INVOCATION:
Hail, light from the Great Central Sun! Hail, light from within our hearts! Blaze forth the living flame of cosmic freedom! Bolts of lightning! Seven mighty founders of The Summit Lighthouse, come forth in this hour! Clear the way! Clear the way! Clear the way by the victory of the God-flame this day! Bolts of blue lightning penetrate through!
Mighty I AM Presence from the heart of God, we call now for the victorious action within our lives. We place upon the knee all those burdens of responsibility that we bear, and we send them to the heart of beloved El Morya.
Please give your fiats.

God bless you, everyone, on this occasion of the celebration of our Summit Lighthouse, the thirty-ninth celebration of The Summit Lighthouse.
I wanted to read again regarding El Morya’s sponsorship. I gave this teaching at San Diego State University in California. It was a recapitulation of what El Morya had said here. I wanted to read to you the statements of El Morya, beginning with the meeting we held at the ranch approximately a month or six weeks ago. This is a re, repetition of where I started.
Some of you have had some questions about his statements (the some of you are the 400 students that are gathered there) and statements that were made subsequently when I was on the platform with Murray Steinman and Gilbert Cleirbaut. So I’m going to read this to you just so we all know exactly what we’re talking about, and that we all see it in the same way.
So this is a short message from El Morya, and then there is an understanding of its meaning. This is what I received from El Morya originally.
Quote, “I, El Morya Khan, Chief of the Darjeeling Council, hereby announce the removal of the thread, the removal of the thread that originates from my mantle to the heart of the Messenger to your hearts for the holding of the balance of your lifestream. The dispensation of this thread, which is a thread of protection, was made possible because of the codes of conduct established and sponsored by me in the past. Your merit for intercession will now be based upon your own decree momentum, your devotion to your God Presence and your service to mankind. May you pass every test.”
That was the end of El Morya’s transmission on that particular day. We can see that it has come full circle to the thirty-nine years. El Morya has given us a sense of where we have come from and the next steps we must take.
The next step is the conclusion of the matter is that the Messenger’s protection is from the Great White Brotherhood and El Morya. The chela’s protection is from his daily decree work and his maintaining of the standards of the Great White Brotherhood’s code of conduct.
Morya states, Those who have kept the code of conduct have maintained their tie to me through the Messenger. First and foremost, this has been a tie of protection. The tie of protection was made possible because the chelas upheld the code of conduct. Under the new standards El Morya can no longer hold the balance of protection for the community and its members.
The new standards do not allow Morya to hold the line for any loss of light or of the sacred fire accrued by the Church’s members. Formerly, El Morya’s codes of conduct established a circle of fire that protected the Church members from the loss of light if and when they would be undergoing the trial by fire.
That means that if and when we are ready for the trial by fire through the Holy Spirit we will need the intercession of the Ascended Masters. So we should look toward weaving the seamless garment so that we might have that specific manifestation which is undergoing the trial by fire.
El Morya is neither approving or disapproving of the new codes. Each of us must realize that we are the living Church and we should acknowledge that and affirm it. I am the living Church! There is no Church without me. The Church dwells in the body of God which I have prepared for the descent of John the Baptist and Jesus Christ into my being.
El Morya has taught us from infancy to full maturity. We are now ready to fly. Today, that day when this was given, is our graduation day. And that was the last Sunday that I was in that university. It is time for us to demonstrate and apply what we have learned from our Guru over the years.
So in reality, this action taken by El Morya can be seen as an empowerment. We have been empowered by El Morya because he gives to us the power in our own affairs. Therefore we must diligently seek empowerment from him and from the Holy Spirit. We must daily make calls, make the calls for our Church and its members to protect and sustain the dome of light over our retreat and create a fortress of light.
When you have more freedom you have more accountability. The message is: Morya’s children must learn to fly. From time to time El Morya has requested we play his keynote and welcome him to our services as well as to meetings at Ranch Office. We must concentrate on pleasing God, not man. We must involve El Morya, invoke his Presence, play “Pomp and Circumstance,” be certain we use his wallet-size card daily so that he can perform world service in our behalf, that he can deal with that service and we may deal with world service.
We must meditate on El Morya’s heart for our personal and organizational protection and direction. We should also give him our burdens, such as what we just said, the wallet card on the right knee. Morya has promised to take on our karma if we engage in challenging world karma. We work on world karma, El Morya works on our karma.
Because most chelas have not earned El Morya’s ultimate protection, the Masters gave us this dispensation. The dispensation was granted because of the agreement between the chela and the Guru not to misuse the sacred fire. When chelas do not misuse the sacred fire, the Masters can use it to give the chelas extra protection. Conversely, when the chela misuses the sacred fire, the chela is vulnerable and does not have a buffer between himself and his karma.
The saving graces are that we have the sponsorship of the Great White Brotherhood in our community, there is no question about that, and that our sponsorship comes to us from the Great White Brotherhood through the lineage of Sanat Kumara, Gautama Buddha, Lord Maitreya, Jesus Christ, Padma Sambhava and, lastly, myself.
We have an embodied Messenger who is determined to see you all the way home to your ascension. We have thousands of stalwart souls who toe the line of the Great White Brotherhood and much, much more. Above all, we must involve El Morya in our lives and in our Church and in every decision we make.
On this document there was a slight mistake. I’m not sure if this is the correct correction but it’s Murray Steinman and Gilbert Cleirau, Cleirbaut announcing that El Morya was placing his mantle upon me. I mistakenly stated that he was withdrawing his sponsorship of this activity. That is not the case. In fact, the reality is that El Morya continues to sponsor this activity as I have outlined.
Now I would like to get a bit nostalgic with you and talk about the Ascended Masters who have been with us all these years–the wonderful beings of light who have stepped forward at Independence Hall or thereabouts in Philadelphia many years ago, many years ago before I ever joined this organization.
These are the Ascended Masters who have said, “We will sponsor The Summit Lighthouse.” When the Ascended Masters make that sponsorship they mean it for eternity. They mean it indefinitely until we are on our own. So I’d like to read to you some of these excerpts.
I was listening to a Protestant minister speaking this morning. And the theme of his sermon was that when you are working for God there is always a struggle. And I thought to myself, These people are really on the ball. They know what they’re talking about. Because there always is the struggle. There always is that sense that we have to strive, we have to intensify, we have to enter in to ourselves and transcend ourselves and recognize that in doing that we eventually become that walking, living Christ, that Holy Christ Self who is with us.
So if you look at the wonderful ministers of every walk of life and of faith, some more to the right, some more to the left on Sunday mornings, if you have the time, you can see the great earnestness and the great love that these people have for God, for Jesus, for the sense that they are going to enter the promised land. They are going to go into the octaves of light, they’re going to balance their karma (which is a jargon they mostly do not know).
When we realize that these wonderful souls of light are everywhere through the Protestant and Catholic world, and yet they know not the path of the violet flame, of the Maha Chohan, of the Holy Spirit–they do not know the basics that we have–it is such a pain in our hearts to think that these wonderful loving people could have what we have and make their ascensions.
And I remember this great prophecy that I’ll never forget, and I’ve told to you many times. When I came to Washington, D.C. it was very early in my training, about 1961 and 1962, and there was written in a Pearl of Wisdom or one of the documents that there would be mass ascensions from the hillsides. And I’ve asked myself all of these years, “How is this going to happen? How are we going to have these massive ascensions from the hillsides?”
Well, if many, many millions of people receive the violet flame, call on the Law of Forgiveness, go back and do unto others as they would have done to themselves, this could, could be thoroughly possible. If they do not do it and we do not reach them and we do not reach out to the entire planet of the Christian world or of the world of the seven major religions, we may find that many, many souls will return to a world that is better, on the upside, or to a world that is worse.
So when I stand before you and at this altar or when I am talking to an individual soul, my heart leaps to give to that soul something that may impel them to transcend themselves and come to the place where they do not have to reincarnate again.
So remember, giving the wallet-size card is not enough. Talking about the teachings is not enough. What is enough and what can become a burden and a burden of light is your determination, like a mother bird, to put into the mouth of her young the sweet nourishment that that little bird needs for that day. We don’t have to feed someone enough food for a week, only for a day, and with little birds, they take a little more.
Let’s remember that, that we can either be selfish unto ourselves or we can go after all the little birds in the world and bring them back home to God. I feel as though if I have left this undone, this very important mission, that I will have left something that I should have done and feel of a certainty that I should return.
So please remember this, that life is not a bowl of cherries. Life is exciting. Life may be tormenting. Life may be something that one must truly endure. But life can also be the exalted experience of the Maha Chohan and the beings of light placing their Presence over you and taking you to new levels of consciousness as we go out of our bodies.
So, getting back to the wonderful people I saw, there were three levels of balconies in this church. I don’t know where it was in the country. There was a large area for the preacher, there were seventy members of the choir, and it was a tremendous experience that these people were all happening together. They were of one voice, of one presence, of one loyalty to God as they saw him.
And as the camera panned the audience, I saw these elderly people. They weren’t too elderly, maybe sixty, sixty-five, whatever. And I looked at them and there was a pair of twin flames, you know, that had been together, I’m sure, since they were sixteen, you know. And there they were, holding hands and singing the hymns they had sung since they were probably in grade school.
So there are wonderful millions of fantastic people out there. And we have to stop worrying about ourselves and looking inward. We have to look outward because this is a great, a great new day.
So this is a dictation from August 7, 1958, and it says:
I am he who originally appeared to the beloved Daddy (Guy Ballard) and offered him the cup of pure liquid Light. In this day and dispensation I offer to you, too, to drink of the cup of liquid Love.
