, our beloved Mother Mary.  Blessed Virgin, with Raphael, draw nigh to us in this hour of love’s victory on planet Earth.  Angels of healing, come now in numberless numbers.  Minister unto life‑-those who are in beds of pain this hour, those who are depressed, burdened, compromised, violated by a mechanistic, materialistic civilization.

Mother Mary, in your concern for the children of light under World Communism, we ask your intercession this day that they might be cut free by legions of light, seraphim of God.  O Justinius, captain of seraphic bands, come forth.  Our hearts go now with thine own, beloved Mother Mary, to every nation.  Let the alleviation of suffering come through comfort, enlightenment, a reeducation of the desiring of the soul to embrace the desiring of God to be made whole.  O wean thy children, Blessed Mother, from their desires for the baubles and trinkets of life, and let them embrace the eternal values of thy blessed Son.

We pray for all those who are ministering servants to life in every field.  Let them understand their calling, each and every one in the service of the Father/Mother God, in the service of mighty Elohim, in the service of that company of saints Above and below who are earnestly striving to elevate humanity to the exercise of the fullest potential of freedom‑-a spiritual freedom that understands the laws of God and in humility desires to live ‘neath the canopy of that Logos.

O mighty Word, descend.  Descend for the judgment of all that is unreal, that reality might at last appear, that divine truth might actually be the practical working out in our lives day by day of our responsibilities, our sacred labor, our families, our jobs, and the victorious overcoming of our personal karma.

O Mother Mary, teach us to banish sin and the sense of sin, not to condemn but to be tolerant and compassionate, uplifting.  Rather than accuse, let us teach, ennoble, and

exalt the best of all people.  Beloved Mother, teach us how to be Mother on earth.  Teach us how to nourish life.  Teach us how to promote understanding and break down the barriers of superstition, fanaticism, and world hatred even of thyself, beloved Mother, for that hatred is based solely upon ignorance.  We who know and love thee as the mother of our lord, as the mighty archangel of the fifth ray, would dispel all misinformation concerning thy holy presence with all people always.

In the name of the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit, and the Mother, beloved Mother Mary, we love you this day and we are grateful for your presence in our hearts, in our life, and in our community.  Amen.

Greetings, everyone.  [response]

You look entirely different than you did yesterday.  [laughter]  Praise Maitreya!

Do you feel different?  [“Yes!”]

In this hour of the sun in its zenith and the great joy of our being together, we join in a service to the Blessed Mother, and at this moment we will give with her the rosary.  Won’t you be seated.  [pause 25 sec.]

Before we begin and while others are entering, let us give the Hail Mary.

*Hail, Mary, full of grace.  The Lord is with thee.

Blessed art thou among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us, sons and daughters of God, now and at the hour of our victory over sin, disease, and death. (*9x)

We’re about to begin our rosary now, and I wanted to say to you that as I have explained in my introduction to the book My Soul Doth Magnify the Lord, that as I was brought up Protestant, I did not have an appreciation of Mother Mary, although I had a natural inclination of entering all the Catholic churches and enjoying to engage in prayer there.  However, I had no instruction concerning this, and so, I was rather indoctrinated in a prejudice and a hatred for the person of Mother Mary, for the idolatry of Catholics deifying her, having statues to her, having medals to her.  And without even realizing it, I had developed a, that same antipathy toward the Blessed Mother.

It was a great lesson to me because I saw that it is so easy from one’s upbringing to have prejudice against those things that one does not understand and to merely accept what one hears and think that it is one’s own thought.  And I can remember, even when I was a student at Boston University, standing in the subway and seeing a painting of Mother Mary in the public subway with stars around her head, and it said that this is Mary, the Mother of Jesus, the Queen of Heaven.  And to me the terminology was so strange.  And I thought to myself, “How can she allow herself, if she is the being she is, to be the object of all of this idolatry?”

So every time I took the subway, I would see this image and I would experience the same disturbance in my being.  Well, I had a very wondrous experience one day.  It was a personal conversion.  It was after I had found the masters and the teachings.  And I was just walking down the street and I looked up and before me I saw Mother Mary, and I saw her in all of the beauty and sweetness and presence and love of the being we know her to be.  And I was so moved and so touched by her reality, instead of the unreality that I had been programmed to feel, that I literally ran to the nearest Catholic church.  I knelt before her statue‑-which is something unusual for a Protestant, as you know‑-and I asked for forgiveness for these thoughts and feelings I had held.  And I also gave to her my life and asked her to use me as an instrument of her mothering of all people.

And the joy that I’ve had ever since then of having Mother Mary as a constant companion and adviser in my life is simply boundless.  And I am so grateful that Mother Mary was concerned enough about one person to actually show me her presence and her reality which instantaneously dissolved all of a lifetime’s worth of indoctrination.  And I realized that had she not done this, I would not have had that conversion of the Holy Spirit which she conveyed.  And so, I would have been left in ignorance.  And so, I would have been left in a state of making that karma of actually disputing the office and presence and person of this one who serves as the Blessed Mother.

