Freedom of the Holy Spirit
Good afternoon most gracious ladies and gentlemen. I come to bid you welcome to the fires of freedom.
And, as I welcome you into the flame, I must speak the warning that those who would enter that flame must take care lest the fires of transmutation, as they purge the consciousness of all limitation, produce that exposure which is the manifestation, then, of an ego-centric, ego-centered consciousness that presents a one-sided view of life, of the Teaching, and of the Messenger.
Therefore, to come into the flame of freedom and to be a bearer of the torch of liberty in this age requires a certain awareness on the part of every Keeper of the Flame that, in order to have and to retain this most priceless gift of the freedom of the Holy Spirit, you must be willing to put down the carnal mind with all of its temptations, with all of its expressions, and the fierceness of anti-Christ, the Fallen One himself who can only enter into the company of the saints through those who have not surrendered the carnal mind.
Do you understand, then, that the Ascended Masters place the entire Teaching, and the organization of that Teaching, and hierarchy itself, in a certain jeopardy each time they expose what appears to be the human of their representatives to mankind. For, you see, mankind do not discern the motive of the heart or the Christ that is acting in our representatives. And because they come into our meetings, into public services, without having first surrendered, there is always that question as to whether or not the individual soul sitting at the feet of the Masters will determine to align himself with the forces of Light or the forces of death, of regeneration or of degeneration.
And so, you see, coming nigh the flame means that that flame will separate and purge the gold from the dross, will ensconce the Christ flame and expand it. If you, then, would call for the expansion of the Christ flame, remember that in its expansion there must be a corresponding release into the flame of all darkness, else there will be a house divided against itself that cannot stand. And then you will find that the last days of those individuals are worse than the first and it would have been better had they never contacted that flame.
I come, then, to speak to you this day concerning the raising up of the torch of liberty and of the flame of freedom to a nation and to a planet. For do you see that if there is jeopardy in bringing that flame to the few who count themselves the faithful, what will it mean to a world when that flame is expanded for an entire continent?
You must understand that given free will the Ascended Master hierarchies cannot always predict what will happen. And unless it comes as a fiat from the Lords of Karma, or from Alpha and Omega, the Ascended Masters do not make predictions of dire calamity and cataclysm upon earth, for you see that would be to presume that we could step in and alter mankind’s free will for better or for worse.
I come, then, to say that if we are to expand that flame of freedom for the victory of Mighty Victory, and of souls of light, and of a planetary home, we must have the assurance of the sacred trust of hearts united in the white fire core.
I can assure you, as you have heard this morning of the failures that have come about in individuals and organizations that we have sponsored, that it is indeed a trial for the hierarchy to, once again, renew that sponsorship and that pledge. Yet this we have done in this age, in this organization, through these Messengers.
We have come forth again. And I can tell you that the entire spirit of the Great White Brotherhood, which includes every Ascended Master and cosmic being, every angel and angel deva, elemental and Elohim, is counting upon this body of Lightbearers to turn the tide for world victory. And I can tell you, although that human free will is unpredictable, that we have set our mark upon this body of Ascended Master students. And we have put our all on the line.
You might say that we are cosmic gamblers. You might say that we are playing with God’s energy. I say, what alternative have we? Where shall we go to find a receptive heart? Yes, there are many who are devoted in the world’s churches. But how many can accept the full complement of the Ascended Masters without crying out against such a concept as being anti-Christ, as being of the fallen ones?
When you analyze the world situation, and the world consciousness, you will understand that there are very few to whom the Masters can go with an appeal for devotion and for service.
And, therefore, because the salvation of a planet demands the allness of its evolutions, our evolutions ascended have pledged the all of cosmic grace, of our momentum of light, and of those jewels that we wear that are a sign of attainment.
And, you see, we have put this upon the line before the Lords of Karma. We have taken our vows and we have made our pledge that we stand behind not only the Messenger, not only the Board of Directors, the staff, the Keepers of the Flame, but each one pledged to the Light.