Love is the greatest quali, love is the greatest quality that there is in the universe because it represents all of the givingness of God. It represents his Life poured out without limit. It represents his Hope poured out without limit. It represents his Faith in his spoken Word to go forth and to accomplish his own purposes.
The purpose for your being, the purpose for this activity, is to fulfill God’s will in holy ritual, in ceremony, in worship and in daily living as you externalize the beautiful quality of Love. You must hold up the cup of your life. You must hold it high! And you must be constant and you must be courteous and you must try to possess the qualities that I would externalize through you.
Continuing this:
Dear hearts, if you knew the suffering that I passed through in previous embodiments, it would help you to put in perspective some of your own suffering, which, by comparison, might even seem less.
But I assure you, I will not stir up the memories of unpleasantness at this time or at any other time merely to satisfy the human er, or to make a point. For it is my will that each one of you should express to one another the qualities of graciousness that are God’s courtesy, order and beauty made manifest in your worlds.
There are those who will say that this is not easy. But that is because they have not tried or because, when trying, they have not attuned with me. Neither have they used the violet fire of freedom’s flame to burn out of their worlds the various causes as well as the core of distress which prevent that divine order and beauty and courtesy and grace from manifesting.
When I was at the court of France, there were many who looked upon me merely as one who had found favor with the king. Little did they realize that I had indeed found favor with the king, but the king was the King of heaven.
The Mighty Presence of God, which I AM, was the one who favored me, because I favored him by the giving of my heart and the giving of my life and the giving of my energies to externalizing the qualities of goodness among men.
I worked during the Dark Ages, when darkness covered the earth until you could almost cut it with a knife. It was a darkness comparable, in a spiritual sense, to the darkness that was over the land of Egypt during the plagues of Moses.
And I assure you that, in spite of all the conday, the contagion and contamination that is in the earth today, you are still living in a more enlightened world‑‑because of the Liberty Bell and all that it stands for, because of the Declaration of Independence, because of the Constitution of the United States, because of the Magna Charta. Because of all the advancements that have been made, based on man’s understanding of his true relationship to his God, you are indeed living in a more enlightened era.
The work that we must do is that which can best be accomplished in our work with individuals. At this time in earth’s history there are, even in the periphery of your aura, a large number of people in distress who could find help through the application of the violet fire and the teaching of the Law. There are many people who are confused. They are confused in regard to religious and spiritual matters because the deep things of God have not been made clear to them.
It shall be your duty in this activity, through your prayers, meditations and decrees, to apply to me for wisdom and to also make your application to beloved El Morya for enlightenment, that we may charge into your worlds the complete understanding that we have of the Great Law and the historical truths regarding the life and teachings of Jesus and other Masters of the East. This shall make it possible for you, using the energies of your lifestreams, to clarify these various points to mankind and to help abolish confusion and ignorance in matters of religion.
Just as it is, just as it was my duty to help bring forth the Declaration of Independence and to enshrine the freedom flame in the founding of these United States, so shall it be your duty to bring this freedom flame into manifestation in the spiritual arena and to help teach the law of God, that the Light of God may shine unhampered through the darkness of human creations and miscreations.
These then are the teachings of Saint Germain from this very date, August 7, 1958, and I will continue them:
You have heard the address of the great Archangel Michael. You have heard the address of the Elohim of Peace. And you have heard my greeting. Ladies and gentlemen of heaven’s court and Ascended Masters in the Light who are present here this afternoon, it is really a joy to me to be able to speak to you in the tradition of the courtliness and grace, for in so setting the standard of this loving and respectful vibration of interchange from our octave to yours I shall expect you to externalize that same love and respect toward one another.
Do you know that as I walked across the sands with the beloved Mary, I often reached one arm around her shoulder with the greatness, the greatest of tenderness. Today there are many arms reached around shoulders but it is with an entirely different feeling, for the average man or woman does not have that grace of heaven which is always expressed in the proper love for womankind, or for mankind. They have been deluded by the delusions of sex and the phantasmagorias of human creation.
Magazine and newspaper articles and various channels for the dissemination of knowledge have been misused to cause mankind to look upon their bodies in a manner that God did not intend. The body as a vehicle for sin has replaced the body as a temple for the living God.
In ancient Greece, the beloved El Morya shed his Light in the attempt to bring about a wonderful civilization where all might outpicture perfection and beauty in their bodies as well as in their minds. Today man’s consciousness has turned away from a realization of this otherworldly beauty and love, but there are many hearts that are seeking this very beauty and love.
In the words of the beloved Jesus, I say to you, beloved Frances, “Feed my sheep. Feed my sheep. And feed my sheep.”
This was spoken to Frances Ekey regarding her work for The Summit Lighthouse.
I, Saint Germain, have spoken. And I bless all of you now with the effulgent cup of Light and Love.
The God Ling will smile his happiness upon you, Frances, and your cares shall be lifted. I realize that these days have been hard and the nights have been long. I know, too, about your sight. I am aware of much.
Obey the command of the Elohim of Peace and lift up your eyes daily toward the sun of the heavens and charge the quality of the golden oil of peace into your orbs; and it may be that we shall be able to do something to remove from the retina of your eyes the hindering qualities.
Do this faithfully, make the application, and we shall charge into your world, through the oil of peace and the radiation of tranquility, the qualities that shall help to clear up the mirror of light that forms your eyes. You must make this application, you must do the work and we shall do our part.
Be at peace, dear heart. Be at peace! Be always at peace.
So these are the early signs of The Summit Lighthouse and the very first Pearls of Wisdom. The very first Pearl of Wisdom always struck me as something that I wanted to make the cornerstone of my own service to the Brotherhood. So what I just read to you was not the first one. It was the second. And this is how it reads:
To Hearts Who Hope in Him with Constancy,
It has been said, ” ‘Tis hope, sweet hope, that keeps our constant hearts.” My phrasing of this would be: ‘Tis hope that constantly keeps our hearts sweet; ’tis sweet, ’tis sweet to hope for constancy.
Yes, it is true that “you never miss the water till the well runs dry.” (Perhaps some of you have thought on this a lot, line, a little recently since our weekly release to you of the living water of our instruction has been delayed.) The constancy of an ever-flowing spring is a blessed comfort to the thirsty traveler. And every one of you has been given opportunity by the great Karmic Board and your Lord of Love, your own individualized I AM Presence, to fill a place of divine service to life.
Now, my constant hope is great, some think too great; for it is my hope that in every place where we see the requirement for a constant server, there we will find one of you.
This activity is intended to practically assist the earnest seeker after Truth as well as the dedicated server thereof. It is a channel and way by which the higher hopes of heaven may be communicated to those of earth. It is also (to the human) an invisible temple of Light and Love from which we of the ascended host may release to you God‑wisdom from above in a cooperative endeavor to assist you in reaching up to us and our Light through the veil of maya.
Thus will our combined energies find firm anchorage in the human realm and thus we can help you and all who will heed our words to avoid many of the pitfalls of human experience. Such help from us lovingly accepted by you will speed your spiritual evolution so that you will avoid much suffering. So too shall we gather the sheaves of works well done into God’s storehouse of Love, offering them as our combined gifts to the Lord of the harvest.
When one extracts from a wounded animal a thorn which has been causing that life distress, certainly it is not necessary to instruct the beneficiary of your service in the art of surgery. However, when a conscious chela comes to us seeking relief and release from his human distresses, requesting help for his spiritual advancement and desiring to serve his own God Presence I AM and us, it becomes a necessary service and a great joy to us to give him of our wisdom.
This wisdom, of course, was finally attained by us before our ascension. We victoriously passed through the fires of human suffering as well as through the rhythmic practice of sublime attunement with our God Source during countless periods of meditation and contemplation upon his glory which is revealed in the very starry heavens themselves. In this way, as we reveal to the chela the ways and means of our own attainment, the chela becomes fully equipped by such knowledge with the practical means to help himself and others.
Now, sweet and gracious reader, dream on if you will of fanciful physical journeys to our feet, seeing yourselves encamped with a little band in some exotic place in Tibet or India where you expect to hear the great word of initiation which many men suppose will set them free from every burden, instantly and magically.
However, I assure you that in reality when with a constant heart you camp with us right where you are‑-listening to our loving guidance which we daily reveal to ears that are attuned to the arisen host, as we express our love through you to your fellowman‑-your visits to our campfires will be much more real and practical in their blessings than would be the mere glamour of physical travel.
Remember, wherever you are, I AM. As you know, even with the comfort of air‑conditioning in modern conveyances, physical travel can be wearying to the body and spirit not yet illumined by the selfless torch of sincerity and constancy in service.
I trust you will forgive the delays which have occurred in the sending of our instruction to you recently, and I know this did not mean that you discontinued your endeavors to perfect your “invisible” attunement with your own beloved I AM Presence and us.
Only by holding firmly to the hand of God, your own I AM Presence, and the ascended host in times of Darkness as well as in times of Light can you ever find the way, the Middle Way, which the beloved Gautama lived.
Walking this Middle Way, one does not become so humble that he is subservient nor so exalted that he becomes blasphemous. In practicing the living of the Middle Way will you find full sow, solace; for it brings the God comfort of peace as you consciously, by the use of the violet transmuting flame, still the voices of vain desires.
From the Darjeeling and the Himalayan temples there come to you now protective and healing currents as well as the sweet fragrance of flowers and cedarwood. And last but not least, through our divine friendship comes this missive of goodwill, God’s will, to you!

