And this is Saint Germain’s message, and it’s something that is very dear to his heart‑-something that he wanted me to convey to you from his heart, from my heart, to yours. I’m going to start out with the little child that shall lead us. A very little child in our midst is going to give you the beginning of the message. [taped reading of the Creed played]

I believe in the United States of America as a government of the people, by the people, for the people; whose just powers are derived from the consent of the governed; a democracy in a Republic; a sovereign Nation of many sovereign States; a perfect Union, one and inseparable; established upon those principles of freedom, equality, justice and humanity for which American patriots sacrificed their lives and fortunes.
I therefore believe it is my duty to my Country to love it; to support its Constitution; to obey its laws; to respect its flag; and to defend it against all enemies.
When I was growing up, every morning in school we heard the reading of a psalm, we said the Lord’s Prayer, we pledged allegiance to the flag, and we recited the American’s Creed by William Tyler Page‑-from the first to the twelfth grade, public schools in New Jersey.
The public schools no longer have this practice, and so our American youth do not have a religious creed or a patriotic creed. But here at Montessori International, all of the children have the same: a psalm, the Lord’s Prayer, the pledge of allegiance, and the American’s Creed.
Saint Germain placed upon my heart his deep desire that Americans should understand their own creed, because a creed‑-specifically our national creed‑-is the very foundation of our life. It’s like the tenets of a church.
When we no longer understand our creed or our principles, then our society and our nation begins to break down. When people cease to understand their religious creeds, like the Apostles’ Creed, then their faith and their church‑-their religion‑-breaks down.
A creed is a formula. Webster says it’s “an authoritative formula of religious belief.” It is the nucleus, the alchemy, of what makes everything else hang together. It’s your set of values, your belief system. Ours was written down in 1917, no doubt inspired by Saint Germain in the very hours when the Russian revolution came upon Mother Russia, the Communist revolution and when Mother Mary appeared at Fátima.
Our American’s Creed must not become a mystery shrouded in the mists of the past and lost to this generation‑-that is Saint Germain’s statement for the Fourth of July, 1980. And his initiation to me is to give to you the understanding of this creed, line by line.
“I believe in the United States of America.”
What is the United States of America? How can we believe in it if we do not know what it is? It is my opinion that most people in this country no longer know what the United States is and, therefore, they no longer believe in it.
What is it then? Is it a people who declared their independence from King George? And what do we mean by revolution?‑-the war? John Adams said that “that was no part of the Revolution; it was only an effect and consequence of it. The Revolution was in the minds of the people.”
It is widely held that “the original issue of the Anglo‑American conflict was…the question of the extent of Parliament’s jurisdiction in the colonies.” But as Harvard’s Winthrop Professor of History Bernard Bailyn points out, “The debate involved eventually a wide range of social and political problems, and it ended by 1776 in what may be called the conceptualization of American life. By then Americans had come to think of themselves as in a special category, uniquely placed by history to fulfill, the promise of man’s existence”‑-to fulfill the promise of the everlasting covenant given by the Lord unto Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and the twelve tribes of Israel.
What was that covenant? How many Americans today know that the meaning of their very nation’s name is “I AM race”‑-that descends from Horeb, that comes down to us from the Ancient of Days and Sanat Kumara, that was given to Abraham even before that union of Moses and the I AM Presence.
These words spoken to him: “I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing….” “I AM the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect….” “That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies; and in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed.”
Our revolution was a revolution of higher consciousness. It was “an elevation to a higher plane of political and social life than had ever been reached before,” says Bailyn. “Their rustic blemishes had become the marks of a chosen people.”
I believe with the early American patriots that we are a chosen people, this very chosen people which descends from the light of Sanat Kumara given unto Abraham, and that that seed is the original spark of our divinity in Christ‑-the Christic seed. We are inheritors of that light by covenant, by a contract made not by man but by Almighty God with our father, Abraham.
I believe with the colonial pastor Abiel Abbot that “the people of the United States come nearer to a parallel with Ancient Israel, than any other nation upon the globe. ‘Happy art thou, O Israel: who is like unto thee, O people saved by the Lord, the shield of thy help, and who is the sword of thy excellency!’ Who is like unto the people of these States?”
Abbot points out that “it was necessary that the church of God should be preserved in some nation; it was necessary that the promise of a Savior should flow down in a pure channel to its accomplishment in Christ. To be that nation and that channel the posterity of Abraham were selected. This is the true key to the history of the Israelites”‑-and to the history of the United States of America.
This colonial pastor said that that nation “distinct from other nations wherein the promise of a Savior should flow down to its accomplishment in Christ”‑-this is the United States of America. Praise the Lord! [Audience joins in: “Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord!”] Amen.
We are Israelites by the potential of the Christ consciousness which the Lord Sanat Kumara has sealed in the secret chamber of our hearts. It is the seed of Abraham by the image of the Son of God impressed upon our souls. We are the inheritors of a light, a mighty light, and that everlasting covenant.