Understand, then, we have not only made a pledge, but we have said that if these fail we will pay the price. We will forfeit that attainment and that light. Now you see, then, although victory is a statement of when and not a question of if, we must consider the possibilities of the misuse of free will. We must also consider the opportunity to fail as well as to succeed, because it is in the crucible of free will.
We must consider and bring to your attention, therefore, that if the body of lightservers now connected with this Ascended Master movement that is destined to cover the earth–if all cooperate, if this body fails through the temptation of division, and of criticism, and condemnation, and judgment, then we shall pay the price. And if we shall pay the price and take all in our cosmic bank account to pay the debt that you incur, remember, will there be any light left that we can pledge for a planet and its people?
Cosmic Councils and the Great Central Sun require a collateral. They do not continue to loan out dispensations of cosmic light to a world that has squandered that light. It is simply not a wise investment of energy. Do you understand?
Do you understand that the cosmic bank for the planet earth could go bankrupt if those to whom the loans have been given do not use those loans to multiply the substance of light they have been given? Do you understand why in this parable that Jesus taught, the one who buried his talent was condemned? He was told that he ought to multiply that talent.
And so it is the Law of hierarchy and of the cosmos that the light that is given into your hands must be multiplied. This light includes your daily allotment of energy, of love, of life, of wisdom, and, yes, of the coin of the realm. To use this wisely and well for the expansion of our projects casts a vote not only in your favor, but in the sight of the Lords of Karma it is a vote for the Ascended Master team, Masters whom you know and love who have joined together because of your love to support you in this mission.
Now I will tell you of a very interesting development. As we have watched the repercussions of the dictation of Mighty Victory and of Archangel Michael, and of the taking of another percent of energy from the Fallen One, we have seen that in the dark councils of these enemies of the Christ and in their deliberations there has been a certain consternation, and a certain placing on the carpet of that Lucifer, who has lost and squandered so much of that reservoir of dark power that was being used by the fallen ones to captivate a planet and its people.
And there has been a certain concession in the heart of Lucifer that the victory of the planet is to the Light, and that it is a question of time when those final percentages of energy will cost him his tenure and his immunity. And in that hour the victory, then, will be conceded to the Mother of the Flame and to all Christed ones who have ever stood for victory and for light, and who have supported the mission of the Messengers, who have come forth for thousands of years to proclaim the spoken Word.
Now, then, this admission within the heart of the Fallen One is not necessarily a cause for rejoicing on your part. For you must see that in the reasoning of the carnal mind once the victory of the light is admitted, then, you see, the dark ones have nothing more to lose for they have already lost, and, therefore, will stop at nothing to destroy this movement, this organization, this Messenger, and her family.
Considering that they must go, and go down to defeat, they are determined to take the children of the light with them. You understand, then, that the odds of their gambling with that last substance which is theirs are to them much easier. And, therefore, they will give that energy, and they will be more daring. And their confrontations and their condemnations will be more blatant. And so you must beware. For the only way that any organization can crumble is from within. You are invincible as long as you stand in the flame of freedom, and in the light of cosmic honor. You are invincible as long as you are one. You are invincible as long as you see and behold the Christ in one another. Do you understand? Do I make myself clear?
I desire answer from you. Do I make myself clear? [“Yes.”]
That which I desire to impart to you is a wisdom, and an awareness of subtleties. You have been taught the Law. You have been told again and again, “keep your harmony.” You have been told of the burdens that are carried by our Messengers. You have been taught every phase of the Law that is necessary. It is not the Teaching, it is the application that requires practice. When you consider the pianist who has performed in honor of my coming, it is the practice that has made perfect. The theory was achieved long ago. But the practical application of the movement of the fingers on the keyboard, this is a development which comes with persistence, with determination to override all opposition and depression, and the temptations of the fallen ones to darkness, to desolation, to self-pity.
Do you not recall the warning concerning the dark cycle of Gemini? Do you not recall that this is the year when the tactics of the fallen ones are divide and conquer? How do they divide and conquer? They divide and set apart the carnal mind and the Christ mind. They make a reality of the carnal mind and pit it against the Christ mind. And there is that warring even in each individual whereby, in many cases, sanity is lost, emotional tensions arise.