These are some of the highlights that have been turning points in The Summit Lighthouse. In 1958, El Morya called Mark Prophet to Washington, D.C. to found The Summit Lighthouse. The Summit Lighthouse was founded in August 1958, and seven Ascended Masters gave founding dictations. Mark Prophet went to Philadelphia specifically to give these dictations, even though he was based in Washington, D.C.
So seven Ascended Masters gave founding dictations in Philadelphia. And they were Archangel Michael, Elohim of Peace, Saint Germain, Maha Chohan, El Morya, Gautama Buddha and Godfre. If you’ll remember now and then that these are the Masters who uphold us, who sponsor us, who move with us, who take upon themselves often the burdens that we have created for them. You will always be there with them and they will always be there with you. These are the ones who have said, “We will stay to the last.”
Next came 1961. I was added to the, the trinity of Mark Prophet and two other women who worked with him. And then I was the fourth one who, they said, I was the squaring of the circle. So I was grateful to know I was the squaring of the circle but I wasn’t sure what that meant. [laughter] They said they needed four points.
So El Morya called me to Washington to be trained as a Messenger. As I’ve told you in bits and pieces of my lectures over the years, it was very challenging, very gratifying, a tremendous experience of how great the love of the Masters is, and how much the Masters realized that we do have our burdens–we didn’t come into this world perfectly–that we have many challenges to meet.
We have our own astrology, we have our backgrounds in our parents, in the places where i, we have lived and what in fact our astrology has dealt us for this life. So be of good cheer because there isn’t anyone who hasn’t had great trials in this life or in previous lifetimes. And our victory over those trials cannot even be calculated.
It is such an experience to have a victory and to realize how far the Ascended Masters will go, how they will take in their arms and take you to that place where you can work on your winner, on your inner child, where you can work on many steps of the path. And the Masters will do that for their chelas who are truly dedicated to those chelas because those chelas have so dedicated themselves to the Ascended Masters.
So when a chela of tremendous energy and service to the Brotherhood (maybe that has gone on for many lifetimes) is one with an Ascended Master it is truly a unique experience. And if I would tell you one thing today, I would say, “There is nothing more important in this world than to serve El Morya and Saint Germain, the seven Masters I have listed to you, plus Lanello, and to be a part of their life, their being, their Darjeeling Council.
Everything else comes in line when you dedicated yourself to the highest. Things fall apart when you decide that the lowest is enough or better. My advice to you is take the high road and stay on it.
In 1962, we bought our first printing press. I put it in my living room and a posh apartment in Washington, D.C. and I began running that press night and day. People asked me what it was. I told them it was a sewing machine. And so there I cranked out the Pearls of Wisdom. Then we brought that printing press to Holy Tree House in Fairfax, Virginia.
So then we were in the basement with the press, and so I was able to publish the Pearls, to print them. And I thought it was extremely arduous work. I had to lay on the cement floor and, and I couldn’t move. I couldn’t get up. I couldn’t make dinner. I couldn’t do anything. It was very hard work, and I’ve always had empathy for pressmen ever since.

