DICTATION TRANSCRIPT
By the flame of our heart’s love
By the flame of our heart’s love I come this night to bring to you the radiance of the ascended octaves and the full gathered momentum of our service to the Light.
I desire to anchor this momentum in these our chosen ones who are keeping the flame on behalf of Saint Germain. They are to us children of our hearts and of the Most High God.
And so it is a great privilege to be with you and to draw the fragrance of violets from His heart into your midst so that you might know and have a tangible essence of His being, a reminder of that which can come to all through keeping the flame in service and in love.
In grace are ye born of the wind of the Holy Spirit unto a high calling and purpose. The torch is indeed passed to a new generation of Lightbearers who shall go forth in that Cosmic Christ awareness which was bequeathed to Jesus the Christ and others who have served the holy cause of freedom.
I, Lotus, stand before you this night having recently attained to the courts of heaven and so I come to bring you the fresh inspiration of one who so recently walked among you, and yet knew you not personally.
I wish to say that my heart flame has long been one with the heart flames of all serving the Light upon this planetary home. For as Joan of Arc, I strove to bring forth the factors of truth and obedience to the people of France. And some among you assisted me in that cause and therefore was the dispensation given for me to speak to you this night.
Your beloved Messengers are indeed capable of leading you into this “promised land” of the ascension if you will but heed their word, for I have examined the Causal Bodies of these Two Witnesses and I perceive the momentums of godly service rendered which shall bathe the earth and contribute much to many lifestreams who shall be drawn to this focus by our twin flames.
I, Lotus, enfold you in my love and in the pink mantle of my service. I bequeath to you the momentum of my prayers and decrees on behalf of world freedom and the victory of my ascended Christ consciousness.
You may ask, why? And I say, because this Summit Lighthouse activity of Saint Germain presently holds the focus of the World Mother upon the planetary body and therefore I and every Ascended Lady Master can do naught else but lend our momentum of freedom, of victory, and of the power of lightning from the heart of the Sun to defend the virgin consciousness and the image of the Divine Manchild within you all.
Here the eagles shall gather and the lonely ones and the children of the Light, so keep your lamps burning. For the Virgins and the Christ shall attend the coming golden age if you will keep your service at that high level of invocation, of duty, and sacrifice which marks the golden-age man and woman in every age, the avatar. Be inspired of our Love and inspiring unto others, for a great union of ascended and unascended hosts is occurring this night and the heart flames of all who are dedicated in the Light are as one mighty flame, a torch of the Holy Spirit.
Remember, then, in this six-week period to invoke our twin flames and those of beloved Saint Germain and Portia, and all to whom you daily call, for in this period will the firming of this union take place, the solidarity of the Light above with the Light below.
We come in the flame to give you our love, our wisdom and our momentum. May God bless you and keep you on the path of freedom for America and the world, for the sweetheart of Saint Germain.

This is the first known dictation given by lady master Lotus after making her ascension on February 12, 1971. This Dictation by the beloved Lady Master Lotus was delivered through the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood Elizabeth Clare Prophet on February 21, 1971 at La Tourelle, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Edna Ballard, is now known as the ascended lady master Lotus.
Guy and Edna Ballard
Edna Ballard: Messenger for the Great White Brotherhood from the late 1920s to the year 1971, when she made her ascension on February 12. Now the ascended Lady Master Lotus. She was embodied as Saint Joan of Arc and in her final embodiment served with her husband and twin flame, Guy W. Ballard, to found the I AM movement sponsored by Saint Germain under a dispensation of the Great White Brotherhood. Her pen name was Lotus Ray King.

Messengers of Saint Germain
Godfre (Godfré) Ray King, the pen name of Guy W. Ballard, was the messenger of Saint Germain and founder of the I AM Movement. Guy Ballard’s birthday was July 28, 1878.
He is now the ascended master Godfre, God Obedience, but is still affectionately remembered by his students as “Daddy.” The ascended master Godfre is a staunch defender of Freedom, Liberty and God-Government.
Guy Ballard brought forth the teachings of the Great White Brotherhood, the Law of the I AM Presence and held the focus of the Christ consciousness for the planet until his ascension on December 31, 1939.
His wife and twin flame was Edna Ballard, now the ascended lady master Lotus (who ascended February 12, 1971).
Although the requirements for his ascension had been completed several years before he actually ascended, he volunteered to continue in the service of the Brotherhood as their point of contact in the world of form.
Through the assistance given him by the Great Divine Director in the Cave of Light, his four lower bodies were aligned and his threefold flame balanced, enabling him to be the channel for many miracles and healings before his ascension.
As part of his final service while in embodiment, Godfre took on world karma and expiated it through his physical form, thus sparing humanity great suffering that he himself chose to bear, even as Jesus bore the crucifixion for the sins of mankind.
The turning point in his mission and the key to his victory in that embodiment occurred as he was walking on Broadway in Los Angeles.
At that time, when all seemed to be against him, he suddenly stopped and made a fiat to the dweller-on-the-threshold, the remnant of his own untransmuted human creation: “You have scared me for the last time. You have no power.”
Godfre Meets the Master Saint Germain
Soon thereafter on Mount Shasta he met the master Saint Germain, who took him into the retreats of the Brotherhood and gave him the training for his world mission.
These experiences are recorded in the three books that he subsequently brought forth as an expression of the threefold flame of the master’s consciousness, Unveiled Mysteries (yellow), The Magic Presence (pink) and the The “I AM” Discourses (blue).
From Godfre, we learn that unfailing obedience to one’s ascended guru and to the Great Law of Life is essential to individual victory and to the completion of the cosmic timetable for the golden age. Each act of disobedience sets back the plans of the Brotherhood for the victory of the planet, a victory for which each person is individually and collectively responsible.
The second great lesson we learn from Godfre is that it is not until we cast down the idol of the human consciousness that we begin the trek up the mountain of our initiations. The rejection of the human ego and consciousness should be made each time it attempts to assert itself.
One need only say, “In the name of my mighty I AM Presence, I refuse to accept the tyranny of my human consciousness!”
Of other individuals one may say, “In the name of my mighty I AM Presence, I refuse to accept (his or her) human consciousness. Beloved Holy Christ Self, you step forth in your blazing Reality and be the only Presence acting here!”
Godfre won his freedom through obedience to the law of Being. He teaches us to ascend moment by moment by raising our thoughts and feelings, our energies and actions. The ascension is the goal of life not only for the few, but for the many.
Godfre was embodied as a son of the great king (Saint Germain) who ruled the civilization that flourished in what is now the Sahara Desert over 70,000 years ago. Guy, his wife, Edna Ballard, and their son, Donald, were embodied as Saint Germain’s children there. Among his other embodiments were Richard the Lionhearted (1157-1199) and George Washington (1732-1799).
Through Guy and Edna Ballard, the ascended master Saint Germain first released the knowledge of the violet flame to the world. Their most important works are Unveiled Mysteries, The Magic Presence, and The “I AM” Discourses.
