INVOCATION
In the name of the light of God that never fails, I invoke the presence here of the Ancient of Days, beloved Lord Sanat Kumara, Seven Holy Kumaras, establish now the presence of the seven rays of Cosmic Christ consciousness in planet Earth. We call for the focalization now. We call for the action of the fiery blueprint of our light, our life, our service.
We call for the lowering of the great blue causal body of each one’s own divine design. We call for the intensification of the light within our hearts in service for world freedom. We call to the very power of beloved Saint Germain, our Knight Commander, to intensify that light of freedom and the Cosmic Christ consciousness of liberty.
Bind , therefore, the Antichrist pitted against the liberty now of the sons and daughters of God. Bind the forces moving across the margent of the earth, against the light of world freedom.
We call for the action of the sacred fire. We call to the Great Central Sun Magnet. We call for the full power of the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood this day. Expand ! Expand ! Good morning, everyone. . [Response.]
Let us give the call to freedom. Decree number 5.01. We’re going to give a rolling momentum of this cosmic light of freedom, focused in the love of our hearts, to consume, now, all opposition to that light here in the Heart of the, of the Inner Retreat and throughout the world.
So let us focus together now in the heart. Realize that God incarnate in you is the power of the Word. You are the alchemist. And where your focalization is and the intensity of your determination, so will be the answer to the call. The words themselves do not create a call or an answer. Your determination, your desire, your heart, your will, must be engaged.

We demand the binding of the cause and core of all anger pitted against the world forces of freedom. Legions of violet flame angels, clear the way for our beloved Saint Germain this day! Clear the tracks of the earth! Clear, now, the lines of force. Blaze across the cosmic highways and the highways of this planet and the channels under the sea to the very core of the earth.
Legions of violet flame angels from the Great Central Sun, legions of Zadkiel and Holy Amethyst, of Omri-Tas, Arcturus and Victoria, beloved Kuan Yin, the Great Divine Director, Saint Germain and Portia, billions of violet flame angels, flood the earth with violet flame!
Mighty elementals, flood the earth with violet flame! Consume the cause and core of war, World Communism, totalitarian movements, and the tyranny of the carnal mind in every single lifestream. Burn through that not-self! Bind the betrayer of my people! Bind the oppressor of my people! Bind, therefore, the sin of rebellion, which is as the sin of witchcraft! Zadkiel, move into America this day! Bind the anti-Christ forces moving against the light of beloved Godfre, moving against the light of God-freedom and the full power of the flame of God-obedience. I call for that divine obedience to anchor each soul into the very heart of his own Christ Self.
Burn through, O beloved Zadkiel and Amethyst! Burn through and come to the side of the West! Roll back now, roll back all darkness around the world! Roll it back into the very heart of the mighty violet flame. Bind the cause and core of anti-freedom! Bind the cause and core of anti-Christ, anti-flame of liberty! Blaze the light of God-freedom! “Awake, Ye Sons of Light!”
Hail, Keepers of the Flame! I am determined to address you this day in the name of my beloved Portia, that justice and freedom might triumph on earth. I greet you in the name of Alpha and Omega and I say, welcome to my flaming heart of freedom! [45-second standing ovation.]
Ladies and gentlemen of the great flame of freedom, be seated in the Light.
I am grateful for your response to my heart call and for your demonstration in the physical octave of those things that must be established, for we must hold the line when all else is in a state of flux. And when men let go of the rope because the tide comes too strong, some must have the mooring, some must stand that there is not a hell-bent helter-skelter of planetary forces unleashed in the physical octave and no stopping of same.
I address the people of America and of the I AM Race worldwide. And I place now an electronic transformer over the very forcefield of the Oval Office of the White House that the entire content of my message might be anchored there and in the hearts of all who represent the people of this nation, whether of the light, whether for ulterior motives. Yet the fire of my message shall penetrate and permeate this day!
And I place another transformer over the Heart of the Inner Retreat. And these are fixed as foci of freedom anchoring the light of Alpha and Omega that the message of freedom might manifest, might come to the fore of the consciousness of those who may still do something about creeping world totalitarianism while there is yet time.