1964: Mark went on the first People-to-People Tour and contacted almost every person on the mailing list. I can’t really say how many persons were on that mailing list. In 1964 we have our first child and that was our beloved Sean, Sean Christopher Prophet. In 1965 we moved to Vienna, Virginia to a home that was larger. Then we moved to Colorado Springs in Colorado in 1966. 1969: we established a focus on the West coast in Santa Barbara. 1970: Mark and I established Montessori International which we held at Colorado Springs. And February 1973, Mark took his leave of this world.
I established in 1973 in the fall the first full-time twelve-week session of Summit University that fall. In the mid-1970s, S.U. Press founded salesmen and began to distribute our books in the United States and around the world. In 1975, Church Universal and Triumphant was founded. In March 1975, Saint Germain inaugurated a program that resulted in founding of teaching centers. And the first teaching centers were in Minneapolis, Washington, D.C. and New York.
In 1976, we moved our headquarters to Pasadena, California. We knew it was temporary. We also established the Ashram of the World Mother in downtown Los Angeles. In 1977, we purchased an estate in Santa Monica mountains called, and we called it Camelot. 1981, we purchased the Royal Teton Ranch in Montana. 1981, we held our first conference in the Heart of the Inner Retreat at the Ranch. Beyond, by the end of 1986 we moved our headquarters to Montana.
In 1995, we welcomed home Gilbert Cleirbaut and started our reenergizing process. In July 1996, beloved Gilbert joined us as our president. [10-second applause]
These are my end points I’ll make for you. On August 11, 1991, in his duc, in his dictation celebrating the 33rd anniversary of The Summit Lighthouse, El Morya said, “You ought to know, beloved, that two-thirds of the purposes that were to be filled, fulfilled in these thirty-three years have been accomplished. One-third remains, beloved, and therefore I trust you will see and understand that it is the outreach and the presentation of the teachings in any, in every form and in the media and by your heart-to- heart and person-to-person delivery of the Word that must give the increase, that must bring about the swelling of the ranks that must spread abroad the true Christ consciousness that many may walk in.”
This little paragraph brings me full circle to our goal which is the great goal of the Board of Directors and all of you here, to build our Church, to build our Church Universal and Triumphant, and to do so when we have the right matrix, the right beauty, the right contents of how many people we need in this area on our Church property.
This is something that has been dear to our hearts since the very beginning. All that I have read to you to, to, today comes up from 1958 to this very moment–thirty-nine years–of desiring to have that wondrous Church. When Mark Prophet took his ascension I asked him that he would tell me what was the right time for the building of the Church. At the same time from other sources in our literature, the Ascended Masters have told us that one day probably many, many years in the future beyond building the Church there would be an edifice which would be called Mighty Victory’s Temple.
And when I came to the ranch I always saw Mighty Victory’s Temple way into the future, like a golden-age future, or a semi golden-age future. And the beginnings of that golden age would be what would precede it in not only our Church coming here to, right on the Yellowstone River and right in this area rather in the Inner Retreat.
So it’s entir, it’s entirely feasible, if we are able to fund-raise, to design and put forth a magnificent edifice right here where everyone comes in and out of the park in either direction and they can see that we have a tremendous Church that has a flame, that has energy, that has marvelous people. And it’s simply a most wonderful place to be.
So there are many things happening in our future. And I think if you meditate today while we are having at this time our love offering, I would like you to close your eyes and visualize what you see in the future for our Church and for Mighty Victory’s Temple.

