Opening Invocation on Behalf of Each Soul of Light:
In the name of the light of God which never fails, I call to the heart of Alpha and Omega, beloved Mighty I AM Presence, Almighty God in the Great Central Sun, Brahman with the Word in the beginning. Let thy light blaze forth in this hour, O God.
Sanat Kumara, Seven Holy Kumaras, Seven Solar Logoi, Elohim of God, Great Central Magnet, Lord Gautama Buddha, beloved Maitreya, Jesus and Kuthumi, we raise on high the scepter of authority of the I AM Presence of each one. We call in the name of the Ascended Master Moses. We call in the name of the Ascended Masters of the Great White Brotherhood. Let thy will be done on earth as it is heaven.
I call now for the clearing of this citadel of freedom. Beloved Mighty Astrea, encircle it. I call for the deliverance of all who are gathered here from every burden that is less than the full flowering of individual Christhood in the heart. I call to the Maha Chohan to breathe upon these threefold flames that they might be balanced and be expanded. I call to the soul of each one gathered here.
O soul of Light, rise and take dominion in this temple. Soul of Light, seize the sword of blue flame and clear now the underbrush, clear now all that would come out of the subconscious to delay thy homeward path. Soul of Light, I speak to you: yours is the victory, yours is the mastery. It is none other’s and no one may achieve this for you. Therefore rise and take dominion. Rise and enter the true Path of the Ruby Ray of surrender, service, sacrifice, and selflessness.
O beloved Sanat Kumara, take us to your heart, unfold now the memory of the Ancient of Days. I call for rings upon rings of your causal body to sweep through this city, to cut free every Lightbearer that he might come to know his own I AM Presence, sit under, beneath his own vine and fig tree to know the Lord, to internalize the Mother Flame, to be endued with the Holy Ghost and to walk the earth as a Christed one. O Lord, this is thy goal for us. Let each one understand the admonishment work out your own salvation with fear and trembling .
Before the Lord God Almighty we come, before the Flame of the ark of the covenant which we call forth, before the flaming cherubim who keep the way of the Tree of Life within us. And therefore in the presence of the sacred fire of Almighty God we know the fear of the Lord that is the beginning of wisdom.
With reverence and honor and obedience to thy laws, O God, we bend the knee before thy Presence and we call that the s, that all residual pride within each one might be smitten by the sword of Archangel Michael. Let the spirit of pride and rebellion be bound. Let the true hidden man of the heart come forth.
Let the dweller-on-the-threshold be bound. And let all children of God be worthy to become sons. And let it come swiftly, O God, for earth does move in cycles darkening.

Beloved Mighty I AM Presence from the heart of God in the Great Central Sun, beloved Archangel Michael, stand to the right, to the left, before, behind, beneath, above, and in the center of our form. O beloved Archangel Michael, let your Electronic Presence be felt by each Keeper of the Flame. Let there be the marshaling of forces, the steeling of the mind, the pristine purity of the soul and the spirit.
Archangel Michael, come forth and cut us free by your living sword of blue flame. By the mantle of Almighty God, by the mantle of the Ascended Master God Ling, come forth now to let my people go. Let them be delivered from the pleasure gult, from the pleasure cult, from the fallen ones, from their self-indulgence. Let them awake , I say, in the name of the living Christ. Let them awake in the name of the Lord of the World Gautama Buddha. Let them rally and let them know what is coming upon them and let them be delivered, O God.
By the cosmic cross of the white fire and the blue flame, I ask to be placed upon that cross of blue flame. And I ask that each one shall so decree it on his own to be purged and purified and raised and accelerated that we might be the vessel, the Morya chalice of the will of God, standing in the stead of our beloved Master until he is fully free and fully unbenched.
O God, we stand. Marshal us, then. Intensify our desiring to give our life to thee. In the sacred heart of Jesus, we are one.

This is a decree dictated by beloved El Morya to our beloved Mark and it contains the tenderest part of their hearts as one. Hence it is a magnificent opening to pour forth our devotion to our Presence and to our beloved El Morya. It is a tremendous vessel of the blue rose of Sirius as well as the forget-me-not flower. And it is tender in that it enables us to experience the softening of our hearts, the melting of hardness of heart that only comes by love.
Unless we have that love the mercy flame and the violet fire cannot enter in. And remember that the encrustations around the heart are from fear–fear to let the barriers break down and collapse, barriers of defense mechanisms and means whereby instead of the tube of light we have raised up a citadel of protectionism, protecting the self, the lesser self from all of the hurts of life and of many lifetimes.
One of the greatest manifestations that I ever beheld in Mark Prophet from the day I met him till the day he ascended was that he had no barriers, no defenses, no walls erected between himself and any part of life on earth. Therefore he was easily wounded. There was nothing to shield him from the barbs and the condemnations and the gossip and the criticism and the persecution that befell him. He would rather allow himself to be crucified day upon day than to cut off his heart to any part of life.
This I saw in Mark and I saw him forever open to any lifestream or any person who would come to him. And no matter what they would do he would not return to them their evil for evil, but he would simply return love for whatever their sending. As a result of this you have known Mark as one whose heart was so great that it could convey to us the full cup of Christ’s love, the full cup of his Blood and of his Body.
So if you desire to be that cup and that chalice to all life and truly to be love, you must remember that the price to be paid is the dissolution of all barriers. These barriers will also go as you follow the correct balanced diet. And as making grains the, the center of that diet you daily partake of that morning cereal and that rice and then other complementary grains and vegetables and proteins, you find that the fat, the deposits in the arteries and around the heart begin to go. And there’s a melting and a dissolving of the very physical hardness of the arteries and the hardness around the heart that actually does cause the manifestation of the hardness of heart we’re speaking of, the absence of mercy or patience or long-suffering or kindness and the protectionism that humans engage in.
So this contains that tenderness and that love, and I am very grateful that we can now sing it together. And I would like you to make your calls for your heart to be the open heart for the Brotherhood as you keep the flame in this America’s heart chakra. [personal calls given]

Invocation to Helios and Vesta for the Expansion and Balancing of the Threefold Flame:
Beloved Mighty I AM Presence, beloved Helios and Vesta, I call for the expansion of the threefold flame in our hearts. Balance, blaze, intensify the threefold flame. Illumination’s golden flame, expand through the mind. Let the will of God appear in a fervor not known before in our hearts.
O Helios and Vesta, let the light released from the white fire core of our sun be for the healing of the Lightbearers of the world of all burdens, all spiritual blindness, selfishness, and self-love and absence of acceleration on the Path.
O God, help the Lightbearers that we might help all those who must come through the eye of the needle after we pass through. Almighty God, inasmuch as we are torchbearers and flaming ones of the Sun, renew and restore in us the right-mindfulness to make us worthy of thy love and thy presence.
O Helios and Vesta, we dedicate this delivery to the rapprochement of all Lightbearers in the earth with your own flaming hearts.
