The Religion of Hatred, the Cult of Death

SHAFAREVICH, EARLY SOCIALIST SOCIETIES AND THOUGHT

Webster’s Seventh New Collegiate Dictionary defines socialism as a system of society in which there is no private property, a system in which the means of production are owned and controlled by the state. In socialist theory the means of production and the distribution of good are owned collectively or are owned by the state. Socialism, there is no private property. Communism, a totalitarian system of government in which a single authoritarian party controls state-owned means of production with a professed aim of establishing a stateless society. In Marxist theory it is the final stage in which the state has withered away and economic goods are distributed equally. Goods are owned in common and available to all as needed.

In Marxist theory socialism is a transitional state between capitalism and communism and distinguished by unequal distribution of goods and pay according to work done. Commune, communism exists nowhere. It is a theory that has never worked. The Soviet Union is a Socialist state.

Somehow, we have a reaction against communism but we find ourselves agreeing with socialism because it has the word social it is based on the needs and the good of the people. Socialism is an insidious force. It is insidious not because it is a political theory but because of its psychology and because of the psychology of the human mind. And therefore today I would deal with the psychology of socialism and communism and in order to deal with this I wish to begin by going to the source of socialism.

Many people believe that socialism or communism began with Karl Marx. This is not true. Karl Marx was simply the focalization of forces at work within the collective unconscious of the planetary body, of the people themselves, forces at work since the descent of light from the upper chakras to the lower chakras otherwise known biblically as the Fall of Man. The problem of this psychology besets us today and therefore if we are going to deal with socialism and communism, we must understand the subconscious patterns within us all that make these systems of independence in both government and economics appealing, appealing to some portion of the being of man, that portion not being the Christ man or the real man.

A very interesting writer by the name of Igor Shafarevich wrote a book Socialism in Our Past and Future and he said the world’s first socialist states were the world’s first states of any kind. Elsewhere he says socialism is one of those basic universal forces that have been in operation over the entire span of human history and that means the span of human history that is known to us, the post-golden age eras. Why does he say this? He has the support of leading thinkers of our day. Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn recommended this work on communism at Harvard during his commencement address of June 8.

Shafarevich himself a Russian national and dissident like Solzhenitsyn was able to state this because of the similarities of the aims and objectives of certain ancient civilizations with those of Russia and China today. According to Shafarevich these similarities have been considered in the following, I quote from his article:

Socialism cannot be linked with a specific area, geographical context, or culture. All its features familiar to us from contemporary exprience are met in various historical, geographical, and cultural conditions. In socialist states we observe the abolition of private ownership of the means of production. The abolition of private ownership of the means of production. State control of everyday life and the subordination of the individual to the power of the bureaucracy.

He cites three examples of socialist states from the past, Mesopotamia in the twenty-second and twenty-first centuries B.C., the Old Kingdom of Egypt as approximately the same time, and the Incas. Each of these states were characterized by the lack of private property, a large bureaucracy, a centrally directed economy, and a forced labor system which tended to weaken the family structure of the majority of its population.

I would like to point out here that socialism is a more primitive form of an economy than capitalism, contrary to the theories of Marx. It ignores the individual’s self-worth, it ignores the Real Self in the I AM Presence. This is very clear today when one enters underdeveloped nations or sees people who have not developed an individual Christ consciousness. They are not capable of private ownership or the ownership of the means of production in many cases. And therefore socialism is obviously a state of evolution that would precede capitalism but would not follow it. That is preceding capitalism if we understand that capitalism cannot exist without the principle of the Christ Self. That capitalism as the free enterprise system, as the path of initiation established by Jesus Christ, can only work when it is founded upon the guru-chela relationship that is understood to be the individual’s relationship to the Christ.

If socialism follows capitalism and the free enterprise system, it is because of the decay and the decadence of that system precisely because Christ, the Christ principle as the principle of the economy and the understanding of the abundant life has been removed, compromised, perverted, misqualified.

I present to you then the thesis that in his theory of economic determinism that Mark, Marx is counting on socialism following capitalism because he is counting upon the decay and the degeneration of a capitalist society. Capitalism works when you have moral fiber and the cosmic honor flame. And so the fallen ones count on the degeneration spiral and the spiral of death in the West in order for socialism to be victorious. So their plan upon economic determinism, their concept of economic determinism is based upon the strategies of their determination to destroy the children of God. In other words, we see behind the theory of the five stages of the economics of a society and movement from the first to the fifth stage, we see behind that actually on the drawing boards of the council tables of the false hierarchy, the understanding that they will sow within any system the seeds of its undoing, the seeds of anti-Christ, the seeds of anti-Mother, manipulating the flow of supply so as to always engender in the people a dissatisfaction with the environment and with the outcropping of karma within the environment and therefore to push the people further and further and further to the ultimate goal which is socialism. Socialism itself as we will see being based upon death and the death instinct itself.

It is my conclusion that capitalism cannot survive except in a Christian nation. It cannot survive without the individualist basis of the economy and the individual goal of life to become the Christ. When it becomes a dog-eat-dog, ends justifying the means exploitation of the people and capitalist enterprises become monopolistic and the state enters into these monopolies, then you have destroyed the fundamental principle of capitalism, i.e. individuality as well as the fundamental principle of Christianity which Jesus stated, “Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, this is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.”

The golden rule is the foundation of a golden age economy and the abundant life. By foundation I mean it is its beginning and its ending, it becomes the reason for being of the individual and the community he forms patterned after God government. This ethic and this morality must be present. As we have already discussed, certain compromises of Christ’s teaching, certain misunderstandings of his doctrine and his dogma prevent the fullness of Christ’s Christianity from being the foundation of our life and therefore without the fullness of the understanding of his teaching, you have a weak foundation in government, and in the economy and with mass ignorance it is then more easy to destroy the foundations of the system which is intended to be based upon God and his expression of man.

I consider that therefore capitalism is being destroyed today in the West and in free nations on a parallel line and at the same rate as religion is being destroyed. And that there is no hope for survival of the free enterprise system until and unless people cease to use the freedom the the free enterprise system to exploit one another and to rebel against the individual karma, the individual karma of their lives.

Now taking the concept of Shafarevich on these ancient socialist states I think it is important to note that from another standpoint one can look at an ancient civilization such as the Incan empire and induce that they were theocracies although some historians see them as examples of socialist states. One could hypothecate that they had already moved from socialism to capitalism and to the ultimate state, not of communism but of the community of Christ and his apostles, the Community of the Holy Spirit which can only work when there is one individual representing the Godhead. That individual in the Inca society was the Inca himself. He was the incarnation of God, I-n-c-a, Inca, incarnation and they considered him to be God.

Theocracy can only work or the Community of the Holy Spirit when every individual member of the community functions as chela or as disciple and consciously understands his role on the path of initiation and when every single member of that community understands the meaning of the incarnation of the Word, of the Spirit flame entering into and giving life to the Matter vehicle.

Now in this Community of the Holy Spirit which we have established here at Camelot and which we are considering now in the light of trying to determine what was the consciousness behind the Inca state, we observe that here people are able to give their one hundred percent commitment because they understand this concept of the guru. Therefore, they recognize in the guru the one who is the owner of all of the land and the state property simply because they understand the principle, the earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof. And therefore because the Inca is God, he therefore has entrusted to his care all of the property.