Dedicate Your Decrees to Me Until You Get Beyond Your Personal Struggle and the Planetary Armageddon
Light from far-off worlds–truly from far-off worlds, distillations of light are upon you, entering into vessels, levels of the four lower bodies wherein the Light might purge the Darkness that has slept in the long night of the sleep of Cosmos.
Awake! For I AM Archangel Michael. I come to heal your four lower bodies that you might rise to a higher place. It is a place you know when you are in octaves of light–in meditation or in sleep. Yet it is a place you do not know when you trudge the earth and conclude that the sod of the earth is all there is.
Well, there is much more! But first of all I protect your soul that she might rise through ascending levels of glory from octave to octave as she moves toward the Great Central Sun. I protect her seamless garment. And I protect the victory of everyone who has come from God.
I have been your protector not only for the duration of The Summit Lighthouse but for aeons. For inasmuch as the Archangels have existed almost forever, having come forth from the Great Central Sun, they are fully capable of turning around these systems of worlds. Therefore I come to raise you.
In this hour of planetary change, do not make decisions hastily, else you will find yourselves offtrack. For you must now scale mountains of self-stubbornness that you might raise yourself to mountains of beauty and light, mountains that beings you have not known or named do frequent.
Still the evolutions of Venus descend to earth and still you do not listen and you do not hear. I, then, come to you that you might listen, that you might know, that you might hear and that you might enter in to the mountains and the valleys of my Causal Body. For my Causal Body is indeed vast.
I, Archangel Michael, ask you to take my decrees, all that are dedicated to me, and to use them for a certain period until you get beyond the struggle, whether it be the struggle at the personal level or the planetary Armageddon.
For, beloved, you can leap to higher levels. You can transcend yourself. You can know a self-transcendence that you have never known before. You can change your garments and your way of thinking by giving the “Transfiguration” decree every day:
Transfiguration
I AM changing all my garments
Old ones for the bright new day;
With the Sun of Understanding
I AM shining all the way.
I AM Light within, without;
I AM Light is all about.
Fill me, free me, glorify me!
Seal me, heal me, purify me!
Until transfigured they describe me:
I AM shining like the Son,
I AM shining like the Sun!
You can do all these things if you will, but you cannot do them if you simply place your feet in one place upon the ground and say, “Here I will stay and I will not be moved.”
Well, you must be moved. You must be moved to the right, to the left, beneath, above and in the very center of your heart. Be moved, beloved, for only through movement will you find the prize and will know the threefold flame and your empowerment thereof.
Know that empowerment, for it sweeps you up in great waves of light, waves from the center of the earth or from the galaxies. As the waves move you, beloved, you can discover new dimensions. Find them then. Find them truly. Find them, beloved, for I would initiate you and protect you that you might go forth in a newer model as vast as the Milky Way.
Onward and Upward!
What is the model of your soul? Find out, for that model can take you to places you have not been to. Therefore, there is no such thing as standing still. There is only the will–onward and upward. All of the forces of cosmos are moving toward the Great Central Sun in this moment. Will you stand still? Will you do that, simply stand still, beloved?

Well, I AM here and I AM at peace. And I send you forth clad in the armour of peace, and I say, the challenge of the hour and the moment is to spiral upward and to claim new vistas, not only of the heaven-world but of your own God-free being.
Now contemplate what you can contain within yourself. Then move on. This is God’s desiring. Can there be anything greater than God’s desiring? I tell you no. And what God desires for you, we, the Archangels, will execute.
I seal you now. Go forth. Fulfill your fiery destiny, for your mission is at hand.

