DICTATION TRANSCRIPT

Develop the Merciful Heart
as a Chalice of the Holy Spirit

Pentecost Address 1991

From out the highest octaves of light I descend! I am your Lord the Maha Chohan. I am in the purest flower of the Holy Spirit that I would unfold in your heart in this hour together.

Draw your garments of light about you, lest the ill winds of the karmic tide tear from you that which is not secured, fastened in the centers of being. Weave the garment well. Wear it well, that your soul might slip into the cleavage of the rock or betwixt the octaves where angels would take you in time of trouble or danger.

I am the direction of the Holy Spirit unerring. I am present in communion as you commune with God and with me. Take me to your heart and I shall take you to mine. Study the works I have delivered. Study the saints who have known me. Know me through those in whom the stream of the Holy Spirit is ever flowing as a River of Life. Go to the fount and drink. But drink all—sweet water for the sweetness of heaven and bitter for the cup of karma thou must drink, thou must drink.

Consider and reconsider all decisions in your life based on the single principle: “Will I develop the merciful heart? Will I develop the merciful heart or will I pass on as the comfortable stone that does not will to be broken?”

The decision is not “What is in it for me?” but “What is the initiation? Have I failed this test in the past? Do I desire to pass it in this round? Shall I tarry with this one or that one because I must develop the merciful heart and because that one, this one does need mercy?”

I tell you, the merciful heart is an abundant chalice that can never be filled with the Holy Spirit, for it can contain even the limitless flow of the Holy Spirit.

Therefore, if you seek this day the key and to know why you have not known this fire, this fire of the Holy Spirit in your life, this quickening of the mind, these gifts that I bestow, I bestow carefully, carefully and not without merit by those upon whom they are bestowed—if, then, you observe that that fire is missing from your life, begin at the beginning.

Let the chalice be fashioned as a tulip cup of purple and violet and pink. Go about this world, then, dispensing mercy as the intense love—love that is compassion, love that does forgive, love that does bathe another, that does wash the wounds and cleanse the heart and purify the soul.

To minister in mercy’s name is truly to win the attention of all those adepts who serve on the third and the fourth ray with me in the fullness of the Holy Ghost and to thereby develop the balance of the seven [rays] and the five [secret rays], and on and on. Beloved, what is in it for you is surely, surely the hastening of the day of your liberation from all karma.

Do you see, beloved, when you have the quality of mercy and it is a sun shining in the heart, then it will shine upon all and never be withheld? For the merciful heart is a flowing stream that bathes all life, that dissolves the force and forces of anti-mercy. Live in the cosmic egg of mercy and know therefore how mercy itself, as the seventh-ray attribute containing all of the qualities of the violet flame, is the shortest distance between you and the getting of the nine gifts of the Holy Spirit.

How about, then, starting with one? Well, you see, beloved, it is just as difficult to earn one as it is to earn them all. For if you have that quality of light, that quality of God within you in abundance, then you will have one and all. And if you do not have that quality, the gate is shut and you will have none.

Seek early the transfer of light from the heart of the living Christ Jesus. Seek the healing of the soul, if not the body, at the altar of healing on Wednesday, for there does Jesus come. There does he come to extend to you, if you will but perceive your own need, even those increments of fire, elements of consciousness which, because they are totally lacking, you do not miss. Therefore, you know not that you are sick and think you are well.

Search the soul. Search the scriptures. Search the akashic records. Search your own life. Search your own eyes as you look for a light and a spark that you do not find, that you do not find when you look in the glass.

Mirror the Holy One of God. The Holy One of God is that one Christ, only begotten, whose body is broken for you each one. This is your Lord. May you become that mirror.

These are the footsteps. These are the footsteps. They have been recounted before. Why have you not progressed? [Or] have you? Some have; some have not. Yet I say, dispensers of mercy are ye all. Come, then, with your pots filled with liquidfire violet flame. Come with many pots. Bring all of your pots. Bring all of your vessels of consciousness, all of your compartments, all of the occupations you have occupied. Bring them all. Fill acres with all of your pots of every size and dimension. Fill acres and then fill the pots with the violet flame. Become dispensers of mercy.

Now, beloved, suppose the Lord of Mercy, the LORD God, the Lord of the Sabbath does say unto you: “I give you one thousand vessels of mercy for a lifetime. You will dispense them to those who will multiply mercy and bring back to you the multiplication thereof. Choose wisely, for you shall pay for every pot of mercy that is squandered. But you shall have the increase as you share that pot with those whom you have taught, whom you have prepared, whom you will now trust to receive this pot of mercy.”