In superficially examining an economic system archaeologically or from historical records it is not always the ability of the historian especially if he is a socialist-atheist himself to interpret correctly on what level of initiation a given society especially an ancient society was functioning. Now the fact that ancient societies have had socialistic patterns can indicate that they were in a level of decay from the original golden age societies of Lemuria and Atlantis when originally the highest adepts, the ascended masters, or the initiates of the ascended masters were those who governed those societies. And the Utopia after which Plato longed and certain Utopia after which idealistic youth of today long did in fact exist, the only true form of communism is the Community of the Holy Spirit, it is never communism because communism attempts to be that community without God, without the Trinity, therefore it can never be. It is the version of the fallen ones, it is their attempt to reduplicate a golden age society, a golden age culture, a golden age civilization without the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit, without the Mother, and without hierarchy, without the path of initiation. And of course it can never come about, but as long as you can keep the people thinking it can come about, you can gain vast masses of people behind you and you can wield a great deal of power by amassing the power of this world through the ignorant people.

So just for a moment explaining the concept of theocracy, the last theocracy that we have known in recent times was the coming of the prophet Samuel when Samuel himself was the intermediary for the children of Israel between God and between their activities. The same was true of Moses and of Joshua and of Abraham. This theocracy creates a state in which the spiritual head makes all decisions, in which God invests in a spiritual head his power for a dispensation.

This theory is behind the Roman Catholic Church, the Roman Catholic Church is intended to be a theocracy with the pope as the head of the Church having supreme authority. Well, here we have then an individual who is vested with the power of God. That individual then may choose to transfer that power to others, so around the pope you have a college of cardinals, and around Samuel he had those who were close to him but in the case of Samuel as scriptures record he is mainly functioning independently and he has the respect of the people and he is regarded as the mouthpiece of God and when he speaks, and when he anoints kings, he does so with the authority which is called the , the descent of the Holy Ghost, and the community respects that authority even as they respected Moses’ authority.

So today we have an organization here which has attempted to establish the ideal Utopian society, not a socialist state, not a communist state, but a society based on the free flow of energy from God to man through the mantle or the office of the messenger. In this case the Darjeeling Council of the Great White Brotherhood has instructed me to invest a certain portion of that authority in a board of directors, in department heads, in group leaders throughout the field, and these people according to their spiritual attainment and their experience are given various degrees of authority to act independently of me personally but always to act under the law of the Brotherhood which the Brotherhood has set forth for our organization.

Now the difference between a theocracy and a republican form of government is that the head of theocracy may at any point or at any time at will withdraw the power that has been given to the lesser bodies, that is the spiritual authority that is given to them because the original dispensation of the power is based upon the individual’s attainment, it is the statement of Jesus Christ, “All power in heaven and in earth is given unto me,” and I will give it, I may give it unto whomsoever I will. And therefore to Jesus Christ was given the authority to make those who would believe on his name sons of God. So when you have a vestment of a divine office it becomes the free will of the individual holding that office to share that power and to at will withdraw that power.

When you have a representative form of government, you therefore then may have a head of state but that head of state is put in position by the people by election by representation and therefore he does not have the supreme power to give and take power from the people and so representative government and other systems that have evolved in the absence of the guru-chela relationship have always placed limiting conditions, limiting conditions upon those who rule because of the frailty of the human consciousness, because of its absence of attainment it could not wholly be relied upon.

What has happened then to the theocracy that the Roman Catholic Church is intended to be? We find that since Peter, the first one appointed by Jesus Christ, the successive popes have been elected by the college of cardinals and one among their members has been elected. And so it is trusted that the descent of the Holy Ghost in that circle when they elect the succeeding pope will be the one who actually appoints the pope, that Almighty God will intercede and that his anointing will come through them.

This is all well and good when you have initiates at a certain level but the history of the Roman Catholic Church is filled with the college of cardinals then attempting to control the pope and when an individual is elected to the papacy who does not meet with the approval of some or a portion of the cardinals or the Jesuits it is seen that either they or others of malintent simply eliminate the Pope. And therefore this eliminates the whole theory of a theocracy that the individual is ordained by God. We have a situation where the seed of the wicked, the fallen ones, will penetrate to the highest ranks around the individual ordained by God and conclude as Lucifer did that he is more qualified to determine who will be appropriate to occupy that position. So there has been a lot of manipulation of that position and we have had great popes in the Roman Catholic Church in spite of rather than because of the system.

Now I wanted to make that clear because socialism or communism alongside with a theocracy and a Community of the Holy Spirit, the only difference is whether or not the Matter bowl is infused with Spirit. Socialism and communism are an attempt to create a Matter society and a Matter golden age without Spirit whereas only by the path of chelaship and discipleship under the Lord Christ can we truly achieve a community of the Holy Spirit.

Now this is the idea that a spiritual socialism which I do not like the term but in other words the community of the Holy Spirit would be the voluntarily surrendering of all that one is because one has attained to such a level of individual self worth, one has the supreme realization that one is God, one has attained the individualization of the Christ Self, one is now able to surrender the totality of that consciousness for the wholeness of the community, for the wholeness of the community. One does not need any longer to be involved in the free enterprise system as an individual because one has fulfilled one’s destiny. One has successfully conquered the Matter plane, one has harvested the fruits of one’s conquest and one says I lay this upon the altar of God as God is represented in this community.

Now this is a legitimate stage of evolution. This is a legitimate stage of evolution. But it only comes through spirituality. We see today that socialism and communism is the taking of what one has earned by one’s genius by force. It is the redistribution of wealth by means of taxation, by means of abolition of private property and private ownership of the means of production. It is the taking of what the individual has gained by his investment of energy and consciousness in life, it is the taking of that by force instead of by the individual’s freewill, love offering upon the altar of God. And so it becomes a regimentation of the Holy Spirit and its energy, it becomes like forcing plants in a hothouse, it’s the forcing the maturity of a spiritual consciousness which has not yet been developed.

History shows that the world’s first socialist states were the world’s first states of any kind. They reveal in the slavery of the entire population and the extreme regimentation of their work the descent into which people who lived in golden ages fell with the sinking of Lemuria and Atlantis. It also explains from the historical record of karma why people today actually crave that same regimentation. It is so inscribed upon their etheric body that they have come to regard it as a comfort much like one would long for the womb. And unfortunately they do not have the inner blueprint of the soul’s liberation into higher spheres as the immediate record to tie into. The power of human habit is very binding and the human habits of consciousness through which mankind have been through for thousands of years because of their original rejection of their ancient teachers are more predominant in their consciousness than the etheric blueprint of the ideal golden age.

Now there’s a very important lesson that beloved Astrea teaches us and that is the binding power of human habit. Even when the karma that is created by the power of human habit is transmuted, the record of human habit, its cause and effect within the four lower bodies must also be consumed by the power of the Holy Ghost if the individual is indeed to remain free. For instance, you can take the slavery of an individual in a marriage situation under someone who is very domineering and very tyrannical and you can look at an individual who has been abused for years and years in such a situation and Astrea once gave a dictation in Los Angeles in which she explained that many people had long since balanced the karma that would necessitate a relationship of inequality and of tyranny but because of human habit they remained in that situation and they did not claim their freedom and they did not overcome it and remove themselves from it. And so we often see that people yearn for the fleshpots of Egypt, they yearn to go back to be under their taskmasters especially when as children they are brought up by very authoritarian parents who are continually spanking them, continually telling them do this, do that, do the next thing, not allowing them any independent decisions of their own, not allowing them to be creative, not giving them the sense that they are God incarnate, that they have an individual self worth and that they need to be taught to bring out the genius and the potential.