I speak to you, beloved hearts, that you might know and understand that in the fullness of this hour of freedom the plots of many dark forces are yet at hand. And what I am concerned with more than all else is that if these plots be precipitated in the physical octave, it will take a mighty, mighty concerted action on the part of the people of this earth to turn them back, to drive them back out of the physical octave into the astral pit from which they would have erupted.
Therefore, beloved ones, let us review that which could become physical, is not physical now, and therefore requires the greatest diligence that the Keepers of the Flame have ever known.
In this very week, meeting in Moscow are representatives of the Warsaw Pact nations, the East European bloc. They have filed there to register their response to the concerted forces of the United States and NATO placing those necessary missiles that must be in position in Germany and in Europe as a focus of my very own heart and as a deterrent to that darkness that is pitted against the European theater.
Beloved hearts, the peace movement that has been fomented* by the Soviets worldwide does not come from the heart of Elohim Peace or of Gautama or Jesus, who anchor the flame of peace for the earth. And it is the deadly pacifism that results in ineptness, a lying down, and therefore the invitation to takeover by the aggressor.
I will tell you that unless Europe unite in one heart of light for the defense of peace and freedom and unless Keepers of the Flame overcome the centuries-old divisive forces of the black magic and witchcraft of the Nephilim gods, you may see—for it is within the realm of possibility—the eruption of war throughout that continent. And once there should be such an eruption, beloved hearts, it could endure for thirty years, to the absolute devastation of that continent resulting in cataclysm in many ways.
Hearts of living flame, this has not yet descended through the nexus. It can be turned back. But I admonish you in this hour, it will take sacrifice and a mighty force of determination in fervent and hearty decrees and not a placid recitation of words.
Our Keepers of the Flame in Europe, in Scandinavia and the British Isles are now in a position to work a miracle as the very vessel of my heart. But I tell you, beloved ones, they will require all of their forces and a determination not to give in to the beast of sloth, division and selfish pursuits.
This is a real threat. And you can see, as war has unfolded in this century, whether in the first or second World War or in Vietnam, once war begins, there is no telling when it will end.
And as the stakes are high in a nuclear age, all can understand with great realism that there is an action that can be taken and that must be taken. But if fear and doubt, human questioning and division and indecision are allowed to continually divide and conquer these peoples, they will suffer the dire prophecy that was written even by Nostradamus himself and other psychics and astrologers who have predicted the vulnerability of that continent.
Beloved hearts of light, there must be an understanding of the strategy of World Communism. It has been spoken from our platform. I have delivered and the messenger has delivered on many occasions the analysis of the theories of Communism and their psychology. This very lie [of Communism] becomes a hypnotic spell resulting in inaction or inept action by the powers of the West, combined with wishful thinking that would like to bet upon the fact that sooner or later they will be converted and pursue the way of the Prince of Peace.
I will say it once and again and once and for all: If the LORD God Almighty himself has not purposed to convert the Devil or the Watchers of the godless, why, then, do you dally and place in jeopardy the lives of millions, thinking to do that which the Almighty has already renounced? For he has sealed their judgment in heaven and it remains for the sons of light to seal that judgment on the earth.
The hour is late for self-indulgence in theories that do not work. One must take a hard look at the hard line of these individuals and know that where there is peace anywhere, it is an opportunity for political fomenting and turning of the people in rebellion against their own economies and nations. Thus, war itself is waged once the destructive forces have come into manifestation.
Beloved hearts, the forces of Communism are more deadly than ever and are on the move. Yet these individuals contain within the very seat of the subconscious a gnawing fear, a terrifying vibration that what they are about will result ultimately in their own judgment.
This is no sign of capitulation, however. And none should be put at ease by the knowledge that the enemy himself is in a state of fear. For everyone knows that fear itself is the trigger for the greatest vehemence of revenge and aggression. For once cornered, there is nothing to lose; and therefore the ejection of forces against the light could easily be precipitated by that fear, which is our concern in this hour of the Dark Cycle in Pisces, when the planetary momentums of fear and doubt create a division—even in the ranks of the enemy—so that there is not that sure-footed alignment and that precision of consciousness that will hold back and exercise at least some amount of control to withstand a total nuclear war or a war continent by continent.
Therefore, beloved hearts, do not trust the enemy and do not trust planetary cycles. For all that is in the favor of light is the light itself, is Christ in your heart, is your threefold flame and your individual, determined effort.