In knowing Mary as she really is, I have come to see her as a relentless and constant force, challenging the oppression of her children everywhere, in every faith, in every religion.  She is a World Mother, and I have seen that in her tremendous mastery of life that her knowledge of administration and organization, as she has conveyed it to me, has given me the real teaching of how to administer this organization, and with a very capable staff to bring it to this level of complexity of service which we are all enjoying.

I want to give acknowledgment to Mother Mary as the great teacher of this order and organization which we are experiencing, because some do not realize that that quality of administration is a quality of the Mother flame.  When we want to master the details of life in any field, we realize that it is the Mother aspect of God which actually corresponds to Matter or the Matter universe, as mater is the Latin for Mother.  And so, here on earth, if we are going to accomplish anything, we must invoke the Mother flame.  We must understand the Hindu conception of the Mother aspect of God as the Shakti, the active principle, the force which brings into manifestation the Father’s will.

As a number of theologians have said:  When it comes to the soul, we are all feminine beings.  And in that polarity of being feminine, we identify God as Father, which as it, which is as it should be.  But we understand that Father self‑contains the feminine principle as in the allegory of Adam and Eve.  Eve comes forth out of Adam, symbolizing the breaking apart of the T’ai chi of Alpha and Omega.

And so, we see that we are on earth in physical embodiment, and the universal presence of the Mother is actually the reason for the manifestation of the physical bodies, whereas our spirits are very masculine, or yang, as one would say, and our spirits are intended to carry the force and the power of the Holy Ghost.  But the details of life, our daily jobs, what we accomplish in a twenty‑four‑hour period‑-all of this has to do with that mastery of the Mother flame, which is the white light.  It is in the base‑of‑the‑spine chakra.  It is the ascension flame.  The Hindus call it the Kundalini fire.  It is the power of locomosion, of locomotion, of movement in this octave.

So if you want to know how to get things done and how to get them done because your aim is helping people and glorifying God‑-which is our only reason for being‑-then ask Mother Mary.  And you will find that she is truly a master and not an ignorant peasant woman who happened to be called to be, to give birth to beloved Jesus.  And so, we know Mother Mary as an angel.

We understand in God’s divine plan that over a million years and more, many angels of heaven have taken embodiment on earth out of the sense of concern for God’s children to minister to them.  And thus you find upon earth people of a very devotional nature who love to serve, who are  in many fields‑-even doctors and nurses and waitresses, hairdressers, people who are performing a service to others, even secretaries.  There are all kinds of occupations that these angels take up, but their love is to help others realize their goal.  And they are always the support system to the executives and the driving people who get things done, and they enjoy that role.

So angels historically have taken embodiment to become ministers to life.  They are characterized as people with great feeling and love and an abundance of this, whereas they may not always be the most brilliant, because they have not necessarily worked in fields of the development of the mind but rather they have developed the feelings, because angels as orders of heavenly beings actually exist to impart to the sons and daughters of God faith and hope and constancy and compassion and love‑-these very necessary feelings that we must have in order to get along with each other and to help each other.

And we know that without those uplifting feelings we could become very dreary and cynical and hopeless.  We might not get through the crisis of death or the various calamities that come upon us.  And so, we know in those moments of great need sometimes we feel an ov, overwhelming presence of love and support, and it is God’s extending his care to us through the invisible angels, and sometimes it comes through those in embodiment.

So Mother Mary is of the hierarchy and evolution of angels.  These hierarchies, as we mentioned, also serve on the seven rays.  Mother Mary’s ray is the fifth ray.  It’s the ray of the emerald green, the ray of healing, the ray of science, of medicine, the ray of supply and abundance.  The economy comes under the fifth ray also.  Those who serve on it and master that ray also become masters of precipitation, which means bringing down the energy of God into practical application in form.

Mother Mary, then, has great talents in many areas.  I don’t think there is a field of human endeavor where she does not have expertise and understanding to teach others how to realize and implement the highest and best goals.  Mother Mary’s mind is vast, vast beyond comprehension.  I think, then, from the Catholic pictures which retain somewhat of a Catholic image of the Mother‑-solely perhaps the Mother of Sorrows or the heart pierced or the sense of the immaculate virgin‑-from this image we move to 1984, we move to the understanding of a woman in our midst, Mother Mary, who is as modern, as liberated, as tough, as determined as many of the finest women you might meet on earth who are fighting for various causes.

We need to see her as friend, as companion, as sister, although she may rightfully be called goddess because of the tremendous God consciousness she has.  We must not place her on the pedestal that forces us to become idolaters of her image, to revere her in the sense that she has great attainment and great standing in heaven and was chosen to be the mother of Christ because she had the ability to hold the light and the balance for his entire mission.