So when people are raised lifetime after lifetime, when they go through civilization after civilization where they don’t have to think, they just have to do what they are told to do, it becomes any easy way out, you do not have to take the responsibility for the path of initiation, you don’t have to have the headaches that some people talk about in America about having your own business, people say I don’t want to have my own business, it’s too much work, it’s too much headaches, I’ll just sell it and I’ll go to work for a larger corporation. And of course this is the destruction one by one of our society where small businesses do really not have the opportunity in the face of larger corporations who produce products at a cheaper rate and therefore squeeze them out of the market. So individual responsibility can only be realized when you have the understanding of the path of the Christ, and when you have the example of Jesus Christ.

I know that I myself often say as I would have liked to have said this morning, “I wish El Morya would get up and give this lecture and I could sit down and listen,” and the many, many hundreds of decisions that I have to make daily and weekly about far-reaching consequences of this organization, your life, America, the earth, things I’m involved with, the masters do not treat me as a computer, they just don’t punch in tapes and tell me what to do, that’s not the meaning of being a messenger. A messenger has an office and must exercise that communion with God and draw forth through the individualization of the Christ flame those correct attitudes of consciousness, the correct organization, the right decisions.

Morya is not making every decision as to what we do. He has entrusted that to our care because he wants us to expand our causal bodies, he wants us to gain our self-mastery and earn our ascension. So chelas are not acting as robots in relationship to the ascended masters but this is precisely what happens in a socialist state. You go to work on the collective farm, you go to work in industry, you are told what to do from morning to night, you don’t have to think, you’re on the assembly line, and by not having to think, you are not forced to reach for your Christ mind, to reach for that source of creativity which explodes through the light of the Holy Ghost. And therefore it is a depression and a death consciousness that sets in upon the people because they are no longer in that relationship of interchange with the Trinity of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

They don’t have to dig, they don’t have to go to the source, they don’t have those urgencies and those extremities where they have to worry about conditions of their economic survival, the survival of the family, the building of a house, the livelihood, the bringing forth of children, their education, all of those things which keep the sharpness of the mind, when all of this is done by the state and all you have to do is feed and clothe yourself, you arrive at that stay, that state of decay and decadence at which we are arriving in the West today.

So we have a very serious problem, the human habit pattern of the laziness, the laziness, it’s a mental laziness, it’s not having to really summon your forces to contact a highest source of God consciousness in order to conquer time and space. And when you do not understand that conquering of time and space as the goal of the path of initiation, then what for, why for? Why are we living? Why are we existing? We no longer have a reason for existence and you see gradually the life instinct is replaced by the death instinct because that which ceases to be created, ceases to have a desire to create hence a desire to live. God is life, God is the Creator, we are created to be co-creators with him.

When we cease to create, we cease to have the life force pulsating through us. And therefore the will to life is parallel with the will to create. When you lose the will to create because it is taken from you by the socialist or communist state, you really lose the will to live. And because live or life is energy, something must happen to that energy and so it becomes perverted even as the creative force is perverted, it therefore becomes the will to die. And there are thousands of people who have uttered those very words, “If I have to live under a communist state, if I have to live under a socialist state, I would rather be dead.” Because freedom, freedom is the flame, freedom is the name of the gift to create and to co-create with God.

I’d like to point this out as a caution to you on your individual path of initiation. You may invoke the violet flame and beloved Astrea to transmute karma but be certain that you have consumed the cause, effect, record, and memory that caused you to make that karma and that cause, effect, record, and memory is in the desire body. It is recorded in the etheric body but it originates in the desire body and when you have not removed the desire which is basically the desire of death, then you will continue to manifest in your life those limiting and enslaving conditions that will bring about the fulfillment of that desire. I feel that that is so subtle that most of us do not really have a basic understanding of the components of our desire body and this is why I feel that the fiat that I gave at Summit University which has a number 4.80 in the insert section on the transmutation of desire is so fundamental to the place where you arrive on the path when you want to get to what’s underneath the whole condition of the human consciousness.

And that is why Gautama Buddha came. He said the cause of all suffering was desire. Get rid of desire and you get rid of suffering. Well all desire then that is less than the desire to be the fullness of God then must be the desire to be less than God and that which is less than God is not life, it is death. So you see the increments of the will to fail or the will to die or the will to death begin as very, very tiny seeds.

You can notice them in a desire to sleep. When you sleep too many hours, you desire to escape this plane by going to sleep. That is a death wish. When you overeat and you are destroying the Matter temple, or you are putting into this Matter temple substances that are toxic, that your soul knows ultimately will create destruction spirals in the temple, when you do this you see you are fulfilling a death wish.

Now many people do this simultaneously with the invocation of light, the violet flame and saying I’m on the path of the ascension. This is natural because you’re sorting out two primary forces that exist side by side within our being, the will to live and the will to die, life and death instincts. Now this is where we begin to understand how the multiplication of the death wish can be the outpicturing of socialism and communism, because it is essentially the destruction of the will. And there is no creativity without the will to create and the will is the power thrust, I AM therefore I will be, I will to be. And I see people all the time who have a very, very meager will. Their will is not powerful, it is not strong, weak individuals because they have lost the flame of Alpha.

So the will to life is carried on in them moreover by their environment or by their peers and they kind of tag along and they’re tag-along people in life. But they’re not the great leaders because that will is not manifesting as the power of God. When you have the will to live and the will to life and the will to create, then what you do is you summon the second ray, the Christ consciousness, the illumined mind of God. I have the will to be now I have to figure out how to do it. And I acknowledge I am not equipped with the full understanding of what it takes to fulfill my will, therefore I will get it, I will get educated, I will get experience, I will do research, I will find out how to fulfill this will so the will is this tremendous impetus that catapults the soul to the highest plane of the Christ consciousness so that it can contact the mind of God out of whose mind one derives the understanding of the fulfillment of the will.

Then when one figures out how to create, one then must look for the natural resources, the energy with which to create the natural resources are the manifestation of the love ray, the Holy Ghost. Love, the action of the will impetus with wisdom. And so without love there is no creativity. Love is the free, random interaction of souls, lifewaves, communities, families, people. It is spontaneous. There is no other form of love but spontaneous love, it cannot be regimented because it is always the gift and the grace of God, it is the descent of the Holy Ghost that is the gift of love. Love that is non-possessive, mutually satisfying because it is the fulfillment of the divine plan of all who share in this love. So you see, socialism and communism are a regimentation of will, a regimentation of knowledge or understanding or science and a regimentation of love and the whole system collapses because it puts to death the Trinity and its action in the individual.

Now we have all lived in our various incarnations, either as a result of personal or community, individual or collective experience, we have all had situations where in minute increments or in greater increments this process of the Trinity has been tampered with and compromised and it is the full consciousness of the Trinity that we are striving toward as we become chelas of the ascended masters. They know that we cannot survive and that we cannot function until we balance and expand the threefold flame. That is the foundation of your path, to expand those three aspects of God’s consciousness and the definition of the Christ is one who has power, wisdom, love in perfect balance within his being, body, mind, soul, memory.

The threefold flame must be in balance and blazing and in command in the desire body, in the subconscious, it must be blazing and it must be in balance in the memory which is also interacting with the desire body and the subconscious because it hold its records. It must be in the mind and it must be in the physical body.

Now if the level then of the human habit pattern of this laziness, this flabbiness of the four lower bodies and of the soul is not transmuted, the individual then will in all likelihood recreate the identical pattern and the identical karma even though he has attained freedom from that previous karma. The same is true when we get a premature intercession by the ascended masters when we are having a problem.