Thus, you will grow and your causal body will grow as those to whom you give it also give the increase. And they shall give back to you the increase and they too, then, shall know the tie to the Maha Chohan, the tie to the Lord of Mercy.

I would place you this day in the place, therefore, of teacher, shepherd, master, guru. Now see the responsibility upon you. Should you give to one whose garments are moth-eaten, full of holes; to another whose aura is a sieve; to another who, for want of balance, cannot hold harmony for an excess of three minutes? Beloved, you should suffer loss, for that precious liquid fire would go into the darkness and blackness and be swallowed up by those discarnates who have no tie to the God of Mercy.

I can assure you, beloved, that it would not take you very long in this position to know that sympathy has no place in the court of divine justice and divine mercy. Therefore, know that God, who sits upon his throne this day, and Christ, who sits upon the throne within your heart, do adjudicate your life wisely, not only for your enlightened self-interest but also so that you do not make further karma by the misuse of a thousand pots of mercy’s flaming-fire liquid light.

To become the custodian of such a gift of the riches of the seventh ray, you will then learn that to have the merciful heart you must first transmute all vibrations of human sympathy. And by this I mean agreement with the human condition. This is a subtle, a most subtle vibration, where you incline your head and say: “Well, I can surely understand that state of the human consciousness. I can surely empathize with it, for I have been there myself.”

Well, if you do not watch out, you will be there again! For all it does take is to gaze upon that state and to somehow sense the need to compromise on behalf of that one who somehow has allowed himself to drag his garments in the mud of human self-attention [and] selfishness in the affairs of the heart, in the human sense of the word—the one who will not recognize that there must be a sternness as the fire of Serapis Bey.

For all of the hordes of darkness will rise up to steal one soul of light from the victory. And they will pull that one down also by sympathy and the sympathetic gaze of a thousand entities looking through the eyes of one tool of the sinister force with that knowing look that says: “Come with me. I understand. I will take you and make you comfortable. I will help you lick your wounds.”

Yes, it is the perversion of the quality of mercy. It is the perversion of the flame of the Holy Spirit. And I would have you to know the sternness of my office and of the Holy Ghost upon you, as it is the sternness of Serapis Bey. I would have you know that there is no other way to cut the tie with the human consciousness than to cut it! And it must be cut by a mighty sword, the sword that is sharp, two-edged and is the dividing of the way. There is no way to retain the companionship of the human consciousness and to receive the Holy Ghost!

Therefore, I have said it! Therefore, know it! Therefore, if you would have that all-power of the Holy Spirit, you must cease the dalliance in that desire to understand, while you pet your cat—to understand and agree with the human condition.

Because the Maha Chohan knows, because the seven chohans of the rays know that you will not receive one drop of the Holy Spirit by leaning in this direction, I come to you, I speak to you and I tell you, there is a choice to be made! There is no question about it! Fear not the choice!

If you would extend fire, if you would feel the fire coming forth from the heart of the messenger and if you would feel that fire coming forth from your heart, you must know that in the day you attain to the uncompromising victory you will have that cup of light and that power of healing. You will know the gift of healing. But until you cease your compromise, beloved, you will help no one.

And when you have a stance of noncompromise, all those who count will love you. All those who are saved by the hem of your garment, all those who will make it because you have stood and you still stand, they will love the light in you and the Christ in you. They will be the faithful ones, faithful unto the God for whom you have served even as a pane of glass.

O you who are proud in your paltry human achievements, be humble this day, I say! Be humbled by the staff of the Lord and know that those untutored hearts whose love is pure, whose hearts are a cauldron of sacred fire intensifying, reaching the world and holding the balance—they who sometimes do not even know what light they carry—are far beyond your paltry presentations of the pride of this world.

Know, then, that humility is not a doormat. It is the strength of the empowerment of the son, the daughter of God who does know: “God in me is the doer.” And yet there is a forcefulness, there is a power and a stance and a determination, all the while there is the effacement of self.

Walk in the footsteps of the messengers of God of all ages and of the ascended masters. Walk in the footsteps of those who have stood on the earth in the presence of God—such as Moses and Joshua, such as the apostles and great Lights out of the East. Walk, then, in that presence and know that to be endued with power from on high on Pentecost is surely the gift of all ages, and it shall not be returned lightly.