O Father-Mother God, our beloved God and Goddess Meru, so now establish intense cords of light that our violet flame decrees might transmute the harmful propensities and prophecies of sunspots and their cycles and amplify all God-Good. To that end we invoke the presence here of God Surya and Cuzco, Alpha and Omega, Sanat Kumara, Lady Master Venus.
In the name Jesus Christ, Maitreya, Gautama, Sanat Kumara, in the name of the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit, and the Divine Mother, Amen.

You are welcome to take notes.
Inasmuch as our sun is the heart chakra of our solar system I am most grateful to deliver this lecture on sunspots in Chicago at our Teaching Center, its Keepers of the Flame of the sun, the heart chakra of America.
Sunspots are not necessarily all bad. Beloved Helios told us in his January 11th, 1970 Pearl of Wisdom dictated through our beloved ascended Messenger Mark Prophet:
“The current cycle of sunspots and solar flares affects the weather of the planet, the moods of its people, even business cycles and, of course, the release of spiritual light-energy to the earth. One should note, therefore, not only the negative interference to the radio networks of the earth but also the vast positive extensions of cosmic possibilities and revelations that shatter darkness with the brilliance of new and fervent hope for the overcoming of age-old problems.
Sicnes, “sickness, sin, and death–all forms of discord, bigotry, tyranny, struggle, and degradation–must yield before the great cosmic burst of light, else those who continue to be advocates of darkness and shame will find the spiral of karmic recompense becoming a lash of such chastening as to almost annihilate that portion of their consciousness which persists in identifying with Sunspots, then, my beloved, are surely signs of the sun as signs of the heavens and signs of the times that we must read. And they come with a warning. And their burst and their flare and their fire do deliver us this message of warning, “Cease and desist from your anti-Light and anti-Christ consciousness else the fire shall consume not alone your works and your words but yourselves.”
Sunspots, then, precede the descent of the judgment and they give warning to all who will read and rund that change is in order.
Astronomers estimate that there are at least 100 billion galaxies in the known universe. Our galaxy is called the Milky Way because, from our vantage point at the edge, it appears to be a luminous band of light arching across the night sky.
The Milky Way is one of twenty-seven galaxies known as the “Local Group” which rotate around a common center of gravity. The Milky Way is a large spiral galaxy. It is 100,000 light-years in diameter and 30,000 light-years thick at the nucleus. Light traveling approximately 6 trillion miles per year–the length of a light-year–will take about 100,000 earth years to cross the Milky Way.
Our star, the Sun, is one of some 100 billion stars in our galaxy. It is about 30,000 light-years from the center of our galaxy–or two-thirds of the way from the center–and is situated in a spiral arm of the Milky Way.
Scientists say that the Sun was born between 4 1/2 to 5 billion years ago. It orbits the center of the galaxy at a speed of about 150 miles per second and completes one orbit every 200 to 250 million years. Since birth, the Sun has made between twenty and twenty-two complete revolutions around the galaxy. In other words, it is twenty to twenty-two “solar years” old.
Astronomers do not know what makes a star form. In the case of our Sun and many other stars, they believe that some force acted on a cloud of dust and vapor so that the particles within it increased their gravitational attraction and began to collapse. As the matter collapsed, the particles began to collide, producing heat. The small degree of rotation present in the cloud increased and caused the cloud to take on a spherical shape. The pull of gravity was counterbalanced by expanding pressure from the heat in the cloud’s core and a proto-Sun came into existence.
Over a 10-million-year gestation period the proto-Sun continued to contract and get hotter. Suddenly the interior of the proto-Sun became so hot that it ignited a nuclear chain reaction: a star was born. The Sun stopped contracting and has remained in a state of equilibrium, with the nuclear reaction in the core producing just enough heat and pressure to counterbalance the pull of gravity.
When the Sun was young it was far more violent and active than it is today. It had a much faster rate of rotation, its magnetic fields were stronger and less stable, and it produced even more powerful flares than those it produces today. But it was not as bright. Now the Sun is about 40 percent brighter than it was when it was young. The Sun became a mature star when it was about five to ten solar years old–or one to two billion earth years.
The Sun is expected to shine as it does today for billions of years. Scientists believe that in 7 billion years or so the Sun will expand to one hundred times its current size and become what is known as a “Red Giant.” Its color will then be deep red and its luminosity will be about five hundred times greater than at present. After approximately 250 million years in the Red Giant phase, scientists expect that the Sun will go through a “helium flash”–it will explode and eject about one-third of its mass into space.
Thereafter, our Sun’s evolution is uncertain. It will probably go through a period of degeneration and when it is about 15 billion years old–or seventy-five “Sun Years”–it will become a “white dwarf” star with a diameter similar to the earth. It could finally become a cold “black dwarf”–essentially a small, burned out shell.
We have a long way to go before the Sun becomes a Red Giant or a White or a Black darf, Dwarf. The Sun is in a relatively stable, quiet long-term phase. It has a surface temperature of about 10,000 degrees.
The surface of the Sun is called the photosphere, or light sphere. The photosphere appears to be bright, smooth, and shiny. In fact, it is grainy. Rising currents of heat from the core generate granules that have been likened to boiling rice or grains of wheat as seen through a telescope. These “tiny” granules are about 930 miles across–more than the length and breadth of the state of Texas.
A granule is a bubble which transfers heat generated in the core across the Sun’s outer layer to the surface. Each granule erupts from the interior at a speed of one thousand miles per hour. As a granule radiates away its heat, it expands and cools and sinks back into the Sun, appearing darker against the hotter rising granules. There are about four million granules visible on the surface of the Sun at any given moment. Thus the surface of the Sun looks something like a boiling cauldron.
Herbert Friedman, author of Sun and Earth, notes that despite this turbulence, “visible light and heat waves, which represent more than 99 percent of the sun’s radiation, vary by less than one percent.”
This stable release of energy is known as the solar constant. As you know scientists tell us that the Sun is 93 million miles from the earth and light traveling from the Sun–at the rate of 186 hundred thousand miles per second–reaches us in eight and a third minutes, light traveling from the Sun at the rate of 186,000 miles per second reaches us in eight and a third minutes. Life could not exist on earth if there was not a constant, reliable source of light and heat from the Sun.
I would like to point out to you the teaching that when you enter the Path to be a Lightbearer, to be an extension of the heart of Helios and Vesta it is no longer a choice to depart from that course and that commitment. Once you begin radiating the light of the Sun of your I AM Presence to the earth and to lifewaves they come to depend upon it. It is like a baby in an incubator–so are the evolutions of the planet.
If you think you can suddenly walk away from your calling, your mantle, your office to bear the Mother Flame, you will soon discover that you make more karma in leaving than you would have made had you never entered the Path before. And so the path of the bodhisattvas moving toward Buddhahood, of the disciples unto Christhood must be the self-awareness that the radiating sun of Light within us creates new opportunities, a new descent of Light to the earth.
If we were to suddenly withdraw this individually or as a Community it would be as catastrophic as the withdrawal of our physical sun from our solar system. Thus we remember the teachings of Gautama Buddha–the Dharma, the Community, the sun center of the heart. We remember Gautama Buddha who never leaves off sustaining our threefold flame by the thread of contact from his heart.