I had a very, very interesting experience when I went stumping, and if I could write a book on simply the psychology of chelas I think it would be one of the great enlightenments of our age. Stumping is the fiery trial for everyone who participates in the experience. You who are in the field and we who are coming. We deal with every possible force in the world imaginable and every possible force within ourselves. It’s an immense challenge and the victory is a sweet elixir, the cup of victory you drink when you know you have fought the good fight and won, you have fought the good fight and you have won because what you have won is another increment of your threefold flame’s expansion. The threefold flame doesn’t merely expand by sitting and decreeing, it expands by action and by conquest of the self and of one’s environment.

Well, we went on the stump and one of the individual staff members who was working all of a sudden midstream in the whole stump says, “I’m going to leave, I don’t want to be here any longer, I’ve called up, I’ve got a job elsewhere, I’ve made arrangements, I can leave, etc.” right in the middle of the stump. Every single person is absolutely vital, everybody has at least the work of three people and there’s nobody extra on those buses, everybody knows what he has to do and it just moves like clockwork day and night for however many days you’re on the road. So one person missing puts a burden that is unbearable upon those around him. A person trained, they have experience, they can drive a bus or they can do this kind of equipment and you don’t have a person along necessarily who is equipped to perform that job.

Well I was not so much concerned about that aspect of the situation as I was concerned about the soul of the individual and I felt of course that the leaving of the ascended masters, the putting the hand to the plow and turning back, the abandoning of Morya, Saint Germain and Shiva on this, this caravan of light, the abandoning of the cause in America is to put it mildly extremely inappropriate in a period of such extensive danger to the earth, to her evolutions and considering the entire equation of the path and what is coming upon us.

So my entire concern was truly with the soul of the evolution that I knew would not be coming to it spiritually if it simply put itself out of the forcefield of the fiery trial and of this relationship. So the dialogue went on and actually started when I called the individual to my little room on the bus and I said, “Your vibration has not been good, your aura has not been good, and if you don’t correct it, first thing you know you’re going to be coming in here and telling me that you are leaving.” Well he heard my little speech and he said, “Well as a matter of fact I was going to tell you that I wanted to leave.”

So then continues the dialogue, “Well I love you Mother but I’m going to serve elsewhere.” And I said “Don’t tell me you love me when you can leave me and leave me in a lurch in this way and make a commitment and then abandon your commitment. This isn’t love, it’s some kind of a sympathetic substance that isn’t even real.” And I refused to accept this kind of a vibration and this excuse for leaving as being love. And so that was that and he was going to leave.

Well, I have a very good friend that I call to and that is Archangel Gabriel. Archangel Gabriel is a very dear and personal friend and the friendship that I have with Archangel Gabriel is one of the most precious of moments and experiences that I have in my incarnation today and previous incarnations. So I sat down with Archangel Gabriel and I talked about the problem of the soul of this particular lifestream. And I implored Archangel Gabriel to place his Electronic Presence, his ascended master light body, over the chela because I felt how can anyone dwelling in the Presence of Archangel Gabriel do aught but the will of God and, and have any experience but to see the crystal clarity of his decision. And my motive for requesting this is my firm belief which I still hold that when people make wrong decisions on the path, it is because their free will isn’t free, they’re functioning under the pressures of their karma, they’re functioning under the pressures of mass consciousness, sometimes a lack of sleep, sometimes the tension of their service and sometimes outright proje, projections of the fallen ones who are certainly after souls on the path of enlightenment in a very determined way.

So my basic immaculate concept that I hold for people is that if they were absolutely free to exercise free will and if they had access to God’s consciousness they would make the right decisions. Well, at some points we have to understand that that outlook may be a bit naive but in my case that is the immaculate concept that I hold for everyone because it’s a powerful concept and I believe it is a least helpful if in fact at times it may be naive.

Well, lo and behold, Archangel Gabriel did the favor that I asked him and he did it to teach me a very important lesson and this is the lesson that I’m transferring to you this morning because it applied on a larger scale to exactly the point we are making. Archangel Ma, Archangel Gabriel placed his Electronic forcefield over the individual. Well the next evening then I was giving my lecture and I noticed that the individual was in the audience and that was unusual because there is so much work to be done that many times the staff are not attending my lecture and those who have to drive at night are sleeping, etc. So there he was in the audience, he came for the blessing, I saw him afterwards, he came to me and he said, “I don’t know what got into me, I love you Mother and I could never leave you and I’m stumping on with you.” So everybody said hurrah and everybody cheered, the soul that was lost was found again and saved. So on we go on the stump.

Now Archangel Gabriel by cosmic law cannot sustain his Electronic forcefield indefinitely in an individual’s aura because it is an interference with free will. The individual has free will to summon light to attain to that aura but if God were going to superimpose upon us the fullness of his God consciousness you see then we would have not to exercise the free will to get that consciousness for ourselves, once again we would be robots, we would be simply created like little gingerbread men and would becoming off the assembly line of the ascended master’s own Electronic Presence. So if you want the Electronic Presence of a member of the Brotherhood in your aura, you have to invoke it every twenty-four hours, it has to be re-invoked because you must reexpress your free will.

So as the stump went on the individual once again had to come to grips with the opposition to the stump, the opposition to Shiva, the same tensions, the same karma, the same human momentums that he brought with him. So finally then at the end of the stump he came to the same conclusion, “I’m leaving.” Well, there was the same negative energy, the same business, “I love you Mother but I’m leaving,” and since this had been now about the third round I came to the conclusion, I learned my lesson very quickly that there was no point in any further discussion so the individual simply left and has not been back.

The moral of the story is Archangel Gabriel said to me, “I did this for you to give you an example and to give you a teaching” because so often when people make wrong choices I do lament the fact and I do go before God and I say, “What have I not done, what have I not taught these individuals, what example have I not given, how have I failed that person that he has failed to see the Christ in himself?” and many times I am burdened by this and Mark was burdened by the same thing.

So Gabriel said, “I wanted to give you the lesson once and for all that if the ascended masters could do something about the individual who rebels against his own Christ Self, they would but if we intercede, if we place our momentum of light over the individual, when that momentum is withdrawn they will make the identical decision that they would have made without it.” Therefore, the ascended masters obey the cardinal rule of Almighty God, they do not interfere with free will.

Now this is precisely the point I am making in the case of socialism. The human habit patterns to rebellion, to stubbornness, to selfishness and ultimately the will to death or the death wish are there until you choose to challenge them, to demand that they go into the flame and then suffer through a period of rechanneling your energy, suffering through the establishment of new habit patterns that are based upon life rather than death. Unless you are willing to go through that readjustment in addition to the challenging of the cause and core of the desire you many very well find yourself in an off-guarded moment, in a moment of weakness or fatigue, going back to the old former ways because always the old patterns are more comfortable, more easy, they’re always downward spirals and we tend to flow downward, it’s easier for energy to go down than up.

It takes a thrust of power to move water upstream. Water, energy moves downstream and so we need to understand this principle that this is precisely the reason why the Great White Brotherhood and the ascended masters do not interfere in these evolutions, in the rise and fall of civilization, in cataclysm, in the building up of a civilization and its destruction, by the free will of the people because they are nonattached to the fruit of action.

The ascended masters are not goal-oriented. I will explain this. The ascended masters are not so much attached to the establishment of a golden age upon earth as they are attached to the idea of the soul’s individual self-mastery. In other words, they will not compromise here and there, they will not come in and interfere with their free will to make the kingdom of God happen on earth because what good would be a kingdom of God upon earth if, when all was said and done and it had finally happened, you suddenly discover that the people were not happy in a golden age society because they had not overcome their inherent desire, the death wish, or the selfishness, or the possessiveness. And soon the people in a very short order would destroy that golden age society and they would rebuild the former cities of Sodom and Gomorrah and they would go back to their old ways, the fleshpots of Egypt.