Heart of Peace, enter in to the heart of Peace!
Peace in all chakras! Peace in the Causal Body!
Peace in the great rings of light of your Causal Body.

I have come, for I have known from the beginning that unless there be Peace in your house, Peace in your members, Peace in your very bones, this Summit Lighthouse should not prevail.
Therefore, in the beginning I took upon myself to register Cosmic Christ Peace in all who would receive it. And to those who would not receive it I have prophesied that there would ultimately come a clash between the forces of Peace and the forces of anti-Peace.
Make your choice, then. Will you continually allow your solar plexus to churn as momentums of anti-Peace lodge in your being and cause war again and again ad nauseam? Or shall you put it all aside, cast it into the lake of fire and embrace Peace by the power of the Godhead?
Oh, how God has bestowed upon each of you such beauty and such glory! Yes, such beauty and such glory! Such is the flame of the Elohim of Peace.
Aloha with me does circle the earth many times a day, stripping the planetary home of planetary debris, purifying the winds, the rain, the seas, the energies, the lands, that which is beneath, that which is above.
Peace, be still and know that I AM the God of Peace who dwells within each devotee of Peace. This is your key, beloved.
We came in the beginning of The Summit Lighthouse and we gave you seven keys. Take them. Take them. Put them on your key chain. For sometime, somewhere, the hour of Peace must come upon you. It must rest upon you. And naught else should be allowed to enter in to that glorious presence of your Holy Christ Self.
Now meditate upon the flame of Peace and Aloha, beloved, and also entertain in your mind the feelings of nonpeace that you must also become aware of. [15-second pause]
Now I will speak to you of perfect Peace. Perfect Peace, beloved, gives you an invincibility that very few keep. You, therefore, must know how to keep the Peace. You must know the power of the Word and of the Elohim of Peace. Therefore I remind you that when you misuse the power of the Word in the solar plexus, you also make karma. And, as you know, if you have balanced less than 51 percent of your karma in this life, you will come back again.
Therefore, I say to you, hold the balance of Peace in the earth, in all octaves, in the sea, the air, the fire, the wind. But most especially, see rings upon rings upon rings of Peace around yourself and the planetary home.
Know that there is a body of peace which surrounds the solar plexus. And the power of that body and that energy are sufficient to dispel and transmute, by the energy of the Sixth Ray, those elements that lodge within your four lower bodies and truly hold you back.
If you do continue to entertain states of anti-Peace, by and by the Lady Master Nada, Uriel and Aurora, Elohim Peace and Aloha must say: “Enough is enough! We may not give to individuals who compromise world Peace more momentums of Peace and more momentums and more momentums which they have not rightfully earned.” Let these go forth into the world and discover how difficult it is, how difficult it is, indeed, to maintain the elements of Cosmic Christ Peace in their lives.
Cosmic Christ Peace is akin to the flame of the Maha Chohan, who is also one of the sponsors of The Summit Lighthouse. You see, beloved, when you receive the elixir of Christ-Peace and you receive the essence of the Holy Spirit, then there is a coming together, an invincible presence and a sharing of the bread and the wine symbolized in the celebration of the Communion cup.
Call upon the Maha Chohan. For you, above all, should be a people who know the Holy Ghost, who know the cloven tongues of fire that descended at Pentecost and who know that the Peace of understanding is the all-power of God.
Now, beloved, I trust you will have the opportunity to listen to our words again and again and to write them down so that you will know that there are prerequisites to your victory. Now move on the winds of the Lord and Saviour as you imbibe the following music.

Now, beloved, see how Elohim of Peace and all angels of Peace hold the tight rein upon the quality of Peace. For they know what damage can be done to a world, the world of yourself, even the world of the solar system, when the misused power of Peace does descend upon a civilization.
So you see, Peace is not necessarily a condition, but it is the power to hold the forces of the sun. Take this to heart, beloved. For to hold such power, you must be God-centered. And though you may think she is in error, the Messenger has often told you that it is in part what you partake of that prevents you from living for a century and more.
And so, precious ones, let Peace abide at many levels. And may you imbibe that Peace and know that when you knock upon the door wearing your seamless garments, it is the Christ your Lord who shall open it. He shall open and you shall enter, nevermore to go out again. For you have truly embodied the flame of the Prince of Peace.
Inasmuch as the world has called for it, move in the flame of Peace, beloved, for this is truly the joy of God.

Truly, I AM Saint Germain. I come into the very midst of those who have pledged to support this activity of The Summit Lighthouse. We proclaim to you first and foremost that many souls of light have graduated from earth’s schoolroom through this activity, through your centers throughout the world.
May you know, beloved, that among you move angels and sons and daughters of God who have passed their tests and have raised themselves to levels whereby they need not return to embodiment on earth. This is a goal of tremendous victory that we hold before you.
For I tell you that you also might have this victory and that you are not set aside. But God has looked upon you with great rejoicing. God has blessed you. The angels have blessed you. Therefore, go on and on and open the hearts of many who have thought they were not worthy of this joyous victory.
We are most gratified that many of our students throughout the world have pledged over forty thousand hours of decrees. <1> Beloved ones, I, Saint Germain, thank you. And I tell you that because you have made this possible, many more doors will be opened. Soon the Messenger will return to South America and she will speak to many. And hopefully, in return, many will come to this place.
Blessed hearts, many things are ready to happen. The opportunities are there for the Messenger to have her talk show weekly in the United States. This is a great boon, beloved. It gives airtime to the Great White Brotherhood and this has not happened consistently in many, many a year. I applaud this and so do those of the Seventh Ray, who have been waiting for the communication of the Teachings to accelerate.