If he were to do so perhaps we would survive for a time, perhaps at the moment that he should withdraw this thread of contact we would be, be in a state of oneness and attunement with our Presence. But perpap, perhaps in another moment we might be going through the Dark Night of the Spirit or the dark night of the soul or severe temptation or the descent into Death and Hell. Not to have the sustaining presence of the Lord of the World and his sun center at that time could cause us to plunge into absolute outer darkness. As we depend upon our God Presence until the hour of our ascension, until we become as Kuan Yin the self-existent one, so do lifewaves depend upon us.
In contemplation, then, of this co-measurement of earth’s dependency upon the physical sun and the physical sun against the backdrop of the galaxy, let us also know that the light in our hearts is God and that those evolutions of earth who have become accustomed to our footsteps, our voice, and our presence on the planet cannot do without the light-emanation of our hearts, for they too have come to depend upon us as sun centers and sun sources.
A steady stream of ionized helium and hydrogen particles radiate outward from the Sun under great pressure, carrying about one million tons of gas per second. This is called the solar wind. The solar wind forms a spiral as it leaves the Sun. It travels at a speed of about 450 miles per second and reaches the earth in about four and one-half days.
Much of the Sun’s behavior is still unexplained. One of the best-known or best-kept solar mysteries is the periodic appearance of sunspots, which affect life on earth in numerous ways. Sunspots are the most easily observed solar feature. They have been seen for centuries. The earliest known record of sunspots appears in the Chinese Book of Changes written prior to 800 B.C.
Sunspots appear in a well-documented cycle. The number of sunspots rises from a solar minimum, when there are few or no spots visible, to a solar maximum, when as many as three hundred spots may be observed. The length of the cycle may vary between 7 years and 17 years but on the average the cycle lasts 11.1 years.
It takes an average of four and a half years for the cycle to rise to the maximum and an average of six and a half years to fall to the minimum. No one knows how or why this process works. There is geological evidence to show that sunspot-cycle activity has been more or less the same for nearly 700 million years.
Sunspots are magnetic disturbances, or storms, on the Sun’s surface which are thought to be caused by magnetic effects in the Sun’s interior. They form dark, cool depressions on the surface of the photosphere. They appear to be dark because they are several thousand degrees cooler than the photosphere. Nevertheless, they are still quite bright.
A typical sunspot would shine with ten times the brilliance of the full moon if it were to be placed in the night sky. Scientists are not sure why sunspots are cooler than the Sun but they believe this refrigeration effect, as well as many of the sunspot’s other characteristics, is related to a strong magnetic field within the sunspot itself.
Sunspot cycles follow an elaborate ritual. Sunspots may last from a few hours to a few months. They move from left to right–that is, east to west–across the face of the Sun. The motion of sunspots is determined by the rotation of the Sun on its axis.
Some parts of the Sun rotate faster than others. At its equator, the Sun makes one revolution in just over twenty-four and one-half days. At a latitude of seventy degrees, however, it takes the Sun thirty-seven days to make one revolution. Thus, the closer the spots are to the equator, the faster they move around the Sun.
At the start of a new sunspot cycle following a solar minimum, sunspots appear in a band around thirty degrees latitude in both hemispheres. As the cycle progresses towards the maximum, sunspots move progressively closer to the solar equator. They occur at fifteen degrees latitude near the solar maximum and between five and ten degrees latitude as the cycle draws to a close, forming what is usually called a “butterfly diagram.”
We see the development of nine eleven-year sunspot cycles that took place between 1875 and 1975 that correspond to this “butterfly diagram.” At the start of each cycle sunspots appear around thirty degrees of latitude of both hemispheres and then move towards the equator as the cycle develops, forming the butterfly wings shown in the diagram.
The deve, the development of each cycle follows specific laws of polarity, which led scientists to the conclusion that the 11.1-year sunspot cycle is really one half of a 22.2-year cycle.
In the first half of a twenty-two-year cycle, the western-most spots in a sunspot group–that is, the lead spots to the right–in the Northern Hemisphere have a north magnetic polarity, while the trailing spots to the left have the opposite–a south magnetic polarity.
In the Southern Hemisphere, the polarities are the opposite. In the second half of the twenty-two-year cycle the polarities are reversed–the lead spots in the Northern Hemisphere have a south magnetic polarity and the trailing spots have a north magnetic polarity.
What causes this remarkable effect? No one knows.
The rise of the sunspot cycle to a solar maximum is accompanied by increased solar activity, including the accelerated incidence of the most powerful of all forms of solar activity–solar flares. Solar flares are huge gaseous outbursts from the Sun. A medium-sized flare may be more than six thousand miles long. A flare can release the energy equivalent of 100 billion one-megaton bombs. At the solar maximum, there may be as many as three to four small flares per month, excuse me, per hour. At the solar maximum, there may be as many as three to four small flares per hour and one enormous flare each month. But during the minimum, there may not be a flare of any significance for weeks or months.
Solar flares increase the intensity of the solar wind. The solar wind impacts a magnetic field surrounding the earth, called the magnetosphere, causing such phenomenon as the aurora borealis and geomagnetic storms scientists say.
There is a rise and fall of the sunspot cycle between 1830 and 1938. We see an important effect of the sunspot cycle–that there is a close correspondence between the rise of the number of sunspots and the increase in intensity of magnetic activity. Increased solar activity can also generate extra low frequency (or E.L.F.) waves and other forms of radiation. These are transmitted to the surface of the earth by the solar wind.
The various forms of radiation created by sunspots and solar flares have a number of effects. The most easily measurable is the disruption of radio communications. But researchers have also claimed that everything from climatic changes, wars, riots, economic upheaval, and famine to psychological disturbances and flu epidemics are associated with increased solar activity. While all scientists do not agree with these conclusions, evidence gathered by researchers shows that there is a definite correlation between these events and solar activity. Sunspots and solar flares are certainly not the sole cause of these events, but the correlation is strong enough to be useful in predicting future events.
Let us investigate the kinds of events that correlate with increased sunspot and solar flare activity. There are immediate effects–those which take place within days or weeks or increased solar activity, those which take place within days or weeks of increased solar activity. And therar, and there are effects which take years to manifest. Riots, battles, arson attacks, earthquakes and increased mental instability have been charted within days or weeks of intense solar activity.
For instance, solar activity preceded the April 1982 conflict between Great Britain and Argentina over the Falkland Islands. Solar activity also preceded the United States’ attack on Tripoli, Libya, on April 14th, 1986. Solar flares in May of 1980 coincided with riots in Miami and South Korea and the eruptions of Mount St. Helens in May and June of 1980.
Scientist Marsha Adams was able to assist the San Francisco fire department by predicting arson attacks seventy-two hours in advance by tracking solar flares. She believes that people respond to flares within the first few days after they happen. She has also found that earthquakes tend to occur about four days after flares. Adams and other investigators report a correlation between increased solar activity and freak weather conditions, crime waves, and political instability.
There appears to be a strong correlation between solar activity and mental instability. Psychiatrists have noticed that voluntary admissions to mental hospitals increase for two to three days after a solar-induced magnetic disturbance.