The ascended masters cannot win this battle for mankind. The messenger cannot win this battle for mankind. And therefore, I look to now an increased awareness of the supreme responsibility of every Keeper of the Flame to turn to the law of the science of the spoken Word and to dedicate his life for the mitigation of world turmoil, world war and for the judgment of those who foment it.
You have no need to hold back in calling your own weekend seminars or marathons or retreats on these subjects. I remind you how much you have accomplished in a single weekend, moving against crime or the Mafia or any condition to which you have directed your attention. And I remind you how these conditions move on unchecked when you do not focalize on them and realize the seriousness of the planetary situation.
It is folly to think that any corner of the globe is safe from side effects of nuclear war. One can do one’s best to preserve a lifesaver in the wilderness; but, beloved hearts, by means of aircraft and missiles there is not a point on the globe that cannot be targeted and pinpointed by the fallen ones. Therefore, those who fear the light move against the light wherever that light is focused.
Nonetheless, the brooding Spirit of the Almighty and of our Brotherhood has purposed to protect each individual life, even the sparrow of the heart of the Keeper of the Flame, and the assembly of Keepers of the Flame in one place for the strength of the call, for that economy of life whereby more and more will be free to offer these calls more hours a day than is happening because of the exigencies, the great demands on your lifestreams, from maintaining a very separate and competitive economic existence at various points in the world.
Thus, I call to your attention that the sword of Damocles over Europe has not been removed, [having] been placed there by the fallen ones. And the point of vulnerability is the absence of accountability that has been among these peoples for centuries.
I send forth the call, therefore, to the very heart of Europe: Awake, O ye sons of Light and sons of Freedom! Awake in this hour to the threat that is upon your doorstep! Cease your indulgence! Unite to form one heart by the power of the Angel of the Union, by the power of the Goddess of Liberty, by the power of the Great White Brotherhood and your own Christ Self. For I, Saint Germain, once again send forth the power of my causal body to those of Europe to come together and to defeat now that avalanche descending of World Communism!
And I tell you, it is only a matter of time [before] these Communists will take advantage of your division and your weakness to move against you, to take your cities, to take your homes and families and your businesses. Therefore, take a stand for the light and allow, therefore, the defense of Europe to pose sufficient threat as a deterrent to all war on that continent.
And therefore, let the demonstrations be against the Soviet Union and not for a laying down of arms in the face of such a ruthless enemy that has proven again and again and again that [it] will stop at nothing for the conquest of time and space and its dedication to the underworld of the false hierarchy in manifestation in the physical octave.
Hearts of gold and hearts of living fire, we do not desire to see any Keepers of the Flame go down under the world weight of the tyrants. And therefore, I call once again to each nucleus of light worldwide to secure your forcefield at Glastonbury or the Royal Teton Ranch that you might always have that Place Prepared [while you] hold the line wherever you are until the hour when it is most expedient to concentrate the forces of freedom where the earth and the land is yet free.
We look, therefore, at the arena of world consciousness and we see that every day that passes, there is a greater physical entrenchment of the forces of Moscow in the Caribbean and in Central America. Much as you have given of your hearts, you must realize that ten thousand more decreers are surely needed on this continent to deter the entire movement in South America.
Emboldened by these advances, rebel forces in Chile and elsewhere are fomenting against the more conservative and militaristic regimes and are moving against their reactionary forces to establish a greater freedom and a greater equality, not realizing, of course, that they play into the hands of takeover such as was already demonstrated in Nicaragua.
Let us not underestimate the intent of darkness, for too many do. Let us realize that until checked, until challenged, these forces will continue.
It is the intent of Red China to build her forces, to amass technology and armaments and to be prepared to move against the West. Therefore, I say, that which will prevent the takeover of the world by these forces is the immediate withdrawal of money, technology, gold, food and those necessary supplies that have fed the enemy of light in the world wars and in every war that has been fought in this century. Understand that those who have aided and abetted the cause of the enemy have actually given the entire force to the momentum of World Communism that now threatens as never before.
I trust those of you who have not taken personal responsibility to re-listen to our dictations and our lectures to compose your own inserts and omni-decrees will realize that, person by person, you stand accountable for freedom on this globe.