You must understand and be willing to give a little more each day. A little portion of the self that is sacrificed, like carving away the fat from the meat. Carving away until all that is left is the unity of Christ-purpose.
You must come into the flame of freedom with forgiveness in your hearts for one another. And you must judge by motive alone. You must take a stand for the Teaching and for hierarchy, and forgive one another mistakes. For all can make mistakes.
And, I tell you, have you considered that Ascended Masters make mistakes? How do you think we feel when we have a Messenger that commits suicide? We go before the Lord God. We call on the Law of Forgiveness, and we say, “Father, I have erred. I have placed thy sacred trust in one unworthy.”
How do you think we feel when we release the science of nuclear fission to mankind and they take that knowledge to destroy one another? And all of the waste material that is being put into the earth, rendering the earth unfit for habitation. And, I tell you, if that is not stopped there is no point in even trying to continue life upon earth. The solutions, the possibilities that have been offered by scientists of burying these waste materials in the ground or in the sea, or in the polar caps, are absurd beyond belief.
How do you think we feel when, through our hands, knowledge is given because we trust mankind and the life flame in the heart to use that knowledge for life and the preservation of life. And so, you see, if with all we know and all we have at our command we cannot predict human free will, then do not be hasty to judge when those who serve our cause with love in their hearts may make a mistake here and there, misjudging because their consciousness was on the Christ in an immaculate vision of that Christ, and because individuals have allowed the betrayal of the Christ by their own carnal minds. I say, then, judge not lest ye be judged. I say, rather, fix your hearts upon the Teaching and let gratitude abound for that Teaching.
Consider, then, the preservation of the four sacred freedoms. You have grown up in a nation where freedom has given into your hands that freedom to speak that is now deprived of millions of inhabitants on the earth. Behind the Iron Curtain, in South America and in Africa, there are many who are not free to speak. To stand up on a soap box in the middle of Central Park and to speak what you believe in your heart. To speak before your fellow men. To rent a hall and to speak the Word that you believe.
Such a sacred privilege–I tell you, it is hard won. I tell you there are planets in this and other systems of worlds that have been for thousand of years without that freedom. And now as the Aquarian age dawns, do you not think that those who are the dark ones, who have conceded the victory, will not come forth to stampede America and to drive out the very flame of liberty, if it were possible.
I tell you, precious hearts, there is a way of looking at life from the level of practicality and of actuality, which means what is, what the karmic situations are, what the level of outer attainment manifest is. Then, we again look at life from the level of victory, of the immaculate conception, of the Divine in all which remains latent in some and comes to the fore in others.
And, therefore, when I make this analysis I make it on the basis of the exigencies of the hour, and the stand that must be taken in this nation, in the government, in the economy, that these freedoms might be preserved for all mankind.
I say, then, that there are places on other planets where these freedoms can be lost. They can be lost again. Remember–Mu sank, Atlantis sank, Rome was destroyed, the Greek city-states were destroyed, and Pompeii is no more. Time after time those who were on the verge of precipitating golden ages were overcome by these hordes on the very basis of the fact that those who had the opportunity to carry the torch were not willing to make the ultimate surrender, and to find the union of the Light for the victory.
It is time that you became more diligent in your invocations for the defense of the divine economy and the sacred freedoms. It is time that you increased, in the hours of your day, your application. It is time that you decreed as though the entire planet and America, and your life, and your family depended on whether or not you met daily those commitments of invocation.
You have heard it before, but I say it again, thousands of angels are waiting on inner planes for you to come into your service each day, whether in groups or alone, to give your energies to the Light. And when you find that you are too busy, too occupied to give that half hour, that hour of service, I say the angels turn away, their heads drooping. For they have not the energy, then, to stop the famine here, to allay disease, to prevent automobile accidents and loss of life, to protect the Buddhas and the Holy Christ children. I say, the hierarchy can only intercede if you make the call. And if you make it in unity and in oneness.