So we have to realize the meaning of reverence and respect as opposed to worship, and that sense of ourselves as the abject sinner and herself as the unreachable Virgin.  We have to understand that God has not created the gap between ourselves and the hosts of heaven.  This has come through mass guilt imposed upon the race by self‑condemnation, by a tremendous emphasis upon sin and guilt rather than upon the joy of forgiveness, repentance, reunion with God, and absolute freedom from our past.  When God forgives, he forgives permanently.  But upon this planetary home, people do not forget readily one’s past, one’s mistakes, even though one may have gone miles and miles from that point and sincerely regret the error.  So when we know we have received God’s forgiveness, we must leave the dregs of an existence of guilt and condemnation, thinking we can never rise again.

I read a story recently of a, of a very devout young woman, Catholic, serving in her church with great joy.  And all of a sudden this girl mysteriously died or was killed or even perhaps committed suicide.  And from the moment that I heard her name and saw this article in the paper in Los Angeles, my heart was gripped with a sense that here was a soul who met a crisis she could not face.  Something happened to her.  Perhaps she made a mistake.  Perhaps she did something that was not in her eyes equal to the life of devotion she had begun.  But I wept over her death, and I felt such a great loss of such a beautiful soul of light.

And one evening before I went to bed, I went outside to meditate and be at peace for a while.  And I called to Mother Mary for the assistance of her soul.  And Mother Mary showed me this particular one.  And she was being borne by Mother Mary’s angels, and she was wrapped in like a swaddling garment of light.  And the soul of this young woman appeared as it would appear in its native innocence, almost in the childhood or baby state, and yet it had the full presence of her as she was when she passed from the screen of life.

And I saw how she was being borne to other realms and truly cared for.  And yet, I had the sense that if I had been near that young woman in the hour of her crisis, if I could have held her hand and prayed with her, that that death would have not come to pass.  And it really burdened my heart.  I want you to know this.

And I have not ceased to be burdened by it because I feel that the emphasis upon sin so many times, the accusations that people face‑-whether from their communities or through the press or the media, the condemnation heaped upon    condemnation‑-for many people, they are not able to bear the censure and the scorn of public opinion that agrees that, according to its moral codes or whatever, that this is the unforgivable sin.  And under the weight of public opinion they take their lives or they quit their helping people.  They resign from their jobs.  They resign from public life.  They are not able to face even the truth of saying to the world or to those who are their friends, “Yes, I have made a mistake, I have made an error.  Forgive me, and let me continue to serve.”

I think that this is prevalent all over the world.  I think it is prevalent in Asia.  I think there is a tremendous sense of guilt if people are not living up to certain codes of behavior, whether in Japan or China.  I think the whole world is ridden with this.  And as I have been in the heart of Mother Mary since lauf, last evening to today, I feel these are the things that are on her heart, and that were she to ask us a favor in this hour, it would be to pray for the alleviation of that burden of suffering of people who suffer under this censure of others.

And so, the Mother comes to heal us all of our sense of sin regarding ourselves or of other people.  She comes to liberate us, especially in the Christian world, of the enormous division that renders Christianity ineffective.  [interruption 12 sec.]

And, of course, she comes carrying the sorrow of the people of every single nation on the planet and the determination to help them as we give the prayers and the calls.  As we said earlier in our meetings, our understanding of the science of the spoken Word is such that we see, as God has said in Scriptures, that earth is the footstool kingdom, that we were sent forth into the physical universe to take dominion, to subdue it, to multiply.  We were given free will, and we wast, we must make our choices, we must do what we will and bear the consequences.

Thus, giving us the gift of freedom, God does not interfere with that freedom and stop calamity or tragedy in its very midst.  Having demanded freedom, we must see the consequences of freedom and our free choices.  If we realize the folly of depending on human will and human choices and recognize that we need consultation and intercession from the divine will and the principles of divine freedom, then we call to God and say, “Not my will, O God, but thine be done.  Help me.  I cannot solve this problem.  It is too big for me.”  And therefore prayer, communication‑-ask and thou shalt receive; knock, and it shall be opened‑-becomes the way of the release of God’s power.

We demanded free will in this universe.  God gave free will.  If we want him now to take over in our lives, we have to say, “God, I surrender to you.  I surrender my will.  I have seen that it gets me nowhere or little, that I of mine own self can do nothing.  It is the Father in me that doeth the work.  Father, come into my life.  Jesus, come into my temple.”  Then God takes over.  We now become the instruments and we see heaven opening.  We see great changes and miracles and healings.  Life is intended to be free and joyous.  We are intended to have access to heaven with all the power and the glory of the hierarchies and saints in heaven.  We are intended to move in the communion of saints, to have interaction with those who have gone before who are our teachers‑-the masters of the Path.