Therefore I say to you, the fire of Pentecost does descend upon the earth! And it is more than and apart from the individual gift. It is the fire of the judgment of the Holy Spirit. It is the fire that does separate darkness from light, reality from unreality. It is the fire, beloved, that shall be sealed in a sacred vial. And the strength of the contents of the vial and the size of the vial shall be determined by the present progress of the individual.

You might say, in one sense of the word, that the Holy Spirit does operate under the old dispensation, that of the balancing of 100 percent of karma. That is not to say that you cannot receive the Holy Spirit this day or a portion thereof, wherever you may be on the karmic ladder. But there are certain powers of the Holy Ghost that shall be entrusted to no man, no woman until that fulfillment is reached while they are yet in the flesh. Those, of course, who reach their ascension are then under another dispensation, e’en though they have not balanced the full 100 percent.

I come, beloved, to explain to you that the Holy Spirit is the all-power of heaven and earth. It is the all-power of God. It is unrestrained. And therefore, you may understand why it is not lightly given. Yes, elements may be given, and you may know wondrous souls who may be ignorant of the full doctrine of Jesus Christ who yet have such love that that love in itself could not withhold from them a portion.

But that very portion, beloved, does also cause the alchemy to come about. For where there is true love of the Holy Spirit manifest there is always enlightenment. And where enlightenment and love move together there is the drawing in of the power of God, and therefore those souls are tutored at inner levels by the Lord Christ himself.

And those who carry the spirit of fanaticism, who are full of ravening wolves, who are full of demons, who constitute the fundamentalist movements of this earth—whether in religion or politics or other societies—I tell you, those ones, beloved, have not the Spirit but the anti-Spirit. Beware of it! It is dangerous, even more dangerous than anti-Christ; for the anti-Spirit is the perversion of the Spirit of the living God.

And I call upon you, in the name of the Buddha of the Ruby Ray, to not forget to give a call on the ruby ray daily, for there be many who move against you, fallen ones who have found ways and means of using fohatic keys on the left-handed path to garner that momentum. And thus, this sin against the Holy Ghost, which is the sin of stealing that from the very altars of the lower etheric octaves, the heaven-world, that sin is not forgiven.And when the judgment does come, beloved, it does come truly, swiftly from the Almighty.

Consider this, beloved, though you may not have been formally approached by myself or Lord Maitreya and given a thousand pots of violet-flame liquid light this day, yet by your very giving of your decrees you are filling many pots with the light of God. What you have invoked you have received. Guard it well, for some of you have distributed your pots of light to those who take it and turn against you and then rend you, and do it with the very light you have imparted.

Therefore I, the Maha Chohan, descend with the edict of the LORD God this day from the throne of Alpha and Omega. This day there is withdrawn from those individuals on planet Earth who have taken the left-handed path yet have continued to use the mantras—whether the false gurus out of the East, whether those who have moved among you who have taken the Science of the Spoken Word and now use it against the forces of light or the very source through whose hand and heart it was given—yes, beloved, from them is withdrawn this day the answer to the call or the release of light.

I speak of people of all religions and none, those who misuse the Word, entrapping the light of God as cursing, as black magic or witchcraft, as the practices of the seed of Satan. A mighty grid is placed on planet Earth. That light is taken from them who have misued it. It is taken from them, beloved, in this hour. And they shall not receive light, but their own karma, when they attempt to fool the Law by using the ancient mantras of the rishis, of Sanat Kumara or of those given in this age by the ascended masters.

Thus, it is done. And thus, by my very speaking, know that in this hour these astral decree groups who have functioned for many a decade are now stopped. And there is wailing, there is screaming, there is anger, there is fierceness of the forces of death and hell who move against the messenger and yourselves for this dictation given. For I say to you, they are deprived of a source they have long used against the ascended masters and against those who are the true followers of God.

Know that this hour has come. It has long been projected. And the handwriting has been on the wall that at a certain day and date these forces of darkness could no longer misuse the light. I say, to anchor this in the physical octave, you will work diligently in this court and receive labors. For these black magicians yet prey upon innocent children. And they go and they steal that light in defiance of God. And therefore, this judgment must be anchored by your judgment calls, each and every one that you have which must be given.