There is no need for great darkness to cover the land and for decades to go by before freedom is regained. [Darkness] can be stopped before it is physically precipitated. But, beloved hearts, once it [has become physical], the only alternatives that the freedom-fighters may have [are] to fight or to huddle in their hiding places and retreats and to wait till the wave passes over.
I have stood as the watchman on the wall of world freedom in the midnight hours before the dawn of each war that has been fought and of the many wars that are being fought today. And I have seen the preparations and I have seen how the forces of freedom could have stopped, before they ever began, every single one of these wars.
You have been told again and again that it is the opening of the source of light in the West that has given to these nations the power to wage their wars of destruction and oppression. And yet, the sons of God have not united themselves to form a movement and a force to challenge legislation, to challenge the monopolies, to challenge the corporate powers worldwide that have never stopped for the gain of that filthy lucre, for the gain promoted by their own greed.
Dear hearts, cease to wait the signal of the messenger; for the signal has long been given. You cannot expect to form political action within the framework or the legal circle of any church, much less this one. You must act as independent citizens with others of like mind within and without this Church, and you must do the job of minutemen and -women of freedom for Saint Germain and for Portia. You must ascribe and accept the office of the messenger as holding the balance for you, as giving to you my alert, as holding the flame of the circle of organization and the teachings of the New Age.
One person, one Christ, is not here to save the world. The message of Aquarius is “Christ in you, the hope of glory,” Christ incarnate in every Keeper of the Flame!
Each one of you may have your pet assignments, and it is well that you do. But first and foremost, we must prevent world war, nation by nation. We must therefore defeat the forces of pacifism, and you must defy the enemy with all your might.
While teenagers of this nation languish in the hot summer sun—indulging their passions and idling away the hours or working in those jobs to earn funds for their education— their [counterparts] in Central America, in Afghanistan, in Cambodia, in Vietnam are bearing arms and fighting in defense of their own hearts, their own nations, some of them already becoming father figures in their families because their fathers have been lost. Thus, the protection of those in the teenage years of this nation is such that they have no idea that they are already enlisted and engaged as a part of the army of freedom, and they have not even taken part in the war on drugs.
Thus, the softening of the fervor and fire, the absence of vision, the absence of knowledge of what is occurring in the very hearts of the people of Eastern Europe has cut off those who are intended to be the greatest defenders of freedom the world has ever known, the youth of America and the youth of the I AM Race. Thus, should destruction ever come upon this nation—and sudden destruction, God forbid—where is the preparation of the youth in these years to defend their homes and their loved ones?
I tell you, beloved ones, the absence of the knowledge of current history, the substitution of useless courses in the high schools may very well be the point of the deprivation of America of the full glory and the full victory that she ought to have. Obviously it is not enough to have a few students in Montessori International receive a better training. We must have envoys, revolutionaries in education, going forth on their own Stump and preparing their own Stump texts to deliver a message, and a fiery message, of what the curriculum of the youth of America should contain from grade school through the high school level.
This cannot wait, beloved hearts. It cannot wait while you pursue more and more education. I tell you, you already know what ought to be! And it is the hearts and hands of the faculty and of the chelas of this movement that must put into written form those teachings that have already been given on the Education of the Heart and those understandings and revelations given to our faculty and to our chelas concerning education.
Let us not allow this moment of union in the Heart of the Inner Retreat to pass without the gathering together in committee of those who have a vested interest in saving the youth of the world for the defense of the line of freedom in America and in every nation.
See that you find yourselves on the breaks and get together even while you are sharing a meal. See that you dedicate the fifth of July as a day of committee meetings and a determination, under the guidance of our messenger if it is appropriate, to secure in whatever manner the most practical efforts that can be made to produce—in written form, in handbook form, as well as in the hearts of a secure committee for action—those very important steps that must be taken in order to preserve for America the consciousness of freedom, the consciousness of danger and the seriousness of the hour.
Those who are determined to defeat drugs in this nation must come together and must defeat that momentum. Those who are determined to defeat bad education must do so. And those who will sound the word concerning the true nature of Soviet psychology must do so.
Dear ones of the light, your efforts have been great, and I must propel you into a greater greatness than you have thought you could muster and ensoul.