So then, in this particular way, we understand that the science of the spoken Word is, in the form of the decree, is the means whereby we make the fiat that God take command with his heavenly hosts of situations and problems that are absolutely beyond our ability to define, to sort out, let alone to resolve.

I, for one, could not begin to tell you the answer to the problems of the extremism, of Right and Left political activities in El Salvador or Nicaragua.  We see wrong on all sides, we see right on all sides; yet who is ultimately right?  Let God be true and every man a liar, the apostle said.

And therefore, rather than rooting for one side or the other and finding that they are also made of clay feet, we root for God and his angels; we call them into action.  And God, being no respecter of persons, works through anyone and everyone, even those people with whom we may disagree, even those people we may condemn and think that they are somehow lesser individuals or more lowly than ourselves, as we are all tainted in some way with some degree of prejudice.

And so, the magnificent thing about the call and the decree is that we decree for God’s will and then he implements it.  And as he implements it, we see what the will is, and we become more specific in our decrees to emphasize the specifics of his will.  So then the tragedies that are senseless and useless in life, those things which ought not to be, can be stopped.  But somehow the law of God demands to be heard and to be understood.  It is inexorable, and God does not break his law, although he has introduced mercy and the grace of Christ as the means of intercession and setting aside the law when the people pray, when they call.

Thus, you can understand in the Catholic tradition asking for the saints to intercede before God is the same as our asking the ascended masters to use their momentum of service to draw down the light into our lives that will assist us in a particular situation.  So we all of a sudden realize what is the purpose of Mother Mary as the Mediatrix of mercy, of grace, and of healing.  Mother Mary, in her position of hierarchy, can go to the Father, to the Son, to hierarchies of light and Elohim and receive dispensations of light and help for us.

Now according to God’s laws, those who have certain burdens of karma, misuse of the law, who are burdened by that karma must have those above them who are of greater attainment and light to intercede because each one of us is limited by the weight of our karma as to what the outpouring of light may be from God.  Now this may seem unfair or unjust, but it is not.  Those who have proven themselves responsible with the use of God’s light and energy have access to more light.  This is the meaning of the words of Jesus:  “To them that have shall be more added, and to them that have not shall be taken away that which they have.”

The understanding of that teaching is that those who have light and who have used that light responsibly shall be given more light.  It’s like the parable of the talents: the one who multiplies the talents gets more added.  But the one who has squandered the light, the one who says, the one who has not the light and therefore that which he has is taken, means tho, the one who has misused the light of God or not used it at all cannot be given more; but because he has not been profitable or productive in multiplying the original gift, the original gift is taken from him.

This is why it is easier to work through one’s karma in a free enterprise system, because one can multiply and increase according to one’s talents and genius or one can have nothing because one is too lazy to sharpen the mind.  When you interfere with the free enterprise system, you are really inerfree, interfering with the law of karma and the path of discipleship.  For each one cannot see the fruit of his own individual labor.  And the one who has more is required by the law of compassion to give to others who have less.

But to forceably take away from those who have and distribute to the, to those who have not without demanding that the have‑nots work and pursue inner attainment in education is not lawful, it’s not consistent with God’s laws.  And so you have tremendous waste, dissatisfaction, and increasing nonproduct, productivity where you have more and more socialism and more and more government programs which artificially distribute wealth rather than basing it on the principle of each one’s development of his inner talents.  Human governments and human systems, even systems of economics, ought to be based on the principles of God’s laws.

The fundamental law that we must wrestle with daily is the law of cause and effect which involves accountability and the accountability for the use of free will.  If by free will we hurt another part of life, then the law itself, impersonal, returns to us that momentum of hurt, not to punish, but to give us the experience‑-we limit ourselves each time we limit another.  If we send forth anger, it’s like a boomerang.  The energy goes forth from the chakras, the anger must return, maybe in the form of a sudden accident.  Energy is very powerful‑-energy of anger.  It’s very destructive to the one it is sent to, and it even is, it is even more destructive to the one who sends it forth.

All of these lessons, when understood, lead back to the knowledge of the science of the spoken Word.  It is the means to invoke the violet flame and the mercy of God as intercession delivered through the agency of the saints and the Holy Spirit to transmute karma, to dissolve records of sin, to liberate us from our past mistakes because God has said, I will remember their sin no more.

God does not desire that you or I should be eternally shackled to a mistake we made a thousand years ago or yesterday.  When we have seen the lesson, experienced the sorrow of our ignorance or our impetuousness, and sincerely desire to go on at a new level, God forgives.  And forgiveness comes as a manifestation of the erasing of the record, the transmutation of the karma, and as opportunity not only to go and sin no more but to do those positive acts that are constructive toward life.

We are not really free to be constructive individuals when we are sensed with the burden that we are a bad person, that we made a mistake ten years ago and it can never be washed from our garments, it’s an eternal blot.  And if you go and carry that a few steps further‑-if you have ten, twenty, or fifty blots on your garment‑-pretty soon you’re going to be condemned to eternal damnation.