And so the masters are concerned about the individual chela, the individual chela and they know that if the individual chela becomes God then he will become a pillar in the temple of my God, he will be the foundation of a golden age society. And if you have many individuals becoming God through the path of initiation then the logical conclusion is the community of the Holy Spirit, is the golden age, it will happen because the seeds of it are inherent in the individual.

So government, economy, education, and science is not something you superimpose upon people that’s what the fallen ones do, they superimpose it by force but God says government, the economy, education, and science and culture must evolve through the people from within through their individual exercise of their threefold flame.

Now what happens when you go to underdeveloped countries and you find that people do not have the will to create, they do not have a drive to get with them, they do not have an interaction with the Holy Spirit. You find that those societies that have not had a basic foundation and a tradition, a long tradition of the guru-chela relationship of following whether it’s Krishna or Gautama or Jesus Christ or any of the avatars you find that you have nothing upon which to build a free enterprise system. You find that many of the people of the underdeveloped nations of Asia and Africa today are simply not equipped to have a free enterprise system or a basic representative form of government and that is why I say that capitalism is a higher form of the economy and representative government the highest form of government precluding a theocracy, higher than socialism.

I see the need for socialism in an underdeveloped country as simply the lesser of evils and I don’t proclaim it as the answer but I say we have a serious dilemma and when all is said and done to have harmony in government upon earth is really not possible in and among a people who have denied their God and denied his incarnation among them. When you deny those cardinal points you have wars, and continuations of wars, and rumors of wars and the resulting karma of the denial of God in pestilence, and plague, in cataclysm, in famine, in all of these conditions that mark the end of the manifestations of the carnal mind which is referred to in the bible as the end of an age. These conditions of war and all that I have mentioned have been going on for thousands of years and the reason is the denial of the I AM THAT I AM, the denial of the incarnate Word as the individual Christ Self.

So you see, as I see it it may be considered a very orthodox or conservative viewpoint but I do not see how America or any nation can survive in terms of the socialist/communist threat unless it has established the true doctrine and dogma of that relationship. And since that relationship is that which destroys the death instinct you might say that until the death instinct or the carnally minded instinct is destroyed, you are ripe and vulnerable for socialism and communism. And when you have an educational system in America today that trains children from early childhood to the programming of becoming animals in an animal farm, unthinking agents of superiors or of the state, you are educating them to the death wish, they will ultimately want to die because the Christ in them has been put to death by their indoctrination. So the whole massive education which our children of light are undergoing on all of our people are undergoing, the mass hypnosis of the media etc., the mass brainwashing and braidfeeding of the news and all information without creativity all of this is a breeding ground for the element of the death wish itself.

So I feel that we have something very important to tackle here and that is the transmutation of the death wish at the fundamental level of the subconscious in order to make America once again that wilderness land, that Holy Spirit virgin land for the coming of the Christ consciousness or the Manchild in all.

There is an emotional satisfaction in socialism and communism. We know that it is not the economic mode of production that determines the evolution of the soul but how the soul responds to the challenge of his total environment, the circumstances of his karma in any given embodiment which determines whether he will enter into the Great Synthesis of the Mother Flame and thereby transcend elements of his former self through the Trinity or whether he will reag, whether he will react against, whether he will react against the law of his own soul’s economy which he himself has set in motion through his own uses and misuses of free will, energy, and the abundant life in previous incarnations. Just as socialist states existed before Russia, so socialist philosophy existed before Karl Marx.

According to Shafarevich socialist philosophy can be divided into three periods, antiquity, the Middle Ages, and the periods since the 16th century. Beginning with Plato we find that he was the most important socialist thinker in antiquity and he lived 427 to 347 B.C. Before Christ came, Plato was speaking in socialistic terms.

Now all apologists for socialism traced their roots to Plato and therefore we need to examine his political theory and see what were his theories so that we can understand the origins of modern socialism. He was the first writer to address himself to political philosophy. His goal was to create a Utopia, the perfect state, a blueprint for a state in which political imperfections would be non-existent.

Athens at the time was in a period of decline just having been defeated by its rival, Sparta. Once a home of free speech and thought Athenians now resented the questioning of Socrates and his ability to show just how little they knew. Plato was a student of Socrates and witnessed the decision of the Athenian democracy to arrest, try, and condemn his teacher on grounds of disturbing the youth of the city.

According to Leonard Abbott, the editor of the Master Works of Government series, “From that time on Plato was obsessed with the practical idealism of Socrates’ teaching and by a radical pessimism resulting from his contemplation of Socrates’ death. These two motives were to influence all his teaching and all his writing.”

Plato’s most political statement of course is found in The Republic. It was concerned with justice and sought to dispute the idea prevalent at the time that might makes right. There are many elements in Plato’s philosophy which seem socialistic, for instance, the top two classes of his ideal society, the warriors and the guardians, were not allowed to own private property. Even their wives and children were held in common.

Now the holding of wives and children in common and the removal of private property in this strain of consciousness comes to me as I understand it to be the absence of the realization of the inner worth of the individual, of the supremacy of individuality, of the uniqueness of everyone, everyone’s soul, and everyone’s fulfillment of the soul’s potential. We all have a Christ Self, we all have a Christ Self, and we all have a soul. But when each one of us realizes the fullness of that Christ potential, each one of us will be entirely different from the other. There is no mass production in heaven or on earth according to God’s plan. In fact, the closer you come to the expression of your Christ Self, the more individuality you manifest, not less, the more individuality.

Plato wrote of the guardians who were the administrators of the society, “No one shall have a wife of his own, likewise the children shall be in common, and the parent shall not know his child, nor the child the parent.” Ignorantly then, we have Plato destroying the working of the Trinity as outpictured in the first degree of human relationships, the family. And the family is the foundation of community and of life, because it is the interaction of the Trinity and the Mother between people.

We cannot understand the Trinity just as an impersonal principle in the little bottle in our heart. Like an energy flow the Trinity has to be understood in interaction. We need to see a person representing Father in order to understand God the Father. We need to see an incarnation of that masculine ray to appreciate what it is. “The light shone in the darkness, the darkness comprehended it not.” We don’t understand the light until the Word becomes flesh. We need to see the action of the Father. We need to see the action of Mother, we need to see their interaction as the unity of the twin flames of the Holy Spirit and we need to see ourselves as the fruition of that interaction, the individual Christ person. Then we need to see the maturation of the Christ person as male or female moving into the role then of Father or Mother and the same cyclic process.
You see, this is the thesis, antithesis and synthesis happening right within the family. Thesis being the Father, the antithesis the Mother, the synthesis being the Christ or the child. And the new platform of evolution as the child reaches maturity. So when a child does not know who the Father principle is or who the Mother principle is, you’ve destroyed the outworking of the Trinity.

Plato justified this theory on the grounds that the guardians would thus look upon everyone as either father or mother, son or daughter, brother or sister, hence their decisions and actions on behalf of society would be just and kind, not exploitative. Well this theory only smacks of the ultimate conclusion of the path of initiation where for instance I personally look upon every child in this community as my child. I look upon all people as my children, because that enters into the role of the guru-chela relationship. And therefore that love that I have for people is the love of God and it has that point of impartiality. But I never lose the sense of an intimate responsibility that entrusted to my care are four children for whom I am ultimately and absolutely accountable to Alpha and Omega. And so that sense of intimate responsibility is focused in them but not limited to them.