The opportunity to realize our seed‑potential as “gods,” as Moses called us, is preserved in those who are the descendants of the twelve tribes‑-Christian as well as Jew. Because the great key, the great key to the descent of this lineage is by the law itself, the law of the continuity of the incarnation of the Word and the reincarnation of that Word again and again and again. Just as Jesus Christ was made “an high priest after the order of Melchizedek” and not by flesh and blood, so the descent of the lineage of the children of the light of Sanat Kumara cannot be by flesh and blood but by the law of their own Christhood, by words and deeds and the Spirit of the Lord dwelling in their temple lifetime after lifetime.
There is no favoritism in America. There is a fulfillment of a contractual agreement between God and man. And the prophecy is that the seed would be multiplied.
How is the seed multiplied? By the power of light, by Liberty’s flame‑-Mother, eternal Mother reminding us in New York harbor that that torch is the threefold flame in our hearts and when it leaps to other hearts it multiplies, it increases, and all of the peoples and nations of the earth come into that same inheritance of the sons of God.
Not favoritism but the path of initiation step by step, hard won‑-are we then going to forget it so lightly? Are we then going to allow the fallen ones, who have also come and know well our mission‑-why we are here and what we are about‑-to come in and strip from us the divine memory that we are chosen because we chose?
We chose to be the emissaries of light and we knew the inheritance, and we knew that in this very age, in the turning of cycles and the turning of the stars, we would come to that place chosen‑-chosen as the anchor point for the far‑off worlds, even from that ancient home of light locked in the memory of the atom of our being.
The call of the covenants of Almighty God to his people is become our responsibility both to the Law itself and to the Lawgiver. We are a covenant people.
Even as our seed is to be multiplied, so we must multiply it as the stars of the heaven. As the stars! We are those stars! There is the key to the promise: the multiplication of the stars, the seed itself, by the stars who have come. These original thirteen bands of Sanat Kumara have incarnated among many races and peoples all over the world in order that “in thy seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed.”
Every covenant which Sanat Kumara made with the people of God was an outline of what the people were to do and what they were not to do. “If you obey my law, all will go well with you and you will inherit the promised land. If you disobey my law, then you will be cast out.”
This word is given by Moses in the very final hours of his mission in our midst as our great Guru and leader. His message is pertinent to this very hour, and all of the children of Israel are facing this test today in America.
See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil;
In that I command thee this day to love the LORD thy God [the mighty I AM Presence], to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply [the Christic seed]: and the LORD thy God shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it.
But if thine heart turn away, so that thou wilt not hear [the voice of the mighty I AM Presence], but shall be drawn away, and worship other gods, and serve them;
I denounce unto you this day, that ye shall surely perish, and that ye shall not prolong your days upon the land, whither thou passest over Jordan to go to possess it.
I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:
That thou mayest love the LORD thy God, and that thou mayest obey his voice, and that thou mayest cleave unto him: for he [the mighty I AM Presence] is thy life and the length of thy days: that thou mayest dwell in the land which the LORD sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.
How do I tell you who are non‑Jews that you are inheritors of the seed of Abraham and Isaac and Jacob? I tell you that that seed is the everlasting light and that its descent is by the law of reincarnation. That seed has gone forth. That seed, the souls of this people, are embodied in every group and race.
This nation America is the New Jerusalem. It is Israel come again. It is the promised land‑-and Bible prophecy clearly defines it.
We have an entire nation of people who do not know they are the inheritors of the light of Reality.
They do not know what is the United States of America. We have to know our divine inheritance and to claim it as one people‑-not divided by religion or race but one because we have a common light.
I believe in the United States of America as this land which Sanat Kumara sware unto our fathers. When I have that belief, what does it give me?‑-absolute certainty based on divine law that this is a land intended to be raised up, the place of the coming of THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS and ultimately the woman clothed with the sun and the divine Manchild as that Christ consciousness in all of the people.
Therefore upon faith in Almighty God, I believe this nation can be saved, that its people are destined to be saved, that they can be delivered from the yoke of drugs and rock and Communism and forgetfulness of who they are and all of their many diversions because it is written, because it is prophecy, because the Holy Spirit says so! That’s why I believe. [Audience applause]
Why do you believe and what do you believe in?
Our Founding Fathers understood that principle when they used the symbology of the promised land, the City Foursquare, in the Great Seal of the United States. They were initiates. They were Masons. They had handed down to them the inner mysteries all the way down from Solomon and beyond‑-the great wisdom of the inner definition of this people, this peculiar people, who would gather. And this is why they came, and this is why they were determined. This is why they fought a war and won.
And this is why they placed within the Great Seal of the United States keys and clues to who and what we are, so that in the days of our forgetfulness we would be reminded.