Understand, beloved, that until this hour when a certain momentum of lightbearers and servants of God in the earth could take their stand in strength under the canopy of the Great White Brotherhood, this could not be accomplished. But, beloved, it is a beginning and not a finality. For over this cause does war in heaven commence and that war in the lower etheric octaves and that war on the astral plane. For these fallen ones will fight to the death to receive or to retain their access to the light, which they get through those children of God who know not how to put on the whole armour of God.

It would be well to publish a book entitled The Whole Armour of God, speaking not only of the decrees but also of the entire instruction for the life of a chela on the Path in the guarding of the light, the guarding of the soul and the body and the temple. The whole armour of God is required from this day forward. And may you take my word seriously, beloved.

There does come a time, as there have come times before, when the LORD God must release that judgment and certain dispensations in the earth. And it cannot be turned back, for the cosmic cycles move on. Were this judgment not to descend in this hour, then in its place there would be the hastening of cataclysm and other phases of Armageddon. You see, beloved, one way or another this misuse of the sacred fire of Almighty God must cease!

Therefore, if you desire to be strengthened in the Lord, then I say, use the light of God for that strengthening and do not compromise one erg of that light! Know just how exact the Law is and what the penalty is for the misuse of the light. And understand that this uncompromising stand that you must now take with the world and with God is the only way for you to preserve your soul. And you must place your soul first. For only you can see to it that that soul is not in jeopardy on a daily basis.

Remember, beloved, the soul is not safe and secure in the arms of the everlasting God until that reunion with the living Christ and the I AM Presence is fulfilled. And therefore, according to the sinister force and the false hierarchies in the earth, you are fair game and even fairer game, for you are plump with light and you have so many vessels filled. It is as though your riches were so abundant that you could afford to give away that light, which is so precious, to those whom you judge to be worthy of it.

And this brings me to the point of teaching, beloved. For if there is one gift of the Holy Spirit that is most needed among all of you, it is the gift of the discernment of spirits! For I tell you, you are fooled and fooled again! You are trusting and you desire, by some quirk of the human pride, to convert those whom God would not convert.

God does choose those whom he would quicken by the Holy Spirit. He does choose those who respond to the word of the messenger. After all, has this speaking not gone forth now for [nearly] thirty years through this very messenger? Beloved ones, God has chosen who would have ears to hear and who would not. [Their failure to respond] is not a failing of yours, and it is not a failing of the messenger.

Remember that your work is to make [the teaching] available so that all who should hear, whom God has called to hear, will hear. And those who hear—those who hear the voice of the Son of God in this speaking, those who know the Holy Spirit—they shall live and they shall live forever more. For to know it upon hearing it is to be galvanized to it, is to be literally sealed by that light, swallowed up in that light, transformed by that light, initiated by that light. Thus, know, beloved, that if you have been fooled in any matter of this world or of the next, it is by your own choice.

Therefore, let this movement see an increase of calls to the All-Seeing Eye of God, an increase of attendance at our Friday night services, so that you may clear away the entities and the discarnates that move and attempt, yet, to draw you in to lower vibrations.

Those who cannot see, let them appeal to those who have their wits about them and a better contact with the Mediator. Yet trust not anyone’s human consciousness, but trust the impulse from within. If you can silence the outer self and the outer world, you will sense and know the voice of your Holy Christ Self even before the bonding process. You will sense and know the direction of God. But it comes as a light impulse, almost as a twitch of a nerve, and then it is gone. You must remember that you have received that impulse and exactly what it was, and obey it on the instant. This is a part of putting on the whole armour of God.

May you make your choices well, beloved. I say to you, if you will listen to and hear the word that was given today concerning the early community of the Holy Spirit, you should understand what I am about to tell you. This Church Universal and Triumphant was founded on earth not for the heavenly hosts, not for the ascended masters but for the body of God in the earth who recognize themselves as the lightbearers and need the bonding together, need the mighty circle of the One that is formed—need that strengthening, beloved hearts.

I tell you, therefore, those of you who come to this altar year after year and receive the blessings of Communion and the blessings of the light, you know not how much you deprive yourselves of the full cup of the blessing by failing to make your commitment to become communicants and to formally seal your membership in this Church, thereby being able to join that circle of hands held by that mystical body, to intensify the circle of light.

Therefore consider: for the repentance and the baptism there does come the joining of that Church, that community of the called-out ones, that sangha of the Buddha. And understand that the strength of the body of God in the earth is in that oneness and in that commitment of the law of the tithe itself, which is outwardly expressed as the giving of one-tenth of supply that does come into one’s hands. And yet, the true meaning of it is that you are giving daily a tenth of your light and your life-force and your body to the thriving of that community.