We are determined that there shall not be a crossing of the line into physical [manifestation] of those elements of darkness that are plotted even in this hour in Moscow. And therefore, let us be on top of the news and events day by day. Disarmament talks in Geneva, bargaining concerning the defense of the nation, and all that is under consideration must have the needle ray of your attention, your concern, and your prayer.
If all you can offer is a prayer to me, it will be the necessary key whereby I may send K-17 and his legions to reinforce the will of God. But if you do not speak, you do not warn, you do not give a mighty fiat and a shout for victory, others may not also. And there is a tendency to feel that “someone else is making the call and therefore I will go about my business, my personal divine plan, and our Saturday night session will take care of it.”
Well, beloved ones, I tell you, your homelands are at stake in this hour and the future of your life and your children!
I do not give a dire warning merely for effect and I do not come to repeat and repeat again what has been said. My statement is a new statement for 1983. It is not a cumulative statement of past decades but it is a reassessment of the current hour and of current forces.
You must realize that it is neither the skill nor the overshadowing of the president alone, but it is, in fact, the power elite and the forces that move around him that are more deadly than you realize. These must be counteracted—every nefarious influence including, and by all means, the factor of spacecraft and the conspiracy of a galactic false hierarchy that is determined to snuff out the flame of freedom on earth.
This group assembled here, if their very numbers and dedicated hearts could be swiftly duplicated at Glastonbury and in this area of Montana—meeting regularly, dedicating their entire life and lifestyle (underscored!) to the Word, to the sacred science, and to the holding of the line of freedom— could make all the difference in the turn of events in the coming decade.
I tell you it is so, because it is so. And I tell you, your hearts united for these days means more to me than any separate effort made by any group or leaders or movement anywhere on the face of the earth.
I urge you to understand that I speak to you with a tear in my eye for what I see and what the LORD God Almighty has shown me that could come upon this earth! And I cry out for assistance from among you, and I cry out for all practicality that you might also preserve your families, your households, your income and make available to yourselves and your friends, in a group effort, that which must be provided—a mighty chalice of ongoing twenty-four-hour decrees by hundreds of souls of light who become astute and aware of world conditions.
And I envision that this group of light, [this] community gathered here, delivering the message of the analysis of the news, of the psychology of the plots and the behind-the-scenes activities—by satellite, by radio, by shortwave, by television if possible, by any means of communication—to the most people upon this planet, can bring a flame of illumination and enlightenment that will galvanize them on the side of the freedom-fighters of every nation long before they can accept the spiritual teachings of the ascended masters.
Let there be, therefore, the understanding of the importance of the daily newspaper, of the Royal Teton Ranch News. Let it be understood that the views of Keepers of the Flame and their knowledge and all that is in our files put by the spoken Word and the written Word itself could already be starting those fires of freedom that we have anticipated must be started in the nations of the earth as a focal point of our heart to be a receiving station of light to save those nations from the very destruction, in spite of themselves, of their own subconscious will to failure and to death.
I tell you, beloved hearts, that these momentums within the collective unconscious of the people of light can be turned around, overturned and bound once they have the enlightenment and the illumination. I pray with all my heart in this hour that there will be a turning of the tide, that you will sharpen your pens and your swords and you will look to yourself to refine your talents and to know, of a truth, that ascended master youth of every age, that dedicated hearts can make the difference.
Let us not succumb within this organization to that world momentum, that hypnotic consciousness of socialism and centralism, where you think that all that will happen will come from the top, will come from headquarters or will come from the white fire core and therefore [you] only await direction.
Dear hearts of light, the staff now engaged in holding the line is [taxed to] the maximum strength to produce what is being produced, and nothing more can be done or increased unless there be reinforcements of chelas of the first order who will quit the sin of rebellion and witchcraft, who will be obedient to their heart and to the word that is given and who will not create more problems than they are worth and assert themselves as knowing more than all others and therefore not needing to become a part of one single flaming sword, the sword Excalibur, the sword of Archangel Michael, the sword that keeps the way of the Tree of Life in the Garden!
If the Mystery School is to endure, I tell you, if America is to endure, if the knowledge itself of the path of eternal life is to be made known, then the mighty cherubim who stand with a flaming sword must become physical in your own hearts and minds, and you must see yourselves as the “I AM the Guard” protecting the way of the Inner Retreat, protecting the way of the gift of true knowledge from the Holy Spirit. And if the path of initiation is to be had, the instrument also must be protected and there must be thousands who will stand for the new order of the ages.