The seal bears the unmistakable imprint of the mystery schools which guarded and transmitted the inner teachings throughout history‑-not only the Masons but the Knights Templars, the guilds, the Rosicrucians. And the symbology itself in the Great Seal is of Masonic origin. The great eagle on the front and the pyramid on the back, the mottoes and numerous numerological symbols reflect the work of those who designed the seal. So what does it tell us about America?
The divine Manchild of America’s awareness as a nation is symbolized in the front of the seal. It is the eagle, the ancient symbol of spiritual vision. We came to give the evolutions of earth the vision of their I AM Presence and their Christ Self and to restore to them devotion to the threefold flame which they had lost. The eagle is the symbol of the God Star Sirius. It is a reminder of Home‑-whence we have come, whither we shall return.
This symbol of the Manchild is the symbol of Christ. He is the only creature said to be able to gaze directly into the sun. What sun is he gazing into?‑-the sun of the mighty I AM Presence, the Son of God, and the Great Central Sun. Only the Christed one can look into the face of God and live. That is the mark and the identity of the seed of our father, Abraham.
The olive branch in the right talon indicates the rule of the Prince of Peace by the authority of Jehovah. Jehovah, the proper name for God, is taken from the Hebrew verb “to be.” Thus Jehovah signifies that which was, is, and will be or that which transcends time and space‑-I AM THAT I AM, as Sanat Kumara revealed himself to Moses.
That was the dispensation for the twelve tribes who should establish peace in America, the promised land, through their realization of the Christ consciousness. And all of the tribulation in the forty years in the wilderness and the absence of peace was due to the fact that they were disobedient to God’s laws and to their own lawgiver, Moses. And therefore, they did not attain the Christ consciousness and they could not survive.
The failure of each of the covenants was the failure of the individual people to be disciplined sufficiently by the flame of freedom to become one inseparable union, one flaming light. “All your strength is in your union, all your danger is in discord.”
This union is, here and now, the key to victory in America. And the ascended masters have taught us that union by a higher love, a higher freedom, a higher discipline, a higher vision, and the understanding of who I AM.
The thirteen arrows in the left talon are the power of the defense of peace by the twelve tribes and the thirteenth. The thirteen arrows show that we can only defend this nation when we stand as one. The twelve tribes become one, and the thirteenth are those who have the attainment of the Christ in the center of the circle as the white‑fire core of the nation.
They stand with Christ as anointed ones and as the true shepherds. They arise from each of the twelve tribes as those who pass the initiations of the twelve hierarchies of the sun.
Unless we are all one and serving together, we will not meet the enemy within or without. The United States is the union of souls of light. The first discipline is harmony and the understanding that we are one.
The thirteen five‑pointed stars are arranged in a hexagram, or the six‑pointed star that is the Shield of David. The six‑pointed Star of David is the sign that the Christ flame will rise in this people as the threefold flame of the heart, the rising pyramid, and that the flame of Almighty God will descend into the chalice of that heart. That six‑pointed star belongs to you, and the five‑pointed star is the symbol of a man, the Son of Man who comes initiating and being initiated in the five secret rays according to the law of Christhood.
The frequent repetition of thirteen in the symbolism placed in the seal and elsewhere by the Founding Fathers is their determination to remind us that we are the inheritors, that we are the twelve tribes and the thirteenth of Israel. [The Spirit of ’76 is composed of digits which add up to thirteen.]
There are thirteen pieces for the escutcheon, or coat of arms; thirteen arrows in the eagle’s left talon; and the upper motto on the back, Annuit Coeptis (“God has smiled on our undertakings”) has thirteen letters‑-thirteen letters. E pluribus unum (“One out of many”), the motto on the front, has thirteen letters. There are thirteen rows of masonry on the pyramid on the back.
And because America was born July 4, 1776, the sun in her natal chart is at the thirteenth degree of Cancer‑-Cancer conjoined with the fixed star Sirius, the focus of the Great White Brotherhood. This conjunction shows that this is the era when the Great White Brotherhood becomes physical and has its physical organization and physical focus upon earth.
On our natal day in ’76, the God Star Sirius was not at that thirteen degrees. It has moved to almost that position now in this era.
It becomes very clear that the movement of Sirius into that position shows the fulfillment, the reason for being, of the founding of this nation in the sign of the Mother. Because in this nation, the Mother was and is to come to call her children back to the divine memory of the Ancient of Days. The sign of the coming of the Mother is the sign of fulfillment, of conclusion, of the millennial age as we will soon see.
America is a Mother nation to the earth, the home of Mother to which the lost tribes who have lost their Mother will return.
We are here not only because we contain the Christic light, but because in that light is the inner religion that will lead all souls of this planet back to God and their origin, and the inner science of the Mother that will give the people of this planet dominion over the earth plane, the earth body itself, and over their own souls.