And that giving of your spiritual essence is what does make up the white cube. And the white cube is indeed the lodestone that is able to magnetize, to attract from all corners of the earth those souls of light who know at inner levels, who must get here. And yet when they try, there is not enough pull, there is not enough magnet, there is not enough total dedication in that matter of membership.

Beloved ones, you have not heard the messenger preach to you thus. Therefore, I have chosen to speak of this, this day. For it is a point of nonresolution. If you find some difficulty with the teaching itself, then seek out a minister for instruction. If you find some other difficulty with this organization, then ask the questions and receive your answers.

But remember, beloved, you are not joining a physical church or a “human” church in that sense of the word. You are signifying your oneness with the saints robed in white, your brothers and sisters on the etheric octave, and the ascended masters.

And therefore, you must understand that human institutions, as they are run by human beings, are by nature imperfect. And if you are waiting for the perfect church, you will not find it. For in order to get to the perfect church, you will have to ascend to heaven. And your failure to commit to the “imperfect” church on earth will not allow you to enter that perfected church of the saints immortal. Therefore, perfect yourself while you are attempting to help those who are yet also in the imperfect state.

Understand, beloved, that those who point the finger are those who accuse themselves, for it is often an avoidance technique to cover the multitude of sins that they have in their own lifestream that go back many thousands of years. Those who cannot work as a team player in a community of the Buddha, in a church of the living Christ will find that they cannot work as a team player in the retreats of the Great White Brotherhood.

Because of karma, beloved, you must begin where you are. You ought to be thanking God that you have come to the place where your karma allows you to become a member of this Church, rather than lamenting that it is not more perfect. And if you are waiting for yourself to become more perfect, beloved, do not ascribe perfection to the human consciousness. This Church is here for your growth and for the sharing of the cup of love, even the communion cup that we bring you this day.

Therefore, enter in to that communion of the saints on earth and show yourself willing to build and to work shoulder to shoulder with those whom you can assist, whom you may consider to be lesser individuals, less endowed, less qualified than yourself.

Yet, beloved, if you are truly qualified, if you truly have begun the Path where you should have, with a merciful heart, then you will give and give again and not seek only to hobnob with those who are equal to yourself or better but to go, as Jesus did, to the poor who know they are poor and desire to be filled, to those who have not the riches of kingdom yet will give their lives for them.

Blessed ones, I encourage you to rise above your human vision and look to the light that has come upon you even in this court in this moment. You are basking in an intense light. I now call to my angels of the Holy Spirit, a very special band who come to help souls assimilate that light. The assimilation of the light begins at the level of the etheric body. Thus, Lanello has admonished you, above all things, to clear that etheric body. For he does know that that body cleared does allow you a mighty vessel, a strong vessel to receive and contain that light which is for your self-mastery and your adeptship.

Understand, then, that where that body is contaminated, you cannot hold light, for light and darkness cannot dwell together. This is why you have been admonished to work on one line of your [cosmic] clock and clear it well, to have one house and one hierarchy where you excel, and you can always draw from that cosmic bank account because you keep that line pure and as that point of your God Self-mastery.

And it is not an incorrect idea to dwell upon the hierarchy of Capricorn and the quality of God-power, beloved. For by not having that quality developed in humility and by the power of the Central Sun Magnet, you, then, cannot receive a great deal on any other line. For there is no line that is not based on power. Thus, it is the very beginning of the counting of the houses and the signs.

I say to you, then, beloved, the light would enter the mental body, and you will assimilate it where your garment is clean. It would enter the desire body, and you will assimilate it where you have a pure desire. If you are overwhelmed by desires that are from beneath, then you will retain little of the Holy Spirit or receive little of the Holy Spirit in that body.

Thus, we come to the physical. And you have prepared those bodies. Cells cleansed and emptied can be filled. Those clogged would be upset in a critical manner by too much light. Therefore, understand that this indeed is the equation.

Ommmmmmmmmmmmmm

When Jesus did breathe upon his disciples the breath of the Holy Spirit, they did all receive it.¹ Yet by each one’s life and example, you can see the accomplishment or the nonaccomplishment of a fuller mission. And which among them did ascend in that life? Those who had the greatest love.

