The Lord’s Judgment by The Ruby Ray 33.00
Through Archangel Chamuel and Charity
July 7, 1985
In the name of the beloved mighty victorious Presence of God, I AM in me, my very own beloved Holy Christ Self, Holy Christ Selves of all mankind, beloved Alpha and Omega, beloved Helios and Vesta, beloved Elohim of God, twelve mighty archangels of the LORD, legions of Light from the heart of God in the Great Central Sun, Mighty Cosmos and Astrea, beloved Justinius, Captain of Seraphic Bands, seraphim and cherubim of God, the Lords of Karma, the Cosmic Council and the Four and Twenty Elders, the beloved Maha Chohan and the seven chohans of the rays, beloved Guru Ma and Lanello, the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood and the World Mother, elemental life—fire, air, water, and earth!
The Decree goes forth: Thus far and no farther! Either the earth is to be destroyed for the infamy of the fallen ones, else they themselves must have the instantaneous return by the Ruby Ray of that which they have sent forth. Thus the Holy Spirit has decreed in the case of those who have murdered the heir or attempted to murder the heir, the Son of God within this Messenger, these Keepers of the Flame, this Church Universal and Triumphant: They, then, are bound—lest in destroying they destroy the innocent!
In the name of Alpha and Omega, in the name of the Great Central Sun, we send forth in the Holy Spirit, in the Father and the Son, the full power of the Ruby Ray, the full power of the action of the Judgment of the LORD God Almighty in the Ruby Ray, sealed in the violet flame, sealed in Mighty Cosmos’ secret rays, sealed in the first ray of the Father, the second ray of the Son, and the white fire of the Mother!
Therefore we demand the binding of those who have denied the power of the Great White Brotherhood in the flesh, who have gone forth to murder and kill those who are the lawful representatives of Sanat Kumara in the earth. We are demand- ing the release of the Ruby Ray in this hour for the confounding of the seed of the wicked and the dark ones and the destroyers and those of anarchy and atheism and terrorism—those who have succumbed to Death and Hell and have made themselves a part of those very vicious ones who are also bound by the Ruby Ray.
In the name of Archangel Michael and the Archangel and Archeia of the Ninth Ray, we send forth all legions of Light, twelve archangels and their archeiai into the very pits of Death and Hell for the binding therefore of the scoundrels and those who have gone forth as the betrayers of the Word!

Let them howl! They are bound in this hour! And the full fire of the Ruby Ray does descend in this hour as it did in the day of the confounding of tongues. And those tongues have remained confounded unto this hour by the power, wisdom, and love of Almighty God.
Therefore, we say, in the name of the living Word, by the authority of the Lord Christ, by the power of the Holy Spirit through the Father and the Mother: There is descended that exact quickening, by the laser beam of the Ruby Ray, of the Judgment of the fallen ones who have determined (and who do not cease to wag their tongues in their determination) to destroy the Holy of Holies of God and the dispensation of the Ever- lasting Gospel and the Light of the Aquarian age.
Therefore the Word is gone forth. They are bound in this hour! They are bound in the name I AM THAT I AM and the full power of the YOD HE VAU HE, the power of Elohim, the power of El Shaddai, the power of El Elyon, the power of the I AM THAT I AM. They are bound and turned back!
Lo, it is done! Lo, the Ruby Ray is driven now into the very core of the Darkness that has used them, that is focused in the intergalactic powers of the fallen ones of Death and Hell!
Blaze the light of the Ruby Ray! Burn through into the very core of them and their spacecraft and all of their darkness spread abroad throughout the galaxies! Blaze the Light for the dissolution and the binding of their demons and discarnates in the name of Saint Germain!
We have spoken the determination and the fiat of the LORD God. We come as emissaries of the Central Sun! We come in answer to the call of Keepers of the Flame!
The Light is gone forth.
The Light shall go forth, and It shall descend!