Dear hearts of light, your mere presence in this state in this hour has become a force of defense and a force of respect. There is no respectability unless the power of the very forces of freedom is seen and known in defense of the One Sent.
I AM Saint Germain. The LORD God has sent me to you and to planet Earth. And I have called you and I have sent you. Now let us realize that it is the physical action, it is the moving into greater dedication of the entire movement, and it is the breaking down of the walls of barrier that have been artificially set by the betrayers of the movement and its enemies. And these walls of the enemy—of fear, of gossip, of superstition, of maligning, of disinformation and of slander—are becoming, therefore, as a Berlin Wall to separate the lightbearers of the world from the white-fire core of freedom.
I say, let the legions of light tear down these barriers! Let the light and the Word go forth. For I, Saint Germain, now multiply the focuses for the release of the Word of the ascended masters.
Now here from the Inner Retreat, now from the Oval Office, let the increase, let the multiplication occur that this my Word, my heart, my plea, may be translated directly to the inner ear of lightbearers worldwide from those strategic points of light set up by dedicated Keepers of the Flame where they have dedicated the altar of the Most High God, and of the Ark of the Covenant and its flame, and of the Shekhinah glory.
Wherever that altar is physically, so I say, let it be now etheric, and let there be my transformer, and let there be the flowing forth of my Word. And let there be the remembrance that 1987 has not changed as the date for the necessary alignment of your worlds.1
In the name of Freedom, I speak! And I will continue to speak in the delivery of the Word of the messenger! And I will speak through your dynamic decrees if you will infuse them with heart and desire and will and one-pointedness and a mighty fervor whereby there is no longer a division of forces in your own temple and subconscious but only a drawing together and a summoning of all flow in one direction—the service of the light!
Therefore, my beloved hearts, I embrace you as companions of eternity. I hold you in the mighty Presence of my being that you might intensify and increase and receive directly from me now that initiation of my heart whereby a coil of fire and freedom will mount upon the pole of being. And the Polestar of your I AM Presence will keep that mighty awareness as you affirm it of yourself as God’s unfailing, unfailing instrument for world freedom.
Let vision increase! Let the mighty eagle of the LORD be upon you! Let love for community know just how important it is for this endeavor of light and freedom to succeed!
No matter what the forces of darkness say, this is the Great White Brotherhood’s effort of freedom! And this is the sponsorship of the entire hosts of the LORD! And you are sponsored and the messenger is sponsored and I stand in the very midst! And this is by dispensation of the Lords of Karma, which dispensation they have not withdrawn!
And therefore, think not that another shall come in its stead to provide the answer. For this is the final opportunity of this century for souls of light to manifest the victory! And our mantle and our authority and our light and our Word will not be given to another, for there is no other cradle that can be trusted as a chalice of light.
Therefore, it must be done! It shall be done! The LORD God has decreed it! We decree it! You decree it!
Now increase your sense of self-worth and responsibility and your sense of the all-power of God in you. And then you will know, as I have known for centuries, that if I, if you do not do the job, then the job will not be done!
If Job had not stood in the face of Satan, a line would have not been drawn against the world momentum of doubt of the LORD God Almighty. If you do not do the job, I repeat, it will not be done!
Therefore, neglect not what you have been taught as the way in which to walk. And do not devise other ways when we have taught you diligently by example how to decree, how to work, how to pray, how to love, how to cherish and obey.
Beloved hearts full of the fire of God’s love, listen and listen well. Be imitators of the masters and the messengers and not counterfeits. Be one-pointed and, above all, look to Sirius, your home, as the source of light for the victory! In all things, be victorious!
I, Saint Germain, anoint you now. Receive it in full fire, you who are the pilgrims of light!
I place my hand upon the etheric brow of each one. I place it on the third eye. And my hand there releases a momentum of my fire.
Now until the end of this conference, build the momentum of the magnet in your four lower bodies. And then I will come and touch you physically that the initial blessing I now give and your own momentum might be therefore the fusing of Alpha and Omega and the anchoring in your heart of the net gain of your fervor, of your love, which I cherish always, always, and always.

Who is Saint Germain?