Therefore, upon the Messenger’s return she will begin a weekly show that airs in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island. This is a great beginning and it can go farther and farther across the nation. May you realize what a great opportunity it is to reach your kinsmen of the Light.
You may remember that Saint Clare is the patron saint of radio and television. In this service she multiplies the knowledge of many souls so that the day might not come that the beautiful souls in their temples and churches must be sent back to earth for another round because they have not heard of the violet flame nor balanced their karma through the application of my violet flame.
Beloved, the Messenger’s book Reincarnation: The Missing Link in Christianity has been translated into Portuguese. Can you not feel the rejoicing of the coming of souls? And I, Saint Germain, also rejoice that you have given me cup after cup of violet flame that there might be an acceleration of world transformation.
The Messenger sees and understands how much of an acceleration this can cause on planet earth. And each time the Messenger is sent to another continent or another nation, those areas may also receive lectures and dictations and the blessing of her mantle.
There is no end to what can happen when the Messenger goes on tour. Therefore, we say to you as we are moving on in this three-year cycle, keep it up, beloved! We have other assignments for you. We want to see what can happen to the world when all are working together so intensely for this victory.
It is gratifying to me that upon this anniversary of The Summit Lighthouse, you have given to me and to all of the Seventh Ray the sign that you truly believe in me and in the Great White Brotherhood, that you believe in everything that we together can do for God. What a treasure!
Do you know how many turned their backs upon me at the time of the French Revolution? Those were dark days. And the king and queen and all who were eventually beheaded were not able to turn around what was brewing.
I say to many among you, in those times your heads rolled, but today it is your eyes that are rolling! And those eyes are saying to the world: “We are alive and well. And we will take those very heads and cast them into the sacred fire and call upon God for new life, for new reinforcements, new adventures, new pioneering, new transcendence.”
This is the day and the hour for victory, for putting all that is past into the flame. And all that is present is about to burst as the fireworks of July. You are about to realize that what we have said and what we have called for can indeed come to pass.
May you make it happen, beloved. For I tell you, I do not know if the Lords of Karma will give me another grant. And now that I have the grant from you, I surely will take it and run with it.
Thus, I call to the legions of the Seventh Ray and I call to the Maha Chohan. And I speak to your hearts and with all of my being I say to you, my most precious beloved, “I love you, I love you, I love you.”

Beloved ones, I AM the Maha Chohan, and I would speak briefly yet profoundly to you, chelas of Saint Germain, who have brought so great a joy to his heart.
I bring you my key of the Holy Spirit, the key whereby you open the door that brings you face to face with me and with the flame of the Holy Spirit from my heart. It brings you to the very heart of God and to every soul on earth who is a pillar in the temple of the world’s major religions.
Blessed ones, millions throughout the world will not be validated by the Holy Spirit unless they receive the true Holy Spirit and not the false Holy Spirit. For they must be cleansed and purified by the Holy Spirit and purged of all their transgressions, burdens and illnesses.
You see, beloved, many in the world know that there are true healers and there are false healers. Thus those who know this and judge well and have the gifts of the Holy Spirit themselves (as your Messenger Mark had them)–they know that those who have the gifts of the Holy Spirit are the ones who can deliver these gifts, the ones who can expand this organization and the high and holy paths it extols.
I summon all Keepers of the Flame to come up to the level of the presence and manifestation of the Holy Spirit. When you succeed in so doing, the whole world will know you.
Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.
Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.
Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

They will know who you are and what you are. They will know that you are not fighting one against the other, not conniving but truly coming into the purity of the Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit brings the love of God, the whiteness of God and the action of God through the ascension flame of God. This is why the seven rays come under me, the Holy Spirit. And this is why I am a part of the seven who founded The Summit Lighthouse. I am here, beloved, and I am here for your personal victory. Therefore, claim your victory in God’s name.
I tell you that as you accelerate on the Path under me, the Maha Chohan, you will enter into a new dimension of reality whereby I will walk and talk with you and teach you the mysteries of the Holy Spirit. Know that I am ready to give you the gifts of the Holy Spirit when you are ready. Make this your one-pointed goal.
May you recognize also that your Messenger did recently offer a fervent prayer for a child in this Community who was severely ill and through the Holy Spirit this child was healed.
I tell you this, beloved, so that you might know that there is not one individual here or throughout the fields of the world who cannot do this. You can do this, but you must let go of your human bag and baggage. You must activate the principle of the heart, the threefold flame and the sacred fire so that when you pray the Holy Spirit will answer you.
And those who are intended to be healed will be healed, and those who must bear their burdens must bear their burdens. And this is the Law, beloved. It cannot be broken. That is why some are healed and some are not healed.
But because some can be healed and are healed, you must look to receive the gifts of healing. Therefore, cleanse your temples, cleanse your chakras. Then move on. Move on and enter the hierarchy of the Holy Spirit while you yet walk the earth. And you will know such a joy and a healing from the Holy Spirit as to be incomparable to that which you now know.