Joe H. Allen, Chief of the Solar-Terrestrial Physics Division of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, says a physician and a scientist t the Kettering Magnetic Laboratory have found that geomagnetic disturbances may produce a temporary deficiency of calcium or lithium ions inside brain cells, which is a characteristic of progressed manic-depressives.
As I said, researchers have also discovered that some effects of sunspots and solar flares may occur within a year or two of the sunspot-cycle peak. Adams found that wars tend to break out two to three years following the sunspot maximum–although they occasionally precede it.
The last sunspot cycle peaked between se, 1979 and 1981. At that time there was considerable solar activity and the following events occurred: the Soviet Union invaded Afghanistan. Nicaraguan president Anastasio Somoza was forced out of power and the Sandinistas took over. The Shah was forced out of Iran and Ayatollah Khomeini came to power. Iran took fifty-three Americans hostage. Iraq invaded Iran, beginning a seven-year war. Israel bombed Iraq’s nuclear reactor. China invaded Vietnam.
The last six sunspot-cycle peaks have also coincided with major flu epidemics.
Scientists and investors have also found links between solar activity and the economy. There is a relationship between the appearance of sunspots near the solar equator (which happens at the sunspot peak) and economic depressions, and between geomagnetic disturbances and sharp declines in stock market prices.
Adams also found that large earthquakes–8.0 and above–tend to occur two or three years after the sunspot peak.
Climatologist Cliff Harris says that the current sun pot, that the current sunspot cycle will produce extremely erratic weather from now through the 1990s and will trigger the most extreme weather in 510 years between 1992 and 1996. He is predicting droughts in the Midwest that could drive up commodity prices. He is also predicting more intense and frequent seismic activity–7.5 or higher on the Richter scale–as well as volcanic activity on every continent.
We are now in the midst of a rising sunspot cycle which is expected to peak sometime between late 1989 and late 1990. The number of sunspots is rising very quickly. If solar activity continues to rise as, as it is now, we will have the largest sunspot cycle on record. Therefore we can anticipate an increase in all the above phenomenon beginning now and continuing for about four years.
Lord Maitreya said on December 11th, 1988: “Let the prophecies be heard and known of that which was foreseen to come to pass in Tibet. So also let the prophecies be known of that which shall surely come to pass in the West. It is necessary. For then, beloved, you shall see in the New Day how forms etheric become available to the sight, for the earth is cleansed and solar rings and sunspots play their role in inaugurating change.”
If the solar activity of this month is ene, is any indication–the month is December and January. If the solar activity of December and January is any indication, the current sunspot cycle is going to be extremely energetic. We are still about a year or more from the peak of the sunspot cycle when solar activity will be most intense.
Nevertheless, between March 6th and March 17th we had one of the most powerful geomagnetic storms on record generated by one or more of the approximately thirty-nine solar flares that erupted during that two-week period.
There are various ways to measure and classify solar flares. Flares are measured for brightness and their emission of X rays. The smallest flares–measured in terms of X rays–are called “A class.” Progressively larger flares are called B, C, and M, and the largest are called X class. In the last storm, there were nine X-class flares and five M-class flares.
An X-class flare which erupted on March 6th of this year was the largest on record in terms of X-rays. On March 9th, 1989, another X-class flare erupted which may have been the largest ever recorded measured in terms of brightness. The flare was thirty-six times the size of the earth and extended out into space about 70,000 miles.
These flares disrupted radio, telephone, and satellite communication and triggered a widespread display of the aurora borealis–the Northern Lights.
On the night of March 12th, the sky in Montana and elsewhere in the United States was illumined by an aurora borealis which had, among other things, a rose or a ruby light. A reddish-colored aura is uncommon; it is generated only by the most powerful solar events.
This series of flares may have had a hand in triggering the following events: the Eastern Airline strike and petition for brank, the Eastern Airline strike and petition for bankruptcy; two train wrecks in the British Isles; rioting in Lhasa, the t, capital of Tibet, which resulted in the Chinese imposition of martial law; civil unrest in Yugoslavia, Czechoslovakia, and Estonia; political upheaval in Greece as Greek Prime Minister Papandreou was caught up in a financial and personal scandal; Britain and Iran severed diplomatic relations over Britain’s refusal to suppress The Satanic Verses , a novel by Salman Rushdie; a serious outbreak of fighting in the ongoing Lebanese civil war; the Chilean fruit scare which, as you know, began when the Food and Drug Administration impounded all Chilean fruit after inspectors discovered that two grapes imported from Chile had been injected with cyanide. Canada, Japan, and West Germany took similar measures.
Given the intensity of the current sunspot cycle, it is probable that there will be solar activity of equal or greater proportions over the next two or three years. Not only is the current cycle of record intensity, it is also coinciding with a rare solar phenomenon–the retrogradation of the Sun around the center of mass of the solar system.
Strictly speaking, the planets of the solar system do not orbit around the Sun; they orbit around the center of mass of the solar system. It may come as a surprise that even though the Sun contains 99.9 percent of the mass of the solar system, it is not a stationary point.
The Sun orbits the center of mass just like a planet does! As solar physicist James Shirley points out, “The Sun, for most practical purposes, represents the center of the solar system. It is about 743 times more massive than the planets taken together, and it is easy to think of the Sun as a body at rest, with the minute, distant satellites such as Earth having no great influence. However, the solar system is a system of massive bodies in motion bound by gravity, and as a necessary consequence the Sun has a definite and predictable motion.”
At various times the center of mass of the solar system, called the barycenter, is actually outside the physical Sun. The Sun moves around the barycenter in looping orbits that take between 15 and 24 years but have an average orbital period of 19.86 years. In its current orbit, the center of the Sun will make its close approach to the barycenter in April of 1990. Let us remember the dates–April 23rd, 1990.
But instead of looping around the barycenter, the Sun, the center of the Sun will fall short of it and actually go retrograde–that is, backwards–relative to the center of mass.
The Sun has gone retrograde only twice in the past millennium–in the 1630s and the early 1800s. According to James Shirley, “both periods were characterized by climatic extremes and by remarkable outbursts of explosive volcanic activity.” He notes that both periods were marked by intense cold. 1816 was known as “the year without summer.” The cold winter during this period stopped Napoleon’s advance into Russia. The cold weather also triggered widespread famines in Switzerland and the Ukraine. There were major volcanic eruptions in both time frames.
As a result of the upcoming retrogradation of the Sun around the barycenter, Shirley says we can expect to encounter “climatic extremes of drought, flood and other severe and unusual weather along with, possibly, major explosive volcanic eruptions.” The most likely time for these, he says, is between 1993 and 1999.
I have mentioned a number of changes associated with solar activity including seismic and volcanic activity, climatic changes, flu empidemics, flu epidemics, economic depressions and wars and battles. Those who investigate the correlation of solar activity with affairs on earth seldom study solar-generated effects in relation to each other. Nevertheless, it is possible for these effects to interact and amplify one another and to set in motion what might be called a series of “vicious circles.”