Now the devil will come along and tell people that they are condemned to eternal damnation.  And then what happens?  They say, “Well, as long as I am already damned and condemned and can never rise again, I might as well go out and do anything.  I might as well do it all‑-murder, commit rape, sell drugs, destroy other parts of life.  They have it good.  They’re going to heaven; I am not.  So why don’t I just let them have a little of my, my evil part of me while I am around?”

The soul and the psyche is very unhappy in the state of feeling that it cannot rise again.  And this is what we heard yesterday.  A false theology does not give to the individual the real options of overcoming here and now and really being a new person and able to go forth‑-not because Jesus died for my sins, but because God in me and I in God can work together.  As Jesus said, the…Father worketh hitherto, and I work. And together we can build something new and better.

Mother Mary is a great teacher of life.  Mother Mary would bring this teaching to all people.  I think one of the greatest burdens on her heart is the knowledge that within the archives of Rome itself are all of these teachings which have been brought forth again.  But the philosophy has been for two thousand years:  “Keep the people ignorant and thereby keep them under control.”  If the people knew that in the path of discipleship they could have a one‑on‑one relationship with the living Christ, that they did not have to have any human being as a go‑between; if the people knew that they had lived before and have the opportunity to live again, they might not so easily come under the confinement of “If you don’t do this and if you don’t do that and if you don’t pay this money, your sins will not be forgiven and you may not go to heaven.”

Buying your way into successive stages of heaven could only be foisted upon a people kept in ignorance of the true knowledge of the law.  But the Church was intended to be the repository of the wisdom‑-not to control people, not to enslave them, not to indoctrinate them, but to liberate them in the fulfillment of the prophecy of Jeremiah, They shall all know me, from the least…unto the greatest. And their teachers shall no longer be removed into a corner, but they shall see their teachers and they shall know them face to face.

Those teachers are the sons and daughters of God who have gone on‑-the ascending ones, those who have really something to give us, something of meat, something profound, some answers.  I can remember wandering from Catholic church to Catholic church in Boston, seeking to find a priest who could answer a question, about a dozen questions I had about life.  And you know what they would tell me?  “It’s a mystery.”  [laughter]  “We don’t explain it; it is a mystery.”

Well, fine.  [laughter]  I don’t believe it’s a mystery.  I went to my teachers in Christian Science where I was a student‑-the same thing.  Quote me a bunch of sentences from that body of teaching, and that’s it.  The words are supposed to be the revelation, but words are only as far as they go.

I finally went out into the night, and my dorm mother at B.U. said, “It’s all right.”  I told her, “I have to go out and talk with God and find out the answers.”  So I’d walk up and down the streets and I would talk to God.  And I kept on saying to God, “I know there is more.  I know there is more.  Show me the way.  Reveal this to me because others need to know.  They are in ignorance; they know not the way to go.”  And God began to teach me.  And I learned as much as I could learn directly from his presence.

We are all limited in hearing God by our preconceived ideas.  This is why we need teachers face to face.  And that is when I met Mark Prophet.  And he began to teach me those things that God had revealed to him.  And I knew they were true because I experienced them in my heart as a burning fire and I had the confirmation of the witness of the Holy Spirit.  He did not indoctrinate me.  I witnessed and I accepted what I could witness, and I took on faith what I could not until God should give me the proof of that faith and that teaching.

Well, one of the greatest teachers I have known in the past twenty‑five years is Mother Mary.  Two great teachings come from her heart.  The instruction from our beloved El Morya and Mother Mary has been on the cosmic clock, charting the cycles of our returning karma and our initiations.  Those teachings are a wonder to behold, and you can fount, you can find them in numerous books and tapes which we have available.

The second teaching is the rosary, the walking of the fourteen stations of the cross, understanding the cross as the symbol of world karma and individual karma.  The cross that Jesus bore on those fourteen stations going to Calvary was the cross of the weight of world karma, bearing the sins of mankind‑-sin and karma being synonymous terms.

So walking the fourteen stations with Jesus and the Mother has been an exercise in the transmutation of world karma, coming to understand what it means to bear our brother’s burden, to bear one another’s burden, which is the admonishment of Christ.

What is your burden?  Your burden is always your karma.  That is why you feel heavy.  Even the heaviness of the gravitation of the earth is in, actually an effect of planetary karma.  The full weight of all transgressions upon the law of God of all humanity of all centuries‑-until transmuted, until consumed by the sacred fire in answer to our call‑-remains.  And this is why it is so difficult to resolve planetary problems, why people never stop their disputes in the Middle East.  They cannot get over their arguments because they are based on an ancient karma and they have to give up the desire to conquer the other one, to get even for that past sin.