I have that same sense of ultimate, of ultimate responsibility to all children but I endeavor, I endeavor to engender in the parents the transfer of that which I hold for them, in other words, I honor in the parents of the children their responsibility to be ultimately accountable to Alpha and Omega for their children. And therefore the family is sacred and the way in which the guru enters the family is the understanding that every member of the family is chela and therefore in matters of chelaship that is the principle relationship. But you will find that the guru will never violate the sanctity of the Trinity, the sanctity of its spiritual inherent integration within the family. When the family becomes an abuse of the Trinity or an abuse of the guru-chela relationship, it also must come under the same discipline.

And so that balance I doubt was any part of the consciousness of Plato. I do not think that he understood the ultimate nature of this flow. He had motives in mind that were good but I still see these motives being fulfilled by the process of a human dialogue, the Socratic method, the method of dialogue, the method of asking questions and again asking further questions in order to arrive at absolute truth. And it seems that this is the same thing that Plato applied from his teacher Socrates when he evolved his political theory.

Now Plato advocated the science of eugenics to bring together the best of both sexes as often as possible and the worst as seldom as possible in order to genetically perfect the citizens of his ideal society. Now I think it’s most unfortunate that Plato said that. It’s a serpentine logic but unfortunately it was taken up by Hitler, it has been taken up by socialists and communists, it’s infiltrating the medical profession today where we know that people in the medical profession basically scientists behind genetics, behind euthanasia, behind abortion have used it as a means of controlling the multiplication of individuals whom they do not consider fit to be in embodiment, in other words, minority groups, or low-intelligence or low-income people and this has been used nationally, we find that communism and socialism in its goal of destroying America has brought to bear upon us this concept of, of abortion and population control and even the idea that the state should be able to tell us how many children we may have and who is allowed to have children according to what their talents are, what their genes and chromosomes are.

I don’t think that Plato was the first person to bring up that subject. Plato reminisced upon the lost continent of Atlantis and there’s no question that this thinking was going on among the scientists of Atlantis. Plato occupies a very important position in modern thought because he is the beginning of the recording of thinkers and thinking, but actually what he was thinking can be traced in its origins to a philosophy and a science that was highly developed on Atlantis and that ultimately caused the sinking of Atlantis, because this concept of eugenics and tampering with the genes was practiced by the black magicians who went even farther than breeding a superior human race they began breeding animals and interbreeding animals and humans. And so this tampering with the life force with the ideal the idea that we will play god and we will play god and we will create the perfect society has ever been in the mind of the fallen ones. And if they are going to implement a world order and a cosmic scheme that is going to be independent of God, you see, then the fallen ones have to worry about all of these things. They have to control the weather, they have to control who embodies, what types of people are born, who marries whom, etc. etc., all of the natural functioning of the trinity through God’s emissaries is eliminated on the basic premise that Lucifer rebelled against God, and all who represent him.

So you find that the philosophy of the fallen ones will interpenetrate every field of human knowledge. And it is that same people growing wise in the evil imaginations of their hearts today determining how they will totally control man and his environment, not allowing less left to the individual choice.

So according to the plan of Plato the guardians and warriors would be subject to intense discipline. They were required, for example, to live in tents, eat in public, and engage in prolonged periods of study. They did this to free themselves from selfish desire in order to pursue the ideals of wisdom and honor. You see you have principles here but you do not have a person. They are not doing this for the incarnation of the word. They are doing it to become better and better human beings so that better and better human beings can finally evolve a better and better state which ultimately becomes Utopia.

Its that same thing, you put Humpty Dumpty together, you put together the best of human goodness and you arrive at absolute good. And it can never be. It is Spirit that evolves Spirit through matter. Matter cannot evolve Spirit of itself.

Plato believed that all men fell into one of three categories–seekers of wisdom, seekers of honor, or seekers of game. An individuals class was determined not by heredity but by his natural inclination. Thus seekers of wisdom became the rulers or guardians, and the most self-sacrificing of these became the philosopher-kings. The seekers of honor became the warriors, the defenders of society, and the seekers of game became the artisans, the producers of society. Those who most fully embodied the ideal of wisdom became the philosopher-kings who would rule in an absolute fashion on a rotational basis.
Plato permitted the lower class, the artisans, the seekers after gain, to have their own private property and keep the greatest percentage of their produce. In return for this, material comfort and the security of a well-directed state by selfless public servants. However, the artisans had to pay a small tax and give unquestioning obedience to the guardians and warriors.

Well, without comment I’m sure you can see here elements of community, elements of a guru-chela relationship. But the foundation is missing. To Plato the state was supreme because no man or woman was complete in himself. That is exactly the teaching of Communism today. The state is supreme. To us, God is supreme. And God as the individual within the community is supreme. When I am standing before a chela, it does not matter who that person is, it does not matter if they became a chela today, if they contacted the ascended master’s teachings yesterday. It doesn’t matter if they are rich or poor, or how they’re dressed or what they look like or what sins they have committed before they crossed the threshold. When I am standing vis-a-vis opposite an individual soul who desires to progress and put on his God consciousness, I am bowing before Almighty God incarnate. And that one person is, at that moment, to me the most important person in the universe, because I am the servant of that God, that God flame in potential. If I see someone for 30 seconds or 60 seconds or two minutes to answer a question, the universe stops, everything else I am thinking about stops, and here is a God in potential whose servant I am, to whom I am committed to raise that person and elevate that person to the highest estate.

Now that basic understanding that the individual is God, makes us never forget that even the community of the Holy Spirit is made for the individual. It’s made for man. It’s like Jesus taught the disciples–The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath. The laws governing the functioning of the community are entirely conceived and designed to enable the fullest amount of the Christ potential to blossom and flower. And to eliminate the worst weeds from the carnal from sprouting and getting in the way. And so you have disciplinary rules that say you may do this, you may not do this. Because long experience has proven that if you do not have a rule, individuals have a certain weakness and they will indulge themselves in certain states of consciousness that will be detrimental to the flowering of the Christ consciousness.

So there are no rules within the community that are designed to be tyrannical or to simply impose someone’s will upon another’s will. They come forth from the deepest heart of the Lord of the World, the Great Initiator, the Cosmic Christ, the long history of the path of adeptship and initiation with the Great White Brotherhood and they are the product of lessons that the ascended masters have learned in the mystery schools, what they have learned about disciples and their weaknesses over hundreds of thousands of years. And so this perspective must be the foundation of government in a free nation. That government is created for the individual to become the highest expression of his individuality, and his Christ portion. This to me is the missing link in Plato’s philosophy.

Now this philosopher-king that he speaks of, and for which he is famous, is the memory of an ancient golden age society when the leaders were those who had the highest attainment in balance in the Alpha sphere, in the Alpha sphere and in the Omega sphere. Alpha the plane of the spirit, Omega the plane of matter. So the philosopher-kings are the ones who have the greatest attainment of the God consciousness and the greatest mastery of the physical universe. You put this together and you have and individual who is accomplished in the sciences, in economics, in government, as well as in religion. Putting these strains of consciousness together, you get the individual who is ideally suited to rule.
Now you take someone who has God consciousness but hasn’t the faintest idea of how to run a business or administer an organization or a state or a nation. Well it’s fine, you can admire them for their spirituality but you don’t put them is positions of political or economic power. So the goal of Montessori International and Summit University is to train individuals in the disciplines of Spirit and Matter, so that we do not have people who are only trained in the disciplines of matter coming to be our leaders who have no disciplines in the plane of Spirit and therefore when it comes to the ultimate decision to glorify God as the Christ, they have no understanding of that most important point of the law which is the capstone in the pyramid of life on the Earth. So the philosopher-king, in the ascended master concept, would be the individual who has that balance scale of Alpha and Omega in perfect alignment.