Freedom to worship–it is not only behind the Iron Curtain that this freedom is denied. Do you understand that this exists in many nations of the world today, freedom is not given? It is there in name or in word only. But if you were to try to start an Ascended Master movement in Brazil today, or in Argentina, or in Mexico, or in many nations in Africa, you would find that if you had followers numbering in the thousands as Jesus did, you might very well be crucified as a rabble-rouser, as an upstart, as a challenge to the Roman Empire. Do you understand that as long as you are small and insignificant you have apparent freedom? But let your numbers go into the millions, and you will find every force and every instrument of the state, of the media, turning against that light and that movement.
Therefore, up until this time we have preferred to limit our membership to the faithful who could be trusted, thereby securing greater light and greater light dispensations without arousing the carnal mind. But the time has come, and is now, that that carnal mind is aroused. As you would say, the fat is in the fire.
And therefore, the only alternative is to pursue a massive program of the reeducation of the people of America so that this light, and this religion, and this church might be defended by greater and greater numbers among the citizens of the United States. So that it cannot be put down. So that there are too many for any to contend with.
Therefore, you see, according to our timetable we would like to move from the cluster of the intimate associates to a worldwide movement without having the pain and the furore that is created in an interim process, where, so to speak, a movement is a little too small to be a worldwide movement, and yet a little too big to go unnoticed.
I would like you to understand that one of the reasons we have limited the expansion of the movement is that as the movement expands a greater and greater momentum of hatred is directed to the Messenger from families, friends and relatives of devotees. You will find endless cases of individuals who have taken a stand for the Ascended Masters’ Teachings where parents and family have been so outraged as to send daily torrents and torrents of hatred, first at the Messenger and then, of course, to the staff, to the family, to every member of the organization.
You do not realize that these currents of hatred make for all types of circumstances which you, then, are faced with. Everywhere from physical disease, to emotional pressure, to tension, to fatigue, to all types of rays, voodoo activity and black magic.
Therefore, because we serve to protect our chelas, we must first educate you in self-defense. The defense of the hierarchy of light. We must educate you in decrees and invocations, but most of all to the subtleties of the fallen ones, the subtle inroads that they make through questioning. Through questioning the motives, the purposes and the intents, first of the Messenger and then of the organization.
Now it might be surprising to some of you, and I will not take you through all of the machinations of all of the gossip and all of the darkness that has been faced by our Messenger in this year. But I can assure you that much of her time has had to be spent in correcting error, in counteracting lies, in visiting and talking with individuals who have allowed themselves to become seized with condemnation for the activities of the Board, or of the members, or of representatives of Keepers of the Flame.
I tell you the battle is waged on all fronts. And there is a pen that is mightier than the sword, but which does not exclude the use of that sword, and the action of that sword for the defense of righteousness and truth.
And therefore consider, then, how slanderous conversation has gone forth. How vilification, how darkness, and how all of this the force attempts to conceal from the Messenger. Because once it is exposed, once the truth is proclaimed, those who are the true devotees, of course, see the light, and see the temptations of the fallen ones to divide and conquer.
Precious hearts, you have heard of so many failures. There is no failure in this organization. There is no failure in the Messenger or in the Teaching. There is only failure to be alert on the part of students in the field. The organization cannot survive without the student body. It has survived with the student body because of your devotion. Because of your support, we are here, I am here. Do you understand the gratitude and the praise of the Great White Brotherhood for your stand for victory and for your devotion.
But I must come forth to warn you of the days ahead, of crisis in America and further attempts to divide and conquer the members of this sacred company. Consider, then, the defense of your freedom of speech and the defense of your freedom to worship. Consider, then, that freedom of the press is not necessarily freedom in America today. Although the press in this nation is relatively free from the controls in communist countries, yet the control of the press by large syndicates and private enterprise ensures that certain editorial policies and certain political viewpoints are the only ones that are voiced in certain newspapers.
And you will find that there has been a movement during the past century to put the newspapers and the media in the hands of the certain few who then control the thinking of many cities. You will find, then, that all is not the pure and the unbiased as some would like to think. And, yet, there is greater freedom here than anywhere.