When will they ever get through‑-the Turks and the Armenians?  When will they ever cease getting even for something that happened a half a century and more ago?  One has to forgive in order to be free of one’s past karma.  One has to say, “We will not go on killing to get even for what happened a century ago or ten thousand years ago.”  You will never be free from karma, and eventually you may become a laggard because you have never forgiven someone who did something to you or your ancestors.

So, you see, forgiveness and freedom can only come when there is a change of heart, a change of spirit and soul.  It takes a lot to say, “I am no longer going to hold this thing against you.  You burned my house down.  You caused the death of my mother.  You did all these things to me.”  You can either let go of it and put it into the flame or you can carry it with you for ten lifetimes.  You may not remember why you hate this person, but when you meet him you hate him on sight, because in your soul you have never forgiven, you’ve never resolved, you’ve never put it into the flame, and you are bound by that hatred and you are binding the other person or a whole nation.  If the Jews never forgive the German people for what the Nazis have done, they will remain bound.  It’s as simple as that.

At some point you have to say, “Christ is greater than all these things,” and realize that being wronged is really a test to see if you can contain the quality of mercy, if you can be Christlike.  Or are you a follower, a follower of him in lip service only?  If you can’t forgive, don’t call yourself a follower of Christ.

Now the rosary is given to us in bearing world and personal karma on those fourteen stations.  Morya came to me in June of 1972 as I was meditating in a Catholic church in Hawaii and he said, “You will begin walking these stations on June 27, 1972.”  And so, certain events came to pass where it was very clear that I was walking these stations, and that I should exercise the science of the spoken Word in giving the Our Father, the Hail Mary, the invocations to Archangel Michael to transmute the effects of the burden and weight of those stations‑-the weight of the condemnation of Christ, world condemnation, the weight of world karma.

In these years since that time, I have learned a tremendous amount about life and our planet and our world by experiencing those fourteen stations.  And you who have been a part of this movement have entered into the very same cycles which we chart on the cosmic clock.  If you would like to hear the story of the fourteen stations and what this all means, you can play this today in our new people’s program and the illustration of the charting of these on the clock.

This year, June 27, 1984, puts us on the thirteenth station for the entire year as we walk all of the individual stations each fourteen days, one station per day.  Now the thirteenth station of the cross is “Jesus is taken down from the cross.”  This itself is a wondrous experience, as we have received the dictations concerning that taking of Jesus and ourselves down from the cross.

Today, then, in preparation for Mother Mary’s dictation and mindful of this event of the removal of Christ from the cross in our churches, the removal of the crucifix showing the body of Jesus on the cross, we give this rosary, and we prepare for the next level of teaching from the heart of Mother Mary.

I would like to tell you, in the giving of the rosary, Mother Mary says that when we say, “Hail Mary,” we are not giving in an idolatrous way our worship to a figure, a person; but we are saluting the Mother ray, the Ma‑ray, which is what the name Mary means.  We are giving devotion to the principle of God that is Mother.  This is universal in all cultures and religios, religions and even in primitive cultures.  The acknowledgment of the Mother‑-whether as a sign of a goddess of fertility or in many guises‑-that principle is fundamental to life, to birth, to crops, and so forth.

So we salute the Mother ray in God, in the universe.  In Mother Mary, truly we give adoration to the light in each of the saints, the one light that is God, rather than to the personality.  Worship one God, then, adore the light, and realize the light is also in yourselves.  [pause 4 sec.]

Won’t you close your eyes and meditate on your heart.  Your heart is a sacred heart because the divine spark is in it‑-the divine spark of your identity given to you by God when you were created.  [pause 8 sec.]

[“A Child’s Rosary,” I John 2:12‑3:3, given.]

I would like to mention to you that this rosary is called “A Child’s Rosary.”  It is an abbreviated rosary.  And it is taken from the epistle of John the Beloved‑-one whom we regard as our teacher, one whom we understand reunited with his Lord and with God at the conclusion of his embodiment as the disciple of Jesus, closest to him in love and in spiritual initiation on the Path.

The wonders of John the Beloved have no end.  Some of you remember that it is said and held that at the age of ninety‑five he was put in boiling oil and came out unscathed, went on from that experience to be on the Isle of Patmos and to receive the revelation of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ sent and signified by his angel which is in our King James version of the Bible as the Book of Revelation.

The wondrous thing about this Book of Revelation is that Jesus, having already ascended (being the ascended master Jesus) sends his angel or presence to John and dictates the book, telling him to write down what he sees.  John writes it down, and it contains in code and in mystery for the lightbearers‑-all to are, who are ever to come‑-the understanding of their personal path of victory and overcoming and of Armageddon even as it depicts the planetary cycles of the outworking of karma.  All of this in a code probably beyond the total understanding of the scribe John.

Now if you can see the inconsistency of this:  Christians say that the word of Jesus was finished two thousand years ago; there is nothing to be added, there is no progressive revelation, that it ended with Jesus’ life.  But on two very key occasions, the one of the dictation of the Book of Revelation, Jesus the ascended master ordained that further teaching, that progressive revelation being written down by his chosen scribes or apostles.