Now, considering the amount of time that people spend in school today, and add to it the amount of time they spend before the television set; an organized program of training in Spirit and in Matter is not unheard of, not impossible, it can be done, we can have a golden age education for what would be the true renaissance–man and woman. The renaissance, the rebirth individual who has the grasp of all disciplines–Spirit and Matter. This is what we are striving for in this community. Many of you have the desire to remake America. You’ve got the teaching, you want to run with it. But you don’t have the prior education or the experience to assume public office in a given moment. And without resentment, you must, you must not have resentment on this but you can blame it on the socialist thinkers who have invaded our educational system, that you are not prepared, in your twenties and thirties and forties to take your place as leaders of this nation. You can blame it on the death wish of those who have made policy in government and in education in the last hundred years, that the crop, the finest crop of youth in the world today, who have the highest degree of inner potential and inner Christ light are not prepared outwardly to express that Christ Light because they have not been given the training from early childhood.

This is why Montessori International and Summit University become the key to the re-establishment of God-government. It must come through enlightenment. It must come through a sharpening of the tools of the mind, the soul, and that inner three-fold flame. Then we will see the restoration of balance and not until then.

Now I have proposed to heads state in underdeveloped nations, that they send the finest examples of individuals who are both devout towards God and who have academic understanding; that they send them to Summit University. And that Summit University be a training center for new-age leaders in under developed nations. And I think that this is a most important plan from the heart of Saint Germain. And I have presented that. (Audience applauds.)

At this moment I have had not had the full response that I would desire to have; but I believe that as our ten-year plan moves on, and as our teaching reaches leaders who themselves are God-fearing, that the necessity for this type of training in balance will become obvious; and that we will be recognized as a center that trains the whole man. And the whole man must include the God-man.

So, the philosopher-king is kind of a hint of the guru, the hint of a Theocracy, in Plato’s writing. Everyone in society gave complete obedience to this individual. The method of his selection, therefore, became Plato’s central concern. Most of his Socialist ideas center around the training necessary to prepare this individual for his responsibilities. Of course, if this individual fails, or if you pick the wrong person the whole system collapses. This is why the government must be upon his shoulders. The individual Christ Self shoulders.

Plato did not really believe that his society would come into being, although he did believe it to be one of which a pattern is laid up in heaven. His most famous statement that you may be familiar with is: “Until philosophers are kings, or the kings and princes of this world have the Spirit and power of philosophy, and political greatness and wisdom meet in one, and those commoner natures who pursue either to the exclusion of the other are compelled to stand aside, cities will never have rest from their evils. No nor the human race as I believe, and then only will this our state have a possibility of life and behold the light of day.”

Now we accept what he said at face value. But we would like him to have included the concept of wisdom itself as originating in the Higher Self rather than being the product of either the discipline or the evolution of the lesser self. For thousand of years, people have been looking at Socrates and Plato as the beginning of wisdom for western civilization.

When you think of the builders of the great pyramids, you have to realize that they too had an understanding and a logic that defies our comprehension; and that these are testaments to an inherent understanding of the goal of the base of the pyramid be the point at which Matter meets Spirit, the eye in the capstone. And finally the point where the four sides of the pyramid meet. The understanding that the goal of life is the ascension, is translation is transmutation, is self-transcendence as the spiral from the base rises to the top.

The geometry of the pyramid teaches us that ten thousand or twelve thousand years ago, or whenever they were built long before Plato, that individuals had a correct understanding of the relationship of which I am speaking. And therefore I am pointing this out to say that Plato did not have to be limited in his consciousness. He could have had access to the great reservoir of spirituality to which we are also heirs. And Therefore I cannot attribute his statement totally to the fact that he is a product of his times. I’m pointing out that in time and space, greater God consciousness has existed, and therefore unfortunately this karma of Plato becomes something which the fallen ones seize upon and rationalize; and it has been used in most Utopian concepts ever since. I would like to point out again that you cannot reason from the relative to the absolute. This is the inherent weakness of dialectical materialism. And again the weakness of Plato.

You take Gautama Buddha. He pursued asceticism for six years. He got nowhere. He did not gain enlightenment. He had to come out of the forest, put behind him all the ascetics who believed, in their spiritual pride, that by a process of asceticism they would arrive at communion with God. And they condemned him for leaving that path. I have seen that in schools of metaphysics today, in schools of Zen Buddhism, all sorts of areas where a high degree of discipline is seen as the means to the end; and unfortunately it becomes an end in itself. I have heard people try to impress me with the fact of their disciplined lives as though the discipline in, and of itself, were going to produce spirituality.

Gautama Buddha emerged from the forest, he sat under the Bo Tree, he attained enlightenment. My thesis is he did not attain enlightenment because of six years of asceticism. He attained enlightenment because he was ready, his soul was ready, and his Spirit, the I AM that I AM ordained it.

The same thing is true of the drug culture. Let us do evil that good may come. Through the taking of drugs we hear that many individuals have attained a perspective of life that they would not otherwise have had, and that has led them to spiritual seeking and spiritual paths. My thesis is that these individuals attained spirituality and enlightenment because they were ready, not because they smoke marijuana, not because they were partakers of certain mind-transforming drugs.

Now this is very important to understand. When you realize that enlightenment is the gift of God, it is the grace of God, it is not something you come to by a human process. It’s like the radio interviewer said “What can I do to become a messenger?” “What training can I go through to get there?” I said you can go through all kinds of training and discipline, but the gift of the messengership is precisely that, it is a gift. It is a gift of prophecy, you cannot take it. You cannot prepare for it. You may go to school, you may do all of these things, but when it comes it is given to you.

And therefore do not tell me that the spiritual path is opened by such drugs. I will show you that the individuals who have taken drugs, who have ultimately gained enlightenment, gained that enlightenment because the Christ within them strove and worked with them in spite of those drugs, in spite of those conditions and not because of them. And if you will just look at the vast thousands of people who take drugs, who never attain enlightenment, you can see that the theory does not hold true. But it becomes a very subtle logic, and it is precisely that subtle logic that becomes a justification for all sorts of conditions and circumstances which are in disagreement with the laws of God, including a very relaxed morality in our society.

Now I have told you about my experience before with a leading thinker of our time who very proudly announced to me that he had attained God consciousness through his intellect. And I told him that he could never attain God consciousness through his intellect and he was astounded. Now self-discipline and the human mind can never reach the truth in and of itself. The human mind, devoid of the Spirit, may go through all sorts of disciplines and ascetic practices. But the human mind cannot attain the Divine Mind. It does not have the capacity. It is not a chalice that can contain that mind. It must give way to that mind. It must step by step be replaced by that mind. And God does not chop off your head one day and put a new head on the next day. Very minute increments, day by day, virtue by virtue. We eliminate a little portion of our human density. A little portion of our ignorance. We gain the flame of Christ illumination. It consumes the core of energy veil. And so in that measure we put have put on the mind of Christ. So little by little there is the divine exchange. It’s called the cosmic interchange when you are daily exchanging minds with your guru. Your guru takes your human mind and returns to you a portion of the Divine mind. And so you are putting on the garment of the Lord.

In fact there has never been a person who has followed this path of human discipline who has ever been touched by Lord Shiva or by the Holy Ghost. That is why it is written in the bible “Canst thou by searching find out God?” The answer is no. You may search a thousand years, and on the thousand and first year you may discover God. Not because you have searched for a thousand years, but because on that day God decided to reveal himself to you.