Let’s look at one of those vicious circles. The weather is expected to be unstable during the next decade–largely due to solar activity and volcanic eruptions. A number of climatologists say that erratic weather in some of the major food-growing areas throughout the world–including the United States–will decrease global food production.
The disastrous drought of 1988 left the world food stock at its lowest in fifteen years. Although a number of U.S. growing regions are getting more rain this year there are still drought conditions in Kansas, the nation’s leading producer of winter wheat.
Charles Thomas of ABC reported that “the usual bumper winter wheat crop from Kansas had been counted on to help replenish dwindling supplies.” As it now stands, about one-quarter of the Kansas winter wheat crop will fail due to a lack of precipitation. Updated reports, I believe, show that the entire winter wheat crop of Kansas failed.
If there is a major crop loss in Kansas–which is inevitable, which now seems inevitable–prices for wheat could skyrocket and farmers could put more land in a conservation program, reducing future production. The problem in Kansas is a small foretaste of what we may experience between now and the end of the century.
According to climatologists Cliff Harris and Dr. Iben Browning, we can expect crop losses in the next decade that could reach famine proportions due to a number of cycles–including the sunspot cycle, the tidal cycle of the Sun,
Moon and Earth, and a four-hundred-year cycle of the southerly displacement of the jet stream.
Major crop losses in the United States will cut down or eliminate our grain exports and create profound changes in other nations. Grain shortages in the United States will cause higher prices on the world market. Higher prices in turn are likely to cause political instability in nations highly dependent on United States grain, such as Egypt and Nigeria.
Dr. Browning has shown that changes in climate coincide with food shortages, depressions, mass migrations, wars, and revolutions. In short, political instability–triggered by climatically caused food shortages or famine–leads to changes of government and sometimes to war.
The Third World is not the only place where trouble is likely to occur. It is common knowledge that the Soviet Union has major food production problems. It is becoming well known that there is a great deal of internal resistance to solving those problems. But few people realize just how bad things really are in the Soviet Union.
According to John Miller of the London Daily Telegraph, “Staple foods are now rationed in eight of the fifteen Soviet republics.” Earlier this month Reuters news service reported that “shortages of consumer goods in the Soviet Union have become dire, and Moscow must look to the West for new credits if it is to check a rapid slide in living standards, two leading economists say.
“The warning by the economists, writing in two different publications, reflect concern that chronic shortages of food and basic goods threaten confidence in Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev’s perestroika reform program.
“Otto Latsis wrote in the Soviet weekly Ekonomicheskaya Gazeta, ‘The worsening of the situation on the consumer market was such last year that we cannot hold out for much longer… Another year like that and the market could collapse. We could find ourselves in a situation like that of Poland in 1981, 1982–with empty shelves and trade that has virtually ceased to exist.'”
In the Telegraph , Miller describes a bitter power struggle in the Politburo over how to solve the Soviet Union’s number-one domestic problem. Gorbachev wants t” the system by leasing land to the farmers–a socialist version of letting private enterprise solve the problem. An opposing faction wants to improve the current system of collective farming by throwing more money at it. But Soviet agriculture is so inefficient that neither solution is likely to work in the short run, even with the best of weather. The weather, however, is not expected to be good and the Soviet crop production is likely to fall significantly.
Adverse weather conditions are also likely to reduce production in the Soviets’ food supplier of last resort in times of peace–the United States. Thus the Soviets won’t be able to get enough food from the United States when the weather cuts production here.
In addition, the four-hundred-year jet-stream cycle will probably disrupt food production and social patterns in the central Asian areas of the Soviet Union and drive the Asiatic populations into the euro, into the European Russian areas of the Soviet Union. About the same time that there are global food shortages and higher food prices, there will be less money available to purchase what food there is. A global recession (or depression) is in place in the international economy and is waiting to be triggered.
And so, food shortages, population pressure, and recession or depression could place intolerable political pressure on the Soviet leadership. Faced with an economic squeeze and tight agricultural supplies, the world’s preeminent military power–the Soviet Union–may find it expedient to use its armies to obtain needed economic and agricultural resources.
The nearest agricultural and economic resources are in Western Europe! If the Soviets go to war to seize scarce resources it would start another vicious circle which would negatively impact economies, food production, health, and so on.

There is yet another vicious circle related to food shortages. According to climatologist/historian Evelyn Garris, times of hunger are accompanied by outbreaks of disease. Malnourished people suffer from immune suppression. As a result, people get diseases to which they would not normally be susceptible and they also catch new diseases which enter the population.
The immune system can be compromised by other factors. Dr. Robert Becker, an authority on the impact of electromagnetic radiation on human health, integrated data from numerous sources that strongly suggested that ELF waves–which are generated by solar flares–lead to a decline in a person’s ability to fight off disease. This, in turn, is associated with a number of new conditions including AIDS, Legionnaire’s disease, Herpes genitalis.
Thus, the human immune system may be attacked from two different sources that can be partially traced back to solar activity–malnutrition and ELF waves.
This contributes to another vicious circle. The increase in diseases is very costly. Two health economists, Anne Scitovsky and Dorothy Rice, estimate that by 1991 health-care costs for AIDS patients in the United States will be about $65 billion a year and lost productivity will be another $55 billion. So solar activity indirectly affects the economy in two ways: increased health care costs and fude, increased health care costs and food shortages.
Solar flares are not the only cosmic events believed to cause disease. Comets may also play a part. While Halley’s comet came and went with no perceivable effects, since ancient times comets have been thought to be harbingers of events–usually the death of kings, wars, famines, plagues, and other disasters.
In modern times, Fred Hoyle, an astrophysicist, and Chandra Wichramasinghe, an astronomer, have argued that all inafectious diseases, have argued that all infectious diseases–from plagues to the common cold–were brought to earth from deep space by comets and transferred to earth by micrometeorites.
They believe that a comet was responsible for the influenza epidemic of 1918 to 1919 which killed 30 million people. Although the thoug, although the scientific community almost uniformly disagrees, science writer Robert Kunzig points out that “There is probably more support now than ever before for the idea that the organic precursors of life–not life itself but its building blocks, or maybe the building blocks of the building blocks–could have been brought to Earth by comets early in the planet’s history.”
Scientists, for example, have discovered amino acids, the building blocks of proteins, both in interstellar space and in the meteorites. Kunzig points out that scientists now agree “that comets contain supertanker-loads of organic material and that at least some of that material was probably produced in interstellar space.”
Could a comet pass close to the earth in the next decade?
It’s possible. Astronomers are continually discovering new comets. In addition, according to Science News , “Swarms of tiny comets are hurtling through the solar system and bombarding earth at the incredible rate of 10 million comets per year.”
If comets are indeed carriers of bacteria and viruses to the earth and have been responsible for outbreaks of disease, then the degradation of the human immune system in the coming years may be more serious than anyone imagines.