I say, then, in the name of the Christ, roll back the abuses of the freedom of speech, the freedom to worship, and the freedom of the press. And let that guarantee be for the right to assemble, the fourth of the sacred freedoms. Let it be now burned in the very soil and in the very heart of America.
Precious ones, when you are denied the right to assemble you are denied the unity of your Christ flame. For the fallen ones know that in union, in the union of decrees and the spoken Word, and hearts one in the flame of divine love, there is the victory of the Aquarian age.
Do you realize that in Rio de Janeiro today, if you are going to have a party you must first register it with the dictatorship? And you must have permission to have a group of people in your home and state the reason for that group. And if there are any political connotations you are denied that right.
Do you realize in how many nations the churches are state controlled? The protestant churches of Europe–many are state controlled. And therefore any attempt to insert anything but the standard teachings of the protestant revolt are put down and turned back.
Do you not understand that were you to go out and attempt to establish a movement such as this in almost any other nation, the carnal mind would move in much greater dimension than that with which you are faced even here and now?
I come, then, to erect the four sacred freedoms as four pillars of fire and of the flame of freedom within your four lower bodies. I demand and I command, in the name of the Christ, that the flame of freedom shall now seal in every heart, and in the consciousness of these Keepers of the Flame here and throughout the world, the true matrix of freedom of speech, freedom to worship, freedom of the press, and freedom to assemble. So let it be, for without these sacred freedoms the planet is doomed.
I say this as I level with you my assessment of world conditions. I say, then, there has gone forth a design from the heart of the Goddess of Liberty for the torch of freedom, the flame of liberty, and the image of the Divine Mother to once again be impressed upon a medallion of light so that you might have that image and that focus in your hand for the regeneration of the divine economy. And, therefore, under my direction as I have pledged my flame of freedom to the Goddess of Liberty, the spokesman for the Karmic Board, there has been released and delivered into our hands this day that medallion of light that is for the celebration of the Two-Hundredth Anniversary of the freedom of this nation, of the Declaration of Independence.
I choose to make this announcement this day to counteract all condemnation of the fallen ones and the liar and his lie, so that you might know that hierarchy is very much involved in the economy of this nation. And I have stood forth in Keeper of the Flame meetings. I have given dictations, and you have read the dictation of Orion and the Old Man of the Hills. And you have received the warning of the imminent collapse of the economy. And of the need to convert to a system of the divine flow of supply and demand.
I say, therefore, where else but in the heart of the Ascended Master’s activity should we initiate our spiral of victory, and of the vision, and of the light of the Divine Mother for the transformation of this economic system, these luciferian controls, the Illuminati infiltration of the Federal Reserve, and the control and the spawning of that octopus over America through the Federal Reserve banks.
I say, O beloved ones, lift up your hearts and see that the most vital decrees you can give are concerned with the economy of your life and your life’s energy. And this nation could be destroyed tomorrow simply by the decision of the few elite, the economic advisers, and those who control the wealth of a nation.
Precious hearts, nothing is so precarious in this hour as the economy of this nation that spells the destiny of the economy of all nations. And therefore let it be according to your free will whether or not you shall receive and take to your hearts this image of the Goddess of Liberty. Let it be according to your freedom. But I have spoken. And I have set my seal. And the Goddess of Liberty once again has taken this coin as the focus of the flame of liberty moving mankind, and in an attempt to make the transition into a golden age.
All hangs in the balance. You have looked for prophecy. You have looked for revelation. You have said to our Messenger, “How long, how long is opportunity? And when is cataclysm? And when will this and that happen?” The Ascended Masters do not know, the Messengers do not know, and we are not making predictions. For all hangs in the balance, and the balance is the scales of Libra. And so the final twenty-five year cycle of the century is in the light of Libra, as the light of the Holy Spirit, as the light of the cloven tongues of fire.
The balance is delicate. If you have ever worked with a balance, you will notice that a feather will tip the scale. You will notice, then, that a ripple of irritation or condemnation will tip the scale and cause you to be out of harmony with the light and with the Christ.