So Jesus himself, by his action, illustrated that it is not true, that when the moment is right at any time in history, the ascended master Jesus may contact anyone he chooses and give to that one a special dispensation or message or healing, either for himself or for all people.  Jesus has been appearing to devotees and to enemies of Christ for two thousand years.

The other occasion was when he appeared to Saul on the road to Damascus‑-Saul, a persecutor of Christians, who was there and consented to the martyrdom of Saint Stephen, no one you would think that Christ would appear to.  [laughter]  He appears to him.  He converts him.  Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me….it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.

Saul is temporarily blinded by the fire of Jesus, causing the precipitation out of his personal karma.  He is healed of his blindness.  He goes forth to become the mightiest apostle of Jesus.  Jesus works with him, talks with him; warns him, for instance, against going into Rome or Jerusalem.  Paul goes anyway, gets himself in a heap of troubles, Jesus rescues him again.  [laughter]

It’s a living interaction where the disciple hears his master but says, “But I want to do this.”  The master gives him his free will; he goes and does things.  He gets shipwrecked and this and that and the next.  [laughter]  He’s always rescued.  He comes back.  He learns by trial and error.  The master allows him to learn by mistakes.  He doesn’t condemn him because he doesn’t obey him and give him that, that robot salute and give obeisance.  It’s a working relationship of compassion and love and growth, whereby Jesus desires this Paul to put on the elements of his own Christhood.

And as we know, that apostle Paul reincarnated another time to balance his karma and take his ascension as the Saint Hilarion.  And that Hilarion is how we refer to him, the Ascended Master Hilarion, knowing that he was the apostle Paul.

So now, tell me, did or did not Jesus Christ ordain progressive revelation to anyone or to the saints on earth?  [“Yes.”]  What is your answer?  [“Yes!”]  Now you, you read it and you decide, and if you disagree with me that’s fine, that’s perfectly fine.  I am just telling you the conclusions I have reached, the experiences that I have had, and what to me is plain and logical and consistent, utterly consistent.

Revelation goes throughout the Old Testament.  God is appearing to his prophets, to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob through his angels, by his emissaries, by visitors, by those described as men.  They come to see individuals in moments of stress.  They are there; God’s revelation never ceases.  God is continually revealing himself to his beloved sons and daughters.  And that means you.

I want you to have the expectancy that God can commune with you, will commune with you, will speak to you, will give you the command that he gave to beloved Saint Joseph:  “Take the…child and…the …mother, go into Egypt,” because Herod would have his life.

An angel can speak to you.  You can hear the words in your mind crystal clear‑-not as a physical voice but as a powerful voice, not the voice of your own doubts and your own subconscious and your own confusions, but a voice that transcends all of this, that speaks in the midst of adversity and provides the key and the answer.

Sometimes you think it’s a bright idea.  “Oh!” you suddenly say [laughter], “now I understand.”  And you think that somehow you evolved to that conclusion.  But if you think about it, five minutes ago you had no idea what was the answer.  [laughter]  And yet human beings just take for granted that great ideas just pop into their heads by the course of evolution.  [laughter]  “The collective evolution of the race produces all genius,” they say.

But it is my belief and conviction that these are  transmissions of angels of your God Presence, your Holy Christ Self; and that we are involved in a grand, grand evolutionary spiral that includes all evolutions‑-not just those we see physically, but those who have gone beyond this physical defe, dimension.  Where have they gone?  Where have they gone?  Have they just all disappeared?  They don’t exist anymore or they’re dead.  They’re all dead, dead, dead.  [laughter]

All of you have a sense of a continuity of consciousness.  We don’t have a sense of limitation.  That’s probably why we’re so surprised when we experience the death of a loved one, because in reality there is no death and we know it, but for a moment death appears very, very real.  And we are tempted to believe in the fact that someone has ceased to be, instead that they, instead of the fact that they have changed garments and gone on to the next level of their spiritual development, their evolution.

So here we are.  Shall we deny the LORD’s intercession, the LORD’s communication, the LORD’s Spirit, and have heap‑big troubles and world wars and economic collapse and interference with the weather by chemical means and accept the reality of planetary forces and ourselves as tiny individuals‑-against the backdrop of all of this we can do nothing?  Or shall we take the posture that God can do something, and we as instruments can do something and follow in the footsteps of those who were not different from us.

That’s the whole thing about saints and prophets and avatars:  they are not different.  They all contain the same original seed of Christ that we contain.  They watered, they loved, they poured the sunshine of the warmth of their hearts upon that seed.  The seed of God began to unfold, and that which was human suddenly became meshed with that which was divine.  The divinity came into their temple.  And ordinary mortals were made extraordinary men and women.  And people felt the Spirit of God in them, and they followed Elijah and they followed Moses and they followed Paul and they followed John, and in following they became something of that which they perceived in those that God chose because they themselves chose to be servants.