And we say again: heaven and earth may pass away, but this Word will not pass away. This Word is engraven in the molecules of the earth. It is the power of the Ruby Ray un- leashed from the Holy Kumaras, who have determined with the Cosmic Council in this hour that
They shall not pass! They shall not enter in! They shall not destroy freedom of religion in America or in the earth— freedom of the press, freedom to assemble, nor shall they abuse their right of free speech! And they shall not be allowed to trample upon the Holy of Holies of the Christ flame of each and every one of the little ones of God upon earth!
Therefore the Ruby-Ray Judgment does go forth upon abortion and the abortionist aborting every part of life— physical, spiritual, mental, and in the desire bodies of the Lightbearers!
The Ruby Ray does go forth for the binding and the Judgment in this hour of all those who are the purveyors of drugs, all of those who are the seed of the wicked!
And this Ruby-Ray Judgment does intensify in this hour all of that which has gone forth in the past. And it is therefore the decree of the Word. And the Word itself embodied in the Call shall go forth from the hearts of the Keepers of the Flame who will make the choice to be initiates of the Ruby Ray and therefore be protected in this mighty Work of the LORD.
Hosts of Light, legions of white fire, legions of the Ruby Ray, descend now! Mark the sign of the ruby cross over this City of the Angels and let it be duplicated now over every city and town upon earth. Let the full power of the sign of the ruby cross be the mark that is given by the LORD God—the same one who sent forth the power of Moses and Elijah and Elisha, the same, the one who sent forth Samuel, who sent forth the Lord Christ, who sent forth Gautama Buddha, who sent Maitreya, who sent all of the saints since Zarathustra, who shall not be denied in the earth, who shall not be ridiculed, who shall not be gainsaid!
And let those who trample on the Holy of Holies of another’s religion heed then the word of Chamuel and Charity! For the LORD God will not allow it. For the Lord Sanat Kumara is come into the earth in this hour and is in the very fullness of that God-determination to unleash the lightning of the Universal Christ that does come out of the East and unto the West and returns to the East again and therefore is the power of the judgment of the nations, is the power of the judgment of the economies and the international bankers who have seized the Light and the Supply of the children of the Light.
And the Ruby Ray does now drive into them—the ICCC, the international capitalist/communist conspirators, the first beast whose name is blasphemy, its image, mark, name and number, 666, the dragon which gave it power and every mouth- piece thereof, including the false pastors and false gurus in Church and State, the second beast that “doeth great wonders” and “deceiveth them that dwell on the earth”; all Communist liars, murderers and their capitalist supporters in the USA and Canada, the British Isles, Europe and the Middle East, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Mexico, Costa Rica, Cuba, Central and South America, Afghanistan, Ethiopia, Angola, Mozambique, South Africa, Namibia, all of Africa, Burma/Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, North and South Korea, the Philippines, all of Southeast Asia, India, China, Russia and the former Soviet republics, Tibet—all their hate and hate creation, all of their betrayal of the Word and the Great White Brotherhood by the power of millions of legions of angels who will no longer allow this trampling upon the Holy City and the temple of our God.
So it is done. So the Ruby Ray does go forth, and it does penetrate deep into the psyche and that very core of the hate and hate creation harbored against the Mother, and the Messengers, and the heir of the LORD of the vineyard. For truly those who come as the Messengers of God are the heir of Sanat Kumara! And all who are their children, all who are their Keepers of the Flame are the heirs of Sanat Kumara!
And therefore those who have murdered the heirs of the Cosmic Christ from the beginning are bound in this hour in answer to the call of the Cosmic Christ Maitreya and the legions of The Faithful and True, Sanat Kumara, Gautama Buddha, Jesus Christ and Saint Germain—by the ropes of the Ruby Ray, by the white fire, by the intensity of the Central Sun, by the full power of Helios and Vesta!
Let them give accounting in this hour! Let them tremble before the LORD God! For the Ruby Ray has gone forth from this heart, from the heart of the Sun, and they are bound! And therefore their initiation of the Ruby Ray is the Judgment, even as the initiation of the Ruby Ray of the Lightbearers is for the raising up of the seed of Sanat Kumara unto the path of the ascension.
Therefore they shall not pass! Therefore they shall not stand! Therefore the Ruby Ray is come as the Lord Shiva, the destroyer in the earth of those who destroy the earth! And they are self-consumed therefore by their own destructivity.
And this ray of Light goes forth now, and it is the protection of every Lightbearer who is now cut free and unloosed from their bondage to the sinister force by the power of the Ruby-Ray angels! And they are cut free, they shall be cut free, they shall be born anew into the Light!
And the Everlasting Gospel shall go forth, and the Light shall clear the way for the abundance of every good and perfect gift for the raising up now of all of God’s purposes! And it shall be fulfilled in me, every Keeper of the Flame, Lightbearer and communicant of Church Universal and Triumphant, and I claim the mantle and the opportunity and the day of sacrifice and the day of surrender unto the Ruby Ray!
The Lord Sanat Kumara therefore has stretched forth his hand. The LORD thy God shall reveal Himself in the outworking of events. Know the LORD!

Legions of Light, herald the descent of the Buddha of the Ruby Ray, herald the descent of the Divine One!
Buddha of the Ruby Ray, descend now by Mighty Cosmos’ secret rays into the heart of hearts of the Holy of Holies of these thine own Keepers of the Flame and those who have the Light throughout this earth body.
O lightning of Heros and Amora, O Paul the Venetian, Heros and Amora, Maha Chohan, Heros and Amora, Chamuel and Charity, legions of the Lord Sanat Kumara, legions of Ruby-Ray angels and of the third ray, legions of the cosmic cross of white fire, legions of the seven beloved archangels, legions of Justinius, Captain of Seraphic Bands, Nada of the flame of love, Goddess of Liberty, descend now!
So everywhere in the heart of heart of the earth is the Ruby Ray gone forth now!
Lo, Elohim. Lo, Elohim. Lo, Elohim.
And the divine judgments were sent forth from the great white throne and Him that sat upon it, even the LORD God. Thus the LORD of the vineyard has spoken. Thus the Light of the Ruby Ray has gone forth. And the power of Serapis Bey shall sustain it in the physical octave with seraphim and the Maha Chohan as that Light is present in holy dove, in every saint, associate, and member of the Great White Brotherhood, ascended and unascended.

Come ye, then, into the ark of Maitreya and the ark of the covenant and the flame of the ark!
Come ye into the Shekinah Mother! Come ye into the Light of Father!
Safety in the ark of the LORD. Safety in the threefold flame. Safety now in thy Christ and mine. Safety in the I AM THAT I AM.