And in the tipping of the scales there is a loss of light and energy and momentum, and then you find that for a mere triviality a battle is lost. For a mere expression of the ego or a point of human stubbornness that will not give in, usually over a pea pod, so then the entire line of cosmic beings must forfeit energy that is thereby assigned to the fallen ones, who are then given the very allotments that should pass, in harmony, from your hands to the people of light throughout the planetary body. Do you understand that when you break your harmony, when you allow division, you prick the tube of light not only of yourself but of the entire organization? And so it is the leak in the dike that can overcome the unity of life.
Precious hearts, you are the founding fathers and mothers of the Aquarian Age. Who else, I say? You live in the spirit of the founding fathers of this great nation. You are the ones who keep the flame. When you look at America you see that there is not the unity in this land that there is here. The unity of enlightened souls. And you find those who are warring with one another. Those who are divided on every religious, and political, and philosophical issue. And who will fight one another, tooth and nail, for a worm or a fish hook.
Do you understand that it is in the unity of a nucleus of light that an entire age can be born? And therefore when we celebrate the Two-Hundredth Anniversary of this nation, I pray that it will be in that focus of light in the heart of America that is the focus of our retreat. And I pray that you will move to secure facilities for that focus which I have designated to the Mother of the Flame for that Conference 1976.
I pray, then, that you will join as never before heart, head, and hand in a pledge to Mighty Victory, and to the Goddess of Liberty. And that you will understand that the nucleus of Lightbearers is all that we have for the preservation of America. When we look outside of this circle of fire, the misunderstanding, the compromise, the self-will is too great. And we know that in the hour of testing, and in the hour of the launching of the dark forces in their final attack upon this nation, those who have not come into that circle will not be able to withstand in that hour.
Do you understand how the hatreds of right and left-wing politics has left even some of our best servants bereft of the protection that they ought to have, because somehow in their self-righteousness they have considered that it is alright to hate the fallen ones or the dark ones? And, therefore, that which has become the extreme right, which should be the fulfillment of the spirit of patriotism, has become an anathema to my soul and to the flame of freedom. For in their hatred and their criticism and their condemnation they no longer represent Saint Germain. They no longer represent the Goddess of Liberty.
And so Morya has warned not to take sides. And not to be in the middle of the road, but to be where Truth is at all times. Take care, then, that you do not align yourself with those political movements that are seething with hatred and with condemnation. For these are vulnerable, vulnerable to the fallen ones. And you know the luciferians, contrary to popular opinion, do not only use the Fidel Castro’s and the Brezhnev’s, and the Mao’s to achieve their ends. They use extremists in every camp. And they set brother against brother, right against left. And those in the middle of the road are caught in the maelstrom, caught in the middle of the flaming of energies back and forth.
I say, then, by the power of the cosmic honor flame, let the exposure come forth. Let the exposure come forth, then. And if America is to be purged, let her be purged fully, then, in this period of months that remains before the celebration of the Two-Hundredth Anniversary.
I say, then, watch as the Lords of Karma out of necessity make the announcement at the New Year’s Class of an increase of karma to this nation. For it must be for the purging and the cleansing. And that added momentum of darkness can just as easily be turned into light. As was spoken by Jesus, My burden is light.
If the faithful and the Keepers of the Flame will increase that momentum of invocation to the fire of freedom, and if you will begin that momentum now so that the roller coaster of your decrees, and light, and movement together will be in such a movement and a motion that, come the first of the year, that darkness that must be released will be caught in a spiral of freedom and a flame of transmutation whereby you will hold the balance until the hour of the sealing of the light in victory.
I come not only with warning and with woe. I come with joy in my heart for I rejoice to see the response of your hearts and your souls. I rejoice to see this day, when you have taken your stand for light and you have determined to be free. I rejoice and my love is boundless for all that you have given. I simply say–do more. Give more. Give more of your energy in invocations and you will seal the planet in the flame of freedom for a golden age.
I look forward with you to the release of Arcturus and Victoria, of violet flame dispensations for a smooth transition into the Aquarian age. And, therefore, I seal you in the flame of my heart as the Goddess of Liberty, as Portia stand with me to deliver unto you the blessing of our hearts love and of the flame of liberty.
