From the Octaves of Light
From the octaves of light we open the lotus of God’s love. Transcendent is the fire, the sacred fire revealing to each man the inner power of that man and at last indicating to him the power of his own Mighty I AM Presence that his fascination with his own God Presence may become a reality unto him, that he at last may be able to forsake all that is darkness, all that is deceit, all that is of this world and offer himself completely unto the great radiance of his own masterful God-identity whereby at last he is free from all outer conditions and can magnify within the depths of his being the eternal power of inner truth, allowing that power to release at last from him and from his own mind all conditions that are less than the perfection of Almighty God.
Your own I AM Presence is the masterful power by which you are raised into that God-identity that always knows at last that it is the fullness of life in its manifestation of eternal power, eternal radiance, and the eternal glow from the sacred fire itself that is locked within the radiance of your heart.
Will you understand with me then tonight what it means to put off the old man and his deeds and to put on the new man complete with all of the garments of immortality that you may actually wrap around your physical self in consciousness, until at last you are able to understand that by the power and vestments of your thoughts, the very spiritual raiment which you wear will become a transcendent monument of Christ accomplishment here and now in the physical world in which you live, to bring you at last the full power of the eternal radiance from on high that will and has the power within itself to transform itself and to transform you into that perfection which is the transcendent nature of God himself.
Somehow or other along the pathway of life, through life experiences, individuals have not always gathered the full knowledge of their I AM Presence. Many of them are actually concerned with outer conditions and outer things, having never heard of or ever fulfilled in their consciousness the slightest adoration to their great God Presence.
Let me tell you tonight that if you will recognize the power of the infinite light inside of yourself to actually liberate you from the physical consciousness of your domain, we can accomplish a tremendous activity if you will actually open up in yourself the very heart of hearts to listen unto the cosmic grace of God that is within you and say, “O Mighty I AM Presence, I recognize the fullness of thy power to transform me. And I offer myself unto you this night, this very moment, to allow the fullness of your Christ love to literally saturate me with the power of ten thousand-times-ten thousand suns,” until you will have that experience within yourself that is the transforming radiance of which I speak.
Do you see and do you understand that by the power of your own recognition outer conditions at last will come under the full dominion of your own Mighty I AM Presence? And when that Presence takes ahold of your consciousness and actually establishes there that Christ love for those spiritual powers that are within you, I tell you, one by one there will burst forth in your consciousness as though new stars were appearing for the first time in the sky, the radiant perfection of the higher worlds.
Will you understand with me tonight that this is possible for all who will accept it within the domain of their own consciousness? So long as you have, blessed ones, the idea that somehow or other you are simply a little ball of flesh, a little ball of mud, that has not actually the power of qualification of light, you will find yourselves gravitating to that measure of your own estimation, the measure of your own opinion of yourself. But if instead you will understand that light has power and light has dimension in your consciousness and light is able to transform you, then you will experience for yourself the transforming power of love and light.
And I tell you, I tell you tonight that the wondrous glory of that Presence will fulfill itself within you and no one else need ever know the marvelous outpouring of the spirit of life, light, and love that takes place within the domain of your own self.
Will you let go, then, tonight of all those repressive conditions, of all those doctrinal ‘pinions whereby you say to yourself, “God may manifest but he cannot manifest here”? I tell you God can manifest anywhere and everywhere. For God in reality appears everywhere and is everywhere throughout the universe, dispersed and dispersing his beauty and the fullness of his love. But you have to learn the process. You have to master the process whereby you can accept and equate yourselves with the transcendent light of his appearing.
So long as outer conditions are governing your world, so long as outer opinions are actually transforming you into a human bigot you will not be able, you see, to understand the power of which I am speaking. For individuals can actually be turned into a person that is stubborn, who will not accept the power of their Christ-unity and the power of their Christ-reality.