A hundred years before Plato stated that the family should be abolished among the ruling classes of his society, Confucius China was preaching that the family should be the basis of society. Confucius made his ascension and Plato did not. I just want to point that out to you. They were contemporaries by one century. And Gautama Buddha was prior to Plato. It is very important to establish a frame of reference of world thought both before and concurrently with Plato and what was leading up to the incarnation of Jesus Christ. The Hebrew prophets were preaching at the time of the coming of Gautama. Plato was in Greece. Greece had records and access of the history of the Hebrew people What I am saying is that knowledge of God and the incarnation of God was available. It’s available to us. And yet will we make the same mistakes as Plato made? Will we try to evolve a scientific humanism and say that it will it will resolve our problems.

So Plato took the impersonal law of the need to be just and kind, but he neglected its personal aspect, its personification. The law is both personal and impersonal. And therefore if God is not within you, God cannot be within the state. God must first be in the individual, then he will be in the state. Plato’s wish to control the purity of his citizens also requires comment. The genes that contain the evolution of our soul, the evolution of the lineage of our descent, our focuses of the Christ consciousness. The genes and chromosomes are the sacred focal points of light in the physical temple. They contain a magnet of our Christ consciousness. They are like a cosmic computer of the mind of God working with and under the brain, and under the heart chakra that determines what we will be and experience and express precisely as this is taken from our great causal body. And it determines what will be passed on to generations to come.

Now it’s a very interesting think but people will be attracted to one another and will marry on the basis of the Christ consciousness. And this process that I would call the Holy Spirit’s process of natural selection, is basically the reading of the Christ mind, the computer of the mind of God, that determines on the basis of karma and dharma who we have been, what we must do, which lifestreams must come together to bring forth certain individuals. And so love has many, many components.

When we feel a commitment and a love to a person that can be the foundation of a family, and a father-mother balance within that family, a part of that attraction, a part of that decision is based upon the laws of karma as they are expressed in the genes and chromosomes. In other words, given all other reasons why people come together, the magnet actually functioning like the Great Central Sun Magnet, the magnetization of two lifestreams comes right through the point of the genes and chromosomes as the light of Spirit flows through these points and flows through the chakras, all of the chakras.

And so when you have the fallen ones and the Luciferians regulating who may marry, and who may produce offspring; what you have is the desire of the fallen ones to gain control of the seed and the egg of the sons and daughters of God and of their genes and chromosomes because the genes and chromosomes of the lightbearers contain God consciousness. Whereas the genes and chromosomes of the fallen ones contain the seed of the wicked, the seed of the tares. So what they desire to do is to breed lightbearers with fallen ones so that now you have a cross between the tares and the wheat.

So the tare consciousness is not so obvious, is not so dominant. But the tare is present and gains its life force and its impetus from the good seed of the wheat. So the seed of the wheat is compromised, it is not in its pure state of the Christ consciousness, and the tare grain gains a greater strength from this cross breeding.

Now this is behind all of the manipulation of breeding in all of past civilizations. And the way the fallen ones determine, destroy, and corrupt whole houses of sons and daughters of God is through intermarriage. And so the laggard generations, the fallen angels, the fallen archangels, determined that their seed should be fashioned and molded in great beauty, in great stature, in a great deal of sexual attraction, in the attractions of the eye and of the body. And therefore all of those points would therefore be used to tear the sons and daughters of God from their natural selection of one another based upon the magnet of the Christ and therefore introduce the evil ones or the fallen ones in the families of the sons and daughters of God.

This is why the children of Israel were taught not to intermarry with the neighboring tribes. The neighboring tribes of the children of Israel were laggard evolutions. And they did not have the full momentum of the Christ potential within them to be able to transfer what was needed for the incarnation of Jesus Christ.

You notice that the descent of Jesus Christ is traced from Adam through David, Jesse through David, all the way down to Joseph and Mary. Therefore it was understood that in the descent of those who came with Lord Sanat Kumara, the Ancient of Days, there would be the culmination in the best fruit of the Christ consciousness of all who had preceded him in that lineage that finally the genes and chromosomes would be of the proper magnitude, the proper vibration that physically, through the temple, through the body of Joseph and Mary could incarnate the person of the Saviour.

There were portions of members of the tribes of Israel who compromised that command. They were rebuked by the process by the prophets and they went after other gods and they intermingled their seed of light with laggard evolutions and therefore they compromised. They compromised their Christ consciousness. They compromised their Three-fold Flame. And they compromised the ability of the temple as a chalice to house and to tabernacle the God-free being. And we understand that the chalice is very important.

Spirit is not totally dependent upon Matter. But the matter bowl and the way it is fashioned, and how it is infused with the Spirit generation upon generation will determine how souls of Light can be born within a family. This is why we prepare our temples when we are going to have children. And this is why you will often notice that a child of light will come into a family where a grandmother or a grandparent was very devout. The devotion of that grandparent; the aura of sanctity was actually transferred through the genes and chromosomes. So many people of course, look to their human lineage to explain various talents within the family.

So when you have a manipulation of this, ostensibly it is said we will manipulate and produce a superior race. A better race of people. But what it really is saying the fallen ones want the light of the sons and daughters of God. And if they can have the say as to who may marry, and control this, then they may determine how they may get the light of the children of God and use it to further their own death consciousness.

The thing you must always watch with plans for a better world and a better society is not what people are saying, but what is the motive behind that which they are saying. In an environment of the Holy Spirit, and of the Holy Ghost, therefore, sons and daughters of God need to be free to respond to the impetus of the God flame. And therefore to come together in that state which is sanctified by God, that human institution of marriage which is blessed and therefore which has bestowed upon it the Holy Spirit for the purpose of the incarnation of the Christ.

Plato clearly saw the limitations of the individual and the need to have a collective body standing above him in that order of value. The collective body governing the individual was, as I have said, more important than the individual.

After Plato and Socialism of Antiquity, socialist ideas in the middle ages came to be propagated in various religious movements. Most notable the Pytharists, the Brethren of the Free Spirit, the Apostolic Brethren and the Beghearts. Beginning with the sixteenth century, however, those advocating Socialism threw off its mystical and religious form and instead based their doctrines on a materialistic and rationalistic view of the world. The results were two-fold: Socialism became a revolutionary mass movement and Socialism became openly hostile to religion.

Does that mean that if we see good in Socialism today we can say well we will take Socialism and we will enthrone Christ in the middle of it and we will have perfect system? The answer is no. Even though Socialism destroys religion, the absence of God in Socialism is not its only weakness. I have stated what those weaknesses are–basically the evolution of the ideal society through a human succeeding of human conditions. And so there are people today who say we will have our own brand of Communism, we will have our own brand of Socialism. And we’ll have religion in the middle of it. The only way you can have the ideal society is if you have the discipline of the path of initiation governing the philosophy of government and governing the philosophy of economics and education. The basic goals of life, the basic supremacy of the individual under his God Presence. And so it was during this period that the fallen ones began to accelerate their use of Socialism. They came in full force.

Now you can always tell when this is happening, when they have kind of been under the rug as it were, and all of a sudden they will come boldly, militantly, to the fore and declare themselves totally anti-God. The fallen ones have been the spoilers of every system that has begun being God-centered. And so the Socialism where, which was actually not Socialism but a Theosophy, is now replaced by the key figures coming to the fore and they became not the proletariat as Karl Marx states in his manifesto, but they become an elite of intelligentsia who replace the sons and daughters of God in the ruling of this dictatorship of the proletariat.

Now this represents a basic conclusion of our understanding of the history and evolution of Socialism and Communism as they are an evolution of the psychology of the death instinct.