Keepers of the Flame, keep that flame blazing over the earth. I am your Knight Commander, and I remain the Master of aquarian cycles, worlds without end.

Who Is Saint Germain?
Saint Germain is our immortal friend and brother. As the Chohan of the Seventh Ray and Hierarch of the Aquarian Age, he is leading the people of earth into a new era of freedom and enlightenment.
At the time of Atlantis, Saint Germain served as a high priest and a master of invocation at the Temple of Purification.
Through invocations and his boundless love for the flame of Life, Saint Germain sustained a pillar of fire, a veritable fountain of the violet flame, which magnetized people from near and far who came to be set free from binding conditions that afflicted their body, soul and mind.
These devotees achieved physical and spiritual healing through the offering of invocations and the practice of seventh-ray rituals to the sacred fire.
In the book Prayer and Meditation by Jesus and Kuthumi Elizabeth Clare Prophet writes in the chapter titled “Who is Saint Germain?”:
The ascended master Saint Germain is the sponsor of America and the very living Spirit of freedom to every soul. Just as Jesus stood as the open door to the attainment of the christ consciousness in the two-thousand-year Christian/Piscean era, so Saint Germain comes today hand-in-hand with the Prince of Peace as the ascended master of the Aquarian age.
He ordained us, messengers of the Great White Brotherhood, in order that the true teaching of Jesus Christ might be brought to our remembrance, as he promised, by the Holy Spirit who comes in the person of the ascended masters speaking the word of the lord through the messenger.
The understanding of your opportunity to know the self as christ is the true science of religion which Jesus taught to those with “ears to hear” and which Saint Germain now declares to all through “his servants, the prophets.”
Saint Germain comes forth in this “time of trouble” which marks the moment of the turning of cycles from Pisces to Aquarius. His is the consciousness of freedom, the fiery baptism of the Holy Spirit christening a new race, a new life-wave, a new age of self-discovery, and the “new world” America.
America was founded by the brotherhood on the matrix of the original thirteen of Jesus Christ and his apostles. it is a country where freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, and freedom to assemble are meant to provide the foundation for the attainment of the collective Christ consciousness. It is destined to be a community of the Holy Spirit, a forum where the greatest souls of all ages will be “born again” with the incoming avatars of Aquarius to produce a living archetype of freedom. By the unseen hand and the very specific guidance of the ascended masters, America—the heart, the mind, the soul of a world—was born.

What is the Keepers of the Flame Fraternity?
The Keepers of the Flame Fraternity was founded in 1961 by Saint Germain as an organization of ascended masters and their chelas who vow to keep the flame of Life on earth and support the activities of the Great White Brotherhood in the establishment of their Community and Mystery School and in the dissemination of their teachings. Keepers of the Flame receive graded lessons in cosmic law dictated by the ascended masters to their messengers Mark and Elizabeth Prophet.

El Morya speaks of the purposes of the fraternity:
In January 1961 I authorized the formation of the Keepers of the Flame Fraternity to be formed of a circle of devotees within The Summit Lighthouse who would give supreme allegiance to the flame of Life and to the Knight Commander, Saint Germain. I invited all who would pledge their support to this hierarch of the Aquarian age to participate in a worldwide endeavor to draw into the flame of the Holy Spirit sons and daughters of God who would come forward to claim their inheritance as joint heirs of the Christ consciousness….
To those who would give their support shoulder to shoulder to the Ascended Masters and to our Messengers Mark and Elizabeth Prophet for the promulgation of authentic teaching delivered unto them by the hierarchy, a special invitation was extended by the Knight Commander and me to affirm their sponsorship and their commitment by joining this outer fraternity of the Great White Brotherhood….
Those who responded are those who understood from deep within the soul the need to reconsecrate that flame through daily invocations and decrees made in the name of the I AM Presence and the Christed Self of all mankind—those who were eager to pursue the alchemy of the Spirit and to work directly with Saint Germain to precipitate the foundations of the golden age.