But the moment that individuals will let go and will understand that the beauty and perfection of the world of the spirit is all around you and is descending now by angelic hands into your midst, you will realize that that ineffable light which does not necessarily appear but which can be seen and perceived is actually now contacting you from the very heart of your own Mighty I AM Presence. And I tell you that by the power of that Presence we have accomplished all that has been done in the name of Almighty God.
And I think also that in this day when humanity are allowing themselves to be swallowed up by base ideas and the belittlement of outer consciousness there is a very real need for individuals at last to understand the power of their own God Presence to liberate them from those conditions. For so long as individuals will look to some individual in this world to be the source of their deliverance, just so long will they find themselves bound. But the moment that they begin to understand that their own Mighty God Presence has for them the ineffable wonder of bestowal, that their own Mighty God Presence will bestow upon them the power that can overcome the world, the flesh, and all appearances they will immediately begin to perceive the first glimmering of that transcendent light which is the light of the inner Christ-power from their own Mighty God Presence.
Do you see this? Do you understand it? Well, then, won’t you let go, won’t you understand that as you let go, that very moment we are able to do for you a tremendous action. Tonight I have asked that several of the Ascended Masters of the Great White Brotherhood shall come here from the Grand Teton area and that these Masters shall stand here round about you, that these Masters shall also have with them a tremendous number of the angelic host, that the angelic host shall pour out a tremendous outpouring of their radiance and their love to humanity through each and every one of you.
You probably are enamored in your own outer consciousness with the historical manifestation of myself as George Washington. You do not necessarily understand how you can find someone here tonight speaking to you that you have not even thought of as being a live person. But I tell you I am very much alive and I am very active in helping not only this nation but all the nations of the world to understand that a tremendous outpouring from God will evoke in the family of nations the same radiance and understanding by which we also were able to accept and understand more about our spiritual self.
There is a certain darkness that settles upon people simply because they opaque the very conditions they ought instead to open up. Do you see what I am talking about? I am talking about the light itself. I am talking about the fact that individuals can create curtains of darkness in their own consciousness simply because they will refuse to accept the great power of God that is all around them. They have an idea that they cannot actually contact God. They have an idea that there are no angels and therefore to them apparently there are no angels. But let me assure you that there are both angels and there are Cosmic Beings such as myself now and there are others also upon the great cosmic scale of life that are completely unknown to ordinary mankind.
I want you to understand that I am very grateful for the great power of God that has released to me my own beloved Lotus who has now made her ascension into the light. And she has also joined me in the fullness of her Christ love for humanity and for mankind. Will you allow that tremendous love then to outpour in your midst and to see that it is a reality and that it is not an imagination functioning in individuals’ own thoughtform or individuals’ own ideas, but it is a cosmic manifestation of ineffable strength and love?
Will you accept then this cosmic reunion as the manifestation of twin flames at last having ascended into the consciousness of God and serving together to alleviate the illness and conditions that now rest upon the planetary body, for we will do everything we can and our joint efforts will in every way be directed to humanity and we will try to lift humanity up into the great light of God that never fails.
I say the light of God never fails, the light of God never fails and your own beloved I AM Presence is that light. Will you accept that light? Will you realize that you are a manifestation of that light and you are not an outer condition at all? You are a ray of cosmic light manifesting here in this world of form and you ought to gear the thinking of your own consciousness accordingly. For then we can perform the Cosmic Christ miracle of identification by which we will also effect transformation in the outer vehicles of man until outer conditions will yield one by one to the passion and radiance of your own God Self and then eventually you yourselves will ascend in that perfect light, that light of holy perfection which is your salvation now and forever more.
Will you accept the Christ consciousness? Will you accept the Christ radiance? Will you accept the Christ understanding? Will you accept the power of his strength? I tell you we are giving you tonight the great cosmic communion cup whereby you are able to drink into that spiritual radiance representative of our twin-flame action as a cosmic forte of ineffable love now majestically lowered into the forcefield of this earth as a service to humanity that shall continue for six weeks from this date and shall provide a very special impetus of love and light to all who will hear our words and understand them.