Love is synonymous with the merciful heart. The merciful heart is the discriminating heart. And it does bestow mercy upon the children of the light and the lightbearers, justice upon the evildoer, absolute God-justice whereby those who have taken the left-handed path are given the opportunity commensurate with the good works they accomplished while on the right-handed path.

God does pay his debts to all. And therefore, some on the left-handed path have had extended stays before the final judgment and many, many opportunities to be wooed by the Divine Mother and by the merciful heart of Kuan Yin to come back to their First Love.

The justice of God is just. May you know this. May you believe it in your feeling world. May you accept it. And where things seem unjust in your life, douse them with the violet flame, give your calls and accept the conclusion.

Use the discriminating heart. Yes, use it. Do your research. Do your fact-finding. The better that individuals look to you, the more research and investigation you must do concerning them. Those who are servants of the light will never regret your examination of them. Those who are servants of corruption will seek to hide any possibility of such an investigation. It is an hour in which to call upon K-17, Lanello and Cyclopea, the Great Divine Director and El Morya.

Surely it is an hour to understand that the supply in your hand is limited, that you must dedicate it in a practical manner for your own victory and for the victory of community. An investment in the Church is what I consider the tithe to be. For the tithe enables the Church to expand [and] to contact more lightbearers, who then increase the causal body of the Church itself, as all causal bodies become one.

I raise my staff this day and I raise it upon those who have long been burdened by infestations of entities, burdens upon their beings. I let the fire touch you, though you must work to mend the holes in your garments until you should receive a substantial portion of the Holy Ghost. I touch you with this staff, beloved, and I touch your aura. And light is conveyed which shall be used by angels, in conjunction with your own individual decrees, for the mending of the garments.

For any number of you gathered here today, including some souls recently embodying, there is no more important assignment than the mending of the garments of the four lower bodies. These garments are compromised by all manner of drugs, all manner of impure substances, all manner of cavorting with spirits on the astral plane. And this does go back many embodiments when witchcraft and all manner of perversions were in vogue.

Therefore know, beloved, that when you come to the feet of the ascended masters and to the Great White Brotherhood, you are given those assignments that must be accomplished first. Some of the very best of you will have this problem. Work on it. It can be solved.

Yet angels are assigned to assist you in the task. And some of them are sewing full-time round the clock on the garments of your four lower bodies, for you are sustaining a decree momentum whereby they are allowed to give this much time to you. When you do not sustain that momentum, then they do not have the light to work with and you are at a standstill. And because you cannot see the holes in your garment, beloved, you think that you are clothed, you think that you are whole.

But, then, beloved, why the accidents? Accidents happen because of openings in the auric field or in the sheaths of the garments of the four lower bodies. Understand this principle. The invincible protection of the light is invincible for you when you are made whole and you can contain it!

And therefore, some who are so bad off as to be as a sieve and not able to contain any light should be decreeing daily for a re-creation, a reestablishment by the Elohim of God of that very aura of light that would begin to secure their soul, that the soul might make progress.

Some who do not seem to make progress do not do so because the light goes in and the light goes out. And that is the sad fact of the day. And yet by their longevity on the Path they consider themselves to be wise in the Teachings of the Ascended Masters.

Well, beloved, it is not what you know; it is what you are. And this you must concentrate upon: “Who am I? What am I? And what is the I AM in me? And how much of the I AM THAT I AM do I embody here below? Is this body, these four sheaths that I carry with me, a suitable vessel even for my Holy Christ Self? Could my mighty I AM Presence descend into this temple or would the temple be destroyed? [If the temple could not withstand the Presence,] the I AM Presence would not draw nigh, to spare this soul of mine that is as a shorn lamb.”

These are the questions of life. And it is not for us to give you overconcern, beloved, but for you to understand that the true path is fraught with these situations for many lifestreams. The dispensation of Saint Germain of the violet flame was therefore given in this century to help those students who would give it by the hour, daily. And if they did not give it, beloved, they could not mend the vessels and finally begin the path of the ascension itself.

Therefore, the violet flame is the universal panacea and it is the universal solvent. And it ought to be used by those of you who are, if not smug, then indeed ignorant as to the condition of your soul today.

Therefore, the Christ of you shall give you a reading in the next forty-eight hours. And if you pray for it and ask for it, beloved ones, you shall receive it and you shall know why you are fed up with the human consciousness and yet you cannot put it behind you. Somehow these chelas on the Path who work for Saint Germain and give their hearts are not able to deal with the obvious eventuality that there is the mending of the flaws that must be taken up. Therefore, let great and small alike, rich and poor alike look, then, to their garments. For I, the Maha Chohan, would do more for you than I am able to do for you this day. [6-second pause]

I would speak to you now of your vulnerability to astral states of consciousness, to moods and mood vibrations, to those of entities that are unseen by you because once again you have not earned the gift of the discernment of spirits.

Therefore, you find yourself in a slump, a high or a low, and do not even suspect that it may be the astral ka of an individual, the sheath, beloved, mind you, that separates out from the soul and may lurk about in the astral plane, doing evil deeds and sustaining itself by vampirizing the light of those who are innocent or naive, those who do not know how to put on the whole armour of God.

These entities lurk about. And you should take even more seriously your Friday night service as pertains to the question of calling, as the messenger does call, for the mighty dragnet of the Lord to sweep through the astral plane of the entire planet and to move and pull out of it and take to the Court of the Sacred Fire all those discarnates, all of those kas that remain lurking about and working their evil just after the passing from the screen of life of individuals.

This is something you must learn about from the messenger’s lectures, beloved. For you do not realize just how vicious this energy can be. Yet when those of an evil bent are bound and taken, that lower shell must [also] be taken in answer to the calls of those in the earth or the call of an initiate who may see it.

These spirits so-called, therefore, must be bound. And we have seen and pointed out to the messenger over the years many wicked deeds that have been performed not necessarily by the individual himself but by the remains of that sheath.

Therefore, the Astreas given daily are paramount. For where there are deaths—and there are deaths all over the world daily and in catastrophes that are happening in this hour, where millions die because of the karma of cataclysm in their areas—there are many left on the astral plane. And there must be a reading, therefore, by the messenger each Friday to know if these are taken and bound. For much, much harm is done and often against little children.

And the misuse by these forces of darkness, beloved ones, that roam about has brought about many a suicide, as one does influence another and those who are weak in embodiment do respond. It is up to that discarnate to perpetuate itself by taking the light of others. Thus, you see, they are by nature vampires. And unless that is the soul of a great one of light, that sheath will always be there at the hour of death.

Often, therefore, there is communication with the lesser manifestation through spiritualism and through channeling, and thus gross error perpetuates gross error. I would not discount the presence of these forces anywhere, even where you think the population is low, such as in this state, for they roam about the entire earth seeking whom they may devour.

May you in earnest, then, protect your households and yourselves from unseen forces and know that, as you do so and as you intensify your work with beloved Astrea,² you shall develop and increase until you have the full God-mastery of the gift of discernment of spirits. I will tell you how to acquire it. It is to give the songs and decrees of the heart meditations to the Holy Christ Self, and it is to give your calls to Cyclopea. It is to attune with your Christ Self daily.

You need never be fooled again by anyone anywhere, as long as you remember that pride itself blinds the individual, as does stubbornness and other qualities. And therefore, be willing to see the truth that you do not wish to see. When you have the desire to know those things that may be unpleasant, that may puncture your balloons and pierce your bubbles, then you will have that gift. [7-second pause]

I have come to teach you this day, for the Holy Spirit does enlighten. I have come to comfort you. And my comfort specifically is the promise to you that no increment of the Holy Spirit will be withheld from you when you qualify yourself to receive it.

Go out this day and extend mercy. Mercy is not a canceling out of another’s responsibility. It is the love of the heart that is true compassion, that does raise that one up to desire to enter the Path and to work the works of him that was sent and that sent him.

The enlightenment and the comfort and the prophecy, beloved—may these be a chalice for the holy will of God that will give you the ultimate empowerment. [8-second pause]

Now there does descend an additional release of the Holy Spirit that is specific to your souls and the souls of all servants of God upon earth. This is the hour of millions of angels releasing that light. As the judgment has gone before of the Holy Ghost this day, so this light unto those who have been marked as capable guardians of the light is dispensed. [27-second pause]

As you now sing the hymn “The I AM Lord’s Prayer,” my angels will assist you in the assimilation of the gift that is unto you in this hour.

I am the Lord the Maha Chohan. I am the invincible one. Call upon me and I will send the judgment of the Holy Ghost and the gifts of the Spirit in answer to your call. I am the dividing of the way. He who does seek me, night and day, will find me and know true freedom from all inordinate desire.

In the service of the Christ of all cosmos, I am and I remain the Holy Spirit in planet Earth.