Not all comets may be harbingers of evil. On June 30th, 1973 the Elohim Purity, speaking of the comet Kohoutek, said: “And so I am come, and so I have made to you the annountment, and so I have made to you the announcement of this century for the Elohim of the Fourth Ray–the release of purity this day. It is an awesome and…auspicious event in the halls of the Great Central Sun, and mighty Messengers of Light go forth bearing purity. And the mighty comet that shall appear in the heavens ere six months shall pass is a manifestation of the Messengers of cosmic purity which come forth periodically from the Heart of Alpha and Omega as emissaries of Light to greet those twin flames who hold the focus of Light on behalf of evolutions.”
On October 14th, 1973, Lord Maitreya, excuse me–on October 14th, 1973, Lord Maitreya also referred to Kohoutek: “And therefore, opportunity is given for you to elect to present yourselves a living sacrifice unto the LORD God Almighty. And to you I make known this hour that the comet of the century comes to foretell the birth of many Christed ones, many souls who are to descend within the coming twelvemonth.
“And thus, because paren, preparations must be made, we shall not tarry in our announcement of this dispensation. For those who would apply and receive the seal of our approval and our blessing must do so speedily, that time and space might provide the cradle and the crucible for incoming souls.
“Let your life, your very being, your very consciousness provide the nexus for the descent of Lightbearers. The nexus is the place in the hourglass where the sand falls, grain by grain. The Christ is the nexus of man’s being. As the Mediator, the Christed One stands between God and man. Your own Christed being, therefore, is the Mediator whereby you may receive into your being and consciousness souls of Light hallowed, waiting to come forth.”
There is one other nation which may be highly vulnerable to food shortages under the right circumstances. This one may surprise you, however, since it has a reputation as the world’s greatest food exporter–the United States. The United States dominates the world grain trade. But we are also one of the largest food importers in the world. We import almost as much food as we export–primarily beef, fruit, vegetables, and dairy products.
The United States government maintains a surplus of wheat for emergencies–but it is very small. According to Mark Ritchie, Agricultural Trade Policy Analyst for the Minnesota Department of Agriculture, supplies of grain in the United States are now so low due to last year’s drought that if we have “half a drought” anytime in the near future, “we could have a big food problem in this country. It’s not safe.” Given the coming changes in weather, we may well have more than “half a drought.”
There is a supreme irony in all of this. The United States government spends a great deal of money on agriculture subsidies in order to export food. In 1986, for example, the government paid out about $12 billion in subsidies in order to enable grain merchants to export about $4 billion worth of corn. The farmers are not the real beneficiaries of the subsidies since our farm policy sets grain prices below the cost of production.
The real beneficiaries of our export agricultural policy are the large grain exporting companies such as Cargill and Continental Grain Company. The grain companies influence the government to adopt agricultural export policies that increase the volume of grain exported at low prices.
This hurts the farmer, who gets a low price for his grain, as well as the taxpayer, who pays the farmer a subsidy to keep him in business. But it helps the grain merchant who makes money by selling a greater volume of grain. It also helps our biggest customer who buys subsidized grain–the Soviet Union. Even though we export large quantities of grain, the United States does not keep a good reserve of grain on hand for a domestic emergency since our policy is export-oriented.
Ritchie says we spend a lot of money selling grain overseas but that we could wake up one day and find out that we are short of food. Given the probability of erratic weather in the near future, this is a shocking possibility to consider.
Considering, then, the content of this message against the backdrop of what I delivered this weekend on the update of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, we can see that the black horse bringing famine through economic debacle can deliver that karma to the nations and the world and to America not only through her vulnerabilities, her compromise of the sacred labor of the farmer, the taxpayers catering to the fallen ones and their large grain companies, grain exporters; we are vulnerable through weather conditions, through sunspots, and through the karma and the karma conditions that are in our people for their disobedience to the laws of God, for their immense self-indulgences. And that karma itself is the triggering of the actions of the sunspots. It is also the triggering of their negative fect, of their negative effects in the earth.
Negativity is produced by the receptive polarity. In other words, I could be sending forth tremendous light as an instrument of Elohim in this moment. There could be people in the audience who are very unbalanced mentally, psychologically, who have schisms in their personalities due to the misuse of light. The light that would come through me would affect them drastically and dramatically. They could become instantaneously violent, even as I have seen people become instantaneous violent in my presence or the presence of Mark Prophet for no cause or reason whatsoever.
At the same time a person who had balanced a great deal of karma, was centered, balanced, healthy in the yin and yang balance in the physical body could receive tremendous light, could have it anchored, could experience the quickening of the chakras, could even receive from such a one as Godfre the elixir for the ascension. That same elixir given to one who is in the works of darkness and evil could cause his death.
So we see at, as we are at, at the receptive mode of what is released from the heart of Helios and Vesta the calamities produced are by the very imbalance in the earth body, in the four lower bodies of the earth. And where intense light descends that imbalance then is accelerated, augmented, multiplied, magnified.
Studying, then, the sunspots, the solar flares, the cycles, we can see that even as the planets go around the sun center cyclically and produce various effects in our astrology, so the cycles of the sunspots come around to activate, to rake through, to aggravate, to soothe, to heal depending on who is the recipient.
We can think of Saturn as the tester, as the initiator. We can think of Saturn as Maitreya or as Satan. Depending how you look at a test that you are given you may say it is a plot of Satan upon my house or you may say, Maitreya, the Great Initiator, has come.
And when Maitreya comes he will release to you your untransmuted substance and you will have to deal with it. When Satan comes he will use his darkness to amplify the same. So it is how you greet those forces that come to you that determine your self-mastery and allow you to graduate beyond the levels of the phony, fake initiations of the fallen ones to enter the real path of the initiations of the Buddhas and the bodhisattvas.
There is no one who has ever achieved Christhood or Buddhahood who has not received the initiation of Satan or Mara or the fallen angels. They come to torment. They come because we are part of a karmic evolution who has become enmeshed with them. And until we have done with them, until we are fed up with them, until we no longer desire what they have, until we no longer give them power over us to subjugate us psychologically, financially, or any other way, those fallen ones will continue to be sent to us until we say again and again and again, ” The prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me. ” [John 14:30] When that occurs and when we banish Satan forever and the fallen ones forever, then we receive the repetitive initiations of the great initiators of Light.
And so the children of Israel when they were in Egypt under their taskmasters, they were there and they received their initiations and their testings according to their karma, as they were called a stiffnecked generation by God.
And in that stiffneck of Taurus and the misuse of the Taurus cycle and the sacred cow, the golden calf, so they could receive only the testing which they merited. They did not merit the testing and the intercession of Maitreya, for they had not yet even denounced the dweller-on-the-threshold and the substance of their own rebellion.
And therefore we find that in this life and on this planet we experience tyranny over us from without until we get rid of the tyrant from within. So we can understand the positive and negative effects of sunspots and solar flares depending where we are on the Path.
We will find, then, that when we approach the initiations of the Holy Spirit as that Holy Spirit descended on the day of Pentecost and did fill the disciples and cause them to speak in the tongues of the people,[Acts 2:4] every one understanding them in their own tongues, as we see the initiation of the Holy Spirit following the initiations of the Father and the Son, we know that we are also approaching the fiery baptism of that Holy Ghost and the fire which shall try every man’s work of what sort it is, [I Cor. 3:13] whether it is of the Light or of the Darkness. And those whose works are tried and not found wanting, they will escape, they and their works with them. But some who are tried and their works are wanting, they will not escape and they with their works shall be consumed.