Those of you who do not fully understand our words may still be the recipient of our Christ love, for it is given unto the whole world as a triumph and a victory which was made possible by the identity of that great exponent of freedom, you own beloved Saint Germain.
I say to you tonight that the radiance of Saint Germain shall increase upon the planetary body throughout that six-week period until mankind, who have vilified his name and have failed to understand how he stands as a great exponent of freedom to all mankind, will at last come to a point where one by one some of them will yield to the cosmic radiance of his love and his beauty and his understanding of Christ freedom unto all. I thank you.

Messenger of Saint Germain
Godfre (Godfré) Ray King, the pen name of Guy W. Ballard, was the messenger of Saint Germain and founder of the I AM Movement. Guy Ballard’s birthday was July 28, 1878.
He is now the ascended master Godfre, God Obedience, but is still affectionately remembered by his students as “Daddy.” The ascended master Godfre is a staunch defender of Freedom, Liberty and God-Government.
Guy Ballard brought forth the teachings of the Great White Brotherhood, the Law of the I AM Presence and held the focus of the Christ consciousness for the planet until his ascension on December 31, 1939.
His wife and twin flame was Edna Ballard, now the ascended lady master Lotus (who ascended February 12, 1971).
Although the requirements for his ascension had been completed several years before he actually ascended, he volunteered to continue in the service of the Brotherhood as their point of contact in the world of form.
Through the assistance given him by the Great Divine Director in the Cave of Light, his four lower bodies were aligned and his threefold flame balanced, enabling him to be the channel for many miracles and healings before his ascension.
As part of his final service while in embodiment, Godfre took on world karma and expiated it through his physical form, thus sparing humanity great suffering that he himself chose to bear, even as Jesus bore the crucifixion for the sins of mankind.
The turning point in his mission and the key to his victory in that embodiment occurred as he was walking on Broadway in Los Angeles.
At that time, when all seemed to be against him, he suddenly stopped and made a fiat to the dweller-on-the-threshold, the remnant of his own untransmuted human creation: “You have scared me for the last time. You have no power.”
Godfre Meets the Master Saint Germain
Soon thereafter on Mount Shasta he met the master Saint Germain, who took him into the retreats of the Brotherhood and gave him the training for his world mission.
These experiences are recorded in the three books that he subsequently brought forth as an expression of the threefold flame of the master’s consciousness, Unveiled Mysteries (yellow), The Magic Presence (pink) and the The “I AM” Discourses (blue).
From Godfre, we learn that unfailing obedience to one’s ascended guru and to the Great Law of Life is essential to individual victory and to the completion of the cosmic timetable for the golden age. Each act of disobedience sets back the plans of the Brotherhood for the victory of the planet, a victory for which each person is individually and collectively responsible.
The second great lesson we learn from Godfre is that it is not until we cast down the idol of the human consciousness that we begin the trek up the mountain of our initiations. The rejection of the human ego and consciousness should be made each time it attempts to assert itself.
One need only say, “In the name of my mighty I AM Presence, I refuse to accept the tyranny of my human consciousness!”
Of other individuals one may say, “In the name of my mighty I AM Presence, I refuse to accept (his or her) human consciousness. Beloved Holy Christ Self, you step forth in your blazing Reality and be the only Presence acting here!”
Godfre won his freedom through obedience to the law of Being. He teaches us to ascend moment by moment by raising our thoughts and feelings, our energies and actions. The ascension is the goal of life not only for the few, but for the many.
Godfre was embodied as a son of the great king (Saint Germain) who ruled the civilization that flourished in what is now the Sahara Desert over 70,000 years ago. Guy, his wife, Edna Ballard, and their son, Donald, were embodied as Saint Germain’s children there. Among his other embodiments were Richard the Lionhearted (1157-1199) and George Washington (1732-1799).
Through Guy and Edna Ballard, the ascended master Saint Germain first released the knowledge of the violet flame to the world. Their most important works are Unveiled Mysteries, The Magic Presence, and The “I AM” Discourses.