A Sudden Flash of Lightning!
To the eternal God I speak, and in my speaking I enter your hearts, beloved. I know your strength. I know your burden. I know your victory. And I know that you can reach the top whenever and wherever you determine to do so.
There are good times and there are bad times. There are times of joy and times of laughter. And then there are times when one grasps the meaning of it all in a sudden flash of lightning–who is El Morya and what has he been doing in present and far-off worlds.
Tune in to the sense of movement across the cosmos, beloved. Tune in to the sense that you are in God and of God. Know that you dwell in the fiery core of selfhood, which is more to you than flesh and should be to you more than anything and anyone. Thus accept your victory.
Beloved ones, we are knee-deep in your karma. In fact, we are so far into the challenges facing our chelas that there is no turning back, whether from your side or our side. Indeed, how could we let go of the challenges our chelas are facing? How could we turn away from our chelas and say, “Well, we will go here, we will go there and we will check in to the good life.”
Beloved, the so-called good life is a detour we would not take and we would not have you take. But the good life that is God’s life is for those who would go all the way. That good life awaits you. Enter into it, for it is part and parcel of your destiny and it makes you a fighter who says, “I am ready, Lord!” the moment you wake up in the morning. “I am ready, Lord. What can I give you today?” Well, beloved, you will have much to give me because I have much to give you.
Enter in, beloved, to the secret chamber of the heart. Meditate there. Do not fear the foul voices. Cast them aside!
All of you who have served at the Royal Teton Ranch or attended our conferences have gained a great victory. But, beloved, what counts is the purity of your hearts. This I come to honor. I come to honor your hearts for I see the purity you have anchored there. Rejoice in that purity and keep it.
Reach out to the Goddess of Light, the Queen of Light, the Goddess of Purity. Reach out, beloved, for you have attainment in your Causal Body that you know not of. Thus I announce it to you as a birthday gift from my heart. Take it, beloved. Take it.
Let us move now with Saint Germain. Let us move with him and see his victory and his glory. Let us work for that day when our hearts will burst, when all of your decrees shall be fulfilled and Saint Germain will have his full rejoicing.
I AM El Morya. Dark things are in the earth, but I choose to look at the greater, the Light, the Sun and the God Star.
Tempus fugit. Move on, beloved. Take advantage of all that you have built. Build upon it again and again. For you are having your victories. But you must know it, else you will lose them.

I speak of the Tibetans who have lost their lives and for whom we seek placements, even here at the Royal Teton Ranch.
The world is in turmoil in many places. Hold the stability of the world. Enter my heart, for I am in your heart.
As industry and commerce move on in the Orient, remain competitive. Remember the United States, remember your homelands, remember your point of origin. And remember that while you are on earth, you can raise up many lifewaves who are truly of the Light. Follow them, nurture them, care for them, bring them to the Teachings.
Give your mantras, whether from Hinduism or Buddhism. Come to the shore of being. Know the elements of cosmos. Expand eternity. Know that life is real, that death is not real, that none can steal from you a perfect thought, a presence dear, a knowledge high, a victory that circles a cosmos.
There is neither death nor dying for the departed but only successions of rounds of entering the rays of glory. So shall the glory of God be for The Summit Lighthouse, for eternity merges where there are souls of light.
Be not afraid. Be not disturbed. Challenge what you dislike in yourself. Replace it with roses, pink roses of the love of Nada. Get beyond the not-self, beloved, so that you might endure as well as endear the world with your love. Do so, beloved. Make this, our beloved Summit Lighthouse, a bouquet of many, many flowers. Let us do it, beloved, for the whole world is poised for the victory.
I say to you, go for it now. Now is the moment when you can claim the cosmos.
I AM Gautama. I AM here, for I AM determined to see this race through from the beginning to the end.

Beloved ones, I am honored today to be in your midst. For I have taken upon myself the responsibility of organizing for Saint Germain the entire planetary endeavor made possible by your many votes of confidence for the Messenger’s journey to South America. I bow before the Light within you and I bless you for this opportunity.

All who have been a part of the “I AM” movement (some who have taken their ascension and some who have reincarnated) also rejoice in the attainment of the white light focused here. For that attainment was emphasized in the “I AM” Activity as a necessity for the ascension.
We would see a tremendous change, especially a mitigation of upheaval in the earth and in elemental life. Therefore we are working with the hierarchs of the four elements to support elemental life as never before. And we ask you to decree on their behalf, giving their decree eighteen times daily. <1> For the elementals are calmed when they know that they can count on your decrees.
I speak to you also of the presidents of the United States from George Washington to the present. It is truly incredible to see how many have been corrupt and incapable of running the nation, whereas in many cases the people themselves have had a far greater ability to do so.
But although corruption has always been a part of politics, the sincere people have been able to stand and still stand in spite of their corrupt leaders. As you give your violet-flame decrees, you will see major change as souls come to the fore who are truly of the Light, who are truly Christed ones.
Saint Germain’s Chelas Have Made the Difference
Know this and take it to heart: we are a company of saints, and spiritually speaking we hold hands around the world. We meet at the poles. And we know that God has turned around what might have already been a planetary catastrophe because the chelas of Saint Germain, through their violet-flame services, have indeed held the balance for our planet.
Blessed ones, do not let this opportunity escape us. For if we capitalize on it, we may see again and again that Saint Germain will not hesitate to send the Messenger beyond these shores.
Thus, beloved, think upon these things and think what a boon this is. And since we have the knowledge and the tools, the love and the desire for the ascension itself, do we not as the supporters of Saint Germain truly desire to bring this about? [Congregation responds: “Yes.”]
So, therefore, when all is said and done, we will know what we shall have accomplished. And if it is not enough, I pray that you will come back bigger and better and able to carry greater burdens for yourselves and for the Messenger. And gradually you will come to realize that it is not the flesh but it is the Spirit of your Great Causal Body, which you have built for aeons, that is enabling Saint Germain to have his victory.
Carry on with your violet-flame decrees, beloved, for the Messenger’s trip to South America is indeed an opportunity. And it is indeed the rejoicing of beloved Portia, who has waited so long for the rallying of the millions around her beloved Saint Germain. For all these things, yes, for all these things, the Great White Brotherhood says thank you.
May the year 1998 see a tremendous expansion of The Summit Lighthouse. May it meet the needs of more and more souls. And may you triumph over the phenomena that we have been holding back so that you might have another victory, another victory and another.

In their approach to the religious quest, they outline the need for reason and order as well as consecration. The universe was set into motion by Infinite Law and Infinite Wisdom. Even its finite characteristics show the scientific accuracy behind the manifestation.