Having gone through these steps and stages we come to that hour and that moment of that final initiation following the receipt over the years or centuries of the nine gifts of the Holy Spirit, that initiation whereby Jesus said at the end of his palet, Palestinian mission, ” All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth “[Matt. 28:18]–the power of the Spirit, the power of the Matter Cosmos.
And this was the hour of his victory, the hour of his conclusion of what was the Dark Night of the Spirit among the fallen ones of Rome, the power elite of Rome and the Sanhedrin. So he moved on, our beloved Jesus, he moved on and returned eventually to the Himalayas to live out his life in service, in miracles, in healings and great blessings to the entire human race. We see ourselves, then, and sometimes we feel trapped by the prophecies that come for our time.
I believe I have delivered now since 1987 all of the angles and lines of prophecies from various sources, using these to support what the Ascended Masters have told us and what the Lord God has revealed to us. I believe that we have received enough prophecy to make our decisions and to move, to move on to higher ground and up the mountain of the Lord.
I believe we understand that things will come to pass that will challenge us ultimately. And we must know that though it appear to be Armageddon and the powers of darkness of this world and planetary returning karma of 25,800 years, nevertheless we should see this as the ultimate initiations that for those who heed and hear and listen and move will be the means to their soul liberation and victory as Christed ones and initiates moving on through the spiral of the ascension to cosmic levels of Life everlasting and initiation.
And therefore rather than feeling trapped by the world’s karma coming due and ourselves in embodiment in this time we should understand that all those who have gone before us have lived in very severe periods. John the Beloved was boiled in oil and emerged unscathed before he ever wrote down the Book of Revelation past the age of ninety. Our forerunners have gone through torment, torture, deprivation, emasculation. They have gone through dungeons and imprisonment and they have returned again and again until they were tried in the fire, made white and their garments purified.
One of the comments Lanello made to me recently is that Keepers of the Flame in America have not truly understood the pain, the true pain and suffering that one goes through before arriving at the peak of the summit. And of course this is because we have had a sponsorship of Saint Germain and enjoyed four hundred years, five hundred years in this nation and we’ve come to the place where we have the enjoyment of technology and all that has been given to us by the sponsorship of the ascended hosts.
Some have behaved like spoiled children just as they did in the time of the exodus of the twelve tribes. Some have not been so tempted and have become the spiritual Lights in these centuries and the leaders humble and mighty in our midst. Each one in his time must receive the good and the bad of his own karma.
And I would like you to remember that although it be a time of reckoning and retribution from God it is also a time of reward. And from our very midst in this very year we have seen a Keeper of the Flame ascend. You and I are ascending every day. And it is through this trial and tribulation that we do ascend.
The very heart-essence and conclusion of my weekend in New York and from the three dictations that were given, especially in the presence of Saint Germain, was a tremendous inner strength, joy, and determination to be there on the other side of the twelve-year cycle that is upon us–twelve years from April 23rd, 1990 to 2002.
And I felt in my heart, as I have not felt with such intensity, the joy, the determination, and the absolute certainty that I will to be in embodiment. I will to be in the midst of my people on earth that we achieve this victory together. This is my determination and the fire of my heart.
And I have come here to Chicago to give this to your hearts. Because I perceive that you require this kindling and this fervor and this intensity and I des, I desire to see you at a greater level of sacrifice and a greater sense of the urgency of the time and the danger to your own soul and your need to see El Morya unbenched.
During this prior intermission I went to pray to El Morya to ask if we would receive the dispensation of a dictation. He said
to me, “The people of this house and the Keepers of this area do not merit it. There will not be a dictation this evening.” I can only tell you that this statement by El Morya ought to goad you by your own sense of co-measurement that what you think is enough is not enough.
May you return, then, to the setting aside in your life of all things except what will carry your soul to your immortal Spirit through the victory of the ascension in this life. May you set your priorities and you may call to the God Mercury who sponsors our Morya to give you swift wings as an eagle, to give you that sense of cutting through and not tarrying in the cups of your karma and not falling prey to the sense that all is well that comes through Neptunian delusions. You must understand that the hour is fast coming when El Morya said in New York that there will be no turning back of a Soviet first strike.

Five hundred forty-seven. I would like you to stand and make your inv, invocation to the flame of cosmic merit that we might produce meritorious words and deeds to be a worthy chalice for the dictations of the Ascended Masters when the Messenger is present and willing and able. I will give an invocation and then I ask you to make your fiats.
Invocation for the Flame of Cosmic Merit:
Beloved Mighty I AM Presence from the heart of God in the Great Central Sun, I call to the seraphim of God. Mighty seraphim, place your Electronic Presence over those present and all Keepers of the Flame throughout the world not present. I call for the cosmic honor flame. I call for the flame of cosmic merit. I call for the purging of all spiritual blindness, of all absence of strength, of all health problems and conditions, karmic conditions, and projections and outrages from the very depths of Death and Hell projecting against these souls of Light who would do better if they knew better but who have not the co-measurement of the hour, O Lord.
I call forth the power of the Seven Mighty Elohim and the All-Seeing Eye of God. I call for the inner quickening of their hearts and souls. I call for the inner awakening. I call for the expansion of the flame of the heart.
And I call to you, souls, to be diligent and to move with the cosmic tide and understand that these cycles in all dimensions are real and therefore we must move with them and not expect to manipulate them to our own dalliances. I call upon the victory of the will of God within each one. Let each one be stripped of all self-delusions and enter now into the newness of day, the golden day of the Holy Christ Self.
Beloved Sanat Kumara and Lady Master Venus, forgive those who know not what they do. And as for those who do know what they do, may God help them by his mercy ere justice come and descend upon them in the dividing of the way.
Beloved Mother Mary, Jesus and Saint Germain, I call for the fervor of your hearts and for the victory of these lifestreams who have come so far along the way. May they not in this hour of their service be caught off guard by the fallen ones and therefore lose all that they have given, all that they have multiplied of the light, all to which their lives are committed.

I call now for the blessing upon these hearts for the good and the merit that they have manifested. And I call for that which is wanting to be made known to them in their inner heart of hearts that they might be found ready in the house of the Lord in the day and the hour of his appearing.
O God, we are grateful for this oneness together. We are grateful for the sangha and we are grateful for the sathsang.
Mighty I AM Presence, thou great cosmic Truth, we thank thee for this understanding which widens our awareness of so many cosmic cycles converging in this hour. We are grateful to be counted worthy to be initiates of the Great White Brotherhood, to be called to the supper of the Lamb and the marriage feast.
O God, let us also be counted among those multitudes of the throne of God,[Rev. 7:14] the Great White Brotherhood ascended who have washed their robes clean in the Blood of the Lamb. And therefore let us finish our course in the cosmic honor flame giving therefore the merit that is due to our beloved El Morya, for he is the one who has borne our burden and tarried with hi, with us.