This history of the planet far back in the mists of time teaches one grand lesson:  You can become one with God here and now.  You can walk the path of overcoming all obstacles.  You can internalize the Word.  You can know divinity on earth.  Heaven can be a reality to you.  And you can be the most practical and efficient and determined, accomplished go‑getter there is‑-not other‑worldly, not impractical, not fanatical, but truly endowed with a spirit of the divine helper.

So our beloved John and his words gives us the essence of what he learned from Jesus.  We follow the thread back to the heart of Jesus, and we know more about the master than we did before we studied the works of the apostle.  This is why Mother Mary gave me this rosary and all of the Child’s Rosaries to go with the writings of the apostles because they had something to say about their experience in the Christian ministry.  They had experiences that we can benefit from.

Now we’ll sing to Mother Mary one of our favorite songs, which is “Immaculate Mary.”  Now this is going to be the means of your creating a spiral of light in your aura for your oneness with the Mother as I become the instrument of her dictation.  Number 96.

I am going to ask you to be seated because it is a meditative posture that allows you to intensify the fire in your heart and go within and establish a profound meditation on her being.

This lecture and service, to Mother Mary, To Prick the Conscience of the Nations was delivered on July 3, 1984 by the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood Elizabeth Clare Prophet during The Flame of Freedom Speaks, an international conference for spiritual freedom held in the Heart of the Inner Retreat at the Royal Teton Ranch near Livingston, Montana.

Mary, the Mother of Jesus

Mother Mary by Ruth HawkinsAlthough an archangel, Mary has also taken physical embodiment. Mary dwelt on Venus prior to taking embodiment on earth, to which planet she was assigned by the Lords of Karma to show forth the raising of the feminine ray subsequent to the fall of Eve. There she served among the evolutions whose energies focalize on the etheric plane and who for thousands of years have sustained, through the laws of harmony and love, the culture of the Divine Mother.

Through a long period of sojourn on Venus, Mary was prepared to come to earth and to challenge mankind’s perversion of the cosmic honor flame—of the fiery crystal spirals of obedience to God’s laws that sustain the very movements of the atoms and the rhythm of heavenly bodies. She came bearing a generous portion of the fires of Lady Venus, charged with her love, and carrying the responsibility to redeem the feminine nature in all mankind.

Embodiments on Earth

Atlantis

In the early days of Atlantis, she served in the Healing Temple, tended the flame and studied the healing arts and the disciplines necessary for precipitation. At that time, she developed great concentration and consecration to the immaculate concept. It was her consciousness and momentum more than any others that sustained the flame in the temple and expanded its influence throughout Atlantis. The purity of her heart flame and her devotion shone upon her face and was evident to all who frequented that Temple. She remained a temple virgin during that entire embodiment.

Mother of King David

In the days of the prophet Samuel, Mary was called to be the wife of Jesse and the mother of his eight sons. Ever fulfilling her role as the Mother ray, Mary, in this incarnation of her soul on earth, magnified the light of the seven rays of the Christ in the first seven sons of Jesse. But in the youngest, David, she glorified not only the full complement of virtues from the prism of the Lord, but also the majesty and mastery of the eighth ray, which David exemplified in his reign and extolled in his psalms.

Spiritual Retreat of Archangel Raphael and Mother Mary

Spiritual Retreat of Archangel Raphael and Mother Mary

The retreat of Raphael and Mother Mary is located in the etheric realm over Fátima, Portugal. The healing flame that blazes on the altar of his retreat was anchored in the physical octave when Mother Mary appeared to the three shepherd children at Fátima in 1917. There is a stream of light that flows like a mighty waterfall from the etheric temple to the physical focus, and to the present hour pilgrims are healed by the “waters” of the healing flame.

Raphael describes one of the halls in his retreat:

I would take you now to what we call the Great Hall of Images. I would permit those of you who are able to see in this mighty hall the mirrors of divine perfection. Have you seen the beauty of Leonardo da Vinci’s work? Have you seen the beauty of the mighty sculptors of the Renaissance? Have you seen upon this planet the beautiful radiance of an angel in sculptured marble?

Let me now ask that you come with me to a place where God is, where, in the magnificent Hall of Images, there are statues, so to speak, made of living spirit fire, beings so majestic as to set your hearts on fire, beings from whose images your soul was framed, beings of such images as by God were named cherubim celestial, seraphim and of the holy order of angels, beings of light and celestial radiance, beings who are unaffrighted by the ideas of mortals but are completely at home with God and with the powers of the great creative essences.[1]

These statues of perfect man and woman, Christed ones, are displayed so that parents can be taken in their finer bodies to see them and meditate on the perfection of the incoming soul or child in the womb for the perfect functioning of the body temple and the flow of light in the chakras.