Beloved El Morya, we thank you for bearing our burden thus far. We turn to the altar to serve the Light as you as Abraham did erect that altar in the wilderness and we turn to you, beloved, to bear your burden. So let it be done according to each one’s free will and heart flame.
In the cosmic cross of white fire and blue lightning, I seal you one and all. I seal you in the heart of the blue rose of Sirius. I seal you in the heart of your I AM Presence. Always Victory! Amen.
Closing Comments
I wish to thank each and every one of you and your gracious hearts for receiving me here and preparing for my coming. I know having been a chela for all these years with El Morya how it feels to receive that level of rebuke and also how to know, to know how it feels to have to regroup one’s forces to merit the Master’s blessing and grace of the Darjeeling Council.
Such rebukes are intended to give you a sense of co-measurement. And if each one will take such a rebuke as a point of introspection you can be absolutely certain that when the cycle returns you will be ready. Such a rebuke also separates the sheep and the goats and it separates the Real from the Unreal within us and forces us to make a choice to espouse our God-reality or not.
So it is El Morya who of course has been benched, who himself has paid a very great price in this year. And he is the one who always sets before us the sword that says, To be or not to be, that is the question I am placing before you. And he will not leave us in those levels of self-satisfaction where we say, “I am all right. I am doing OK and God likes me the way I am,” as I received in a letter from someone recently. [laughter]
That letter was written by someone who had been counseled by me for years on and off staff as to the out-of-alignment state. And although all of the teaching I had given over and over again many times she drew the conclusion that the state of her rebellion, her non-alignment state that I had pointed out was really a state of love and caring for everyone and that God wanted her to be the way she was. So it is a most dangerous delusion, this vibration of self-satisfaction. Let us always realize that a world is waiting for the sunrise of our own Christ Self in our own temples.
I love you very much and I will not leave you. And I will not leave you alone. And I stand with you for the victory of the integration of your personality in God, for your victory over all psychological divisions, records, substance in the subconscious whereby you have not had an inner resolution with the will of God and therefore not been able to slay the dweller-on-the-threshold.
Let us go to the roots of these conditions. Let us be here on Friday nights. It is a most important service and it keeps you up with the cycles of the planet and ahead of them so that you will not be vulnerable to those things coming upon the earth.
It is how we deal with each and every problem at the Inner Retreat. We begin with the Friday night service. Those who have such problems of non-alignment must be at the front row. They must be there when the service begins at 6:15 and usually does not end till eleven. If you wish to be rid of the conditions of absence of merit in your world you have to get rid of the discarnates, the entities, the substances, the habits, the spiritual pride, the core rebellions, the division in your members. There is no other way to do it than to give it the time that you need.
I consider the absence from Serapis Bey’s service on Friday night a most imprudent decision. And I should not sacrifice that time to any human being because you are sacrificing your own ascension. If you have loved ones and families who need you, give them your life and your loving Sunday night, Monday night, Tuesday night, Thursday night. And leave them in a comfortable and happy situation on Friday nights. You must survive to the victory of your ascension in this life and you must put it first.
You must put Saint Germain first on Saturday nights and you must call f, with all that you are worth for the turning back of the timetables of the Soviet contemplated first strike. Those timetables must be reversed. You must reverse the tide on the timetable of war, the cycles of war. You must reverse the tide on the Soviet leadership, the Politburo, and you must call to the Four Beings of the Elements to enlist the legions of elementals, the Seven Archangels to enlist their legions to sabotage the Soviet military program, strategy, preparations, and so forth because we as Lightbearers need the time. We need the time.
Following October 2nd, all is in flux. And if these conditions cannot be turned around surely their timetables can be set back to give each and every one the opportunity to be spiritually and physically prepared.
When there are tapes and teachings and instructions you must not miss to hear them all on Sundays. I very carefully go over the preparation of tapes so they, they will contain the absolute essentials and eliminate extra time, extra things that you don’t have time to listen to that may have transpired in the original service. So you get the condensed tape and the condensed version so that you can spend your time decreeing.
If we do not partake of the bread of Life as teaching on Sunday we do not grow through the Holy Spirit, the Comforter, we don’t grow by enlightenment, by an advancement of the awareness of the mind. That is why these three services are so important. You must have a teaching. It is your bread of Life. It is your Holy Communion. The mid-week Watch, you have been told, you can keep it where you are or you can keep it here. But keep it we must. It is what holds us up in that mid-week cycle.
I pray, then, for your deliverance and for your acceleration to that level of chela that Morya envisions for you. Let us be grateful and express our gratitude by renewed perseverance.
Sealing Invocation for the Light to Be Taken Up into the Presence of Gautama Buddha and the Threefold Flame:
In the name of Almighty God I am the sealing of these hearts, the sealing of this sanctuary. I call for this light to be taken up in the mighty thoughtform and living presence of Gautama Buddha and of the threefold flame. Let that threefold flame blaze and expand. whom we are karmically accountable. Let the light be sealed in the innermost secret-ray chakras that we might have the balance of the Five Dhyani Buddhas for the going within and the coming without in that secret chamber of the heart.

Who are Helios and Vesta?
Helios is the God of this solar system and abides in the very heart of the physical sun. With his twin flame, Vesta, he serves to represent the Godhead to those evolving on the planets orbiting the sun. It is their God consciousness that sustains our physical solar system.
Helios, the Lord of the Dawn, and Vesta, the Mother of Eternal Cycles, are known as Presiding Solar Deities and are the representatives of the Father-Mother God in the Sun behind the sun of this solar system. Helios serves on the golden ray and his twin flame, Vesta, on the pink ray. Among the twelve solar hierarchies, they represent the hierarchy of Aries (the three o’clock line) to the evolutions of this system. This is the line of the Son of God, the only begotten One, and it is on this line that the Sun Presence of Helios and the Great Central Sun messengers focus the quality of God-control, which they amplify by the power of the Great Central Sun Magnet. This Magnet is the God-control of the flow of life through us, the flow of the energy of the Logos. This is the quality we must outpicture under the hierarchy of Aries.
The ancient Greeks knew Helios as the Sun God. In Roman mythology, Vesta was worshiped as the Goddess of the Hearth. The Greeks knew her as Hestia. Each Roman and Greek household and city kept a fire burning perpetually in the honor of Vesta. In Rome, the sacred fire in the temple of Vesta was tended by six priestesses called vestal virgins.
Beloved Helios has told us:
Just as the tides of the sea flow in and out, so the tides of the eternal sun radiate in ever recurring cycles. When the incoming tide of the Great Solar Light pours into your world, it is God conveying his grace and gifts to you. When the tide goes out, it is a time for you to convey to him your gratitude and your desire to become a very essential part of him. Those who are eager to receive the light that is incoming, with its buoyancy, its joy, its power, often do not recognize the moments when life does not seem to be with them … as the moments when God is asking them to send love and supplication in his direction.

On a number of occasions the masters have invited us to journey there. On July 6, 1984, Godfre said:
